    @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

    @VodafoneUK my home broadband is down and sometimes comes back up and I do t know why I know there was a fault in my aera but I don’t want to use my data

    @Lady_Jay_Bee3 @VodafoneUK 1. Keep a record of your interactions with them. 2. Be sure that all the checks you can do have been carried out 3. Insist on an engineer's visit if the operator hasn't been able to fix your service remotely 4. If no joy with these, consider contacting Ofcom with your issues

    @VodafoneUK so according to your website there are only TWO house in my whole road that “can’t “ get broadband. Mine is one of them. How do I fix this? Because logic tells me that this should be a quick fix!

    @VodafoneUK 48 hours to actually speak with a agent on we chat. Which only happened after telling tobi he is useless. And because i can’t remember a pin I set up years ago and never used the agent is need to visit a store. Horrendous customer service one of the reasons I left to begin with

    @VodafoneUK Well, I never knew Apple phones were that good! A mast 340 miles away? I don’t think so. @Sure has a presence in the Isle of Man so something is confused!

    @VodafoneUK Hi,I haven’t had a consistent 4G signal in the Bromsgrove area since before May 20th.I’ve been getting apologetic updates from @VodafoneUK,but I’m paying for a service that I’m not getting.What’s going on as this is awful service?
