@VodafoneUK I have just got a new phone and your customer services are making it IMPOSSIBLE to get a new eSIM QR code. Funny how your online chat says available 8-8 but its 10.35 and no agents are available? Doesn't seem like the best network in the UK to me?

Hi @VodafoneUK called on 4 separate occasions and spoke to online chat last night all confirming my iPhone would arrive today. However it’s not showing as dispatched? Never had an email/text saying my order was delayed either. Is my iPhone arriving today? #vodafone

@GeemanHD @VodafoneUK Yeah they sneaked In that Locked to 10MBPS which in reality was like 3-4 in good conditions, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had… I’m with 02 now and with 4G I’m getting 15-25mbps and 5G I get 200-300 in good conditions x
