@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@vodafoneUK I think the time has come for you to stop 'doing' internet. Just release a statement explaining that you are no longer able to deliver the service promised & release everyone from their contracts. Most of your customers would be relieved. It's time for honesty

@VodafoneUK 4 days ago i had issue where three network users were getting “number you dialled is unrecognised” when dialling land line, now although it rings there is cracking noise and hissing noise where we can’t hear them at all. Is there any known issues with three network.

Why is everything done online these days? Why is there still not a customer service department you can speak to when you really need to. I have an error or huge problem with Vodafone. However, you can never ever get through to them. @VodafoneUK
