    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    @FreedomMatty @Iromg @VodafoneUK I've already cancelled mine. Bloody check of them. If they can afford to give free give aways, why not concentrate on the customer base that they have here (what with the cost of living) rather than people who rock up uninvited!

    @VodafoneUK travelling into London and I haven’t got a signal on my WiFi pretty much the length of the 30 miles into central London . What am I paying you for?

    @VodafoneUK leaving my girlfriend stranded in Spain with no phone is a absolute disgrace after being contracted to the network for over a decade
