  @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

  @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

  @O2Telefonica I have tried in vain over the last 3-4 weeks to seek redress from you for fraudulent use of my address details. Your service is appalling and unresponsive. Same issue at @VodafoneUK but dealt with completely and helpfully in 3-4 days. Who would you trust?

  @VodafoneUK I purchased fibre and it was installed yesterday it's not working and after an hour wait then an hour of resetting routers I was told it would be ok in half an hour and I would get a call . An hour and a half later no call and it's now shut ! What is going on ?

  @MarcMorden @VodafoneUK They sound like ******* arseholes. They should have listened proper to what you said you needed Government will block pay rises to help control inflation yet they allow companies providing services that people have to rely on to behave like this. It absolute ****🤬
