    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks I'm on super fast 1 fibre. 2year contract which I don't want to change. have the thg3000 router which I assume does not support ipv6? If I get my own router with ipv6 support will this work on my broadband with ipv6? Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK I have spent all morning trying to cancel my mobile wifi. another morning I wont get back, I also wante4d to change to a business account for the 3 numbers I have with V but have so far been unable to talk to an actual person! 20 minutes in and O2 have offered me 3

    @VodafoneUK I've been waiting since November 30th, dpd had the phone and it is lost, and after 10 days of investigation they have no information. Customer 'service' have offered no alternative but I have to wait until they reply. Vodafone should be ashamed of there terrible service.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the effort but my problem goes deeper than that. I have reception on my phone connected to Vodafone. My mobile home broadband router in the same room struggles to OPEN a Netflix “page”.
