3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

Terrible service from @CityFibre and @VodafoneUK. Over a month of cancellations, and moved dates for fault fixing on a new line that @CityFibre can't turn on. Shocking!

Anyone else get the feeling their calling apps like WhatsApp are being throttled when roaming with @VodafoneUK? I’m in Dublin with 5G and 25GB of data but WhatsApp calling and FaceTime are having connection issues!!! Everything works fine!
