3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@VodafoneUK Can you send me your complaints email please. I waited for 20 minutes, and that’s quite long enough. This service is not good enough. You need to let people know how long they will be waiting .. you have this information, so we can choose whether to hang on or not.

@VodafoneUK amazing how easy it is to buy but so difficult to cancel. Go into ‘account’ then ‘upgrade or change’ - the ONLY option available is to upgrade - what happened to CHANGE? That’s a blatantly devious action. Went into a store - they couldn’t cancel my broadband dongle!!

@VodafoneUK Stopped yesterday. Nothing is working. Just says no signal I've updated my phone checked mobile data is on etc. Taken sum out and put it back in but nothing.
