    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    Hey @VodafoneUK why do I still have no signal in my area, it’s been over a month, absolutely piss poor! Get fobbed off by the offshore call centres saying we are upgrading the area, not a great upgrade is it!!! #terribleservice

    @VodafoneUK I would if the issue was with Mercedes, my automatic renewal for Internet in the car didn't happen, can't login to see why, and call centre agents can't see why as they are unable to check because of website issues. Problem is at your end not Mercedes

    @VodafoneUK Your suggestion is that I engage with a bot. That just about sums up what Vodafone thinks of its customers. No thanks. I've just lodged my complaint and hope it can be resolved soon.

    @naomummy @VodafoneUK Nope. Since it’s gone down I haven’t been able to do anything. Trying to do planning but obviously need the internet. It’s been a failure of a day

    @sibon_ollie @VodafoneUK Definitely leave. I was with them 20 years and the service in the last two years was horrendous. Didn't contact me once to extend my contract so clearly they're not interested in retention. Now I'm SIM only with O2 and you get endless freebies, especially if you're with Virgin.

    @VodafoneUK No as my internet is so poor and intermittent that I can't seem to do anything. It's been like this for 2 months and each time I call to confirm the dismal connection, I'm on the phone for at least half an hour, reassured that all will be ok only for nothing to happen... Awful

    Thanks to @VodafoneUK and their worthless customer service who literally lied to me, I am now screwed on two-factor authentication and can't access my UK bank account from here, until god knows when or how many jumped hoops. No idea how I'm going to recover.
