    Own home. We have asked @VodafoneUK if they would pay for WiFi so we can then use their network we also pay for and they have ignored our messages We asked to get out our contracts and all we were offered was £250 so we are stuck with no network in our own house DONT USE VODAFONE

    WHY is every contact with @VodafoneUK SO PAINFUL!!! Cancelled my contract, told TWO different final bill amounts & dates - no payment taken - online chat is confusing me even more - no acknowledgement of my questions! This is why I left your network 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Hi Evie, we have been through this and on your map it states we have full 4g, we have asked for an engineer to come out to prove we do not have 4h anywhere in the house but we have been told no. You are taking our money but giving us no service in our house
