It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK any chance of my complaint being addressed at any point. Customer for almost 20 years. Complaint moved to ‘deadlock’ time scale now lapsed. It was moved to ‘deadlock’ without me being informed or the timescale being explained to me.

Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

@VodafoneUK What is the point in putting everything online if nothing ******* works!!! The so-called simple process of unlocking my phone to any network doesn’t work - heaven for bid I actually want to call your so-called customer services department and speak to a human being.
