@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK wifi was down since yesterday morning,spent over 5 hours on the phone to 3 different WiFi Xperts missed the world cup final 2get absolutely no where. Poor considering,I have your top broadband package with guaranteed help.Hardware & software on ure router is terrible

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I was told you couldn’t transfer the plan to old Voxi sim I had and to wait few days so I could be refunded then went back and forth over this and pin questions every time I answered then now I am told I won’t be refunded wtf

@VodafoneUK I have problems accessing the internet with my mobile phone. How does Vodafone support think it is a good answer to send me a text to Tobi, which is only available using the Internet? That is again a good example how to provide a bad customer service.

@BarryH_71 @VodafoneUK True but they’ve cancelled the order so it’s all irrelevant. I’d suggest anyone thinking of switching to Vodafone gives them a wide berth. Customer service is beyond poor.

@vodafoneuk Absolutely SHOCKING service. We were told broadband couldn t be connected until 22nd Dec after our house move...that was bad enough-but its now been changed to 4th January! Am in a terrible signal area so my data is useless. Utterly frustrated.

Who do I talk to regarding @VOXI_UK being bunch of liars?Is it @VodafoneUK or ombudsman?Told me to wait for my sim and then now I am told I don’t get refund even though one sim came 2 weeks after and the other never did!
