    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Down in PR6 too. Just looking for an update when we will have a connection again as during the holidays with kids is difficult when there's no Internet and it's raining!

    @VodafoneUK Jeez, I only moved to Vodafone last week, think I'll move back, I have a work to do and my smart heating is no longer smart, or heating. come on in 2023 we still have issues like this, we are far to relaliant on WiFi for you to alow this to happen, get it fixed
