Spending over 3 hours altogether to @VodafoneUK to make a complaint and still haven't managed to speak to anyone. Ridiculous! Every time I've been on hold and the line has cut off. Very frustrating. Sort it out.

@VodafoneUK So why not put out an official response, giving us an idea of what you’re doing about it? And asking people to “check their equipment” when you know there’s a problem externally is really bad form.
