@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Shame on you @VodafoneUK for your awful customer service!! Been a customer for 20 years! Phone blocked for messaging despite having unlimited texts AND it’s STILL not sorted 5 days later despite multiple online chats and and put on hold with repetitive times this week!
