@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

Never try and cancel a contract with @VodafoneUK ...just been told 5 months later that I contract I had cancelled back in January...(as not network...)had not been ! The worst customer service EVER!!Will NEVER use @VodafoneUK again

@VodafoneUK Hi Ben, I went to the Vodafone shop in Sutton Coldfield and they had a look at the phone and checked the settings. They could not find the problem and suggested I call the help number again and ask to speak to the tech support team.
