@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK What am I suppose to do? I have a question about my plan. I went online and you had problems with you online sytems. The online system suggested I called 191. When I called 191, I got told to go online. Is any of your customer support actullly work?

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup been loyal customer for 20 years.. today spent 3 +hrs on hold then disconnected numerous times trying to sort cheaper deal as now unemployed, phone knackered and cant get calls (for work), basically told nothing @VodafoneUK can do & pay £74 upgrade??!
