3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@VodafoneUK Is it your policy to book engineer call outs without notifying the customer and confirm dates. Also to wait 50mins on hold, and have the person on the other end raise their voice. Not very customer friendly and not the proper protocol I suspect! Disgusting!

@VodafoneUK @CraigEBall I was just told by one of the UK team that it was an issue in my area and estimated fix time is tomorrow by midnight! I am in Shropshire and from all these tweets it seems the issue is UK wide!

@VodafoneUK we currently have no broadband, have run through all required tests, reset etc and still nothing. App saying there’s no agents available to speak with as all are busy and to ‘check back later’. How do we rectify this? Not great customer service.
