@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

After getting a phone call that your partner has been mugged and phone stolen (Thankfully he’s okay) and then having to ring @VodafoneUK to be told to spend over £1000 on a new phone and the same to cancel you contract #YourHavingALaugh

@VodafoneUK Our elderly client has been a Vodafone customer for 20yrs. She's paying £720 more per yr than a new customer for the same deal. I spent 1h30mins talking to your team and all they could offer her was to pay a £500 cancellation fee. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK you are an absolute disgrace. My partner has requested to unlock her iPhone 6 times now. Email and phone. The last call taker was drunk and was laughing down the phone and has passed the wrong email address very unprofessional!
