Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK Q: what does it take to get a refund after 6 weeks of waiting? A: continue to wait and get fobbed off constantly. Vodafone are hands down the worst at customer service. An absolute joke, but you know this already.

@VodafoneUK the My Vodafone app just keeps crashing and not working. It does not record me visiting the very me app everyday resulting in me missing my entries for competitions. I have missed out on costa and other vouchers. How do i get rewarded when nothing works to fix the app

@VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam very common problem with multiple users reporting the same issue. Is there any guidance on how this issue can be fixed? I am getting quite frustrated having to constantly reset my Sky Q and my Broadband connection on my Sky Q box. Many thanks.
