    @ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

    @VodafoneUK can someone explain why you sent my new router to the wrong address and can’t send a new one? Instead I have to do the 20 mile trip to pick it up?? I’ve been on the phone to customer service for 40 mins and this is the resolution. I’m a new customer. It’s not great.

    @VodafoneUK having finally worked out that I have been overcharged for at lea 15 months minimum why is it impossible to find a valid email address for Vodafone to send a complaint to? I am blind and live chat does not work for me neither do I want to call I want a written record

    Also @VodafoneUK how come you retained a former customer’s bank details when they cancelled and paid in full and requested no further contact due to dementia? Gdpr ???
