Hi, @VodafoneUK, our broadband has been down since Wednesday, which you are aware of but still haven't fixed. I bought my son some data so he can use his phone. You quite happily took the money for that but then instantly put a data block on his phone. (1/2)

@VodafoneUK why can’t my dad login with the temporary password that YOU sent him because we forgot his password? Surely it should login with the password that you have sent him so he can reset his password? Is the website down? We have tried like six times now.

@sea_SJJC @VodafoneUK Eventually got through to a person. Spoke for 45 mins while he clicked away and periodically put me on hold. At the end, he said, I’ve made a note on your account so when you call back up, they’ll have all the details. And that was it. Problem not solved.

@VodafoneUK Been having an absolute nightmare trying to upgrade today. Website not allowing me (Understandable on busy day), then apparently my order was cancelled even though i never got to place one, then live chat "transferred me" ( cut me off) after half an hour. Help me out?
