    @VodafoneUK I haven't decide to stay as a broadband customer so not sure why you have emailed to tell me that my switch is cancelled (on switch day). I'm not sure TOBI can help and your IVR sure cant either - not that you can blame that on the weather.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Can you guys tell me why my mobile data keeps disappearing on me. I have roaming and am currently in Germany. Not had this problem beforem I've reset network settings to no avail. After 10 mins or so. It goes. Have to go airplane mode on/off to get it back

    @VodafoneUK I have been calling and complaining 4 times a week it was even escalated but still 3 month things are worse and u don't seem to care This increased my stress level had a bad effect on my health. And you still don't care no matter how many times I tell you.

    @VodafoneUK are an absolute disgrace. Despite verbally cancelling her expired contract, she received a threatening 'automated' debt reclaimation letter. Phoned them, settled the bill, SIM removed, verbally cancelled again. New bill for 2 months received, impossible to cancel!!
