    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken

    Hi @VodafoneUK , I’m currently outside the UK and need help checking the status of my move from Pay Monthly to Pay As You Go and whether a final bill is pending before I cancel my Direct Debit. I haven’t received any confirmation yet. Could you please help?

    @VodafoneUK already having issues. Your app doesnt even work, emails never are received, the booster box doesnt connect. Insane. Good stuff, well done 👏👏 10/10 donkey 💩

    @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    So, switched to Sky Mobile who use the o2 network. Can’t believe how poor their signal is. Nowhere near as good as @VodafoneUK Big big mistake to save little £££s

    @VodafoneUK 5+ years of loyalty and this is how I’m treated? Broadband disconnected without permission and money taken from my account unlawfully. This is completely unacceptable. Fix this immediately and refund me in full.
