Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

cannot wait to get back to the uk and end my contract with @VodafoneUK . Christ on bike the headache of doing ANY customer service with them makes me want to jump from a moving car. That would be less painful than this!!

Yet another hour and 45 minutes. Still no resolution! Seriously @VodafoneUK. This is how you keep customers?? And playing two songs on loop, one being Cold****. I’m surprised you have any customers left.

@VodafoneUK I just called your complaints line to be told that It are doing system updates. So nobody can look at my account and to call back tomorrow. Why are you doing updates whilst the call center is open? Your customer service is a joke!

@VodafoneUK got my new Gigacube today but instead of the promised 40 mbps download I’m getting less than the 4g on my phone. An afternoon on phone to tech help and promised call back by 4.30 that still hasn’t happened. The gigacube might be coming back to you as it’s let me down.
