    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK EE shocking. Customer service awful. Didn’t even wanna keep my service despite having 3 accounts. With Vodafone who are just as bad. My son with giff gaff and he’s had no probs. Check who owns all these offshoots first cos sum are just a front for the big ones!

    @VodafoneUK so I get the Vodafone broadband in less than 34 hours was having problems proceeded to contact CS only to be speaking to an advisor who after me spelling my name 3 times still got it wrong I ended the call what shall I do next

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I wish to cancel an account which is out of contract & I haven’t used for months. It’s a sim only sat in an iPad. So not able to dial 191. Your queue time is 43 minutes on the 0333 number. How can I cancel without wasting an hour of incurred charges
