It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK I’m on the phone to your team and they’re telling me 9-15 days wait. I knew there was a problem but after trying to get through for 24 hours I’ve had to find out myself there’s an error and now I’ve got to wait. How is this fair? Fed up of being messed around.

@VodafoneUK you have met me down on the connection promise, you claim to provide 4G at my new address and I get NOTHING. I want to leave my contract bu you claim I owe £500 that’s not acceptable. I want to move to @EE so can you wave the termination fee!!!!! Unacceptable
