Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

Been a @VodafoneUK customer for about 15 years now trying to leave and it’s an absolute nightmare! Giving me PAC codes that last for 1 day (and knowing so), can’t get my phone unblocked, been trying for almost 3 weeks! @Ofcom @DailyMirror happy to take my money.

@VodafoneUK absolutely appalled by your service. PAYG number disconnected since Sept as was UNABLE to travel due to COVID. Credit gone. Number will be reallocated!? All banks and accounts linked to this number. Terrible response to an already difficult year.

@virginmedia My @vodafoneUK Sure Signal won’t connect via my hub 3. Online forums state that you need to unblock UDP port 123 and this is a well known issue between you and Vodafone. Your help line just hangs up on me, hence my tweet. Please can you get this sorted ASAP.

@VodafoneUK I’m now 2hrs and 10 mins into an online chat with your customer services team. This is just because I’ve been sent a 1st month bill for a mobile broadband order that I cancelled before receiving. Is it normal I’d have to spend over 2hrs ( so far ) to get this fixed

@VodafoneUK 11 calls to cancel my landline and broadband and hung up on every single time. Told on chat that it has to be done by call! Any suggestions how I can get this processed???
