    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK We got a £50 bill that had nothing to do with phone calls we'd actually made. My husband got on the phone once again and got this fixed. But it's stressful always having to go and get things fixed. It's like repeated episodes of Bad Robots.

    A even newer level of **** service from @VodafoneUK so after a week of being told my 4g isn’t working because I don’t have internet... they have now just told me there’s a major service outage in my area,only to get off the phone and check and there is nothing?! #cowboys #liars

    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to activate Visual Voicemail using the instructions on your website but it isn’t playing ball! I have an iPhone 11 with iOS 14 and I’m a new customer too! Phone support was no good so hoping you Twitter geniuses can help!
