Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

I’m absolutely fuming with @VodafoneUK right now! On the phone via web chat from 7:51 PM to 10:05 PM only for the web chat team to pull the wool over my eyes! Not access to transcript, payment taken and then no means of returning to chat! Very unhappy Customer right now #pissed

@VodafoneUK are the WORST broadband providers in the UK. Hands down. No Internet for more than 3 hours and 2 of those spent doing troubleshooting and STILL no answer after online chat and phone chats. Joke. Never ever go with them.

Hey @VodafoneUK seems Visual Voicemail doesnt work over WifiCalling - this is critical - we don't leave the village (mobile blackspot) due to WFH so don't see a mobile signal for weeks at a time! You need to fix this! Dialing 12152 to switch back... 😢
