Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Springbourne Weather site updates now being made by phone in an irregular basis. Normal service will resume when @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre can get their acts together. 4 days now, c'mon guys....

iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

@VodafoneUK I live in Newmarket Suffolk and have had no internet since yesterday late morning. Neither has my mum across town. Your 'broadband service test' shows an outage.

@mocater21 @VodafoneUK We have had exactly the same. £50pcm to renew with Vodafone. £35pcm with Vodafone through Carphone Warehouse. Trouble is the latter has been useless!

@VodafoneUK so frustrating- not getting any Wi-Fi for over 24 hours and no help or any updates as to when it might be fixed or come back??? Don’t even understand why it’s gone off -3 people in my household work from home and it’s really prohibiting our work. Sort it out!!!!
