Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others arenโt mislead in the same way

Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, Iโll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and Iโll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. Iโll get my broadband elsewhere.
