As explained to everyone else it has nothing to do with that. Wonder if I cancel my direct debit how quickly they will resolve the issue @VodafoneUK

@crush3dbones @VodafoneUK Feel free to DM if you do need help/tips setting that up. It's confusing unless you're a nerd. 👍

@crush3dbones @VodafoneUK And yeah, they can fk off with that "DM us" bullshit. All they do is run you around in circles and pass you on to the next person. Same via phone. The online chat is operated by script readers who aren't remotely technical -at all-. Worst ISP in the UK bar none.

@VodafoneUK In the interim you’ve refused to give us a reasonable temporary fix. I asked for an emergency dongle on part of day two and was promised it can be sorted. Come day 3/day 4 I was told it was not possible because it would incur a cost TO ME and no such thing is possible anyway.

Third world problem I am aware but @VodafoneUK and @waitrose (Chandlers Ford branch) sort out the phone signal. Like a black hole! Amount of times I come out to a message like ‘can you grab some ……’ (quails eggs obviously!). Cheers

@VodafoneUK @clare_f Isn't that just the 4G jubilee line pilot? Which was running since before the decision to remove access to the underground WiFi service?

@crush3dbones @VodafoneUK Is yours going off this often? Like every few minutes at BEST? If so that points to a wide network issue.
