@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK your service is shocking 😠Bought a new phone from @Argos on monthly contract, can't get the phone to work after a week ! Just says courier service & messages stopped ? I need it for hospital appointments, can I get refunded ? Not impressed😒

Just had someone trying to sell us @VodafoneUK pro broadband at our door. We can't get the service here, according to their own website... Hopefully they're not trying to get people to sign up for something they can't actually get!

@VodafoneUK your customer service is tragic. I was in store for 1 hour and 40 mins yesterday trying to upgrade and I’ve now been on the phone for 2 hours.... still on the phone 🤦

Nothing but trouble with @VodafoneUK. Multiple agents telling me different things. I rejected a delivery that I was told would be cancelled & was still sent out. They received it on the 16th and are still telling me they don't have it & I'm still being billed. Will not use again

@VodafoneUK Hiya I have to contracts with you guys and contract ends in 22 days so was asking for some guidance on price and phone so I can proceed with that to be told I sky high price with no help what so ever and when I advised it was OK I would leave it to end be told fine. 🤘

@VodafoneUK I know my area aint in 5g but even 4g in some areas are terrible! Same with signal been 2-3 bars.
