Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

Adam (@admdly) reported@VModifiedMind @VodafoneUK Interesting - I dual SIMed EE and Vodafone for a good while and found Vodafone much worse (beside one or two remote areas where Vodafone provided a weak 3G signal and EE no signal). I was hoping to find it equal or better as a backup/alternative but it didn’t work out.
