3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@MoneySavingExp Yes, @lebara is quite good value, uses @VodafoneUK network. I have stopped people paying far too much because of Brand Loyalty. They were too scared to change networks and didn't know they could keep their existing numbers.

@WeAreOpenreach it’s 2021, I live in a city not the back of beyond, yet I have no home broadband since Thu, with no date as to when it will return. Check #openreach site and it says no major incident, speak to @VodafoneUK and they tell me there is one. Ridiculous!!

@catthegreaterr @VodafoneUK Yeah, I’ve had a contract with Vodafone for 10 years on my mobile and I’m finally upping and moving at the end of it. Offered me a super early upgrade that resulted in my phone being £15 cheaper a month less than a month after I upgraded. Never again
