    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK M16 Manchester two weeks after switching to you I've got the first outage in years...... Every checker says everything is fine but router has no fibre connection. Not impressed.

    @VodafoneUK Broadband down, not alerts, no customer centre or online tools working. But you just increased the prices. Seriously, issues happens to everyone, at least do the right thing: 1) Alert the customers 2) Admit wrongdoing and fix it asap 3) Make a gestures to apologize
