@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

To the 'direct' number for her that she gave me. She was in uk. The number today took me overseas. 40 minutes on phone so far today. Vodafone staff are liars. The customer service are crap. 4 years with ME driving to sort this out. #vodafone @MoneySavingExp @VodafoneUK #liars

@LT77_ @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Same here. I was around 840Mbps down and 910Mbps up but over the past few weeks they have both been > 900Mbps consistently

@VodafoneUK I’ve spent hours on the phone and still nothings been done or changed at all. Doubt this would make any difference at all. Terrible issues but even worse service - and I will be terminating my contract at the first chance.

@VodafoneUK live outage maps show major UK outages, which is what we’re experiencing to extremes over here. Got given a month of unlimited data last month so I could use my phone as a hotspot, but even my 4G isn’t working when the wifi goes down. Wanna work on fixing this please?
