Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours. Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.
