    @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

    @VodafoneUK He started work at 8am, he'll be home around 10.45pm. When would you like him to call? You haven't resolved this matter in the last 22 days despite calls & messages. Your engineers didn't fix it. Your online help hasn't fixed it. How do you propose to fix it today?

    Imagine trying to join @VodafoneUK broadband and having so much bad service from them before you even join. Over 2hours on online chat, multiple agents and still no further forward. Lucky escape?!

    Avoid @VodafoneUK at all costs, treat existing customers like dirt. Only good deals for new customers. Make things difficult for you so get you on a longer more expensive contract, even after being with them for over 10 years

    Just spoke to a lovely lady from @VodafoneUK who is sending me a brand new handset tomorrow as am under warranty, such amazing customer service. Not sure why the store gave me bad advice but so happy to be sorted :)
