Paul Huxham 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 (@huxham) reported from Plymouth, England
@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

IJN (@IJN3) reported from Plympton, England
@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

Mammoth Cards (@MammothCards) reported from Plymouth, England

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

PlayerReadyVR (@PlayerReadyVR) reported from Plymouth, England
Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

kryptonite 🇬🇧 (@Stronglikealock) reported
@VodafoneUK so Vodafones update has removed the ability for the consumer to see the speeds they're getting? I've Ben with them for 22 months on a 24 month contract and have probably had the guaranteed speeds for a few weeks of that constantly having issues now I can't tell???
-
Desperate Customer (@fibrehelp) reported
@VodafoneUK the easy switch team seem to think it is entirely acceptable to just quote the dates given by openreach with no ownership of the issues these are causing. Just to clarify. Vodafone are not responsible for a delayed install. They are responsible for a denial of service

Noobtoons ✰ Twitch (She/Her) (@noobtoonsTv) reported
My internet keeps cutting off half way through streams and I am having to restart stream from scratch the last few days now. This is very frustrating and don’t help my anxiety, am too scared to even click go live now. What are you doing to me @VodafoneUK 😤

Mike Mackay (@mmackay65) reported
@henrybackhouse2 @EE @VodafoneUK Their broadband is **** as well, had to cancel that because it was averaging 10-20% of the minimum promised speed for a good few months, changed and had no issues since.
-
Mike Mackay (@mmackay65) reported
@henrybackhouse2 @EE @VodafoneUK So that justifies them charging more for the same products ? And my wife has changed to Vodafone recently and her phone works everywhere, mine struggles to get signal in my house, work or any building in our town really

I don’t want any stupid entertainment stuff, I expect a reasonable data package (100gb for £18 on O2) I need roaming & would never send my phone away for “battery refresh”. Who does that?! I need my phone. Every. Single. Day. I’m a family carer. @VodafoneUK

Orion 🇨🇦🏴 (@46Orionis) reported
@SheldonB14 @DPDgroup_news @VodafoneUK I used to think no one was as bad a Hermes but DPD are giving them a run for their money. It's the weekend - I'm off for a relaxing beer. Have a good weekend dude regardless of router.

Kevin Carr (@KevinCarrC) reported
Does any mobile phone network have good service these days?!! @VodafoneUK is terrible - just tried calling @EE & that didn’t go well either 🤨
-
A (@dukeandviola) reported
@VodafoneUK I do not see any issues under the coverage checker website but the service is still crappy even though it shows up as good service. Quality and state of service has eroded recently.
