  Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

  Never give @VodafoneUK your business. I moved to Lebara who offer better value on the same network. Not my beef. My beef is that when chasing money they owed me at the end of the contract, their CA told me they don’t pay money back unless they are chased! Shocking behaviour.😡😡

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I finally left virgin as trying to contact was literally like going around in circles (constantly), it was extremely poor and exceptionally bad service.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK My wife and I left Vodafone about 10 years ago after they implemented a new billing system and took 2 matching direct debits out of our accounts. I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.
