    @VodafoneUK is there a reason none of ur customer service staff understand how to setup an eSim? Hours spent on the phone sorting what should be a very simple process. It would be faster to walk to a vodafone shop and buy a physical sim. Come on #Vodafone get it together! #esim

    @VodafoneUK Due to your concentration of resources on sales waited in queue for nearly 2 hours on one call before giving up. My wife can not get to the shop. Now have 2 accounts for Dec and even worse was called a liar when I tried to cancel. If you can record calls why can’t I

    @VodafoneUK How come The Prime Minister can address Parliament via video but my wife can’t cancel an account using any video conferencing while I am in a shop ? After days of trying to get through on the phone for days, finally went in person to shop. I had my passport, MORE 1/3

    @VodafoneUK her passport, 2 utility bills with both names, and all the details. She got me a new contract and we just want to cancel and transfer the number. Told no PAK for transfer from 1 Vodafone number to another... 🤔 suggested I get a cheap PAYG and do a tri-transfer. 2/3
