    @mformarie @VodafoneUK Mine has eventually worked but was never sent an email, they did it via the EID number when i called to ask for progress, I got a notification on the phone instead

    @VodafoneUK I've contacted you twice to resolve an issue of my recent full fibre upgrade not appearing on my account, and not being correctly billed for it. It's still not resolved and i'm still being billed incorrectly.

    @VodafoneUK - utterly useless when cancelling during a cooling off period - @BTBusiness - utterly useless. Only work Monday to Friday. Crap crap crap customer service.

    @VodafoneUK No thanks. Been through it all a thousand times, service is the worst broadband I’ve ever had and cannot wait to change providers. Not wasting more hours of my life going round in circles because Vodafone customer services haven’t got a clue what day it is.
