    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK I am livid. Abysmal customer service. I have been in your chat for FOUR HOURS tonight and when I finally gave up and asked for a letter of deadlock the agent ended the chat before I could get a copy of the transcript.

    @Amarpre46422796 @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK It was probably fortunate that they rejected us, as their customer service is appalling. This action seems to verify it. The funny thing is that every month I get a credit note from them for £23.50 from way back when I purchased a laptop with a Vodafone PCMCIA card!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup about to lose a customer. Been with you 20 years. Another hour and a half on phone to tech support. 7 days of calling. Four hours on Saturday. Appalling service

    @VodafoneUK Yeah I know... It's so annoying honestly... Only seems to happen on the trains. No issues with signal any other time.
