    @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

    @pifflevalve Danger, swapping to @VodafoneUK broadband is problematic. I did it this week and they changed my number without telling me. Now anyone calling us gets a dead line. We are awaiting critical hi e calls we cannot receive. Vodafone said 24 hours to fix. They LIED. Still not fixed.

    Everyone take note that they don't actually reply when there's evidence to show how **** they are. PLEASE don't sign up to @VodafoneUK - it's really not worth your health. They'll be here in a sec asking me to DM and pretending to be nice with their fake *** useless script.

    @VodafoneUK . I have raised as a complaint but this has done nothing to escalate. I will be taking to social media and the small claims court. This is causing untold stress and I don't know what else to do. I am standing at the end of my road in rain just to send a simple tweet

    @VodafoneUK if my mobile internet did not improve. this has been logged on your end that I stated this two weeks ago. I struggle to know how you lot handle a business when your complaints team cause so much additional stress and complaint. 2/3

    @VodafoneUK switched from sky to Vodafone broadband but the customer service is so poor. Vodafone can’t provide basic WiFi connectivity in the house. Why should a customer pay to get proper range in the house ? Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK have tried to get clarity on my bill only to be fobbed off. My annual increase was 8.2 percent quoted but over 15 per cent charged. Customer services not helping just cut me off. Shameful stuff, I’ll cancel direct debit you slags
