@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK so unhappy with this service now, no mobile Internet working for a while, robotic noises, no signal, only works mostly on WiFi, its more annoying that no1 helps when you contact you customer service.

@VodafoneUK if I'm seeing @CityFibre looking into putting fibre into my MDU, and I sign up for a broadband package from you now, at what point would you move my service across to their faster fibre rather than the crappy BT line I have, or is that something I'd have to request?

@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I had contacted you previously, I was told that you offer no guarantee of service indoors. Despite stating that other family members were suffering from the same issue across multiple locations, I was advised to factory reset MY phone... I will DM you though, no harm in trying.

Really hoping #vodafoneuk will sort out coverage & throughput in parts of #Hove and #Worthing - tried a different gym today at BN14 9LA and still one bar/virtually zero throughput. It really is shockingly bad in places. Like the seafront, or patchy walking 30 mins+ from home.
