@VodafoneUK it’s been approx 5 weeks I’ve been waiting for a return bag for an Apple Watch - I’m still paying for it. 6 calls chasing it, 6 promises it’s on its way. Might have to start charging storage! Vodafone store won’t take the return as postal return is open! HELP!

@VodafoneUK Hi, I'm really not going to do that because all I've had in the past is being handed around and giving the same details over and over to the new person in whatever conveyor belts you have at Vodafone. However it just went down AGAIN and is half the rated speed. Total fail.

@VodafoneUK Had a weird chat with one of your technicians tonight. Apparently, your 5G is no better than 4G, has poor coverage, an unstable connection, and is prioritised for business customers. Refused to pass to manager. SO glad I spend my money on you. Barmy customer service.
