Yet again on my UK staycation and @VodafoneUK network is unsurprisingly awful and a huge letdown. Thank goodness for complimentary hotel wifi. @EE here I come. @VodafoneGroup - please improve your service and stop making excuses for your poor network.

250GB to fix my computer and games in somewhat less than 24h over 4G (the weather knocks out 5G sometimes) is pretty impressive (understate). Thank you @VodafoneUK

@AdamofAlbion @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I know how you feel. Another day no phone,no update and no help from Vodafone. It's getting silly now. You need to stop taking orders if you can't fulfil them. And change delivery times on your website to somewhere near the truth

@VodafoneUK For a week, I’ve had no mobile network, as with others in my village. Fri evening I had a medical & rescue emergency away from wifi. I couldn’t call neighbours for help. I know upgrades are imp. but do you not appreciate customers enough to inform them in advance?
