    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

    @dave_aldrine I’m ready to say goodbye to @VodafoneUK that’s a sure fact. Sick of the terrible signal everywhere. Sending messages in bottles is currently more successful.

    @VodafoneUK , I have moved over to you and inserted the new sim card. I supposed to keep my mobile number. I currently no network access . How long does it take for my network access to kick in?

    @VodafoneUK who on earth thought it was a good idea to region lock your Vodafone app . Then Drop the ability to recharge phones from your website , you have just lost all the tourists, visitors to Uk they cannot recharge as they cannot DL your app. Fix it .
