    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    So nice to have a solid 4G signal and no calls cutting out @Plusnet thank you. Also all the better as @VodafoneUK told me it was my phone's fault not their appaling service so thank you for proving them wrong

    @VodafoneUK Yes, ONE of the many issues i have had is that i was / am locked out of my account / online / app. I've spoken to agents who are supposedly calling me back. should not take 8 hours of my time to get someone to call me back from Vodafone.

    Hey @VodafoneUK it has been a blast watching non customers receiving treat boxes, charging a roaming fee in Europe is the final straw though, @O2 see you guys in a couple of months 👌

    @VodafoneUK Still waiting on a team leader calling me back which was promised within 48 hours after talking to complaints, still no call and still no new phone despite ot being ordered on 22nd December. I want a letter of deadlock if complaints can't help me.
