@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@Surface_UK are there issues with Go2 using esim with Vodafone (windows 11 preview) @VodafoneUK have been completely useless. Blaming the device because its not a watch. It just says Account Not Active - can see other networks when searching, just never connects.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience with HSBC over 6 months before finally closing my account. Poor service, excuses, hollow apologies, the call operators probably assume the Managers will sort it out and the Managers are either inept, uncaring or uninformed #2/2

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Essentially the choice was a) pay them despite our having to close being due to their mistake b) expect bailiffs and a bad credit rating for our son Needless to say their complaints procedure didn't work. I am certain none of this is accidental - they're simply crooks.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Personally, I think this is an extreme example of what we already know about many corporates and that is that mistakes and problems are considered business-as-usual and noone cares about the massive stress and inconvenience caused. #1/2
