Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Dan Cooper (@djdancooper) reported@VodafoneUK Yes but my upgrade is on back order so I have no idea when that will be. At the moment I am without data for the next 6 days and willing to pay for some. Can I not either a) cancel my upgrade so I can buy data or b) start the new plan on this handset before the new phone comes???
