    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    Starting to regret signing up for @vodafoneuk full fibre through @CityFibre - engineer failed to show up, didn't even call. Router still hasn't arrived despite assurances, and support chat is slow and awful.
