@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK Hi James, it is an M2M account for multiple SIMs across the country so that checker doesn’t really work for our case. Do you have an overall network status page, as the M2M portal doesn’t give any useful outage information and we have to chase you guys for updates.

@VodafoneUK just had one of your technical data team finally call us…call dropped as we have no signal (hence the complaint) and they haven’t called us back. What an awesome service 🤬 so still stuck with contracts we can’t use in our house, you are stealing our money

@VodafoneUK I’ve done all your trouble shooting steps ..im sick of doing them your mobile broadband service is completely hit and miss and I can’t get a straight answer as to why this could be . If it was a fault at my end I would imagine it wouldn’t be as intermittent as it is

Guess what gang? Vodafone have ****** up... AGAIN. Sorry @VodafoneUK but no amount of compensatory payments into my airtime account is going to fix this **** up. I was supposed to have the money YESTERDAY. Not 'during next week' as your ****** Twitter advisor just told me.
