It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK I moved from Vodafone to EE 6 weeks ago best move I ever made great customer service great connection I even get 5g in areas I struggled to get 4g from Vodafone I'd recommend to your customers to move

@VodafoneUK took me 2hours to cancel the "complimentary" mobile broadband I got. I still need to talk regarding the billing. Your customer service is horrible (call center and online chat) So dissapointing from a global company

@Beer52HQ cancellation department no answer after 40 mins. Press 2 for help. Answer within a few minutes. Funny that. They won’t take note of my call. I best not get charged another month. @VodafoneUK rewards not happy.
