    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK upgrade done online, showed I am due a pair ear pods worth £99 and that I have to claim them. There's nowhere to claim them! can't find any details. When I go onto the their robot it can't understand what I'm asking and voice service gives no option.

    @Rotmm @UKDazarusV2 @VodafoneUK If you ask a lot of the time the new company will buy out your contract but I had a terrible experience with Vodafone internet. BT bought my contract out. Sounds like we’ve swapped roles haha. I was with them for the first year of doing internet so it was probs just that.

    @VodafoneUK text from vodafone this afternoon the sim on your phone has been cancelled due to fraud!! sim is to be suspended. spent hours with vodafone chat then fraud team who said the sim is not barred!!! can t call can t receive text or message. what is going on ? help

    @VodafoneUK I'll be moving between a dozen or so carribean countries so was hoping for a list so I can check in each country that I'm connected to a supported network. On another network I had problems as it was connecting to one not covered by my package.

    @VodafoneUK This past 10 days I've had nothing but 3G signal instead of 4G in WN8, Skelmersdale, can you confirm if you are carrying out 5G upgrades or are the masts in Skelmersdale undergoing maintenance?

    @VodafoneUK Help please. Vodafone installed their router yesterday and have no internet since. 'in 10mins' then 'within an hour', them 'by midnight'. No internet this morning. 30mkns to speak to adviser, lut on hold then cut off. 3HRS on the help chat and then cut off. Sort it!

    @VodafoneUK Tried that but you message tool won’t take the query now what after 1.20 hours waiting after being pith through 3 times by your online tool - Blimey it thought O2 were bad !

    @UKDazarusV2 @Rotmm @VodafoneUK Internet went down all the time and sometimes for a week or two but I don’t hold a grudge it was their first year in the internet game so gotta give them leeway for unexpected issues. But close to 900 MBPS you can’t complain. Infact borrow me some MBPS please

    @VodafoneUK extremely poor customer service from Vodafone about to lose a customer of 20 plus years. Online complaints and chat agents are misleading and not helpful. No wonder the share price has gone down over the last 10 years.
