    @VodafoneUK my friend uses you and she’s had some issues with people calling her phone, saying they’ve had a missed call from her, but she hasn’t rang them and doesn’t know the number? One guy she spoke to seemed to think her line may have been hacked is this a thing?

    @VodafoneUK last month 13 of my business employees were cut off their phones for a week (you offered a measly refund). It’s happened again and we are 2 hours waiting on hold - losing significant customer contact. Worst customer care I have ever experienced Vodaphone!

    @VodafoneUK Nope - I've followed that route and been told I can't cancel over Social Media. I've been unable to cancel over phone or chat either.

    @VodafoneUK Tom, my WiFi calling is working but I can't receive texts and it only works every now and then so your plan to get other providers to fund the cost of the service I'm paying you for is pretty lame..
