Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Having trouble getting through to @VodafoneUK. I’ve been to Vodafone store this afternoon who told me to contact 191. 191 directs me to chat. Chat says there are no support advisers and to call 191. I’m going round in circles and need to speak to a human who can help me!

@CalEuanHopkins @VodafoneUK I have made multiple reports to the support team about my account being banned and nothing came out of it till i got to know about Multitask_Support on Instagram through a friend. I decided to give it a try and everything came out positive, I’m sure he’ll be of help to you

@VodafoneUK Tran, long story short 5G not working on new iPhone. Have been troubleshooting - work Samsung has 5G ok. Swapped work and personal SIMs and problem moves with SIM eliminating iPhone from problem. I just need to speak with a human being to resolve this issue…

@VodafoneUK @EditaSllamniku I have the same issue. Absolutely no 4g at all. No internet every time I leave the house. It’s been a couple of days here I think but the status area checker says everything’s fine
