@VodafoneUK #Vodafone I'm a customer of 20yrs. Despite receiving no reminder from u of a problem uv added £5 late payment fee to my bill today claiming 'late payment'.Given the current cost of living crisis how do u justify that? Hitting ur pressed customers with additional fee?

@VodafoneUK Network service where I live is shocking, had a marketing call from Vodafone several weeks ago. When they realised the poor service they hung up !

Disgusting. @VodafoneUK - despite multiple requests not to - still pushing marketing texts to my 10 year old daughter that are not appropriate. Complaints are NEVER accepting calls and customer services ALWAYS refer you to "Tobi" and cut you off.

how she used 249 of them. How was @VodafoneUK service? Helpful? Not at all. They just wanted to sell her a contract that she'd never use. She doesn't use 24 GB of data or stream the latest movies - she's 81. She just texts her friend occasionally to make she she's still alive.

Beyond frustrated with @VodafoneUK - a non working phone number since August 10th despite all the assurances that everything will work as it should. Unfortunately I can’t even leave because the number needs to be working before it can be ported across to a new network!

@VodafoneUK I am currently in the USA & being charged £6 a day for a service that is non-existent. I am having problems connecting to a network - it’s meant to connect to T-mobile but instead is connecting to E!! Can anyone help??
