    @VickyCharl22 @VodafoneUK I’m having problems getting a network since 10pm tonight. I was told via a Live Chat that Vodafone is down in my local area but if you do a search on here it seems Vodafone is down across Europe.

    So I just called your customer service @VodafoneUK and am NOT happy with the way I was spoken to. Your representative spoke down to me as if I’m stupid. I don’t expect to be spoken to like that when I call your customer service team, absolutely appalling

    Vodafone broadband down, AGAIN! Vodafone data having issues, AGAIN! Customer service awful as usual. But, they’re happy to take £170 a month for this kind of service and do nothing about it! Sort your useless company out, @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK I've been a loyal customer for a decade now but have been awaiting the resolution of a billing issue for well over a month. I need customer service to get in touch asap like they've committed to multiple times. Not wanting to change provider!
