3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@VodafoneUK disgusting customer service. Spent over 1.5 hrs on chat passed from pillar to post. Still no resolution. Mum in a dementia care home,need to cancel contract. Have POA & keep being told i'm not account holder No point sending link to phone as we don't have it!

@VodafoneUK @_dam19 They don’t work though. I’m still being charged for two years for two curve trackers I don’t have, they went missing because their location was wrong in the app and Vodafone refuses to cancel the contract.
