@VodafoneUK That, and across the many many phone calls I've had with people trying to fix the issues at my new address, I've given them my number, email address, home address countless times. Why it still seems like nobody knows it, I'm not sure. Shoddy.

@rebecca_ryder21 @VodafoneUK I've never had any issues with the Samsung flagships (S series) My mum has a J model and has had loads. Unfortunately they put all their cash into the big ones. I had 7 blackberries in as many months 10y ago. THAT'S bother.
