@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@darrenmillar @VodafoneUK Vodafone is interesting because they funnel you to an entirely different department just for insurance. It’s a very sly way of saying we really don’t give a f and can’t help with anything related to insurance.

@VodafoneUK so nice to get an email telling me that ive apparently cancelled my contract, when i havent. your digital assistant didnt help, the actual agent you put me on to didnt help, ive now spent 30 minutes sitting on hold to get through to you. ridiculous
