@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@happybiscuittt @VodafoneUK Same bitter experience!! Without internt for 2 days, called customer care 5 times. Made me hold on for 1 hr. Wrost decision to swith from sky. No office work, no school activity,entertainment!

@VodafoneUK Sounds to me that you may have shot yourselves in the foot with this offer but I changed to vodaphone from EE about 18 months ago and since then I have had only a few issues with coverage mainly I think since 5G came on the scene. But seems to have settled down again 👍🏼👍🏼
