    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    So BT Open-reach have cut off @harv69i internet supposedly by fixing someone else’s - & now we’re left to sort the issue out?! @VodafoneUK why can you not contact open-reach surely they have a log of works carried out in the area yesterday. Fuming this is THEIR bodge up.

    @VodafoneUK shocking service as not able to use mobile Internet for last day and a half. Customer service has been pants and making me regret my decision to leave 3!!!!

    @VodafoneUK I have a transaction on my bank account with you which I did not process as I'm not a customer of yours (fraudulent). I have spoken to the bank they asked that I call you but I cannot seem to get anywhere as the options are for customers. Can someone help.
