I enjoyed the method of customer service by Vodafone, which is asking tiresome security questions until they forget what the real problem was. I spent hours for solving connection problem with customer representative, I got tired and my problem remains unresolved. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Wow! Joe at Chantry Place Vodafone Norwich had all the personality of a stick! Felt like he didn't want to help and it felt like he was kinda rude when we wanted to return a phone. Never again will I look at Vodafone in Norwich. Plus side Matt was nice and did help.

@VodafoneUK partner upgraded today was told will be delivered tomorrow, you guys took wrong number of house down booked it for number 16 not 60, called straight away when realised to be told now have to wait till Friday….. it’s 22 houses up the street ffs 😡😡😡
