Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK Don’t do it. Joined Thursday and they have cut my number off without telling me. @VodafoneUK have changed number without permission Friday night they said they fix in 24 hrs + they lied. They are taking up to 26 minutes per question to reply to on chat. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

3 days without service now with @VodafoneUK ! ! ! Last time this happened, had no service for 3 MONTHS! ! ! They made me pay too looool. Now they are coming up with new excuses, with no way of speaking to a human on top. Requested call backs with no avail.

@VodafoneUK If I was them I would avoid Vodafone at all costs. Had the same problem for a month and all they keep doing is testing the line. Despite the router being faulty, really bad customer service, managers don’t call back, tech support don’t call back. Worse support ever experienced
