@VodafoneUK So I had my router hard reset for nothing!?! Now have to rename my router & change to a memorable password AGAIN! Vodafone mobile customer for over 35 years & brought my broadband & landline to you in 2015! Not happy I've had to have my router reset twice in a fortnight!

  • JamesArmani SG (@JamesArmani) reported

@VodafoneUK Vodafone broadband is great and never had a problem. I think the CPI +3.9% is related to the mobile service which I also have - they should build inflation costs into the price so you know what you'll be paying, no excuse to add 3.9% to the CPI.
