    @VodafoneUK called customer service to sort a problem out, 5th phone call and still not sorted #nothappy

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK I think your missing the point. Some customers like to ho into a store and buy things. You never know what else you might buy!!

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Great initiative. However, how about improving the current service to existing customers. Over the past 4 months the quality of your network has drastically declined especially in London. Where once I had full bars I now have 1-2 if I’m lucky. @EE here I come.

    @VodafoneUK are there issues with internet in the DE11 area? I can connect to the router but after that I can’t connect to the internet. Tried all the troubleshooting options and your bot is useless if you deviate from its script.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve done this and you’ve not responded. It’s got to be a cancellation because I would be stupid to continue. If you treat me like this after 25 years it shows you don’t care one bit.

    The usual crap customer service from @VodafoneUK nothing changed with them. Can’t speak to anyone or they put you on hold then every time they cut you off.

    .@virginmedia broadband connection so bad, having to rely on @VodafoneUK cellular connection this morning. Sigh 🙄
