3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@VodafoneUK To the “Directors Office” who are dealing with our complaint which has been ongoing for 5 years, Dale you absolutely failed miserably today by saying you attempted to call us . The call connected for 14 secs. You then AGAIN failed you failed to call back as promised!

@VodafoneUK 2/2 problem on my side. How can that be? I connect the TV to my phones hotspot and it streams perfectly well. What can be done? I am ready to cancel but would prefer the issue to be resolved.
