As explained to everyone else it has nothing to do with that. Wonder if I cancel my direct debit how quickly they will resolve the issue @VodafoneUK

@nomadbakerdavid @VodafoneUK I don’t know a single person that uses Vodafone anymore. The ones that did all left and vowed never again to use their services.

@VodafoneUK @ts10uk You did absolutely nothing to help. @VodafoneUK customer service is criminal. I can’t believe you get away with treating customers like this.

I have been a customer of @VodafoneUK for 21 years. Spoke with them today and they would not even come close to matching an offer from @O2 to new customers. Apparently, “it does not matter how long you have been with Vodafone”. Customer loyalty clearly has no value. #vodafone

@VodafoneUK I love spending ages on your live chat to get transferred to the right team to deal with my query, told not to close the chat, get transferred, speak to the person and have the chat closed on me. Excellent customer service. Ratings of 0 and 2 for the questions asked.

Second time calling today, managed to get through, apparently they’ve moved the contract onto the wrong SIM card which is why no service for a week now?! I don’t believe a word of it @VodafoneUK #worstcustomerservice

My DMs now being ignored after 2 replies back. On the phone to them again this morning, the line went silent after giving my number to the rep- they’ve either hung up or they’ve got no service issues too 😵 waited 10 minutes & hung up. Calling back! @VodafoneUK #shocking

@VodafoneUK so having spent all day trying to talk to someone on Vodafone about a problem with my upgrade, i’ve now been told to call 191 even though the fault is theirs! Where’s the customer service?

@VodafoneUK Yes I'm aware of this facilty. However, I've spent three hours attempting to sort this at a Vodafone store what with waiting over two days. Is the IT issue likely to continue?
