  Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

  What a bunch of profit chasing thugs @VodafoneUK are. I get a regular monthly bill of £17 however just being a day late for payment ( only ever one reminder) I get a £5 penalty. That’s £5 a nearly 33% fine. Catch phrase should be “got you, give me your money,stuff the service”

  .@SMARTYMobileUK is a waste of space. Their live chat asks you a load of trash and to cancel a sim is a pain in the arse. Why can’t a mobile company see the account you’ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, let’s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!

  @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Had a nightmare with Lyca trying to save a few quid literally walked into my local tesco mobile shop and nearly cried whilst telling the brilliant youth my life story of hell !
