Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@SamPilgrim12 @VodafoneUK Similar thing happened to me while moving home. It took a month and more than 15 hours on calls, and an official complaint to sort broadband. Really dissapointing.

@awesomelyaudhd @EE @VodafoneUK They are actually a joke, zero help, no one knows what they are doing, they don’t even respond to tweets, I’m guessing because they don’t give a stuff.

@ComitiRoberto @VodafoneUK Technically you can report them to Ofcom, as per their guidelines the provider has to provide you a different mean to get online, and that mean CAN'T be a point of Sale for the company. Don't speak with the fault team, but with complaint team

@VodafoneUK making it impossible to terminate a contract. Tobi says to call 191, the 191 automated voice tells me to contact Tobi. Seriously!?! Any chance I can talk to a real person? #Vodafone

Hey, @VodafoneUK, my FTTC connection seems to have died - saying CHAP Authentication Failure on the PPPoE connection. No, I don’t use your router (I don’t use junk) - I’m using an OpenReach modem and an EdgeRouter Lite 3. No online help, no call centre - help!?
