Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK I am being charged extra if the contact ended 9/11 but you want me to pay for the full month is that not extra . I have 4 contracts left one finish at the end of October and I will cancel the rest

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, I purposely chose you as my network because when I moved to London I’d read many reviews saying how good the service was throughout the city (including the underground). Now there seems to be now wifi available at London underground stations. Why is this?

@mark_surfermer I have it back after 5 DAYS! thanks to the ppl who were given it (who are thankfully nice, but who could have been interested in access to my bank details). No thanks whatsoever to @VodafoneUK. Waiting on a call to raise a formal complaint. Will they get that right? #idoubtit
