Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Imagine my shock when I got msg frm @VodafoneUK about "an important message regarding your port out request", when I had made no such request. Vodafone is the worst. No signal most of the time, I didn't get intln roamng that I was promised which put me in great trouble. Worst!
