    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I wish to cancel an account which is out of contract & I haven’t used for months. It’s a sim only sat in an iPad. So not able to dial 191. Your queue time is 43 minutes on the 0333 number. How can I cancel without wasting an hour of incurred charges

    @VodafoneUK I joined pay as you go yesterday and even though it's 24hrs later the 5x data offer still hasn't been applied (I have texted FIVETIMESDATA to 49500 as per the instructions several times), and you never have chat agents available, can you help please?

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I had the same issue was with them you ask them to cancel everything and they don’t. Costs accumulate and they blame you. Staff are rude. I wonder how many other people they have done this to?
