  @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

  @VodafoneUK is the IVR system on 191 down? Trying to make a card payment over the phone and it won't even recognise my other accounts number

  @VodafoneUK getting broadband with you is a JOKE. Engineer was supposed to be out here on the 7th (!!!!!!) of March to activate the service. JUST DIDN’T BOTHER TO SHOW UP - no call, nothing. Re-arranged for today - NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN. This is GARBAGE customer service!!!!
