@VodafoneUK mobile has full bars/signal but no data, had E for about a minute now nothing. Your website says area no problems, restarted phone, turned off/on data and airplane mode no luck 😪 you been doing so well for me for years don’t let me down now

@VodafoneUK are you going to refund me the several months your service has been down, don’t promise 5G but i get only 3g thats so slow. I have spoken to several people who keeps promising call backs but never get anyone calling me b back!!

It's ridiculous when @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 's debt collection agency are easier to get hold of and treat you with more respect than they do! My postcode says I get a svc but I live in a unit out the back which gets appalling speed check results. Vodafone do not give a ****.
