    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    TIL: When you call @VodafoneUK's support line and the automaton asks you why you're calling, a reply of "you're really annoying me" gets you through to the right department.

    @VodafoneUK can you help. I’ve bought my daughter a Neo but when I download the Vodafone Smart app on my phone it says “something went wrong try again” so I can’t use it!! I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but still the same... any ideas what I can do? Thanks!

    @kimondo @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Cancel the DD and pick someone else. They've failed to perform the minimum service expected from their end of the contract.

    I was on the phone to @VodafoneUK for 1 hour and half trying to resolve an ongoing issue with my data where it says I have 4G with 2-3 network bars but data still not working. In my opinion the call was unpleasant and patronising. #CustomerService #problems #badservice

    Dear @VodafoneUK This morning I got a notification from you that my password was part of a “data leak” and to change that and my pin. Which I did. Then I called 191 to find out more, to be told, there hadn’t been a leak. And it was just to get my to change my password?! WTF?!
