    @VodafoneUK But according to your gigafast team I am getting 500Mbps to my router so the slow speeds have been attributed to my pc, even though I have had 2 past readings of 250, (my contract with you is for 200).

    @VodafoneUK Putting in a formal complaint as I cannot upgrade without paying through the nose. Apparently existing customers are subject to higher prices, 16%, which are not published to anyone, including your safe. I even offered to be put into a new 24month contract.
