It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK At this point I don't think much is going to be done, so if I have to be a disgruntled customer for another 11 months then fine. I have started shopping around for new providers though, and will most likely take my custom elsewhere at the earliest opportunity.

@Christo93257856 @VodafoneUK Agreed, @vodafoneuk on several occasions have the absolute worst customer service. Keep getting tempted back by decent prices just to remember that price isn't everything.
