    @VodafoneUK called customer service to sort a problem out, 5th phone call and still not sorted #nothappy

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK hello - Having a nightmare with DPD. Broadband install due tomorrow, they’ve initially claimed to have delivered the router, but by digging I know they didn’t, but to make it worse they’re now sending it back to you? So tiring dealing with them, hope you can help

    @VodafoneUK It’s no waiting to talk to someone! It’s the fact you are useless! Had no internet for a month. Told I would have 2 month free bills as “good will” only to still take the month. Called up. Told so sorry! Let’s fix that! Added a £80 credit to my account and then still take £60
