    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK Now 2 days with no home broadband and no update. Issue seems to be affecting all Vodafone customers in my area (LU7). It would be useful if Vodafone had a broadband status page (like most other ISP's) to know if this is being addressed.

    @VodafoneUK no broadband since 6am this morning. Get thorough to cust services, who do standard checks, even when I tell them, no Internet, just to be told they will call me back in 2 hours. Cust service and broadband service is shocking. Never had the speed I was promised.
