@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK We have had no FTTP broadband for over 3 weeks now. Its an @WeAreOpenreach issue that they can't solve! But our 4G backup has also never worked for this period. Why on earth can no one just send us a new sim card? Clearly the reactivating it isn't working! HELP!

@VodafoneUK I spoke to one of your colleagues over 2 weeks ago. They said maintenance on our local mast will be complete by 16 March and then 4G will work properly. It still doesn’t so I’m cancelling my contract with you after over 10 years. Such poor service.

telling a customer that their bills are going up, and also telling them on the same day that cos you're turning off your 3G network that they need to buy a new phone, is a very good way of telling people that you don't want their custom any more @VodafoneUK

Just had an email from @VodafoneUK telling me they're putting up my tariff - six months in - by an appalling 9.3%. Over 9%! That's about £5 per month, for me. And I'm in a two year contract and the signal I my house is terrible, despite their claim that it's excellent.

@VodafoneUK worst customer service you could EVER imagine. Bought an apple watch series 7 on the 9/3 in store as a gift, it's now 28/3 and it is still not connected. I have spent at least 5 hours on the phone over this time and it is still not connected.I await another call back!

Seriously @VodafoneUK you tell me I need a new phone because my phone used 3G to call/text. I am sure if your network wasn’t so shite my iPhone 13 would use 5G
