Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@Fat_Jacques @VodafoneUK weirdly I've always found the in-store people from VF very helpful, until now (although one did advise that the service in town was poor because the mast was massively overloaded and due for replacement, and suggested moving to EE instead)

Was in the US two weeks ago. One of my @VodafoneUK lines refused to roam, not even attach to a network. Just no service. They said they had fixed it when I got back to the UK. I’m back in US today. Reader, they have not. Still nothing. Great when I pay extra for the roaming 🙄
