    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK signal where i live has been shocking for weeks. Apparantly you are working on a mast nearby. Hit and miss whether i can ring out, calls constantly interrupted, wifi calling intermittantly works. Will we be getting a rebate

    @VodafoneUK hi I am having same issue anybody who calls me who’s not on Vodafone says unknown caller if your on Vodafone and you call another vodafone number it works and shows the contact. Need this sorting asap for work please as loosing jobs and calls

    @KateEleriCymru @VodafoneUK @WG_Communities Ours has been terrible for the past couple of weeks. It’s not good when you can’t join meetings or do your work from home due to the broadband. Very frustrating. Hope they sort yours and ours out soon.

    @jellymalin @VodafoneUK The same happened after the passing of my father in 2020. It took two years of correspondence and publishing a letter in a newspaper to get a resolution. Not what you need when you’re grieving.

    @jellymalin It was reading a very similar story to this that made me switch after 25 years(!) from @VodafoneUK to @tescomobile. I now pay £11 a month. When I called Vodafone to terminate my contract they didn’t ask why. So sorry for your loss.
