Ashley Cawley (@ashleycawley) reported from Saint Eval, EnglandIt makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

Bridget1918 (@linzi2018) reported@VodafoneUK There seems to be no point I get told different things each time I ring up. The advisors I speak to get so-called updates from @CityFibre for example yesterday I was told @CityFibre need to send a engineer out to fix it & I ring today apparently that’s changed to be general
