    @VodafoneUK my experience with you since December has been very poor. Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.

    @beatmonkey @VodafoneUK Great isn't it. I did the same but in the end had to leave. To get to the point where someone can actually help is damn near impossible.

    @VodafoneUK He has now filled in an online complaint form! This debacle has been going on now for over 2 months!! @VodafoneUK all you are doing is annoying customers & the end outcome is they will leave & go to another provider 😡😡😡

    .@VodafoneUK is officially the worst telco on the planet. Lost my SIM card 2 weeks ago, waisted 30 hours on phone/chat support and still haven’t received a new one @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK hi, are you having any issues in Sa31 area as my friend has had only emergency calls only since this morning so cannot contact you. She's spent 3hrs on chat to no avail... Keeps losing agents
