@CityFibre @VodafoneUK I hope you have better customer service than we do. 9 days later and still no contact! The road and pavements are like swiss cheese, and they just seem to want to make more holes! @CityFibre are you looking to go into strip mining or something?

  • rafthemaster
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

@VodafoneUK Thanks just having a general rant - I’m outraged at Vodaphones poor support. Have spent time with the team on the phone and 5mins after they leave the call (as we thought we’d stabilised) it died - it’s in escalation for a specialist to check in tomorrow hopefully

  • GEEEJAYELL
John Langley (@GEEEJAYELL) reported from Southampton, England

@VodafoneUK long term customer trying to leave (2 × contracts), simply need PAC for each. Chatbot takes me to #39 in a queue to talk to someone. #notgoodenough

  • KawaiiVixen
Yazmin 🦇 (@KawaiiVixen) reported from Southampton, England

@VodafoneUK @andyholtby92 We have been pushed from pillar to post since we moved in out last property with poor service and it's a shame we can't leave out contract before moving to our new property next week. Never ever experienced anything like the service Vodafone provide, not to mention false speeds!

  • kjane28
KirstE (@kjane28) reported from Bournemouth, England

@VodafoneUK Do not promote your service with city fibre as being a “no more waiting”. This has to be the poorest business partnership I’ve ever known. Waiting in for second connection again … and it’s another No Show. But don’t worry coz you will bombard me with texts all week!

@Ethhxnn @rosbux @VodafoneUK That was my point - non ionising rf is nothing to worry about - but the microwave would be more harmful than the original rf freqs but still just as bad as WiFi but still safe 👍👍

  • rafthemaster
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

@VodafoneUK actually in a queue for gigafast... perhaps there is a problem - might be nice of you to acknowledge publicly that everything’s broken...

  • h0ldyourcolour
Talya (@h0ldyourcolour) reported from Netley Marsh, England

@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

  • swain_elect
Rob Swain (@swain_elect) reported from Bournemouth, England

    @VodafoneUK The Vodafone coverage says I should get 5g outdoors. I struggle to get 4g!! #fail #Vodafone

  • jsbilsbrough
James (@jsbilsbrough) reported from Boscombe, England

Looks like @VodafoneUK have had a major outage for home broadband users. Can’t get any outbound traffic, seems to be a core network issue as I get an IP but can’t ping their gateway or any IP (e.g. cloud flare or Google DNS servers.

  • rafthemaster
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

@VodafoneUK 25mins in a queue for the WRONG department because you’re systems are crap. Now being transferred after going through security - it better be 5mins or less like the advisor stated. But if that team isn’t that busy why did I get queued for the wrong team for so long

  • swain_elect
Rob Swain (@swain_elect) reported from Bournemouth, England

@VodafoneUK @SpotifyUK What about concentrating on getting your signal sorted? #fail #Vodafonedown

  • rafthemaster

@VodafoneUK Tbh - I’m bored of your support. Probably spent 10+ hours and the issue has never fully gone away I got fed up of arguing when your team just don’t understand technology - VODAFONE SOLUTION: unplug ALLLL your tech and use 1 thing at a time, how very 1999 of you

  • StefanPowell

@VodafoneUK I’m authorised to spend money via phone calls, broadband and through my business @TFWCoffeeHouse and I’m a level 1 authorisee on the phone but can’t cancel my landline or broadband over the phone having moved house. I have to speak to three teams to sort personal...

@virginmedia Well... @VodafoneUK also invest around about the same amount of money in their network, and they haven't increased the prices anywhere near as much as you have. And I'm always connected whenever I'm outside the house. No issues with connectivity whatsoever.

  • DannyBee595
    Danny B (@DannyBee595) reported

I've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.
