Customer service matters. About to sign up for a @VodafoneUK contract because Britney at the Victoria branch was so helpful (unlike the guy at @O2 who clearly couldn’t be bothered and just wanted me done and out of the way ASAP).

@melabarrie @VodafoneUK I had a horrendous experience on the virtual assistant with vodaphone this week, and filled out a complaint form online on Wednesday night and they did contacted me Thursday and resolved it - might help?

Sir, Vodafone's network does not come at all from Shaheed Sthal Metro Station to Shyam Park Metro Station in Ghaziabad and the internet does not work at all, sometimes roaming is also started in it, its as soon as possible It should be solved. @vodafone @VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn

@VodafoneUK I didn’t really ask if it was subject to change, I asked if you thought it was acceptable. I understand engineer availability but a 6 months difference? I’ve just moved house and I have no broadband. Can you check the date please or cancel the order if it’s not in July.

@VodafoneUK a friend of mine is having difficulties with their mobile on your service, they can make calls etc but cannot receive calls, they’ve gone through all the usual of checking settings etc and they sadly still can’t get calls. Can you help?
