Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless
