    @VodafoneUK @antonycotton Vodafone UK are appalling. Absolutely zero customer service and if you can get hold of them they say it’ll be sorted next day but it never is. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

    @Mobilescouk I'm stuck in limbo over here, after moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK . My switch date was yesterday and my SIM wasn't delivered. So I've got no service, can't call or message anyone. What can I do?

    Another day fighting with @VodafoneUK to get a constant 4G signal. Why are these phone comp allowed to provide such a poor service and still charge for it @Ofcom
