It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK never use Vodafone, their administration is terry and they do not respond to requests for information and then fails ly say that you have defaulted on payments.

@VodafoneUK care to explain - just been called a liar, offered a deal to then have it retracted, and then told that money shouldn’t be an issue and to just get over it because “it’s only a fiver” not realising that not everyone is made of money!

@VodafoneUK SHOCKING LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even the complaints dept didnt care/listen. I have a legal right to complain & you have a legal obligation to deal with it. Completely underhanded & unethical sales practices. Disgraceful!

I swear @VodafoneUK has the clunkiest website and orders cancel after being placed due to "technical issues" where they then make you go through online chat for two hours with no resolution 🙄
