Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@OpenreachHelp I have exhausted the escalation routes with @VodafoneUK . Formally logged complaint and emailed ceo. I can't even get any transparency on what is taking so long. Surely the backlog can't be 4 months. @MoneyTelegraph can you help me?

@VodafoneUK I don’t have the energy to be trying to sort this issue out if I’m honest . I spent last Wednesday trying to do this and was just lied too and just fobbed off . I had to borrow the money that is pending in my bank account . So I was able to feed my kids 😡
