    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK Well. We tried to communicate for 5 hours!! Such a waste of time. Customer service doesn’t have any authority so what’s the point of discussing with them. Why can’t someone senior take responsibility and look into this? This shows what kind of a company Vodafone is; Doesn’t care

    Vodafone I wanted to remove 1 device from my contract that the contract has ended on. Not be passed from pillar to post to be cut off and spookily have to pay another month because you deem it’s now into another charge. @VodafoneUK you now lose all 3 devices 20 + year customer

    @VodafoneUK Standard reply from vodaphone "this isn't what we like to hear" because it means they have to come up with a reason not to help because that's all they do. Make empathetic noises but do bugger all to help
