@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had similar problems with them around 25 years ago. I threatened their debt collectors (Vodaphone owed me money!) with court action for harassment in quite a loud voice when they phoned me AT WORK. Haven’t been near them since.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK That's awful the worst I have heard, I know Vodafone is useless I had no end of problems with them and always warn everybody I know not to touch them with a barge pole, they are rude and uncaring . I hope you get an apology soon but TBH I wouldn't hold my breath.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with AT&T. Cancelled and they kept charging the direct debit for months afterwards. After repeated calls, they insisted it was taken care of. It wasn't. If a corp keeps taking money unauthorized from your account, the strategy IS stealing.
