Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@nigelpoulton I’ve used @VodafoneUK 5G gigs cube but there are latency issues with initially connecting to websites. I would not recommend. @StarlinkPage are accepting orders in the UK

We literally experience the worst customer service with @VodafoneUK My time yet again wasted with DMs. Computer says no, even though they are at fault. As usual; no common sense. Definitely looking for new phone contracts, even though we’ve been customers for over 25 years.
