Jonny Wilson (@jonnypwilson) reportedBeen with @VodafoneUK for 10+ years. Just called up to see if they can offer me a better deal before I switch to a cheaper provider. Chap on the phone essentially shrugged his shoulders and told me "cheerio". Very strange approach to customer retention.
