Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK Hi Ive just got a PAYG sim for a little while & topped up 5, then got put on a bundle with 50mb data which lasted about 2 minutes. Do you take the data I now use from my balance or the card I topped up with as I thought you would just use the balance on my phone HELP

Hi @VodafoneUK I'm getting rather frustrated with your customer service. My broadband is not working, spent an hour on instant chat last night, called to follow up just now but no help. Please can you fix it or at least give me an update on when it might be fixed? Thanks

@VodafoneUK Hi I have sure signal & a Samsung fold, - no wifi calling on it, if you switch off sure signal I will have zero signal at my home address- NR11 7LS, what do you recommend I do. Also not happy I spent £60 on a device that's going to be redundant.
