Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK You cannot cancel broadband on web chat. I have this in writing from you, so grateful if you could acknowledge here Both webchat and your disability dpt insist the only option, if I could not hear on the phone, was to visit a shop. I have now done so, despite my great discomfort
