    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK It’s not like we haven’t had broadband before the line was there so I don’t see what the problem would have been ! Like I say I am up and running today with Sky - but it’s still a BT line obviously

    @VodafoneUK Anyone with a phone or watch plan make sure you cancel 30 days before your contract ends. If you don’t you will still be charged for something you’ve paid off!!

    @VodafoneUK I've just spent last hour on a call trying to cancel 2 data sim accounts that aren't being used. Your "customer service" told me that I have to travel to a shop to do that. A cynical person would think that you're trying to make it hard for me to cancel these.

    @VodafoneUK Hi! I’m trying to change to pay as you go but am at my wits end. I’ve spoken to multiple reps who send me a link which is supposed to be to a form but it just takes me back to the change your number page. Please can you help.

    @VodafoneUK I am very disappointed in the service we have received! Not only did you send our first order to the wrong address, our reorder was then cancelled and now we have had to reorder AGAIN! We have been waiting for over 3 weeks for WiFi in our new house, ridiculous!
