  Wow @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful, asking a question on the chat and the response is "yeah just hold on" SERIOUSLY! that's how you run the business now! All I asked was if the contract could be resent as not att'd - with a please!

  There's not much point having mobile data if you commute. The signal on trains is absolutely dire. Pay for 5G, get an E if you're lucky. @VodafoneUK

  That was the weirdest afternoon ever - Sky broadband went down around 2pm and has just come back. However, we all then also lost the mobile data signal too - how is that even possible when they are not connected?! @VodafoneUK I had no way of finding out what was happening

  @VodafoneUK Tried to resolve an issue with two people, no joy. Going to use my cooling off period to cancel before you even install my broadband. Very poor service and cable install. #cancel #PoorService
