    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Have been calling re poor service since oct 20, yep 2020 have called 20+times since. Wasted 20+hrs of my time complaining & still stuck with an unhappy contract.

    Vodaphone Tobi is an absolute ******* disgrace. Takes forever to deal with anything, @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK worst service ever, been a customer for about 6 weeks and genuinely infuriated at how bad it is. Absolute shambles

    @VodafoneUK spoken to 20 diffetent colleagues who have all promised to resolve issue. Now being told to wait 7-10days for the account to be reviewed & told I'll still be charged for the account

    @vodafoneuk 3. You are logged into a Pay as you go account with Pay monthly items in your basket Please go back to basket and remove the mis-matched items or logout from there and continue as a new customer.

    @VodafoneUK I have. No updates since Saturday when advice from customer service was - Pop your SIM out for 5 minutes then pop back in - Turn airplane mode on for 5 minutes then turn off
