@VodafoneUK will sell you products / upgrades from their shops but in order to cancel anything you have to phone up. Been on hold for almost 45 minutes now. My contract ended a year ago. Rip off merchants.

@VodafoneUK - I have a DD issue. The robot phone lady says there is no one to answer the call, Toby the AI is seemingly an unclickable image and the live chat doesn't work on any browser either. Can I please speak with human?

@VodafoneUK Tried to give husband a new phone @VodafoneUK but you spoilt this gift. Pixel 6 in stock when ordered Fri lunchtime, email confirmation said delivery yesterday (Monday) Nothing arrived & customer service cannot give a delivery estimate, how to ruin the gift of giving @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I don't know any other company that would make it so hard to cancel a payment. Disgusting policy. On my day off on Friday I stood in line for 30 mins to get in the shop to cancel this only to be told I had to call 191. Now on hold for 45 mins.

@VodafoneUK live chat/customer service is crap, I've been passed around from adviser to adviser, had my chat session ended, I've upgraded then was sent the wrong phone, then my new contract cancelled. Now spent an an hour and half on this dysfunctional live chat. Sort it out!

Not only that, @VodafoneUK , but I topped up the original £40 that failed (2 days ago) and I haven't gotten the money back. So I am now down £60! I am stuck with the £20 pack when I wanted the £40 pack and now I cannot get that for a month!
