@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK 2) Look at the pay as you go SIM bundles. VF is the worst value for money. We've been looking at O2 and have spoken to someone who's been with VF since 1999 who would be happy to move to O2 under the right circumstances.

@VodafoneUK I ordered a new phone, and contract was sent to old email. Called back and had to re-order again. No phone arrived. Called back and told that there was a glitch and have to order it a 3rd time. Worst customer experience and been customer for 10 yrs.

@VodafoneUK Loyal customers are being pushed away because you have put the phone as a loan they then fail the credit score even though their current contract is higher and they have never missed a payment. But its vodafone who are losing customers who wont come back in a hurry

@VodafoneUK But surely after the phone handset is paid for you are ripping customers off by continuing that charge! You've lost a contract with at had 4 phones on it and a 25 year plus customer!

@VodafoneUK I spoke to the upgrades team and was told i cant try to upgrade for 3 month untill the failed credit report drops off, but i bought my s22 ultra from samsung direct, so just waiting for my contract to end and then i will go and find a company that puts customer loyalty first

@VodafoneUK , what a joke. Customer services - 'yes, you have had awful signal for weeks because a mast is down. No, I cannot tell you how long this will continue. I hope you have a great rest of your day.' Next thing they'll be asking if I want f,,,ing fries with that. Awful.
