It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK Thanks... I think - hope - it's sorted now - took just over 5 hours on the phone... The issue was being passed around to different teams and being put on hold for an hour each time to get through... think that needs fixing! Wait in line once but not each time!

  • Annabanna9111 Anna (@Annabanna9111) reported

@VodafoneUK So when are you going to sort out your ridiculous Internet and actually make it worth the money? Honestly the worst company around!

  • GamingDaveUK David (@GamingDaveUK) reported

Thank you @VodafoneUK for upping my bill a whopping 8% while still not providing me with 5g as promised a year and a half ago. The extra expense will help further stress my financial situation and really help the diet. Wish my wages went up by that much. Will leave in November.

  • scooby1997 john powell (@scooby1997) reported

@VodafoneUK This is so funny how voda asked “best phone ever” and all they get back is worse customer service ever

  • KingDJx J K (@KingDJx) reported

@VodafoneUK absolute joke of a company, took 2 weeks to send out a router and now it doesn’t work, for 2 weeks I’ve been told in 24 hours it will fixed, can’t get through to anyone now. I’ve never had such useless customer service

  • waynejubb Jubba (@waynejubb) reported

@VodafoneUK got to be one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Glad my contact is ending soon so I can hopefully move to one with better customer service.

  • MercurialMeee Martin Ellis (@MercurialMeee) reported

@VodafoneUK @aaronwest87 Sorry you meant to say “shareholders can’t risk losing those billions in profits” that you made last year. Customers know this happens we’re not stupid.

  • kelskelskel Ҝ乇ㄥ丂乇ㄚ (@kelskelskel) reported

@VodafoneUK made an order with you on Monday for next day delivery but I’ve had no update on my order? I need to know when it’s going to arrive (roughly at least!) can I get some help with this?

  • Pheonix_Ninja danMarks('WebNinja') (@Pheonix_Ninja) reported

@VodafoneUK How do I cancel my One Number subscription?

  • zakbrownz Zak (@zakbrownz) reported

@FlambeGarlic141 @MercurialMeee @VodafoneUK If inflation goes down then logically so should Bills, But we all know greed always wins
