    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    As explained to everyone else it has nothing to do with that. Wonder if I cancel my direct debit how quickly they will resolve the issue @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK trying to sign up with you for b/band as current supplier keeps failing. BUT your website doesn’t recognise my phone number, and also says the max speed in this area is 65Mb which is not true (currently get 150Mb+) Online chat not no help and emails unanswered. Help.

    @VodafoneUK Just tried another browser I r never used but no luck. It simply won’t proceed when you press ‘submit order’. Says pls try again and then directs to a call number to help. They couldn’t help.

    @VodafoneUK They weren't able to help, I've spent several hours over 2 days trying to upgrade to an offer and spent ages on the phone and with somebody on chat. Result is nobody can convert the plan I am offered so no alternative but to go to EE

    @VodafoneUK this is ridiculous! How can I ever enter into a contract with you if it’s this difficult to cancel the plan? And the only way to cancel my plan is by calling Vodafone but no one answers the call? Would happily go into the store and cancel but that is not an option.

    @VodafoneUK pls help! I’m trying to cancel a plan and dialled 191. I press 2 and enter my acc #. The options are then to press 1 to chat to an advisor & I’m told “we’re connecting you now” but it just loops me to the start of the call. How on earth must I cancel?? Hours of this
