    @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

    @BWallArthur @VodafoneUK Try filing one with Ryanair... You can only file a complaint by fax! I've not flown with them since then so might have changed but that was ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK I've come to the end of the road with this. Mid way through a chat asking me to supply details I've already supplied. It's groundhog day. I spent all of yesterday running around and no fix I'm behind with my work and 3 weeks later I have just accepted that i've been conned.

    @VodafoneUK my mum has broadband with yo and got a mob line broardband stick included with her package, we have tried since November/December to make it work but I can’t find it on our wifi on phones and I’m not sure if it works? Any help

    @VodafoneUK Well I have conflicting and confusing — not always polite— dialogue from your live chat team—poor and slow connections, and having been with Vodafone for many years do not expect to be slapped with an exorbitant ETF charge when expressing criticism of service and performance

    @VodafoneUK I’ve never had a problem before! This morning before I left for work, the Wi-Fi was working on my phone, now I’ve just got home from work and it won’t connect to Wi-Fi. I’m having to use my mobile data

    @VodafoneUK WiFi is not provided by Vodafone but my previous phone and other tablets don't have this issue
