@VodafoneUK spoke to someone yesterday about our broadband being down, they referred to an engineer who was meant to contact me, hasn't, neither have I had the text with case and phone number. Been on hold today for over an hour with no resolution. Can someone help please?!

I have never experienced a more broken user journey than @VodafoneUK. I seem to have hit EVERY single fail point in their service design with a slight edge case. It has cost me maybe 6-8 hours of my time on calls/messages/chat to sort. Imagine how much it is costing you Vodafone.

@han_80 @VodafoneUK Tried that, Mr Essam very kindly ignored all my emails. There appears to be an awful lot of people who have had their credit file tarnished through underhand tactics.
