    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK been waiting over 2 hours for a simple response, so sick of your crappy customer service, you obviously don't value your customers AT ALL or the hard earned money they spend on your ****** excuse of a service. I'll be looking elsewhere for my broadband in future.

    @VodafoneUK Is it your policy to book engineer call outs without notifying the customer and confirm dates. Also to wait 50mins on hold, and have the person on the other end raise their voice. Not very customer friendly and not the proper protocol I suspect! Disgusting!
