    Seven months into a 12 month contract with @VodafoneUK My phone has already been 'repaired' once but still have huge problems charging. Never had such a poor phone before. Puts me off getting another @SamsungUK or using Vodafone again. Any other product I would expect a refund.

    All the @VodafoneUK ad on YouTube is doing is irritating me. Because what they don't say is they accept the phone, then when you send it to them they reject it AFTER you are paying for your new one and then DESTROY your old phone when they swore up and down they would return 1/

    @VodafoneUK @eltonofficial @BSTHydePark Tries ringing yesterday to speak to someone about my bill and they were having issues and asked me to ring back today. And both yesterday and today your online chat isnt working. Whats gojng on as ive tried to get through today and no success!

    Absolutely shambolic customer service from @VodafoneUK. I’ve been told wrong or unhelpful information multiple times and now their errors are going to cost me money, and I’m told there’s nothing they can do

    @VodafoneUK I see lots of people complain about 5G masts going up. I just want you to know that if you want to stick one up outside my house, I won't mind. You can even put it in my parking space, totally fine with me, I'll park up the road, no problem

    I wish I'd never left @VodafoneUK after many years. @O2 data network connection has been terrible since I joined. Really unreliable data connection.

    4 long visits to shops & 20 hours online @VodafoneUK to purchase a new phone to replace the under guarantee not functioning phone; a passport, signature verification, utility bill even for 30year + customer taking days to verify - due diligence gone mad?
