Likewise I’ve had an email to say that it is being closed because we aren’t using it - despite it having always been plugged in and registered etc. Sure Signal is a @VodafoneUK scam; I am sure of it.

Then passed me through to multiple dead numbers/wrong people or asked me to phone the main customer helpline and randomly find my way.
