  @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

  @Adi_Dandy_1903 @VodafoneUK 100%. I tried to switch last year, but I was £400 in termination fees which I refused to pay. They’re down to £126 now with Vodafone providing up to £200 towards them. Happy days!

  @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

  In the UK, regulators would have had forced @VodafoneUK to immediately issue a refund for lack of service. But here in India, all you have to do is pay a bribe to officials and ministers. They will ignore all the consumer complaints.
