    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @stephenpollard @VodafoneUK They are all the same, had a similar issue with 3 - the industry’s refusal to issue paperwork or email confirmations of cancellation is absurd and needs to be changed.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, no it hasn’t resolved it. My issue was the router Keeps loosing power rest of the time no issues, router gets very warm and then turns off have to unplug and wait then plug in again for it to work.

    Hi @VodafoneUK when my phone is on 4G nothing loads or syncs (websites don’t load, emails don’t sync/update, can’t send images or voice messages). This has been going on for a couple of days now...could you help? I need my phone to function when I’m out of the house!

    @VodafoneUK After two blissful years my contract ended - new contract + network issues = 20+ phoncalls - no resolution and Vodafone excelling in the worst customer service- cant make calls (I have unlimited) because I have reached my spending cap which was set at 0 in the first place WTF?

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appealing service from Vodafone!! Having to contact every single month to get my bill fixed cos they keep trying to bill me extra, every time they say its fixed and then the very next month the same issue! 4 months this has been going on - when will it end?

    @VodafoneUK keep receiving phone calls from numbers that are nearly identical to mine. I get 2-3 a day, tend to ignore them but I’ve answered some, one said they were from the Carphone Warehouse, and another said they were ringing me because I’d called them when I haven’t. Help?

    @VodafoneUK It is working thanks. Point is that there was no scope for a proactive fix (even if the customer pays) in your processes. I had to book a “socket move” to get an engineer, otherwise Vodafone are happy to wait for it to break before doing anything about it.

    Never, ever tale out a mobile broadband service with @VodafoneUK . You will enter hell - because you cannot leave. I took out a monthly plan, 30 days notice, and cancelled it in November when I moved as I no longer needed it. They stopped taking payments and I assumed...
