@VodafoneUK I’ve already done this and there is already a live complaint on my account. My details have already been provided to you via DM as I was advised to do this previously. I am now leaving Vodafone and I NEED the compensation owed to me to be paid via bank transfer within 3 days

@VodafoneUK you’re WiFi is absolutely shocking. Have tried to watch the rugby this afternoon and your service has dropped out at least 5 times 😡 Time to make a change to a different supplier for this household I think!

@VodafoneUK No offense @VodafoneUK, your webchat service is useless, the ai/algorithm repeatedly completely misinterpreted my query, providing useless, inapplicable responses. Very frustrating, fortunately your Winchester store staff were highly competent & helpful & sorted everything out👍

@VodafoneUK Please can you have a manager help out. Been on calls for 3 hours now to get entertainment pack enabled. No one seems to know how to do that. So I am locked out of my service. With no hope of getting back in. And I just renewed my plan with Vodafone. HELP!

@VodafoneUK you web site has a woeful customer experience. Two wasted days trying to get an upgrade prompted by Vodafone. Impossible to check out and today I see the basket deleted. Unbelievable!

I haven’t had a consistent or reliable connection in almost a year. No gaming, no streaming, awful quality video calls (not great when wfh) I have reset my rooter (following their instructions) about 4 times. I have lost count of how many times I have complained @VodafoneUK

Hi @VodafoneUK, I've been with EE for years, decided to move as found you had better deals, made an order online via a third party site and have been declined after a credit check. Have no debts, in employment, never failed a credit check before, what is going on?
