    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    So now waiting for a physical sim 36 hours from couriee I didn't need from @Mobilescouk to get my broken @VodafoneUK service restored probably only to switch back to an esim which could have been delivered electronically anyway. Total #fail of user experience

    Honestly so fed up with @VodafoneUK not even had the decency to acknowledge my complaint!! Only people that do broadband for my flat or else I'd be going elsewhere!!! Shouldn't be chasing them constantly considering my broadband should've been in weeks ago!!

    Morning @VodafoneUK or @CityFibre are there any network issues on fibre today? I work over a VPN as does my wife for a seperate company and we’re not having access problems today .. everything has been restarted etc it’s strange that we’re both having them

    @VodafoneUK very poor (1 bar) 4G signal at home in Brighton which used to be much better (3 bars). Please look into this and fix. I think an antenna etc. must be down?
