@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK Why is it I can never log into my account. Despite help from online chat, I still do not get access. Not encouraging is it.

@VodafoneUK I had issues and was passed around various teams for well over 1 hour for a simple issue, finally a manager took the call and resolved it and gave me £30 on my account as a good will gesture. But upon review over 2 weeks later nothing was applied.

@VodafoneUK your customer service website is a joke. The 191 number you provide for customer service via mobiles does not work. The landland number does not work either. The TOBI robot won't connect me to a human. You are billing me an incorrect amount - what am I to do?

@VodafoneUK Thanks for that - but why did my email request via your site go ignored, and your agent on the phone tell me that it wasn’t possible? Vodafone customer service is legendarily bad.

@LeonMor43104064 @VodafoneUK Reset APN and certainly some improvement but don't think 7/8 Mb is really an expected 4G signal. Will put it to sleep and try in the morning.

Thank you @VodafoneUK for ramping up prices by nearly 10%! “this increase is CPI rate of 5.4% to support the rise in our running costs and keep up with increased demand, plus an additional 3.9% to continue essential investment” Time to return to basics #inflation #Vodafone
