  @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

  @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

  Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (£400), standing charges for utilities and £270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so £700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.

  Hey @VodafoneUK, why are your networks aggressively throttling/dropping UDP packets today? Can't even maintain a basic secure connection without the network completely freezing and flatlining. Fix your routing tables or local mast congestion. Sick of paying for bricked connection

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK My wife and I left Vodafone about 10 years ago after they implemented a new billing system and took 2 matching direct debits out of our accounts. I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK it's a thankless job, having to do it at such a tough time doesn't help. most people are very helpful thankfully. some however demand proof. I am sorry for your loss
