since we upgraded our ISP to @vodafoneUK from copper to fibre, when using our @amazonHelp firestick we now have to ramp our TV volume up by over 200% from normal. Do we have a fix for this? @myaumixchris

@VodafoneUK why do you make it impossible to cancel a contract that has run out? Your customer service is appalling . Telling me I need a code you’ve sent which never arrives. Not sure that’s legal?

I'm convinced @VodafoneUK are now trolling me, doing their very best to make sure I get the most awful service imaginable. 4 weeks and counting of no service, probably around 20 hours over the phone with customer services, getting charged for services you didn't order.
