@VodafoneUK That’s not the problem, I would happy to hold to speak to someone but I’m never given the chance, it just keeps telling me to use TOBi and ending the call. TOBi isn’t even working! It shouldn’t be this hard, how do I get through to a person?

TIL that @SkyUK Q Box interferes with any other WiFi booster from competitors. After going through support with @VodafoneUK broadband, However still getting 800mbps on wired and only 150-200Mbps on WiFi. All because FTTP has to be at front of house meaning WiFi all devices.

@VodafoneUK @claireoceans How about you send me a DM about my ongoing problem with transfer of ownership? Been going round in circles for days. Some liar I chatted to online said that Vodafone phoned me and my partner. They definitely did not! Disgraceful company! Contract expired on the 27th.

Hey @VodafoneUK, internet is a bit hitty missy in North Tyneside and South Northumberland and I cant even check your service checker. Is there a known problem
