@sc101_101 @ToninhoPapoose @VodafoneUK How can I run the tool? Or even download it? It won’t work on a phone (which is on 4G anyway). I should point out after this message, it goes no further. Run that and that’s it. Beach to beginning of the ‘help’.

@VodafoneUK 5 days into a new contract and not one single day of continuous connectivity. Internet was completely down for ages but your tech team will only contact me in “24-72hrs” I’ll just explain that to my manager, shall I?

@VodafoneUK Sunday morning my internet is dropping out every 5 minutes( same last weekend and you've lowered my speed and increase cost🤔). Makes doing anything today impossibly awkward, no support from you that's why people cancel.
