@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK No worries! I was looking to do it online and order the new phone from there (I’m on the website and logged in) and was just looking for confirmation that my number would stay the same as I’ve never moved from sim only to contract before.

@VodafoneUK Yes I have used a different browser u have used my tablet, my phone I've cleared my cookies and cash from my browser and I still can not get through checkout without reciving the error message and it looks like I'm not the only one having this issue.
