It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK James, 4.5 hours and 8 agents later, I’ve secured £251 refund but of course I have to wait 7-10 days - shocking customer service for an obviously simple matter. @Ofcom
