It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK I know it isn't - this is why I phoned them and waited 2 hours. I tried the webchat and it also had a 2 hour queue. So this hasn't really been any help.

@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I always wanted to have a voxi since I got to know about it. I had advised and asked all my friends to change to VOXI even before I got it. Day before yesterday I got my VOXI sim and next day, I lost network and signal & its not working #badservice #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK Can someone please explain to me how a victim of fraud due to poor controls at Vodafone actually gets to speak to someone in the Vodafone fraud department? Your website clearly states that I should be contacted within 7 days of reporting, I haven’t!
