@VodafoneUK absolutely appalled by the level of service while trying to get our broadband connected in our new home. We still have no go live date and with working from home having no internet is causing quite the issue! Disgusted is an understatement.

@VodafoneUK really hoping you can help as online and phone weren't much use. I need something that shows the one off charge on my final bill was a termination fee, or alternatively a letter outlining the charge? Can you help?
