    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @nirave @VodafoneUK It's so bloody classic! French banks make you take out a PPI thing on your overdraft. You can cancel it after you set up the account but only on the same day of the year, each year. So you're at least tied in for one year.. and then you never remember which day it is to cancel.

    @johndarvall @VodafoneUK Exactly the same here in OZ Bro!!!! @VodafoneAU even BLOCKED me on certain Social Media platforms as I kept calling them out on POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK I waited 4 and a half weeks for my phone to arrive, sim didn't activate after 24 hours. A week of "we'll get you connected" later and I'm being asked to return the phone because some idiot (not me!) cancelled my contract? This is absolutely abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to change my plan but I’m being told that I’ll have to take out a new sim which I don’t want to have to do as I don’t want another hard credit search, please help
