Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Yeah, apparently, Covid means we all have to spend another each call service chat. Why, oh why, does C-19 feel like an excuse for employing less staff.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK My mum is 87. She has fallen and broken her hip. I called the hospital - not allowed to see her, can’t talk to her on phone and the person (yes they have a person for this) who could set up a video call for us is not available. When you find a bridge let me know please Julia

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK I think a lot of customer service staff are working from home, and probably reduced in number. The menu systems on most companies now drive me nuts, to the point I rarely bother anymore.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Don’t do it. It’s like that everywhere in the world. The worst is when you’re on the line for 45 minutes on hold and then you get disconnected and have to start all over again. Or they transfer you to the “right person” and they drop your call.

@VodafoneUK Mobile data/phone service has been unreliable or (mostly) nonexistent in Bath for the past 2 weeks. What's the situation?

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Customer Service numbers for most companies are subject to delays because of the obvious at the moment. Your pissing and whinging because of your blue tick wont change that.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Ask for the retention team to leave them, you will get instant better service.

@VodafoneUK And this is per the Status Checker, too. But it's very frustrating to simply see that problems exist, with no other info or expected date it will be working again.
