    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    Hey @VodafoneUK my phone seems to never connect to the network when on 4G or 5G. I’m sat with @quentinnield, who is also on your network and he has no problems. Am I on some lower grade service or is there a fault?!

    @VodafoneUK Day 29 and still not got all the services I ordered. Even a directors office complaint has not helped. What does one need to do to get on Vodafone? Wrong tariff, no one net, not being called back. Dispicable service. #feeltheconnection-whatconnection?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve just spoken to your customer service team, all should be fine but I would 100% get training for your Woking branch. One hour to upgrade for them to then tell me the computer isn’t working!! Shocking

    @VodafoneUK This is having serious impact to my family’s working arrangement. Vodafone are telling us there is no way to get reconnected for something that is not our fault. Over 4 hours today on phone and we could not work and we’re still paying for this service. Can you please sort this

    Wouldn’t bother with @VodafoneUK - 5 days, no internet, people telling me I’ll get a call back within 24h, nothing. Told issue resolved, still here. Now it’s bank hols so probably nothing till Tuesday. Next step is Ofcom as I can’t seem to speak to anyone relevant at Vodafone 🙃

    @VodafoneUK Tried that. Does not work. I am getting passed from pillar to post in the chat and have now been online for over an hour. Everyone telling me they cannot call me. A phone company without a phone. You couldn’t write this ****!!

    @VodafoneUK 1hr 46minutes on the phone for the call to be disconnected spent 2 hours on the phone last month as well an absolute nightmare when you want to get something sorted totally disappointed customer who can’t wait to leave angry 😡
