3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

Hi @cedrsays be prepared for one hell of a case file for complaint against @VodafoneUK Many chronologically documented images etc regards a complete lack of service over circa five months.
