It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@LRidingsUCLan @virginmedia @VodafoneUK I usually find Virgin's service good when it works. But the second anything goes wrong and you need to speak to someone, it's dire. Will be looking around for ano provider so thanks for the recommendation :)

@VodafoneUK got through to the very last step in signing my new contract online for an iPhone 13, when the website crashes. You've already taken the money from my bank, but the order clearly hasn't been placed. Well done. I also have no email and your support team been useless

@VodafoneUK so been cut off twice from Vodaphone customer service which is terrible No call back and I’m supposed to sit waiting in a queue because staff are sat a home and there’s not enough staff to work worst service ever

@andybraders @O2 Must all be **** mate. I'm paying £10 a month for Spotify which should be included in my 'Entertainment Pack' @VodafoneUK . Not as steep as your issue but still!
