@VodafoneUK OK thanks for confirming. Why have you decided to discontinue this service and did you give any advance notification to users because I never received anything? Being able to WhatsApp etc between meetings on the tube in London is extremely useful for many people.

I assume since you have broken your contract there will be no fee for me exiting.

Spectacularly poor customer service from @VodafoneUK today!!! Failures on service, technical issues and on the way the “customer service” team handled the issues - disconnected from their “chat service” - 4 times!!! Seriously do you think customers have nothing better to do?

Who at @VodafoneUK thought it’s a good idea, in 2021, to cancel London Underground WiFi - when all your biggest competitors have it? Who thought it’s respectful to do it “quietly” and not inform customers after 9 years? & pls don’t reply telling me u have 4G on Jubilee line 🙄
