It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK They are the worst. Cut me off when I was abroad despite my calls to them and being reassured they would not cut me off. Then harassed me for taking my business elsewhere where I get the same service for a third of the cost.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK I think a lot of customer service staff are working from home, and probably reduced in number. The menu systems on most companies now drive me nuts, to the point I rarely bother anymore.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Yeah, apparently, Covid means we all have to spend another each call service chat. Why, oh why, does C-19 feel like an excuse for employing less staff.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Had one of those earlier with Bank of Scotland. Called to report an issue with being able to log on to internet banking, to then have to battle a recorded message that kept telling me to log on to my internet banking to report! Eventually managed to bypass & reach a human!
