I purchased a sim only upgrade on the 6/4/2022 from @Mobilescouk but unfortunately this was processed as a new contract. Following this I contacted @VodafoneUK customer service. I was advised I would have to pay nearly £200 to exit my upgraded contract early.

I then was advised by @VodafoneUK that they would merge my accounts and that would be the problem solved. But no they merged my accounts and since I have still been paying for both contracts.

Love that I paid @VodafoneUK 8 pounds to use my phone abroad and I haven’t managed to get a single bar of signal since I’ve been out here 🤡

@VodafoneUK Are you sure? I doubt that. I had called customer service several times and you couldn't solve the problem even one time! On top of that, your network service is disgusting. I am paying for 5G and I bearly get 4G that too with just 2 bars network! Vodafone is a joke!

@VodafoneUK you took my phone over 2 weeks ago to do a battery refresh, sent it back after not doing anything, asked me to go in store to do it again was promised 4 days fix & that the holiday wouldn’t matter 7 days ago… now no one can tell me where it is! Help
