It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK why does my broadband keep cutting out every couple of hours? It's been like if for a few days now. I can see other people are complaining of the same issue. When's it going to be fixed?

  • subtle_hammer Subtle As A Sledge Hammer 🔨 (@subtle_hammer) reported

@VodafoneUK honestly I changed from my contract to sim only and now the Internet is absolutely terrible its this a corporate way of scheming people out on more contracts.

  • osbornejoe Joe Osborne (@osbornejoe) reported

@BinksyDB @VodafoneUK Did you cancel early? Did it effect your credit score etc?

  • Travel_papi Aboo Bane (@Travel_papi) reported

@VodafoneUK I’m having network issues, please can you confirm if there is any engineering work going on in this area. W1H 5PQ

  • speedyb Dave - Stay Hands, Wash Your Insides 🏠 (@speedyb) reported

So Vodafone wont look at THEIR disconnection issue because we're using a third party router. Your router doesn't provide either enough wifi coverage, or support for enough devices @VodafoneUK , so mesh routers were required.

  • swlines Tom Cairns (@swlines) reported

Was hoping to get @CityFibre / @VodafoneUK Gigafast installed today. They can't due to there being a tree in the way... and no line of sight from the pole they hang the fibre from. Ho hum. Guess I'll be waiting another couple of months then :(

  • HCook13 Helen Cook (@HCook13) reported from Lambeth, England

Hi @VodafoneUK I'm getting rather frustrated with your customer service. My broadband is not working, spent an hour on instant chat last night, called to follow up just now but no help. Please can you fix it or at least give me an update on when it might be fixed? Thanks

  • g33tee G33Tee (@g33tee) reported

Don't you just love it when a company still tries to charge you for a service you had disconnected. Glad I checked my @VodafoneUK bill today 🤬

  • itscoopeinnit Crash bandicoope (@itscoopeinnit) reported

@MoistPirate @VodafoneUK, about 15 years ago i was behind on a bill. They told me to borrow some money from a friend and pay it. they then sold the £70 to a collection agency who demanded nearly £500. That was pretty damn disgusting.

TIL: When you call @VodafoneUK's support line and the automaton asks you why you're calling, a reply of "you're really annoying me" gets you through to the right department.
