@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK when I took out @VodafoneUK Wi-Fi I was told that I am able to get 3 boosters with my router while I was in store sighing up. I already have 1 booster but I am wanting another due to it been poor in room upstairs. Also I can’t use your DM way as I can’t get to options at bottom.

.@VodafoneUK Just to let you know your online purchase system has stopped working. Hangs at the final secure checkout page with the cheerful robot. Tried twice with Firefox, once with Chrome, same result. If you can't fix this I shall have to go elsewhere.

Beyond frustrated with the awful broadband from @VodafoneUK. Trying to get the contract cancelled but just had really rude customer service three times today. Loads of empty promises previously.
