@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK cancel my contract and compensate me for the anxiety and stress and the financial loss, no more excuses, your technical team is rubbish, shouldn’t be charged for a line that doesn’t work. Sick of the phrase, ‘it will start working in 24 hours’

Funny how @VodafoneUK won't let me cancel my OneNumber subscription online telling me to call 191, but 191 keeps telling me to use online chat and the one time I get through to a human on 191 the call gets cut off. Now everytime I explain to someone on chat that I want 1/2

@VodafoneUK shocking experience with Vodafone cancel a month internet dongle (which you have to cancel on the same day of ordering due to a month notice policy) to then be sent a bill for this month call customer service advise it’s an error I won’t be charged....

Nothing gets me more angry than a lack of manners, rudeness and at the moment the awful customer service I'm getting from @VodafoneUK I've been let down on two promised call backs and now the want me to go through the same rigmarole to get in touch.
