Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK 10 days to my early upgrade, you have removed the option. Yet t has been available for the last 21 months on the app. Customer service refuse to help. False advertising

@VodafoneUK your online chat option is utter garbage. Wasted two hours this morning trying to upgrade. Cut off/stopped working for a second time after another 45 mins. 2 hours wasted. 12+ years with your network and customer service has always been amazing. I’m so disappointed.

Currently receiving the most shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK Their error as their adviser gave me the wrong information about my upgrade plan& now I’m expected to either return my new phone or pay more for a plan that I didn’t actually agree to! This makes no sense!

Here I am again with shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK want me to confirm security details for a account I don’t have with them! Now can’t confirm so won’t discuss a payment showing on my credit report! When I have no account with them! Closed it months ago!
