    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Just experienced the worst customer service ever. Over 2hrs, on hold for over 30mins, cut off twice, texts they'd tried to call back which was a lie, passed to escalation team who couldn't help then final person explained her colleagues were all wrong. 6yr Customer

    @VodafoneUK I’m working abroad and my data roaming has maxed out (I have unlimited but 25gb fair usage) as my house internet is down. I received an SMS saying data is priced at £3.13/GB but your app chat has told me it is around £6 - which is it?

    @VodafoneUK It's still not working, I had to answer my security questions in the main chat rather than in the security pop-up that has an error and won't load

    @VodafoneUK Trying to cancel our broadband account. The online chat gives us a number to call. The number tells us to use the online chat. Please, pray tell, are we supposed to cancel with you?

    @VodafoneUK so far I’m 2 months without a number as you have failed to port my number from EE. Yet have been charging me for the pleasure of being completely uncontactable. Getting a bit tired of being told “it will be fixed tomorrow” for there to be another day of no service.
