They’ve got some serious problems with the service but are hesitant to admit anything and just say the services are running fine.

Steven Perrie (@ST3V01) reported@VodafoneUK ever since ‘upgrading’ my internet speeds on 4g and 5g have been terrible and twice now I have been told that the speed limit cap on my account has been ‘removed’ as it shouldn’t have been on in the first place and still it’s not improved. Fancy fixing this?

Can't help but think that after 6 cancellations someone shouldn't check why, every one I've spoken to has just said I'll reorder this will go through this time.. is there commission on upgrades. That would explain why no ones interested in why!

Darren Allez l'OM ⚪ 💙 (@Rotmm) reported@VodafoneUK Yes. Over wired on main pc, wireless on Surface Pro and also at thinkbroadband speed test on mobile WiFi. Have the Vodaphone Broadband app. Ran the Broadband Service Test, no outages detected. Did the same yesterday and Sunday, same result.
