Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Cannot believe how rude @VodafoneUK webchat have just been. Transferred 3 tines each time having 2 do sec & more frustrating repeat myself 3 x’s even though the staff said give me min to read the Webchat & get up to speed. Think I will put transcript on here 4 all 2 see how rude

@VodafoneUK the WORST company EVER. We were ment to get Internet in out flat in January. They kept giving us dates for inspection but no one showed up and this kept going on for 2 months. 😡😡😡
