    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK Potentially the worst network in the U.K.! Been without broadband for 4 days now and had engineer no shows and 0 help from customer service. Got made to buy a repair part to prove it was broken when it wasn’t even the cable that’s the issue !! Ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK can somebody help please 3-5 days without doctors and loved ones to be able to contact my mother because you have not provisioned SIP properly for voice - it’s a telecast dependent line.

    @VodafoneUK Using Deloitte LLP, Vodafone-Three argued at Reading Crown Court on the 8th April 2026 that I did not have a Subscriber Service telephone Contract that was taken out on 03 January 2019 after a New Promotion. I had a £20.00 monthly Big Bundle and changed to monthly

    @VodafoneUK Just to clarify something. If I cancel mid contract, I pay a fee (as per t&cs) but if you cancel because you no longer can provide me with a service due to a house move, I still need to pay the cancellation fee cos I ‘signed a contract’?

    @VodafoneUK why is your 5g internet completely useless at 5pm EVERY DAY? I want a refund or a reduction on my £70!! monthly fee for poor service. Who can I talk to please?

    @VodafoneUK 4g not working again in BS21 I am so glad my contract is up tomorrow so I can move to EE what an awful service you have @VodafoneUK, pure rubbish
