@VodafoneUK are officially ****. 25 years I’ve had my mobile number. Yesterday, following a convoluted week trying to activate a SIM for an unrelated device, 3 times without success, the agent managed to kill my actual phone SIM. How? No-one knows. Phone still dead.

@VodafoneUK your SMS service is so unreliable. Some texts arrive at the recipient in the ROI. My grandad texts this recipient on a regular basis.

Hi @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp. Any updates on Leighton Buzzard outage yet? Been nearly two days now. Are you even acknowledging that there is an outage yet or are we still playing silly games? SSE Broadband customers have been told about it. You’ve still been silent..

@VodafoneUK with no warning or explanation my WiFi has been cut off. No time frame of when to expect a new router and to top it off my monthly plan is being increased?! 2.5 hours spent on the phone so far with no resolution!!
