@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneIreland @VodafoneUK I wish realised when I bought a V-SOS band for my vulnerable loved ones that if it breaks after 1 month then Vodafone assume no responsibility for it. The customer has to pay to have it repaired, shame on you Vodafone. How do you sleep at night?

Worst customer service/internet goes to @VodafoneUK tech support got no clue what they're doing, they cut me off from internet without a heads up, after 10 minutes I reset myself, they closed the chat, problem still isnt solved and all agents are busy so cant reconnect.

Anyone thinking of upgrading to @VodafoneUK #Gigafast Internet. Steer clear of them, the standards have dropped and they are a joke of a network and even more of a joke of an Internet Provider.

Wow still no trade in bag to return my phone! I have had 6 conversations with @VodafoneUK now about it, and each time it has been promised that they will send me out the return bag. This has been going on since October!!! Very poor customer service #poorcustomerservice #vodafone
