    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK internet is down again. Can you check @CityFibre is working properly? Last time it was them who was affecting the broadband supply. Huddersfield. Internet completely gone. Backup dongle not working either. Please check outage in this area.

    @VodafoneUK are a terrible company aren’t they. Left a good decade ago myself, first interaction today to replace (with an upgrade) my son’s damaged phone. After a half an hour discussion we were promised a call back at 7:30. Andddd nothing. Ugh

    @VodafoneUK hi my mobile phone internet isn't working at all checked coverage checker and says it should be working. My postcode is YO124TA thank you. Can you give me any reason why? Its been down since around 5 yesterday.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK are you able to look into this please. Myself and my friend who’s account it is have called multiple times to ask for it removed and it still hasn’t. We also asked for a phone transcript where u confirmed it was removed but never received the transcript… surprise

    Absolutely appalled by the shocking service @VodafoneUK . Couldn’t use my phone abroad on both my holidays this year, charged for passes that wouldn’t work, not been able to tell my why and won’t even refund me for them! Fuming! 😡

    @VodafoneUK, someone that shares my name signed up to your services with my email address (but not my payment info). So far I've received all the setup confirmations and now I'm getting delivery notifications for an address in the UK. I'm obviously not in the UK. Help please?

    @VodafoneUK Thank for reply more like more flexibility profit for Vodafone keep it simple we been on Vodafone 11 years the New system dosnt work Only new customer get rewarded not Current or long customer We get separate bill 1 for devices 1 for just phone bill before it was included as 1
