3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

@SSE @sseplc @VodafoneUK It’s a DNS issue I’m pretty sure, changing DNS servers over Ethernet works but over WiFi does not. (Interesting issue all things considered)

@VodafoneUK So I called the number and after endless automated menus it cut me off. As I’ve said I’m giving notice to cancel by Twitter because I cannot get hold of you any other way. The number ends 0227 and is in my name. Already cancelled my direct debit.
