Okay @SpotifyCares and @VodafoneUK I’ve chatted with both customer service sides. Cancel the sub already and let me start again. Impressed with Voda customer service rep on phone - but nothing has actually happened. Deeply unimpressed that I can’t close Spotify in app.

@VodafoneUK shocking customer service, told I could upgrade on line and be able to pay the early upgrade fee on my next bill. Only to discover this isn’t the case. Very tempted to leave. Not the same as it used to be.
