@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@PavelGrzyb @VodafoneUK Just a word of warning, I had an EE contract a while back and didn’t get signal at home, work or at parents. Pretty much unusable!

@michellegracie1 @VodafoneUK Don't forget, networks can't guarantee service in any particular location, as signal is affected by topology, eg trees, buildings, weather, number of customers, etc. The coverage map is based on computer prediction and not error free....

@VodafoneUK I’ve moved house and my signal is terrible now, no 3/4G and normally 1 or 2 bars inside or outside. The network checker says I should have strong signal on the website, is there anything I can do to boost the signal?

@VodafoneUK Hi I topped up my daughter's phone yesterday with £15 and it has disappeared almost straight away. She phoned 191 for help which sent her a link which she cannot use because she has no data. Despite me putting £15 on yesterday.

I hate @VodafoneUK. They've done me ***** and all I got was a £20 refund. Despicable company, service and connection. Loyal paying customers deserve better.

@VodafoneUK I’ve had 3 FB chats, 3 Twitter chats, an email and 2 phone calls. STILL not received my trade-in bag due in September and now I’m being charged full price for my bill. After 13 years of being a customer this is dreadful service.

@Hooty1981 @VodafoneUK Basically yes. You might want to drop down to a simonly plan to save money until you can order ip13pro max.... or change networks.
