    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK can you please reply to all of us asking for updates! We've been without the internet for 8 hours and more, with no update whatever. We all pay for a service that is not being recieved. This is not fair. Come on, reply.
