@ybooUK Call me sceptical but I’m not entirely sure that I’d have much more of a positive experience with your network than @VodafoneUK. Experience has taught me u offer the world & deliver on nothing! Impossible to just actually speak to someone in any phone network #ironic

Why does @EE make everything so difficult? I put my @VodafoneUK SIM in my new 5G phone and everything just works (except the speeds are terrible) with @EE I have to change my plan to a 5G-ready plan but then I can't upgrade my plan for another month! 5G shouldn't be an add-on!

Took my phone out to use the wifi on @tfl to discover that @VodafoneUK no longer offer the service. That’s a bit rubbish.

Hello @VodafoneUK, has the issue of adding Prime as an entertainment package been fixed yet? Spoke to someone earlier in the week & was advised it’s being worked on and to try again in a few days. Is there an ETA?

@VodafoneUK Forgive me for sounding obvious but covid was not around in 2016, 2017, 2018 or 2019 so what's your excuse for that? It's a matter which will not be resolved and you lost a loyal customer of 17 years.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the cookie cutter response, but you've gone from WiFi across most of the network to 4G signal over a small part of one line. Hardly a saving grace. How about the Northern, Victoria, Bakerloo, Piccadilly and others?

@VodafoneUK can anybody help, I’ve gone through all the steps you asked me to and even contacted apple who got me to do a phone reset. My 4G connection improved for a few hrs and now back to having constant issues. Thanks
