@VodafoneUK @Psychedgirl /4 store on a Saturday morning and say there whilst the store manager tried for two hours to resolve it. She had to call you from her personal mobile and when once she got through you refused to help as if purchased it via your website, not from a store. Start to finish, absurd.

@OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK have been waiting 28days for our home broadband to be switched on.. keep being passed from various complaint teams, been told by an openreach engineer the job doesn’t even need to be done and isn’t appearing on “Control”…HELP!!

I wasted over 45 hours on hold to your company, spoke to people all around the world, waited for callbacks that never came, received letters asking me to confirm my name, address, phone number etc in which you enclosed copies of letters I'd sent
