    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Lucy. Insightful indeed. However, unclear to me why the signals are so much better in trains on the continent. DB (via DTelekom) are targeting 100mB/s on all 20k miles of its network and you are not able to provide a stable connection on highly densely populated UK routes

    Another day of terrible service and connection from @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Hi I topped up my daughter's phone yesterday with £15 and it has disappeared almost straight away. She phoned 191 for help which sent her a link which she cannot use because she has no data. Despite me putting £15 on yesterday.

  • Sam14Nov Sam (@Sam14Nov) reported

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying over the past 3 weeks to get my first billing error straight to your customer care exec via HappyToHelp chat section but it isn't helping. Direct Debit payment is completed until Nov 26. So on Dec 2, I shouldn't be billed from Nov through Dec. Plz chk

  • Man_Power_Music Man Power (@Man_Power_Music) reported

    @VodafoneUK has the worst and most unreliable WiFi and their customer service is never available when it goes down in the evenings. Avoid at all costs. Really ruined my Sunday evening (again)

  • ffswhy Lee (@ffswhy) reported

    @VodafoneUK grrr... Been on hold with your superfast broadband dedicated help team for 25 mins. When I finally get thru the chat box cut off!

  • SamyHeath1993 Samy Heath (@SamyHeath1993) reported

    @VodafoneUK sucks 😡 🤢

    @VodafoneUK At the start of this I was told it wasn’t something you could help with and I had to call. Long story short, the CEO’s office is trying - and so far failing - to fix the issue (no idea where the problem lies, maybe Billing, maybe IT), so there’s no point in my rehashing it all.
