    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Your doing the same thing to me my late estranged husband lost his phone I contacted you for a new SIM card for him - never received it so stopped direct debit after at least 9 months having had no service whatsoever. Shame on you Vodafone. See you in court!

    @VodafoneUK @debrakidd money money money. Scumbags. Trying to repair the damage now Thousands of people have seen it. Why dont you promise to find the many people who have dealt with the family and sack them all ? Because you know there would be no one left in the company.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They blocked my son's calls/texts after a serious (fatal) accident abroad when he needed it desperately. After a *very* lengthy process, they unblocked it, only to block it again the next day. I would *never* use @VodafoneUK, the distress for us both added to the nightmare.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss George. What atrocious treatment of your poor dad. The first thing they should have done was to move hell and high water to find your dads account and sort this out. And then they should compensate for the stess caused and a full written apology.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I remember when my granddad sadly passed, we were lucky that there were limited complications trying to cancel… But barely 5 mins after telling the advisor my granddad had passed, they moved to trying to SELL US a new contract. Talk about picking your moments…!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not surprising from Vodafone UK the service is shocking. We was threatened with debit recovery agencies after refusing to pay a bill that was £2k (which was incorrect) This is the go to strategy for Vodafone to hit vulnerable customers hard no compassion at all, awful business.😡
