  Shocking service from @VodafoneUK staff keep putting phone down when we ring. In store staff tell us they can’t help us to ring up. Online chat tells us to go in store. Ridiculous! No phone since Wednesday. We simply want to transfer e sim to a new phone.

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

  @VodafoneUK cant order broadband online PR7 7JY number 57 can you fix? "Network is at capacity so a new ONT cannot be ordered." I suspect this is what your checker is flagging on. However, this caveat only applies to installations requiring a new ONT -ONT is already present

  @VodafoneUK I need to pay my bill but I am abroad and can’t access my uk number to receive an OTP to log in . I only have a data plan so can’t call. Tried ToBi - useless! Slow and inaccurate. Please advise on way forward
