3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@VodafoneUK I double checked. And I don’t see any mail in spam folder nor is any email id blocked. I notified the support on chat too, but they weren’t able to help. Makes a lot of sense to move away from Vodafone

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Another thing to watch is that Vodaphone may keep a link on your credit record. I haven’t used them for very many years, yet checked my credit score a few months ago to see them still showing. It eventually disappeared. No idea why …. Poor administration?

@VodafoneUK On that PLAN SETTINGS page, I used to have Phone, Mobile Broadband, and Home Broadband. Home Broadband is gone. Please fix this.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply, oh wait, my bad you didn't! I've discussed my issue with an "expert" and they say its down to an ongoing outage with @CityFibre so no service for 17 hours in the last 30 hour. Not good and not happy!
