@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK disappointing roaming service, or lack of, with roaming in Turkey. Using iPhone SE, latest ios, turned roaming & data options on and off, switched done in and off. Absolutely no Internet. I get full network coverage with Vodafone TR and even the 4G symbol but no net.

@VodafoneUK £8 compensation a day for no Internet when it's the school holidays is poor. Plus yeah great I have unltd data on my phone but I have to go to work, and there are other family members in the house. Like the said school age child.... Rubbish

@VodafoneUK But my contract is through yourselves and Vodafone manages my item insurance and is the provider of the item as the item is on contract. So Vodafone would not help me with a contract phone that is not functioning?
