Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK hey what’s going on in Birmingham ? No signal barely apart from a tiny spot down bromford lane . I know it’s a issue in area but seriously? We’ve got the Commonwealth games starting next week ! Supposed to be showing how great Brum is .

I sure hope @thecgf are not using @VodafoneUK in Birmingham for the event communications ! No signal anywhere in brum ! Apart from one tiny spot on Bromford lane it seems

Twitter….I’m seeking your advice. After 20 years of being a @VodafoneUK customer, I don’t recall ever having such poor service/signal as I have the last 18 months & so the time has come to switch. I’m thinking @EE but I’d welcome any feedback/alternative recommendations? Thanks

@VodafoneUK something has changed here in central Sheffield (for my 4G connection, at least..) following a recent issue and subsequent "fix". VERY poor service... am I alone? Pathetic signal at present this week.
