    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK can I ask, who is more qualified? An engineer, or somebody at the end of the phone,thats never attended a call out. Treating my 76yr old father disgracefully after 10 weeks of the same problem, continuing to hang up on him, and him then having to recall all the time

    @VodafoneUK Get charged for calling some people in group. Got money back and told fixed but wasn't. Been told getting looked into been over a week tried to make formal complaint but they don't put it through

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded with the intention of trading in my old phone. Completed the trade in app and waited. No return pack has been sent and I'm being charged an extra 15 quid and no one that I speak to at Vodafone can help. What do you suggest?
