Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@LisatheSimpson @VodafoneUK Every time I need something from Vodafone there is an Issue without fail. The app is terrible, the customer service is terrible. Soon as my contract ends I’ll be going elsewhere too

@VodafoneUK your customer care is both shambolic and useless. We have had our account with you for around 7 years. Things you won't or claim not to be able to do: Fix anything that doesn't work in your network, cancel phones, move numbers and in fact anything at all.

@VodafoneUK trying to contact customer service for compensation as we have been left out of internet for more than a month. None of the advisers listened to me and transferred me to others while I’m still taking how rude

@VodafoneUK when you going to fix the network in NE100QH. Yous did work in the area on 18/12/2022 and despite you telling me its been fixed the connection 4g is still rubbish. It makes the old dial up connection look amazing. For 9 hours per day I can't yous my phone.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK should not remove access to the network and the app when an account is in credit without giving prior notice you are going to do so . You have plenty of avenues of contact, phone notifications, text, WhatsApp, email etc. Forwarding to a section of t&cs afterwards 🤨

@DaveHearn2 @VodafoneUK The network security key is your router's password. You should see this on the label/sticker of the router itself or within the paperwork of your router.
