3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@VodafoneUK broadband has been down in the Kings Lynn area for 24hrs now. Why don’t you admit that your engineers won’t be on site until tomorrow? It would have been sorted by now if they were working on it since yesterday!

@NEMM95 @VodafoneUK They’re terrible at keeping us posted. I believe it will besorted on Monday when the engineers turn up, it normally wouldn’t take this long. Openreach can’t do anything because it’s Vodafone’s equipment that’s the issue.

@NEMM95 @VodafoneUK They’re pretty much useless in relaying information. I think engineers won’t be on site until Monday as it’s not an openreach issue, it’s Vodafone’s equipment. Terrible customer service @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I cancelled my Vodaphone pay monthly in December and the date my networks moved over to o2 was 3rd jan. I payed a bill on 3rd jan to Vodafone. I still have a direct debit due to come out 3rd feb. Is this correct or should I cancel the direct debit?

@VodafoneUK I’m at my absolute wits’ end with your pathetic broadband and even more at the customer service. ‘Wifi guarantee’ what an absolute joke and a barefaced lie. Won’t let us leave with no fee even though on our third router and still doesn’t work properly.

@VodafoneUK My line was checked yesterday and it’s not working. My router and Wi-Fi are functioning. Why should I waste my day waiting for a reply from an advisor. The check yesterday took over an hour.

@VodafoneUK @NEMM95 Your engineers are not working on it, you’re telling porkies. No one will be working on it until Monday as you have no engineers working over the weekend. That’s the sorry state of affairs.
