  Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

  @VodafoneUK how can there be next to no reception on trains from sw20 to Waterloo.? On sw20 no reception on any network. It says full coverage , but you can’t do anything. How is it possible in this day and age ?

  @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

  @VodafoneUK Voda, if you wanted to keep loyal customers perhaps dont do mid price rise contracts, and offer loyal customers a better deal then new customers (Will say the service with you was fine i cant fault that) Maybe see you again in 12 months
