@VodafoneUK so after tweeting a number of times today, about my internet connection or lack of. I had this message at 6.01pm From Lucy, asking me for my account details, which is sent at 6.02pm and guess what no reply……. Customer service, what customer service.

@VodafoneUK I've just changed plan. No idea what I've agreed to. The operative was reading from (rushing through) a script, full of acronyms. I wanted to speak to someone as I do not understand jargon. I will look at contract but will probably cancel 😞.

@oriflame_941967 @VodafoneUK It is very frustrating that all support is switching to AI chatbots that really do not solve your problem or answer your question. It would be a cost efficient solution, but just leads to dissatisfied customers. It's like being held hostage by the Tech Cy's.

@Ofcom I’ve had no internet connectivity for over two weeks now. My service provider @VodafoneUK keeps stating that @openreach are sending an engineer to fix the problem. All they have down is mark the road where they have to dig. The situation smacks of complete inefficiency.
