@TheEggman64 @VodafoneUK I like that they purposely chose a month with the highest inflation to measure their increase. Never on one that is low. Once upon a time contacts were fixed and didn't change.

  • Sjreadsx S (@Sjreadsx) reported

@VodafoneUK I know you can't actually help me, just making sure people are aware of the service vodafone are providing.

@VodafoneUK sorry disappointed that I'm unable to find someone to help me move my old number to my new contract!!! So far 5 different people have given me 5 different answers. There must be a process to be able to help a paying customer 🤷🤷

  • CathrynSheridan Cathryn Sheridan (@CathrynSheridan) reported

@VodafoneUK I have never paid for landline calls and I haven’t changed the arrangement. There have never been any additional charges. So what is the £40. You’ve made a mistake charging me for whatever this is.

@TheEggman64 @VodafoneUK I'm with Giffgaff for SIM only and I've never had a problem, can change your plan up or down every month plus they recommend if you should lower your package if you aren't using much month by month

  • Alexand28473723 Alexander Montgomery (@Alexand28473723) reported
