3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@Dalesdweller @VodafoneUK I contacted Vodafone and they said could be up to 24hrs. They gave me unlimited mobile data for a month, but that doesn't help me connect my laptop or use TV broadband.
