@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

I put the request in on Friday with @VodafoneUK and was told 24 hours. My boyfriend did the same thing and his was switched within 20 minutes. So we head into a store to be told there's a wider issue, it'll be fixed in 24 hours. Sunday rolls around, I still can't use my phone 2/?

@VodafoneUK contacted you 2 days ago. Broadband phone line receives, but cannot make calls. Was told would be fixed in 48 hours. It hasn't. Phoned last night & person I spoke to promised to call this morning. He didn't & no miss calls. Just tried phone again. Still not working😡

@berndawgler Might be better for an established NFT brand to partner a service that already does this to allow their holders to use them for free. If you can't borrow someone else's infra it's a big struggle. I'd partake in @rektguyNFT x @VodafoneUK charging stations

@VodafoneUK I am now nearly 6 months into being charged for a service I have cancelled three times and been told I wouldn’t be billed for any more. I have spoken to a member of your team every month since July and it still hasn’t been sorted even though they said it was.
