3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have had issues for three month trying to get a direct debit set up to the point of requesting to talk to a manger only to be told they will call me back in 2 days. WTF. I will be cancelling all 3 phones contracts. Stay clear.

Sorry @VodafoneUK starting the IVR process from the beginning as suggested via DM does not help me. It’s the equivalent of a circular reference in Excel

@VodafoneUK @SonyUK When are you going to roll out the upgrades for the sony 1II to Android 12 as many others have it already and we're still waiting? So unsure what to upgrade to later in the year as the Sony 1II has so many issues I'm nervous to try the 1IV.
