    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    On a train (as I am every week) can't have a phone call for more than 30 seconds. @VodafoneUK your signal is absolutely shocking. Why??? It's 2026. Surely your investments would see significantly better performance. Tired of this rubbish

    Dear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. I’m trying to pay off my device plan but it’s like you don’t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!
