It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

Companies don't own our custom - they have to earn the right to retain it. That's what all their corporate guff will say - reality is often different

@VodafoneUK hey, tried using DM but it’s automated and doesn’t help with the issue. Can’t log on to account, signed up yesterday for internet, try to reset password, use new password still same error. Text message codes when input bring up error

If you are looking to cancel a contract with @VodafoneUK My contract expired 14 months ago so should have been simple, it was for an unused tablet: 1. Their shops are happy to upsell / upgrade but do not have the capability to cancel contracts. They will tell you to call 191.
