    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    As explained to everyone else it has nothing to do with that. Wonder if I cancel my direct debit how quickly they will resolve the issue @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK sometimes my phone won’t connect to a call when it comes in, I’ll answer, it’ll be silent and then after a few seconds it beeps and the call ends. Happening with far too many calls but not every call. Missed an important doctors call today. Any help?

    @VodafoneUK Not really, I want to know about @VodafoneUK LTE & 5G network, and maybe why they haven't deployed any 5G in my area HU. EE have already deployed their N28, starting minutes after receiving the licence. I can't get the service I'm paying for! The poor C/S is starting to annoy me.

    Robo/spam calls from 07917 2774xx numbers coming in every day at the mo. @VodafoneUK I think this might be on your network, based on the 07917 prefix?

    @VodafoneUK Been waiting for 9 months already, when Vodafone already claim excellent 4G service indoors and outdoors. Like I said, worst thing I ever did was leave EE 👍🏻 Anyone considering, DONT DO IT!

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service ever. Disconnected my account 1 month early and it'll take 2 weeks to get back up and running! Useless. So I'll get one week's use. Utter rubbish.

    @IrvineWelsh @VodafoneUK I always get in touch with the providers directly through there legitimate contact numbers to verify they are genuine. Never click a link!

    @SimonRichards0n @VodafoneUK Forward them to 7726 (“SPAM”) to help educate their ‘ML/AI’ or ‘automated blacklisting’ or ‘person with spreadsheet’ or whatever it is they are using to stamp on these things.
