It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK I switched to Vodafone, from previous supplier, for my home broadband supply, plus landline phone, in November 2022. The broadband works ok, but Vodafone has failed to connect our landline properly. Phoned numerous times and told ‘it’s a porting issue’.

@VodafoneUK Do you have a broadband outage? My router appears to say it’s connected, but I have no internet service. And your broadband checker service says “High Volume. Please try back in 30 minutes”, which seems to imply I’m not alone..?
