3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

As explained to everyone else it has nothing to do with that. Wonder if I cancel my direct debit how quickly they will resolve the issue @VodafoneUK

@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK No mine are Alexa devices, and I have worked around the Vodafone issue by creating a hotspot on my phone with the same SSID+pwd as the original SSID on the VF router, until the VF issue is resolved. Hope this helps you

@VodafoneUK you say the problem today has been solved but I am still getting issues with my Apple services on WiFi. Done the reboots/forget nets etc etc When will this issue be fixed please?

@VodafoneUK I haven’t been able to access my Apple/iCloud while connected to my broadband for nearly a day now. Is there a reason why this isn’t working? Everyone at home with iPhone has the same problem. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK The Internet is still not working. Absolutely pathetic customer service, no comms, no one to help and no updates. How are people using vodafone for workare supposed to work? Will Vodafone pay for their wages and loss?

@VodafoneUK We were without for 5 days due to having fibre and getting messed about on the phone .. and had it less than 12 hours for it to go off again and hasnt come back on .. fix it or I'm out

@VodafoneUK Many thanks Waz, internet is now working but seem unable to access Apple services (Mail, News, Music etc) via WiFi, although I can access these services when using 4G on my phone. Seems like a few other people have the same issue!

@debra_shakes @VodafoneUK I have the same issue. I do not receive any notifications connected via Wi-Fi I.e Apple phones, Ring Doorbell notifications on my phon etc…however if I disconnect Wi-Fi and connect my devices to mobile data I get all the notifications. Same problem with everyone in my household
