It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK I've spoken to your support and sales team, they made me set up a new contract, and are insistent they have to set up an Open Reach appointment, the earliest of which is on 30 Sept, even though an Open Reach engineer just set up our fibre 2 months ago.

@VodafoneUK @MsLesleySmith Interesting that Vodafone have immediately replied to Lesley, while @EE haven’t bothered at all after quite some time. I guess paying Kevin Bacon to boast about the UK’s largest network doesn’t leave any time to talk to customers

@VodafoneUK perfect signal at work before the school holidays, now it's horrendous. I'm getting 10 notifications every time I leave the building because it's so bad, missing urgent emails at times. What's gone wrong? Heatwave melted your masts?
