@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK I'm having issues with my broadband speed, my ping is at 90-100ms and my download is down to 1.8ish Mbps. Upload is still usual at 5 Mbps. I'm 99% sure the issue isn't on my end, but your website says I can't be helped because I'm not on a Vodafone router.

@VodafoneUK Hi I tried your WebChat the sales rep told me he couldn’t offer to price match o2 and said the prices on the website were all that was available. Couldn’t offer anything for a long time customer which was very disappointing. I will be switching to o2 for the better deal.

Hi. I spoke to one of your colleagues regarding on ongoing issue. As part of the pretence of helping me they did a reset on the router. Can this cause connectivity issues because today it is appalling when it seems to be settling down? @VodafoneUK
