    Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

    @ladyywatermelon @EE @VodafoneUK No worries. I think there is 2 Virgin networks on the tube. One is called Virgin Media, not sure if you need to be a Virgin Media customer or not to use it, but the other is just called Virgin WiFi. I’m sure all you need to do is register. My phone just automatically connects.

    @VodafoneUK No need to “pop over a DM” I’ve just spoken to one of your technical team. They said there’s nothing can be done. Here’s the kicker, to leave Vodafone, a business that is not delivering on its service and is misleading customers with its signal checker you want to charge me £268

    @VodafoneUK If I send you a Dm it just takes me to an automated system? Ive spent ALOT of time trying to get this sorted this week, I cant give it more of my time. Ive filed a complaint with Vodafone, can you not look it up via my name and have a look at it?
