@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK my home broadband is down and sometimes comes back up and I do t know why I know there was a fault in my aera but I don’t want to use my data

@VodafoneUK Do the agents in your company know what customer service means???? Agent called ATHRAH was not only extremly unhelpfull but also DISCONNECTD my call! I am now going to report to Offcom.

@VodafoneUK once again I have no Internet this evening and neither has my wife. As the Vodafone Internet is on my wife's account I'm going to persuade her to cancel it. It has never worked properly and customer services is not helpful at all

Not happy @VodafoneUK. I agree a new broadband contract on the phone at £19 per month. When the contract document comes through, the price is £22 per month. When I query this with your call centre, apparently there is nothing that can be done. Poor customer service!

@VodafoneUK broadband for new customers £22 a month. For me £26.23 and it will go up again in April by 10%. It’s getting like car insurance. No benefit in remaining a customer and you have to keep on switching to get the best deals. Such a pain in the arse! 😩#CostOfLivingCrisis
