Normally, I am able to get a scam shut down by reaching out to the telecoms network that the scam is operating through. However, yesterday I found a scam run through @VodafoneUK who are too big to reach an appropriately skilled staff member to investigate and shut it down.

@VodafoneUK Well I'm glad it doesn't bother you George but as part of a growing group it seems odd to send a vegan recipe that is intended to include egg and I have to swap things in and out of. Yet again we're made an afterthought and if we raise issues we're dismissed. Thanks but no thanks

@VodafoneUK for the past 6 weeks our internet keeps dropping out at various times of the day. Originally thought it was our router but discussing with people in the area they too are having the same issues so problem appears to be with yourselves. Please advise ASAP us @Sam6144
