@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK I need help. My contract was turned off earlier cus I cancelled an additional plan and I contacted Vodafone who said they'll turn it back on and it'll take 2 hours it's been longer and it's still not back on? I can't call anyone/use data.

What is going on with @O2 in and around Havant area? I moved from @VodafoneUK 3 weeks ago and it’s literally the worst coverage for data I have ever seen! Full 4G but takes 10 minutes to load anything. Shocking.

@VodafoneUK why is it so difficult to sort out an Apple Watch one number in store no help! Ring customer service they send a txt and and end the call! Why can’t you just answer the phone and sort it out! Terrible service

Just cancelled the 3rd contract with @VodafoneUK only another 4 to go. After over a decade of multiple contracts being paid and upgraded, Vodafone have showed zero customer loyalty, treating their customers like bad debtors. Avoid at all costs #NoLoyalty #badservice #vodafone

@VodafoneUK your processes are terrible, my contract coming to end so want to change ge to sim only and carry on my employee discount but 30 mins later and being told need to do this online, what's the point of having a call centre. Can't wait to see what @O2 & @EE can offer

I just lost 2 whole hours of my life trying to upload apps from @VodafoneUK & @forduk - all the problems seem to stem from the fact that bloody @Google thinks I’m still in Australia so only offers me Ford Aus or Vodafone Aus apps. 21st century problems but what a waste of time!

@VodafoneUK Disgusted to be having to complain on behalf of a customer of 20 years refused unused credit refund & lied to by Vodafone call staff. At 88 years old @VodafoneUK you really should be ashamed. All ready to leave your company but prevented by this. New policy & new low.
