@VodafoneUK like i said before kate, i wont be wasting my time talking to customer services anymore. i'll bide my time, and when my contracts end (5 mobile contracts and 2 bb contracts) i'll be done with vodafone for good

@MallinsonRoss @VodafoneUK Certainly will avoid , will ring up to cancel all my plans and devices with them . Got charged for a broadband never even got installed and order cancelled with no honour of discount as the promo time is up . Signed up 6 months ago and never got the service

@O2 @TheO2 can’t get much worse, they cut Nero coffee from 1 per week to 1 per month LIMITED stock too so not even every customer will receive this ‘priority’. Don’t offer much healthy options only a Greggs sausage roll or pastry. Nothing fun at all. Better off with @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I visited instead. The staff were lovely but unable to offer a courtesy phone to a long standing customer whose phone had broken under warranty. Apparently that isn't a service offered anymore.

Does @UKinEthiopia consider #Tigray part of Ethiopia? If so why not reconnect that region as well it’s being over #558 Days since we heard anything from our families there.They have no network, telecommunications or basic banks, @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup must be only for the gov

@VodafoneUK I've got a broadband flashing red light on my router for about half an hour although running the diagnostic check it says there are no problems? BH10 postcode. Have the backup dongle doing its thing, just pretty slowly...

Never get @VodafoneUK broadband is my tip of the week. Working from home. 48-72 hours before they even make contact for an appointment to come fix it. Put my price up this year for no reason too. Price went up, quality gone down. Contract up in Feb, and I’ll be gone.
