    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    @VodafoneUK No. I’m never talking to one of your boys again. I was in tears after the two hours I spent trying to get hold of you. I find technology of this kind extremely difficult to parse at the best of times and this was utterly Kafkaesque. Why don’t YOU ring me?

    Broadband goes down at home and rather than send a replacement router which has clearly failed we have to wait 8 days for an engineer to come. Appalling & unacceptable @VodafoneUK I have schooling and a business to run! Adios #vodafone time to leave you.

    @VodafoneUK yea i know you can butt when your in Edale theres no Signal what so ever like i say theres only EE and well your network says not registered on network when you get out there ,Cause tthere isnt anything .so much not covered in the peaks would be nice to have data and not worry.
