    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    The customer service from @VodafoneUK is so awful. Having just spent 45 minutes in an online chat trying to report an issue, first via a bot, then via two operators, I have been told to call the call centre. The call centre would not put me through to a human and told me to (1/2)

    @VodafoneUK What’s happened to our fast fibre broadband? We’re getting 8.5 Mbps at best. I thought we were supposed to be guaranteed 20+. Is there a problem?

    Anyone thinking of getting anything at all from @VodafoneUK my advice is DON’T BOTHER ! Customer service is appalling. Broadband is non existent. Call advisors have not got a clue !!

    @VodafoneUK sent...Everything is confirmed by Sky, keeps existing number, lovely; that will make things easier. Hold on...phone is locked, can't make calls. She needs an unlock code from Network provider. Sky can't help. Vodafone won't. 'It will take 48hrs to get unlock code

    @VodafoneUK < of order, she has no linkline connection. If she now has a fall she can’t call for help. Apparently they don’t have emergency appointment in these circumstances. Very disappointed in the service

    @VodafoneUK MyVodafone app finally works, got on chat spent 20 minutes being passed to 4 different people, none of which helped, absolutely pointless. I took out sim card and put back in but everything is still so slow and TV keeps going blurry, apps on my first stick struggling to load
