  Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

  After 25+ years with @VodafoneUK ,I’ve finally realised customer loyalty means very little. Endless emails about “valuing customers” and the rewards programme, yet after applying for multiple events and offers over the years I’ve received absolutely nothing… NOTHING.

  @VodafoneUK over 48 hours with multiple users with no phone signal or broadband in RH12 3NR. Had signal for 1 hour last night, then it failed again. Any response?

  @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!
