    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK @openreach now account holder has been forced to create a Twitter account so you will communicate with us about the 4 week phone outage - messaged and you have not replied - Terrible customer service for a 93 year vulnerable lady.

    @VodafoneUK Avoid Vodaphone internet that can’t offer any support for line issues. They rely on openreach who do not care about Vodafone, our engineer from openreach didn’t even come to the door to help. Just said he had checked line from exchange and it is fine apparently. No internet 13day

    @VodafoneUK Grateful for your direct message but acct. holder and 93 year old godmother do not have access to Twitter so need a call to mobile no. provided to answer sec. questions, how much more do you need? Sort this issue. Digital inclusion now a problem.

    @VodafoneUK I was promised a call back from customer relations - no call. Level 2 technician telling me it will be fixed in 24 hours max - promised me. I’ve had that same promised for 9 days.

    @VodafoneUK Wrong phone. Order the iPhone 12 Pro Max and somehow got the 12 Pro. Mistakes happen, no issue with that.... Just.annoying that I can't speak to someone today to see what the issue is and how long before it can be sorted

    @VodafoneUK we have recently ported five mobile number of our family from airtel to vi. But to my surprise network as well as internet speed of this connectivity is more than worst. What to talk of net, Calling could not be done properly. Airtel which we left, was far better.
