    @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

    @VodafoneUK I was a previous customer and in September I paid my last bill, well I thought I had. My contract ended and I ported my number to a new provider and I was then charged again in October.

    @VodafoneUK disgusted at the service received by the two assistants in the Ruislip store. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Very dismissive of my issue and told me to go somewhere else. I’m paying a lot of money to be part of your horrendous service.

    hey @VodafoneUK how many days does it take to give a customer a call? I've been waiting 4/5 days for someone from vodafone to call me regarding my complaint and each time your twitter advisors keep asking when is a good time to call after stating the time to call me.
