@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK Home broadband switch from Sky, now been told a new line is being installed & sky not contacted. Called to cancel order as new line not agreed & told department shut. Email says need to cancel before 9pm but told department shut at 8 (after on hold for a hour). Help!

I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer since 1994. Never again. Winding down everything I have with them. Their so called ‘Customer Service’ is appalling. They have now taken away my VeryMe rewards even though I am still in contract until 8th October! Good riddance to Rhea!

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone service keeps dropping out and I was told by your foreign call centre staff in India/Egypt that if I renew my contract they will fix it and also reduce my monthly bill from £26.65 to around £22. Hence why I'm looking elsewhere for a company with UK call centres.

@Cann_UK @VodafoneUK Yep, doesn’t surprise me. In the last year, Vodafone’s network has been getting much worse. It’s the lack of capacity across the network and it’s cripplingly congested. You’d be better off switching to EE or Three at the end of your contract
