@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK My Huawei Gigacube box is Faulty. Despite many calls to your helpdesk I still do not have a resolution. £50 Per month for inconsistent Wi-Fi is unacceptable

@VodafoneUK so my Sure Signal stopped working this morning. Understand you’ve ‘retired’ it - had the most frustrating morning with WiFi calling - running my business from home and sharing bandwidth with homeschooling children. It’s unworkable - no notification either - help me!

Disgusted at @VodafoneUK , rejected my new phone contract and won’t tell me why. @CPWTweets told me Vodafone would explain cause they didn’t know and @VodafoneUK is blaming carphone warehouse. Advised me to check my credit when I’ve never had debt in my life.

For anyone switching to @VodafoneUK or are on Vodafone, perhaps even any other network. REMEMBER to keep checking your account. They tell you certain **** is free or when you turn it off from your app they turn it back on and start charging again. Theiving pricks.

@VodafoneUK you are a class act. Not content with keeping me tied to a contract I was mis-sold for two years. You also won’t let it be cancelled 6 months after the end date. I have tried repeatedly to cancel since then, but I kept getting passed to another agent.
