    @VodafoneUK Tried to resolve an issue with two people, no joy. Going to use my cooling off period to cancel before you even install my broadband. Very poor service and cable install. #cancel #PoorService

    @VodafoneUK Red contract is ending and I received a text saying I’ll be charged for my entertainment package if I don’t cancel. If I renew my contract for another red package including entertainment do I need to cancel & resubscribe or do you roll the sub? Called 191 and no help.

    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Colleagues had issues today, approximately the same time as changing Vodafone tariffs. Part of the same issues ?
