    @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

    @VodafoneUK ..COMPLAINT. We have just had Vodaphone Essentials BB and landline installed for a disabled customer. The landline isn't working and she has Carecall which is now not working. I have talked to customer services with no result. How can I get this fixed . Thanks

    @VodafoneUK @BTSopenreach Believe this is what is passed for acceptable customer service from you guys. It’s amazing you’ve stayed reasonably successful with service as bad as I’ve em ever seen. If there’s anyway through speaking to a bot called Amilia on here can get me a new router then please do.

    @VodafoneUK Please could you accept liability for the broken lift at my 90 yr old mothers flat, caused by a Vodaphone phone mast installer. My mum is now housebound due to the lift being out of service for nearly 8 weeks!

    @VodafoneUK adding an extra 3.8% (to invest in the network) on top of the 10.5% increase they are ‘entitled’ to charge based on January CPI. Unbelievable way to treat your customers.

    @MissHudsonHist @VodafoneUK Interestingly the PAYG SIM plan has never increased in price, in the 3 or so years I've had it. It's always been £10 a month, but the included calls/data is up massively, more than I'll ever need. I guess they can't get away with ramping up PAYG costs, so they don't.
