@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK Is it normal to have extremely long waits for a response after supplying the requested details, without even getting an acknowledgement? It's 49 minutes since I answered their last question to me - not a squeak since... this is not very customer friendly.

@VodafoneUK is anyone able to help with me a question regarding transfering with a PAC code please? The contract is with another provider in my name but is my sons phone if we move to this network can he use the PAC code in his name or does it need to be in my name? Thanks Jem

@SadiqKhan Are you aware that @VodafoneUK recently removed their support for the existing tube Wifi? Leaving many thousands of their paying users without connectivity. I support your drive for a more connected London but it seems like vodafone has taken a huge step back.
