  Lovely technical advice from @VodafoneUK with a local mast ‘under maintenance’ a whole village suffering. And they want me to reset all network connections losing all Bluetooth/wifi passwords. And it’s will only take 3-5mins of my time. It’s a mast issue not device issue.

  @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK A service included in my plan is not usable in my roaming country, with zero instructions or warnings.This is misleading and unacceptable.Customers should not be paying for services they cannot use. Please explain or provide compensation.

  Ordered iPhone 17 Pro 6 days ago and order hasn't even been processed yet, is this the service people expect from @Apple? I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra from @VodafoneUK and it arrived 22 hours later.

  @MartinSLewis I have I moved to @lebara from @VodafoneUK this week. Vodafone didn't offer a good deal so now I am paying £3 a month for 3 months then £7 a month thereafter Saving £7 a month. My number moved over without any issues

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
