    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    2.5 hours on a call w/ @VodafoneUK to try and stay with them. The customer support rep was amazing but it's too painful. Sorry for the AT THE COMPANY tweet but I'm so frustrated - all I wanted was to stay with them. WAY easier to switch. Shout-out to Andrew!

    Whatever you do don’t go with @VodafoneUK for your broadband! I’ve just switched from BT and never had any problems but I’m having all sorts of problems now, and they are refusing to resolve the issues. Good job I’m still within the cancellation period 👍🏼
