    @VodafoneUK I need to pay my bill but I am abroad and can’t access my uk number to receive an OTP to log in . I only have a data plan so can’t call. Tried ToBi - useless! Slow and inaccurate. Please advise on way forward

    @bryonycdc @VodafoneUK i had my first phone contract with them back in like 2009/10 and would never go back, even after i paid off and cancelled my contract with them they still continued to take money out my account! never got reimbursed either.

    @VodafoneUK ur operatives are very useless n so unhelpful. Asked to activate roaming and for nearly 36hrs still no service. I give up on u guys

    @VodafoneUK Why is it so difficult to redeem the gift card for switching to your broadband? On phone to customer services for 50 minutes. Link doesn't work, customer services just want to sell me something. Help!!

    @VodafoneUK disgusting customer service for my elderly parents. Two months with faulty broadband (new contract) and hours of calls trying to fix and cancel with no charge is impossible !!

    @VodafoneUK You've sent me a bill despite me having left Vodafone in February,I tried phoning but your automated system doesn't cover my problem and your TOBI chat has been hanging for 20 minutes,how am I supposed to sort this out
