    So trying to get in touch with @VodafoneUK returns team. Told it’s a 14 min wait. That was an hour ago. Vodafone still failing to offer a scaleable customer service based on demand. Time to shift to EE

    @VodafoneUK Been awaiting on my upgrade to arrive and been fobbed off all week. Not a happy Customer of over 10 years here Vodafone Thinking to just cancel it all and move over to another network.
