@VodafoneUK can you help with why my closed account with you is still showing as active with credit agencies and a hard search as well when it was closed and finalised in December 2020. Seems a common problem on your forums and told to write to your social media to get it fixed.

@VodafoneUK i put a complaint in a few weeks ago, i've had a few calls backs and a few hours on the phone to you, but they still cannot get 5G or 4G back on im locked to 3G this is why im thinking of going to OFCOM.
