    @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

    Loyal customer of @VodafoneUK for 10 year but when my work dried up due to pandemic i was laid off vodafone lied about cancelling my contract and swapping me to a sim only deal and now im X amount in of debt and while i struggle to pay off this debt i still have to pay 45pm

    @VodafoneUK honesty this is the worst shopping ever. Called your team, ordered over the phone. They are sending it to the wrong address, I call to correct their mistake and they are asking me to do things. Because the account was setup incorrectly at their end!!! 😡 #badservice

    @VodafoneUK I had the worst possible customer service from you. You have basically ripped me off and I haven’t even got a decent explanation as to why I was double charged for the same service I was using. Worst way to deal #ripoff #doublecharge #unhelpful

    @VodafoneUK been a Vodafone customer all of 1 month and already they are making a pigs ear of customer service. Embarrassingly poor! And..... impossible to speak to a human to get their error sorted! Another useless provider with zero customer service
