    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    if you have @VodafoneUK broadband and you break your phone, and pay monthly they refuse to renew the broadband until the balance is cleared. 10 years customers get treated like **** because they can't afford to pay a screen repair off in one go imagine if its a £300 screen.

    @VodafoneUK Hi I messaged your team but I realised the issue was a local one. As in the cable had come out of the back of the router whilst I was in a different part of the property.

    @VodafoneUK For the past 1 month, I have not been able to get 4g on my phone. I have called you umpteen times and have a complaint raised. Today I received a text saying that you have resolved the issue. However I still dont have 4G!!!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have now contacted CEDR to resolve an ongoing issue. 1 year on and still having to spend hours on the phone resolving an issue that was supposedly resolved!
