It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

Day 2 of trying to contact @VodafoneUK. Broadband connection should have started 24/12/21, still waiting. 2 months with no broadband. Over an hour yesterday listening to hold music, today waiting on the chat which I started around 2 hours ago. Service is crap, avoid this company!

@VodafoneUK This is not acceptable as people's personal safety are at considerable risk. How can women call for help of being SA or harassed on the underground?

@VodafoneUK I’ve had no service for a week and a half now since the storm. Wi-fi isn’t cutting it. Anything I need to verify by text I’m unable to do. How long until it’s fixed?

@VodafoneUK To be honest, I’ve been on web chat and still the same bullshit, as soon as this contract is over I’m never using you again. I keep getting told different things by different advisors, and it’s getting on my nerves.

@VodafoneUK despite several promises and hours of frustrated phone calls my cellular plan is STILL not activated on my apple watch. Looking through reviews you have an ongoing issue. If you cannot resolve, rather than wasting my time, let me know and enable me to cancel.

@VodafoneUK I am sick of the fact that my network is continuously poor despite being on the 5G network. I have complained about this and there has been no improvement at all during the 9 months that I have had this phone

@VodafoneUK says they can't fix an issue which is common in my phone model for free "bc I [didn't] have a screen protector"... there's one tiny unrelated scratch that wasn't affecting my phone at all and they took that and ran with it, tried to pin it on me and charge me £200👍🏼
