  @VodafoneUK Eventually had to login to My Vodafone website (which, unlike the app, at least remembered the card I had last used) but this ended up taking about half an hour in total and it shouldn’t be like this :-(

  @VodafoneUK With respect, I have been through this process numerous times on the phone with no resolution. Everyone I have spoken to has promised a quick and pleasing resolution, but nothing has been done.

  @mrbio1984 @VodafoneUK @O2 Stick with three. I'm lucky to get 1mbps with useless Vodafone. Absolute joke. Also no WiFi on the underground and roaming charges. Never using them again.
