@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK It is home broadband, it has been down since 8pm. I have gone through the steps on your website, there is nothing wrong with my cables, my filter, my socket. Just no internet. I ask again, are you saying that Vodafone is NOT currently facing any outages?

@Ofcom my ISP service provider (@VodafoneUK) hasn’t honoured their agreements in terms of providing the agreed speeds, in addition they offered a promotion, which they’re not willing to honour. What can I do? I’d asked for them to terminate my contract, but I’d still need to pay
