@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@RnaudBertrand My hope is this is kicking the can down the road in order to placate the yanks, and they never have a deadline. If they can't replace stuff with British, then there's always a risk. Unfortunately, @VodafoneUK already replaced their huawei kit, apparently.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone has stolen £20 from credit and said I used it all on internet for 50MB, In 2mins. How the hell is that possible? The customer service was awful, this customer service guy gave me a fake name called Askar. Terrible!!!
