    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK called customer service to sort a problem out, 5th phone call and still not sorted #nothappy

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Raz, It has been over 6 months of terrible speeds when I am paying for maximum speed on my contract and have been told it is my responsibility to check whether there is availability. I have been lied to for the last 6 months to sort out the issue.

    I don’t know what the excitement about 5G is. Where I live (a town with 30,000+ people), @VodafoneUK have difficulty delivering not only 3G but at times a basic mobile signal.

    @silver_stack1 @VodafoneUK I've managed to work it out myself But I can't find any information about Vodafone usage of TDD-LTE. Seriously @Vodafone surely you should have some app or someone who can just say "Yes - your phone will work on our network" It's a confusing mess of bands and frequencies.

    Day 14 and and @VodafoneUK still hasn’t transferred my number meaning I’m paying for 2 numbers! Rang multiple times and spoke to countless people in online support or Twitter waiting hours upon hours. If you can avoid @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK 250,000 free connections, I hope they work better than one I'm paying for. I'm appauled by how long it's taking to fix my issue. When I'm pretty sure all I need is a new router, as my current one is 3years old. Come on Vodafone, don't push me away.

    @VodafoneUK Which is ridiculous. Your upgrade plans are more expensive then new customer plans which is why I’ve cancelled my contact and taken out a new one. I now have the hassle of trying to swap my number to a different provider and then back to Vodafone to keep my existing number!😡

    @VodafoneUK do you endorse your customer services team providing mis information to your customers to obtain upgrades?? I have never been treated so poorly.
