It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK requested to return an item I wasn’t happy with on the 6th of December as my local store was having issues. Still haven’t received a returns bag and now going to be charged for a months usage when it was used for less than a day 👍🏻
