    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    UK people: You might find online debit payments are declined right now. That's because banks are, or already have implemented Secure Customer Authorisation (SCA) BUT some companies have not. Like @VodafoneUK who I've spent hours explaining why it's their fault my payment declined

    @VodafoneUK Oh and furthermore NO ONE messaged me to let me know that the issue was fixed with Twitter images and videos, I had to find out for myself. Your staff and the network in generals is a shambles, you’re not fit for purpose

    @VodafoneUK Yes it's the only qr code that came with the product.when I talk to your advisors they inform me that there is a glitch and they are aware of it. Well can you send me a new smart sim or fix the problem ?

    Vodafone broadband down, AGAIN! Vodafone data having issues, AGAIN! Customer service awful as usual. But, they’re happy to take £170 a month for this kind of service and do nothing about it! Sort your useless company out, @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK Hi, we've signed up as a new customer with you but keep getting told our delivery for hardware keeps getting pushed back. We're worried it won't turn up in time for installation. Our current broadband expires soon with Virgin. Can you let me know who I can speak to?
