    @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

    @VodafoneUK TalkTalk were confused. "But you kept the landline number, they must have been notified of the cancellation because we took the phone line away from them" I'm also confused, as the Vodafone C/S I'm talking to had just said "oh yeh I can see the line is inactive" so WTF LADS.

    @VodafoneUK Rubbish customer service continues. Still no Internet, 3 days after upgrade to full fibre. Numerous webchats, all in vain, no response to DM's and on hold for over an hour to support team.

    5 hours later, still no internet access - and still no word from @VodafoneUK about whether this is a wider network issue, whether it's isolated to my account, if there estimates on when it might be resolved
