@VodafoneUK my experience with you since December has been very poor. Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.

@Tesco excellent customer service! Just opened mouldy strawberries, did an online refund request....within minutes I had correspondence I've been refunded!🍓🍓🍓 Now if only @VodafoneUK could do the same from my messed up order from DECEMBER 18TH!!!

@VodafoneUK I used to be a broadband customer, I've tried to find out if you want the routers back. Or bin them #plasticpollution #plasticwaste and 3 different departments in customer services cant give me an answer #tryingtodotherightthing
