    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @ecorme7 @VodafoneUK They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @VodafoneUK Your Network status checker has been saying "We're aware of some network issues in B15 2TG" for a week now. Is there any sign of it getting fixed; it's very frustrating trying to work remotely via a Gigacube...

    @jadesharp1992 @deekbee @VodafoneUK they are shutting that service off this year which will mean we will have no signal at all, i tried to get out my contract due to poor signal but they want to pay them the remainder of my contract in full. at least **** turpin wore a a mask when robbed people
