3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@VodafoneUK I can guarantee if I cancelled direct debit and didn't pay you then you'd be in touch resolving the matter so much quicker, why is customer service such a one way thing? I've logged an official complaint now anyway

@VodafoneUK Andy, I have spoken to your staff on a daily basis. The ‘story’ changes daily. (Story: most of it is fictional). Nobody is accountable, promises are broken on a daily basis. Find a senior manager to take this to, review the last 2 weeks calls - if they have the backbone to do it
