    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK TOBI doesn't solve my problem, call 191 and says no one available use TOBI, No advice when your phone lines are open on a Sunday either....

    @VodafoneUK Yep it’s been a week now since the usual date (15th). I did cancel one of my two contracts in December, and then 30 days’ notice would take me to Jan. Maybe this has caused things to shift...

    @VodafoneUK Well, Craig, why didn’t you send that response five days ago? Well, my SIM activation took you almost three weeks and I had to waste several exhausting hours with your customer “service” team... and yet you charged me for for those three weeks...

    @VodafoneUK . Our internet speeds drop from 70mb to less than 10mb each evening. can you look into this (my neighbour has the same issues but with a different supplier so it may be an open each issue) if not, can I cancel my contact because I'm not getting speeds as promised
