  It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

  I was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈

  Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK

  Never give @VodafoneUK your business. I moved to Lebara who offer better value on the same network. Not my beef. My beef is that when chasing money they owed me at the end of the contract, their CA told me they don’t pay money back unless they are chased! Shocking behaviour.😡😡

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I went through exactly the same issue, it was only when I threatened them with legal action and exposure they eventually cancelled the contract. Don't give up, don't pay a penny.

  @VodafoneUK who can help me with a complaint about a broadband service issue? My elderly parents have been without internet for seven weeks now and you will not listen to them or send out an engineer.

  @VodafoneUK so your useless call centre stating no service in Ipswich area for 3 days now, no idea when it will be sorted yet you want customers to chase you for compensation when sorted? Surely YOU should be contacting affected customers?! When will this issue be sorted exactly?

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Imagine destroying someone’s credit over a contract you cancelled yourself. That’s not customer service, that’s a side quest.
