@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@O2 customer service is shocking! Been hung up on twice now when simply trying to change direct debit date! Absolutely shocking, have 5 contracts with yourselves and going to move them all to @VodafoneUK when they are due for upgrade!

After 3 months of no data with @VodafoneUK I tried to leave my contract. Not only have they taken money monthly for my phone with no data .. I need to pay to leave!! Ha ha ha so I need to pay for a contract I can’t use. Worst customer service ever

Argh @VodafoneUK keep hiking price on my iPad data contract. 45 min chatting with customer services and no closer to a new price, being able to close my account or even speak to a human being.
