Mustafa Al-Dabbagh (@MusDabbagh) reported@VodafoneUK firstly a direct debit was set up when I explicitly informed your advisors I would like to cancel, and now I am at risk of losing a number I've been using for the past 15 years. That coupled with your very unhelpful staff is a recipe for a very bad experience.

Emma Price (@emma37937448) reported@VodafoneUK what do I have to do to speak with a real person? I’ve spent a hour of my time trying to start an online chat & calling you but unfortunately there is no automated response for my problem & I’m told to go onto your website which is frustrating as hell!
-
Alex (@BigEnWise) reported@VodafoneUK I have been on text chat for over an hour and am getting no help. I really need to speak to someone in the UK. Help me please!!
-
Burak Sezgin 🦖 (@Burakiosaurus) reportedHola @VodafoneUK Is there trouble in the AL4 post code area today? 4G speeds are rather laggy. Cheerio!
-
Chrissy Kinsella (@ChrissyKinsella) reported@VodafoneUK Thank you, I will do. It is not *my* responsibility to ‘update preferences’ to stop you marketing to me, it is *yours* to seek my permission to do so. Which you never did. This drives me mad!!
-
Joe Murphy (@JoeMurph1389) reported@VodafoneUK Absolutely terrible company and terrible customer service. Had internet installed and not done properly, didn't get internet for 6 weeks. Was promised compensation of £8 per day. Spent hours on the phone, multiple times and eventually given £40. Avoid at all costs

Simon Power (@PowerSi) reported@Mobilescouk @VodafoneUK This is the response from Vodafone when I asked for the NUC "We can only unlock devices originally supplied by Vodafone and locked to the Vodafone network. Please speak to the provider who originally supplied the device." I want to unlock it to move to another network
-
Chrissy Kinsella (@ChrissyKinsella) reported@VodafoneUK Again. You have missed the point. They are automatically defaulted to yes and I have to opt out. That is no longer acceptable behaviour. Where have you been? It’s really, really bad practice.
-
Mobiles.co.uk (@Mobilescouk) reported@PowerSi @VodafoneUK Hi Simon, I have no idea why Vodafone would advise such a thing sorry. Anything of that nature needs to come from the network. Do you mean a PUK? What is it you want the thing you're requesting to do? - Will
-
Mobiles.co.uk (@Mobilescouk) reported@PowerSi @VodafoneUK Best we can do here is what I've provided above Simon. It's the networks responsibility to unlock handsets, even if we wanted to unlock it for you, we just can't. Only network providers are able to unlock handsets for customers. - Will
