Ashley Cawley (@ashleycawley) reported from Saint Eval, EnglandIt makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

Roxy (@roxycampbell) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss. The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.

anthonychopra (@anthonychopra) reported@VOXImobile @VodafoneUK hardly any signal around very recently. Used to get 2 or 3 bars of LTE but now it’s 1 to non. What gives? Fix this issue asap. After the lightning in London it’s bad. Don’t even talk about 5G as that dose not work.

Xtine 🌑 (@xtinexoop) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (£400), standing charges for utilities and £270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so £700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.

Michelle Beckett (@MichelleBeckett) reported@SteveMaslinG @SkyUK @VodafoneUK That’s awful. I’m so sorry your parents went through that. :-( I’m certainly viewing them in a different light after today.

jolene Pittock (@joleneepittock) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are the worst when someone passes away. By far the most disappointing company I had to deal with at the worst time.

Charles_voice_mail (@Charlesvoicema1) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It's at times like these that you find out what Customer Service really means and who actually has it. Good on you for calling them out...

ShadowMosesLikes🎮🎧💿🏢💿 (@MosesGames) reported@VodafoneUK @vodafone Without doubt, the worst provider! May I suggest you actually check when bills are paid, in stead of sending messages threatening late fees & limited services! Concentrate on given the service you promise for the outrageous prices you charge! Thieves!

Martyn Moore (@martynmoore) reported@VodafoneUK The message form on your website doesn't work and your webchat operative says you have no email addresses we can contact you on. Transcripts turn to random characters when a real person takes over. How are we supposed to tell you what an awful company you are?

ROBERT DEAR (@kipianitblisi) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If you expect poor service from Virgin Media you will not be disappointed.
