@VodafoneUK You have got to have the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I ordered the iPhone 13 when it came out, you cancel the order and don’t even tell me I call to see where my order is only to be told it’s been cancelled and you can’t tell me why

@VodafoneUK It says up to 60mbs, I used to get that speed now it's slow all day until people are sleeping. Like I said your masts are over subscribed! You need to fix this issue build more transponders or speed up 5g. I definitely will be leaving soon as I'm out of contract. 👍
