I’ve had the most horrible experience with Vodafone for more than 4 months of awful customer service despite being a customer for 18+ years. Extremely disappointing that I cannot even speak to a manager to genuinely review my concerns @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK It’s 5 days straight I’m trying for hours to get ahold of an adviser regarding my contract but they’re never available. My contract ended in January but I’m still being charged as per contract. Will anyone ever reply?
