    @VodafoneUK My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is included with my contract and shows active on the Vodafone webpage but not on the APP, but my Microsoft account says the subscription expired on Feb 3. I need help to sort this as I can't play games on Xbox App due to "no subscription".

    Hi @VodafoneUK, you're hosting 07468363133 on your network and this phone number is being used by scammers who are carrying out bank impersonation scams against targets in the UK. Seems to be using WhatsApp to make the calls. I've reported via your website already @NCSC @Ofcom

    People blaming all sorts of things for the state of this country, but I can’t think of a better example than multi-billion dollar companies like @VodafoneUK rigging the system so execs and shareholders get millions but I can’t get enough signal in north London to stream music!

    So unhappy with @VodafoneUK Terrible communication and service. Switched to them and two broken routers. My line switch took an extra two days. And they didn't communicate properly regarding a delivery exchange that had a DPD driver badgering my wife at the door

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

    @VodafoneUK hiding their customer service behind a paywall. I want to talk to you about my bill, but I can’t talk to you about my bill unless I pay what you decide i owe. Counting down the days to freedom! 🤮 awful experience start to finish, would not recommend.

    Don’t believe a WORD of what @VodafoneUK say when they offer to ‘help’ whn you are struggling. They don’t! They charge you for late payment and send you straight back to square one.

    @VodafoneUK yet again piss poor from your company, new phone not working, 24 hrs with no working phone and your company hasn’t got a clue . To be told go into store as can’t do nothing on line, I show you that after 30 year I’m off to another shop to do business as you care
