@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK There's not mutch point when you have point blank refused to help. I will just wait till my earliest date of cancellation for both accounts, and I will move on to a company with better customer service, cheapest is not always best it seems.....

@VodafoneUK your IVR system is stuff of nightmares, call to cancel and they send me a txt to go through web chat, i go through webchat and they say call up to cancel, called up again and twice the call was dropped, what's the secret of speaking to someone
