    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup a disgrace and no interest in customer service as not the first time outage issue raised. Saving on bandwidth too and not offering the agreed speed.

    Yep because @VodafoneUK are useless! Need help with billing so I use the chat bot…. Chat not says phone them up, phoned them up….. phone call says use online chat to get the help you need. Well what do you want me to do Vodafone???? 😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK how can I speak with a real person about an issue that you have caused and railed to resolve? Can’t get past the infuriating automatic chatbot on My Vodafone.
