@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@O2 Ive been a loyal customer 4 yrs & Im left feeling beyond disappointed by the service received. Totally inadequate & on the brink of moving 2 @VodafoneUK. Why is an upgrade THIS hard 4 you? Not happy & wont B staying if this is not resolved by 2moro.

@VodafoneUK Why is it so difficult to speak to a human being? The Tobi links don't work. The app isn't loading any of my information and when i call, no matter what i say it will not let me speak to an actual person! It just sends broken links to tobi

Thanks @VodafoneUK for having a signal worthy of a third world country and an even bigger thanks to @HSBC_UK for providing service agents who can barely talk a word of English and therefore have to repeat themselves 15 times before it even makes sense!! #reprobates #muppets
