    @VodafoneUK I should have stuck with the £20 bundle tbf and not dropped down to a cheaper bundle with less data because I had quite a bit of data left over out of the £20 one. I must also avoid streaming when not on WiFi as that eats up data

    @vodafoneuk not taking our break up very well. If your complaint doesn't fit their drop down you get the option to call back the expensive time waster you are trying to complain about 🤯

    Respect to @VodafoneUK They sorted out my situation much later than expected but kept it professional at all times & offered me free credit as an apology. I'm still annoyed at them & @iD_Mobile_UK but Vodafone were very helpful and saw it through. Never again for this to happen.

    @VodafoneUK Over 4 weeks and still having mobile signal problems with Mast issues…. ‘again’ WF34 area every time we have bad weather. Payments always come out on time No refund on bills. Contract ending soon thank god. Moving Provider.

    @VodafoneUK I'e been trying to get an upgrade arranged.. tried online.. to find Vodafone website and My Vodafone internal server errors..Yesterday ... I telephoned 191 waited 56 mins without success on an adviser picking -up my call... now on day 2 ..same issues !!!
