    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    As explained to everyone else it has nothing to do with that. Wonder if I cancel my direct debit how quickly they will resolve the issue @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK whats the point in giving a reference code to call the number in the text message if it doesnt work? Cant speak to a human anywhere and your call options are miles away from where i meed to be.

    @VodafoneUK I'm getting Chinese robo calls on a regular basis that also leave multiple voicemails. The numbers always look like a legit mob number and don't get blocked by my phone or Vodafone. Now getting scam royal mail texts too. Can someone help?

    @VodafoneUK my brother had a stroke and my phone KEEPS CUTTING OFF!!!!! Let me out of my contract for FREE!!!! I pay for a service that you CAN’T DELIVER. I have had this problem for almost 2 years and this is my umpteenth tweet!!!

    OK @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK 3 1/2 weeks since I took out my new contract. Since day #1 I haven’t Been able to access data on my iPhone. 2 iPhone 12s, 3 SIM cards and hours and hours in calls to your technical teams. I want a PAC code and to cancel my contract and leave.

    Oh @bt_uk I’m sorry I left you for broadband elsewhere. The sheer farse that has been @VodafoneUK ‘s customer support. Three days of being told to restart the router and plug into the test socket directly. Literally gutting and looking forward to cancelling and jumping back soon!

    @VodafoneUK Good evening, seems I was wrong. The situation isn't quite sorted yet. The guy came to collect my broken handset, and leave me a replacement. I was expecting a full box replacement, so I gave him the box, charger, phone, earphones...The whole lot.....He just left me with a phone.

    @VodafoneUK how you say together we can,man complaining to you and your system which is common issue for thousands of people and you can resolve this but your system just passing the time,I say cheater word for vodafone which is true,just passing the time and no help no solutions
