    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay ยฃ65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    Another day fighting with @VodafoneUK to get a constant 4G signal. Why are these phone comp allowed to provide such a poor service and still charge for it @Ofcom

    @ZiaYusufUK Ahh so thatโ€™s what Iโ€™m paying for @VodafoneUK Ive been a loyal customer for almost 30 years. Have put up with poor signal for a while now. This is now where Iโ€™m off. Final straw. Shocking.

    Wants to get SIM or a eSIM? Need a Contact number. If you dont have one or have a family or Friend then you cant get a Number... Been looking, 2 companies no go, 3rd try came up just fine. One Company that 100% Needs a Contact number & Support sucks. Looking at you @VodafoneUK
