    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @vodafoneuk so are you going to acknowledge the national data issue yet? It's not that (all of) my SIMs need cleaning, or that all the equipment is faulty in every location nationally. It's your network kids, could you acknowledge the issue and y'know, fix it?

    @VodafoneUK and I need wifi for DSA sessions to access uni , work software , therapy and order prescriptions . It’s a issue because you didn’t contact openreach in time to activate my wifi when I wanted it so have gone days with NO wifi

    @VodafoneUK Day 2 of no Internet and noone seems to have any idea of what's going on or when the issue will be resolved. Totally unacceptable in a time when people are working from home.

    @s378912 @VodafoneUK Naturally despite giving Vodafone a list of postcodes, response was to tell me about local conditions when I know how service is every day in the same places usually. Like oh the service is patchy in x location. rubbish. It’s usually brilliant. In ALL of the places I gave them!

    @VodafoneUK #idontfeeltheconnection internet has been down for 3days now in westminster. Difficult to get hold of CS. Not even an alert to tell us whats happening. Very inconvenient with home based work. Been with voda for 4 yrs at least but i guess its time to let go.

    @LoloWahala @VodafoneUK Exactly the same for me. Not a single update since Thursday and have to spend hours on phone / chat chasing them being promised and update ‘tomorrow’ and nothing. Nothing! Awful. Awful!
