    @VodafoneUK I've wasted 10 hours now trying to get refunds for various incorrect charges from your company and I'm losing the will to live! PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE or stop overcharging your customers! Can't believe this is how you treat long-term customers..Disgrace

    @dpch @VodafoneUK So there's hope! But frustrating at same time to know others nearby back but you're not. Lack of info from Vodafone means I have to jump in car to work, 2 hour commute rather than WFH 🙄 Good news for them is their mobile signal there means I can't jump in queue to speak to them

    2/2 @VodafoneUK as it's zone A. After 6 Jan, I can use my allowance in Zones B & C. Ireland isn't in zone B or C, so what is situation after Jan 6th, roaming down south of Ireland? Included? Need to pay extra?

    @VodafoneUK The scariest thing is that you haven’t gave any Vodafone customers any information about the outage like what’s happened, why there is a outage and when it will be up and running again
