    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @jack_s1102 @VodafoneUK Each time I call them it takes about 30 mins for the call to be passed to 3 separate people, they finally put me through to “someone that can help” and the line is silent!

    @VodafoneUK Do not take one net solution from them. Outdated features. No customer servive. No one to support. No wifi calling etc etc

    @jack_s1102 @VodafoneUK Yep! First time I was told it’ll be sorted within 72 hours, then I was told the first 72 hours is just for someone to get back to me, it’ll be another 72 hours to fix the issue. That ends tonight, but apparently might take till tomorrow morning. No idea what the actual issue is!

    Dreadful experience from @VodafoneUK! Apparently the fact they cancelled my agreed installation days before Christmas leaving me with no internet can not be lodged as a complaint as I then decided to go to another provider! #rubbishservice #poorservice #badservice @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK I've used the service several times. Both TOBI and the line and its a circular service as they both refer to an online page and close the call/page where I cant tell anyone that I want to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK i want to get another device, but there’s that issue with the returned device still showing on my account. I have been paying for something I don’t have. Is someone going to help me sort this out? It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS. @VodafoneGroup

    Yet another problem with @VodafoneUK data, it seems Vodafone still works in the old fashioned way where you had to wait for days for something to be done and not in 21st century

    @VodafoneUK Hi, there’s been a network issue in Hackney for about 2 weeks now. Please could you provide an update. Specifically about 0.5 miles around E8 2AH. Calls and texts seem to work fine. Internet only has the issue
