    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    Just looked into my credit score properly, I'm so mad. @VodafoneUK left my settled mobile contract account open for SEVEN YEARS after my YEAR LONG contract was finished. Oh, and they also never refunded me the £61 they kept taking out of my account after canceling my contract..

    @VodafoneUK I have honestly never ever in my life dealt with such incompetency and just lack of training and knowledge from staff in my life. I just have to go to the ombudsman now because I cannot get anyone who doesn’t make an utter mess on a call.
