Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK hope your proud of yourselves. Cutting off a 96 year old woman’s pay as you go phone and not reactivating her account when she needed it as she was in hospital. She had £30 credit on the phone account. Disgusting that we can’t even get anyone to help 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@VodafoneUK HARMAN in c/relations messed my account damaged credit file had a complaint over 5month no phone for 4month because of HARMAN go refused upgrade told try again in 90days only 7month with no phone Invest in uk call centres and you wouldn’t lose custom 3 lines gone

Refreshingly good service from @VodafoneUK yesterday - they phoned back twice and solved the problem. (Which was, their ‘SecureNet’ thing, whatever that is, stops iMessage from activating) Pleasant change - well done 👏🏻

@VodafoneUK 6 weeks , complaint after complaint, escalated, Directors Office @DHLParcelUK confirming to me that the phone cannot be located, still no replacement IPhone!!! I am trying to run a business but @VodafoneUK do not care about their customers.
