    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    As explained to everyone else it has nothing to do with that. Wonder if I cancel my direct debit how quickly they will resolve the issue @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Apologies if i was not clear, my bad :) I told him the deal i could get with BT 2x Simonly for 12months 40gb with 5g for a total £27. He just read me the deals from the vodafone website that i'd already seen and didnt even try to match the BT price, just said he couldn't go lower

    @VodafoneUK Plus you have UK customers service for UK customers unlike virgin media whom you always get someone whom cannot speak great English or reads from a script or just puts the phone down when they can't answer your question...

    I will never ever be renewing my phone contract with @VodafoneUK @vodafone I have never experienced such bad customer service as I have with them. There refusing to sort the issue and I'm now going to have to seek legal advice 😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK No reply on DMs and now your customer service line is saying we won't connect until the 29th. Great #CustomerService Vodafone. I'm sure this would be less frustrating if my Vodafone mobile didn't also automatically hang up after 30 minutes too
