@VodafoneUK & @virginmedia sort yourselves out. Between you I pay £350 a month for phones, tv/internet & yet I can’t get any form of response to little/NO signal regardless of being at home or outdoors. Working from home is unbearable #complaint #unhappy #loyaltycountsfornothing

@VodafoneUK I spoke to the upgrades team and was told i cant try to upgrade for 3 month untill the failed credit report drops off, but i bought my s22 ultra from samsung direct, so just waiting for my contract to end and then i will go and find a company that puts customer loyalty first

Seriously @VodafoneUK Live Chat is biggest pile of crap I’ve ever had to deal with.. talking to someone and it then all goes off. Log back on and try to connect, ‘no one is available’ and they direct you to a phone number which then directs you BACK to the live chat.

@VodafoneUK can you tell me when network coverage will return to SK23 0JQ. It’s been down since Monday and wasn’t what I expected when I signed up to superwifi with additional costs for a dongle to avoid outages!

@VodafoneUK Sorted now, but really over 2hrs 20mins nearly all of which was on hold to claim compensation you offered to me because one of your cell towers was down for 4 months. That doesn't include all the other calls over those months trying to find out when the tower would be repaired.
