It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Their customer service is beyond atrocious- I’ve had a similar experience though in less upsetting circumstances- sorry to hear it.

  • Greebohobbes Bek Hobbes traîné dans les rues par la chat (@Greebohobbes) reported

@VodafoneUK I tried to add a BVB10 yesterday and after the usual message saying it will be done shortly, it wasn’t. Can you help?

  • studavies1982 Stuart Davies (@studavies1982) reported

@VodafoneUK since the 20th June I have had 9 phone calls with you, several web chats, 1 store visit, 1 new SIM card. I still have a phone fault. Your employee turned off my phone signal for 30 minutes and put my child’s life at risk. So seeing as you are incapable of sorting this

@VodafoneUK Morning, still no service, this is unacceptable, what is a Bot ? We expect our account to be compensated for your lack of service and lack of customer service.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK George, suggest writing direct to the ceo. I did that to sort out a Vodafone billing problem I had and it was all fixed within days. Agree their customer service is shocking. Ps v sorry to hear about your mother. B

  • rowtonsandra Sandra (@rowtonsandra) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So sorry to read this. I had exactly the same issue with my husband’s account after he passed away. Cancelled it x 2 but never happened. They also sent a debt recovery firm. Only after I complained publicly on Facebook did someone sort it out.

  • vishalk20462354 vishal kumar (@vishalk20462354) reported

@VodafoneUK It's been 1 week now, and the reception has not approved in the area. Do we have an ETA on the so called works will be completed as the service is unusable at my home now. If this continues I will have to reconsider my commitment to Vodafone.

  • CraigBehenna Craig Behenna (@CraigBehenna) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Richie, I think you may have missed the overall gist that going through the Vodaphone system caused this problem in the first place. Maybe working this out in a more public forum might be better

  • RadioKate RadioKate (@RadioKate) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm sorry to hear this. It is a really hard time as it is, but when companies don't help it makes it all so tiring. Had the same when mum died and complained to BT about their insensitivity. Then they called *her* to see if she was happy the complaint had been dealt with.

  • TherealMCM2 The Real MCM (@TherealMCM2) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had this with Vodafone for almost 4 years! Till I took the bastards to court snd then they run off never to be heard again. I bet the company they are using is starts with M and rhymes with croft
