@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@Lady_Jay_Bee3 @VodafoneUK 1. Keep a record of your interactions with them. 2. Be sure that all the checks you can do have been carried out 3. Insist on an engineer's visit if the operator hasn't been able to fix your service remotely 4. If no joy with these, consider contacting Ofcom with your issues

@VodafoneUK 48 hours to actually speak with a agent on we chat. Which only happened after telling tobi he is useless. And because i can’t remember a pin I set up years ago and never used the agent is need to visit a store. Horrendous customer service one of the reasons I left to begin with
