  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We found the credit agencies most help in how to speak to the culprits. E had issues with O2 and they were less useful than 20 mins on with Experian etc

  @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

  @VodafoneUK HELP! I am trying to complete an online order for broadband but it won't go through after submit. I can't get through on the phone or via your online chat, apparently because of technical problems. But the deal I want expires at 8.59am tomorrow.

  Very impressed with the @VodafoneUK 5G speeds I’m getting around the Heath Charnock / Anglezarke area at the Yew Tree Inn. 635 Mbps down and 49.5 Mbps up. That’s the fastest download speed I’ve ever seen on Vodafone 5G using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’m line of sight of the mast but still. Red circle on the photo. That’s genuinely into fibre broadband territory!
