    @VodafoneUK My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is included with my contract and shows active on the Vodafone webpage but not on the APP, but my Microsoft account says the subscription expired on Feb 3. I need help to sort this as I can't play games on Xbox App due to "no subscription".

    @VodafoneUK Hi, Iโ€™m abroad and I deleted my eSIM. I requested a SIM swap but the QR code is not working. I also cannot receive SMS verification codes because my number is inactive. Please help me reissue a new eSIM QR code and verify me another way.

    @VodafoneUK I'd suggest removing whatever access people have to the service that's generating 2-FA codes. It's coming directly from yourselves and anyone less aware may fall for this scam.

    @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet Iโ€™ve just been informed that my subsโ€™ to YouTube has ended. I was told Iโ€™m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasnโ€™t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    @VodafoneUK There seems to be a fault with your FTTP migration system. Tried 2 migrate 2u last week. Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.
