It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK No thanks. No justification was not provided to why it was cancelled. I was also going to order a sim monthly plan but now I am going to another network provider. Your loss at the end.

Is there a poorer customer support service than @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

  • MuslimShamir Shamir Ahmed Ali ➡ (@MuslimShamir) reported

@VodafoneUK Ordered a @OPPOMobileUK @oppo phone on your website but it has been suspended. Tried calling after Dwayne informed me on your chat support. But no answer. I will not be using Vodafone and based on recent experience I will not buy an Oppo phone ever again. Awful service.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Hi, is it true I can cancel my current PAYM sim only contract and then take out a new deal with Vodfone. Then once my original PAYM SO 30 day notice has expired, its becomes a PAYG sim and then migrate my old number to my new PAYM SO, replacing the new temp number?
