so @VOXI_UK how does it take 72 hours to transfer my number from @VodafoneUK to your service? I was advised 15 minutes at 16.31 on 17.09.22. Any idea? Your chat service just tells me to wait 24 hours for an update every day which never comes..

@VodafoneUK @TheendofdaysB This proves my point on that last tweet, if you invest in more signal towers and boosters the £40p/m for copious data is justified. Customer service is a separate issue, but not something I’ve had serious problems with. The signal loss IS!

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Sending private messages never resolves the issues. Hiding complaints against you private messages also doesn't work. Time to update your complaint handling process, and deal with the mast issues and lack of masts - instead of messing around with people's accounts
