@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK I had no broadband from 31st Oct - 4th Jan & your complaints resolution team & managers are refusing to apply compensation. Why is that??? Today I was told only £99 had already been applied… then she decided it was £145 #viral2023 @ofcom (pt. 1)

Hi @VodafoneUK - have had a very interesting 5 years as a customer of your very expensive (and now defunct) One Net service - and Broadband, neither of which worked, which along with poor customer service further compounded the frustrations experienced by my team & I.

@VodafoneUK Day 7: no landline, no broadband, no ETA for a fix. And no advance warning that Openreach were going to disconnect us. First update was 5 days after we were disconnected, to tell us you / Openreach hadn’t fixed it. Never mind, we have 1 bar of patchy 3G…
