It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK @stellacreasy So you're saying, on behalf of Vodafone, that the service you promoted in order to gain customers you aren't actually promising to supply? That's an interesting way to behave considering the Acts covering the supply of services. Maybe you want to rethink your position?

@JanKay_ @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS Well done Jan I remember a call from Sky when I cancelled after the phone hacking... Poor operator was calling no end doing the same... Never had anything to do with them since I moved to GiffGaff... Essentially O2 network but a lot cheaper and more flexible... Can recommend

@VodafoneUK @maroitoje Not renewing my contract if Vodafone keeps advertising on GB News. Was a happy customer but this is turning to a deal breaker.

@VodafoneUK @markjohnsonhome Surely this can't be serious?! It's an Ofcom regulated news channel. You're a mobile network. Let @Ofcom do its job. Embarrassing. I've been with you 20 or so years :(

@stellacreasy @VodafoneUK Their customer service is terrible. They failed to cancel some of our businesses accounts after multiple requests, then refused to backdate refunds to the first request to cancel. Offered 50% of money they owed back as ‘goodwill gesture’, said that was policy. (Am a constituent)

@stellacreasy @VodafoneUK Absolutely atrocious... the only major provider not offering an underground service... created chaos for me today when I was trying to liaise w my husband to collect our 8 yr old daughter when I was delayed on the Bakerloo line... been a customer since 1995, won't be much longer

@VodafoneUK as a share holder I am saddened & angry that you have withdrawn advertising from @GBNEWS unlike the @coopuk who stood up to the woke cancel mob. They are a small minority who don't represent the vast majority. I will be reassessing my portfolio & will be selling you.
