    @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

    @VodafoneUK management should "test drive" consumer services. horrible app design. impossible to self service monthly calling plan. friendly call centre staff. OTT security for routine queries.

    Jan 28: @VodafoneUK text to say my home broadband price won't change after my minimum contract term ends Mar 26: Vodafone send a letter, we're actually putting it up by £4.03/mo in May... Apr 5: I change provider. With so much choice, why do ISPs treat consumers so poorly?!?

    @VodafoneUK @ViCustomerCare I am unable to connect to @VodafoneUK network, which prior to today, I could do easily. Is it something that you could do at your end. Maybe allow me to connect to the network? So that I can use it while I am here in the UK?

    @VodafoneUK It would be nice if I could get a PAC code on-line. The chatbot is not working and I have 2 lines so SMS does not work. I can upgrade online, but not leave! The system only warns me that an early termination fee applies, there's no "I know, just do it!" Option"

    Day 41. 2nd update. Just got off the phone with @VodafoneUK . Definitely the worst one so far. Which is pretty impressive.

    @VodafoneUK Why is streaming and browsing so sluggish on your network? Decent download speeds, however latency is a letdown.
