  @VodafoneUK I guess you don’t care about your customers Service but why am I struggling in South Yorkshire to make phone calls that don’t break up while on the call to somebody? This is the third time in asking now? I can’t really phone support when the call keeps breaking up 🤪

  Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

  @VodafoneUK Tried talking to online agent this morning. As soon as I put my question, they then ignored me and ended the chat!! Tried again and now all agents are busy. Shocking customer service.
