@VodafoneUK Got sent a replacement Vodafone sim after talking to cust srvs. Still no 5g even going to a few different 5g locations. Put a Three sim in phone and got 5g so not a phone issue. Can I get my Vodafone account deprovisioned/reprovisioned? seems to have fixed other people. thanks

@VodafoneUK I’ve had to make a formal complaint to Vodafone because their 120gb plan for £15 pm was withdrawn the day before the deadline shown via the VF app and VF will not honour the tariff. Poor customer service sadly on this occasion

@GlobalBritain21 @VodafoneUK @e_emobile Agreed. They gave me hell about a faulty phone they sent me. Didn’t want to replace the phone but did a full board swap on the phone. Left without a replacement phone for almost 4 weeks now. Spent over 5 hours to customer service over a 2 day period with 0 progress! Smh
