Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK Actually - to win anything at all would be nice. I’ve entered hundreds of prize draws on very - literally hundreds - but never ever won anything. It’s become the norm now that I just click ‘enter’ knowing full well that I won’t win anything. I wonder why?

@VodafoneUK Great, no service! I ask for a port in to be cancelled. They cancel it but the next morning, the og number gets disconnected leaving me without any service. I want my service back!
