  3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

  @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

  My trip away to Somerset i wasn't surprised to find that @VodafoneUK signal is the same as Shropshire one bar of 4G meaning no satnav not able to stream music what the hell am I paying for a service that doesn’t work in 99% of the uk

  @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.

  @VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

  @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport u so need to get proper signal on ln12 2 area. Mablethorpe gets proper 5g and 4g and all we get is basic 4g which is rubbish. When will we get proper upgrades signal? @VodafoneUK never cares so hoping u can push your parent company

  Can’t cancel my dead mums @VodafoneUK account as they’re disputing her DOB. Gave up being a customer years ago after terrible service experience. Looks like nothings changed

  @VodafoneUK how on earth is your 5G broken across the entire of the country??? No working 5G signal in Manchester, Liverpool, & just been in London with NO signal. Piss take
