@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

@VodafoneUK I had 3 pay monthly contracts with Vodafone. Now I only have one working. Absolutely awful customer service. I've paid £250 a month for years and I'll be leaving asap. Been talking to hundreds of ppl thru the chat since Thursday last week...

@VodafoneUK wow after being a loyal customer since 2011 finally check to see that my 65.59 bill a month has risen to 71.10. With the cost of living you would think Vodafone would allow us to breath a little, but hey, I guess they have to jump on the bandwagon and make 💰 of us.

@wealthyland__ @VodafoneUK I've tried a dozen times to get improved speeds. Strangely my problems only started after upgrading! Nothing is ever done. Just platitudes and promises.
