    @VodafoneUK We've tried to sort it over the phone and got nowhere other than being told you'll monitor it for 72 hours. There's nothing to monitor! There's no internet! It's down. I don't believe you'll be able to do anything different other than tell me the same thing again.

    what a crap level of customer service I have just received...@VodafoneUK are the worst!My broadband should have gone live yesterday and now I’m being told 2 weeks,try telling that to your family during lock down after 2hrs on the phone with incoherent call centre staff #fuming
