It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK with today’s news that free international roaming will end “as it’s not fare to charge customers for something that half of them don’t use” does this mean we will see our monthly fees come down?

  • sdollin85 Seonaid Dollin (@sdollin85) reported

@VodafoneUK recently renewed my contract and now see you’re introducing roaming charges. How long do I have to cancel my contract before incurring costs? Thanks

  • 13surroor patricide 🥰🥰💥 (@13surroor) reported

@VodafoneUK I cannot call. Give me other options to cancel (text/ email) or do it manually. This is overdue since a week: keeping contract under duress is illegal. DM me immediately I will not be talking to the customer care bot

  • AngeloOdR Angelo Oscar da Rosa (@AngeloOdR) reported

@VodafoneUK I called today for the second time already! I’ll try the third! Of course you can’t cancel here! But people should know how hard you make it to cancel!

  • AngeloOdR Angelo Oscar da Rosa (@AngeloOdR) reported

@VodafoneUK I wish the customer help line was as fast as you are when trying to preserve your name on social media!

  • DeeneyGerard Gerard (@DeeneyGerard) reported

@VodafoneUK Current EU regulation ends in June 2022. UK left in Jan 2021 and EU proposed a 10yr extension in Feb 2021. No longer fixed? Are EU networks now charging Vodafone? If a customer in NI is roaming on Vodafone IRL, will they be charged for roaming to the same network?

  • JohnWWilde JWilde (@JohnWWilde) reported

@VodafoneUK I’ve been meaning to look into this for a while now, why have you stopped your coverage of WiFi on the underground? Integral to so many users on the tube network.

  • bigmaverick1 BIG MAVERICK🍀🇮🇪🍀 (@bigmaverick1) reported

@JohnOBrennan2 @Pmacgiollabhain @VodafoneUK They always were the biggest thieves in the phone market so to be expected! Also the worst customer service in UK!

  • Marty27554033 🇮🇪Marty🇮🇪 (@Marty27554033) reported

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK Roaming charge so does effect people who are on a contract already because that’s changes the terms and conditions that people signed up to and people can terminate their contract with Vodafone

  • Maftowngirl Lizzi 🇱🇸 (@Maftowngirl) reported

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I've been a customer for years. When my contract ends in December I'll be finding a different provider that still offers roaming in Europe.
