My unlocked iphone with no sim restrictions has been sim locked when inserting a replacement sim from vodafone @VodafoneUK they are refusing to fix this and the best they can do apparently is refund my bill for the one month. I have had no usage for 1 week now.

@VodafoneUK I have been using vodafone and other carriers for many years with no issues. I have spent many hours with customer service on chat, call and in person and no decent solution has been given. Their response is as i didnt buy it from them, they cant do anything.

@VodafoneUK Ive been through every possible troubleshooting, I am done. You’re going to do the same thing every other representative did and i dont have the patience for this anymore. Ive been doing this for a whole week now. If you dont have a better solution dont waste my time.

@VodafoneUK What just to be told the same **** as before? That you've taken a mast down and boosted other masts in the area to compensate, which is definitely not working, it took 25 minutes to send my last tweet which was one photo and a small amount of text
