I was told Iโm free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasnโt expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.
