    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK tried phoning but lines are busy. Automated service hung up on me as I want to lower my bill (out of contract) and not upgrade. Your online chat does the same. Will have to cancel instead.

    Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre @OpenreachHelp So it’s day 4 of the big outage in the Peterborough area, you’re all blaming each other and it’s not getting resolved! Told last night it’ll be another 3 working days? No one working weekends then? That’ll be 1 week no broadband! All Jokers!

    @VodafoneUK @reincarnatingme Likewise. Actually being ignored now. They start the customer process and then avoid it so you have to start all over again, and again and again. 3 x months in now and 6 x hours worth of phone calls - to achieve ?? Yep - nothing !
