Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK got to love it, UK shutting my phone off because iam trapped in Canada with covid restrictions. Clearly not by my choice. Yet Vodafone doesn't give a damn. Pay quadruple or lose your phone, great policy "customers is always wrong"

@VodafoneUK unacceptable customer service. I was assured an issue with my phone line/broadband would be fixed today. Speaking to Sara in tech 2 and she’s rude and unhelpful. Definitely rethinking my contracts
