3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@VodafoneUK @Wimbledon I did have 5 mobile phones from Vodafone. The customer service was so appalling I cancelled all of the contracts early, best money I have ever spent! 9 years on and you will still never see another penny from me!

@VodafoneUK Problem after problem with your service supposed to pay monthly yet I get messages every week to say I owe X amount! Giving debt threats after I’d already paid saying your going to take my restrictions! When I call or get in touch I’m there for over an hour everytime

@VodafoneUK It's been 1 week now, and the reception has not approved in the area. Do we have an ETA on the so called works will be completed as the service is unusable at my home now. If this continues I will have to reconsider my commitment to Vodafone.
