  @VodafoneUK 4 days in a row now I’ve had broadband connection problems. Up from 3 days last week. Last week you told me to get a screw driver and take my box apart. When i was ready to put it back together the call centre had cut me off as they had gone home for the day!

  @VodafoneUK Your representatives in Egypt are the worst ever. Very bad services and almost non-existent network coverage. Please work on solving our problems because they do not listen to our complaints. They spend millions on ads and the last thing on their mind is the client.

  @VodafoneUK Seriously? Did you read my message. Today lost all signal for an hour. Again I'm getting 1mbps 4G (restricted, why?) and 5G is non existent. It's completely useless and not what I pay over a thousand pounds a year for!
