    So @VodafoneUK @Vodacom promised once again that they would sort out my daughters number, endless phone calls, 100% assurance that this would be done, totally false - so once again Vodafone failed to deliver and resolve the problem that they caused 😡😡 #poorcustomerservice

    Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

    @VodafoneUK absolutely fuming to learn that the other two phone numbers that came across from EE have been cancelled- totally appalling service 😖 No warning message and now my Wife and daughter are now without thier phones #vodafone #poorcustomerservice

    @kerryjones78 @VodafoneUK Kerry I’m with you - only came across on the 19th and I’ve spent loads of time on the phone to customer service - they can’t provide the service I want - so sad and annoying 😡😡

    @jake09587413 @VodafoneUK It's more that they asymmetrically weight the carrier to favour download speeds as that's what the majority of people want.... And selling 80Mbs down (with 10Mbs up) looks better on adverts than 45Mbs down 45Mbs up (which takes the same bandwidth on the carrier)

    @VodafoneUK how the hell do u get through to stores when phones are still switched on to they are in November lockdown!!! Having massive problems on line so want to go into a store to get a phone but can’t get through to see if any of them have a particular phone in stock

    @VodafoneUK what poor service from @VodafoneUK I have an email from Apple stating that my handset should be replaced as fault continued after resetting. Have been told it needs to be looked at again, and I should buy another phone while they have mine!

    @VodafoneUK I signed a service contract at £27.50 for 18 months for a 4G service, now considering you do not provide 4G to my house which is in a large Wiltshire town. I did not agree to the price rise, you only get to do that at the end of my contract....
