@photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK Shocking organisation. Tried to get £4K out of me. Took three years, debt collection agents and court threats and then they sent a 1 line letter saying they were dropping it. Record calls and note time/date of all conversations. Don't give up, They will back down - eventually!

Love customer loyalty! @VodafoneUK put my broadband /landline cost up by £3/month to £26.33. So I have switched! via @MoneySavingExp £18.75/month (after bill credit). 63mb fibre service. £90.96 saving over next 12 months.

@photomikeyhere @Boristhespider0 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a similar problem to most large companies here - they employ jobsworths, the curse of modern business (& local government offices too). Tick box mentalities, prevented from using common sense.. it's rife! 🤬

@VodafoneUK I opened a return for a like new PAYG phone on the 23rd May and still haven’t received my returns pack. I called CS and they tell me to wait another 14 days! I need my refund and get the feeling it’s never going to arrive. Can you help please?
