@VodafoneUK my home broadband is down and sometimes comes back up and I do t know why I know there was a fault in my aera but I don’t want to use my data

@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience with HSBC over 6 months before finally closing my account. Poor service, excuses, hollow apologies, the call operators probably assume the Managers will sort it out and the Managers are either inept, uncaring or uninformed #2/2

@VodafoneUK @currys could you give a contact number? My Mum started a new contract on a new phone but Vodafone have switched to a pay as you go. Customer service cut her off and now no network at all. Wakefield store very unhelpful

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK FWLIW George, I had exactly the opposite experience with @O2 this year when I went to cancel my mothers service. They had a dedicated bereavement team that were frankly spectacular. So it seems at least some companies are getting this right.

@GeorgeMonbiot I’ve tried to cancel a business account which has been one of the worst experiences and so badly and obstructively managed by @VodafoneUK they are the worst. So awful.

@Surface_UK are there issues with Go2 using esim with Vodafone (windows 11 preview) @VodafoneUK have been completely useless. Blaming the device because its not a watch. It just says Account Not Active - can see other networks when searching, just never connects.
