@VodafoneUK @rob_musgrave @VodafoneUK rather than the same copy/paste apology, can you at least provide a realistic timescale as to when service will be restored? If this is the level of customer service that I can expect then you can expect termination of agreement before my cooling off period expires.

@VodafoneUK And here we have yet another poor ISP. It appears pretty much everything is broke and they insist on providing useless information and updates. From Sky to Vodafone. Frying pan into the fire springs to mind!

@garyklawson76 @VodafoneUK It seems the Vodafone 4g network is also being affected, so the routers 4g usb dongle is also unable to connect. No such thing as unbreakable internet!

Do you have engineers working today or are you lying & won’t have any engineers until tomorrow? Just be honest, some of us rely on service to work

@VodafoneUK I can't wait for this contract to run out then I'm going back to sky. The service is unbelievably poor. I'd advise others to do the same. I'd rather pay extra and get a service rather than pay less for a rubbish service 😡

@TotallyDogers @tomaevans @VodafoneUK For me its been totally off for 3 days now and since I got it 5 months ago, we get hourly disconnects and have had 5 engineers (some of whom don't show up) who try to fix their ****** cabling work. We were initially promised compensation in Feb's bill, then March...then April...
