  @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

  @VodafoneUK why is it since the start off this whole lockdown last year you have started adding charges for late payments..... people having trouble paying and you slap on an extra £5 if its a day late. All that unpaid tax still not enough for your bonuses?

  @VodafoneUK Hmmm there used to be a number you could text with a promise to pay in 7 days.... so there was never a charge for being a day over due.... only started getting these charges since this pandemic started.

  Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK. We booked an installation 6 weeks in advance. Sub Contractors arrive 23/03/21. They can't hook our house to the infrastructure, they need the correct equipment. We've spent ages trying to get a response from Vodafone why this hasn't..
