  @VodafoneUK Had to hang up as I’m getting ready for work. As soon as I did, phone call straight back. No reason why I was on hold for so long. She told me she was transferring me, too late 1hr 25 mins. No apologies no reason for the wait time.

  @VodafoneUK I cannot speak to a human regarding my account or pay a bill. Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.
