Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK Earlier today I was upgrade to a new tariff deal and I was told to restart my phone when I lost connection. That happened and I restarted. but now I'm stuck on emergency calls, and I can't log into my online account.

@VodafoneUK I also waited an hour online to chat to an adviser, finally got to the front of the queue and there was a problem with the connection. I shouldn’t be having these problems with a new phone.

@VodafoneUK No, the representative on the phone said that didn't need a new SIM. I spoke with someone on live chat last night who said my package status was still "open". This morning I am still stuck on Emergency calls

@VodafoneUK I tried to phone the number today but I couldn’t get through. My phone is not working properly so I am going to have to return it and cancel the contract as I am not being given any help from Vodafone and have been a loyal customer for 6 years. Am appalled with this service.

@VodafoneUK Hello the phone is running very slow. I have traded in my old phone in store last week so that I would get a discount on my new contract. I received a text today asking me to do some trade in checks on my old phone but Vodafone already have my old phone.

@VodafoneUK just a quick question about your online chat people on the Vodafone app, the person who was on the chat window had asked if I wanted him to keep an eye on my account for the future incase I had any further issues with my internet connection, that isn’t normal is it?
