@VodafoneUK @gaffer_g Hi Lorna, when you become aware of the major outage of the #gigafast network in Milton Keynes, could you maybe push out updates on the fix using the #gigafast #MK. You appear to have a significant number of customers affected

@sanjlal @VodafoneUK My 500mb line started great in February but last month is being throttled down to 10mb every evening. Then yesterday the whole vodafone customer base on my estate went down and still is . Don't do it.

@LaurenJessieWi1 @VodafoneUK It's awful - I am desperately trying to get work done. My husband is using his phone as a hotspot to get school work on his computer. His data is being romped through! But it's ok, just get the bill payer to get in touch and then we will do nothing...... Again!!! It's laughable

@VodafoneUK @PoorCS shocking service from Vodafone business uk broadband. Ongoing issue for 5months now! Told to wait and wait. UK dept’ only has 1x manager who can deal with all the issues in the entire country. My business can survive COVID, but it will be dealt by Vodafone!
