3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@VodafoneUK 2/2 … and I hope Vodafone invest more in rolling 5G out and boosting 4G capacity once the legacy 3G system is retired. Apart from that gripe over data capacity, the network is terrific. Never had a call drop and coverage is better indoors than with EE where I live.

Here’s the truth! @vodafoneuk & @OpenreachHelp deliberately disconnected us as we’re in the #Mildenhall trial fibre area. They’re forcing everyone onto fibre! They’ll leave u with no service & installation can take months! But they’ll keep charging u! #vodafoneavoidthem

If @VodafoneUK breach their contract with you & you lose your service they say they’ll pay you £8.50 a day in compensation. Then they say it’s only £8 a day.…but your unlikely to get that either as they force you to take a new contract out in order to restore any service!

Looking to renew your @VodafoneUK broadband contract? Don’t! They will promise you things they can’t deliver, disconnect your service without warning leaving you without a service indefinitely! & they’ll force you to agree a new contract in order to restore your service!

@Sparky_tarpi @VodafoneUK Exactly the same thing happened to us! We switched to plusnet and haven’t had a problem since. Try them! Their customer service is one of the highest rated.

5th @VodafoneUK agent told me she would ensure our broadband service continued by providing a mobile box that we could hot spot too until it was reconnected. Another lie! Be warned, they don’t provide this service! Theyll only help you if you have a #vodafone mobile! Avoid them!

@VodafoneUK I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to get through to get a pac code from you for the past hour and a half of continuous calling. I am on a two week trial with you but need to move and I can’t cancel and get my pac code before tonight.
