    @thisisjmx @VodafoneUK I had so many system issues, having used to work there I know why sometimes the systems were a nightmare. Think I'm all finally sorted though

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @VodafoneUK Yes I have checked. Is there anything else you can do? When I try to sign on to My Vodafone it wants to send a text for me to verify my account but my number isn’t working so can’t sign in. Very frustrating.

    Atrocious customer service from @VodafoneUK. I was waiting in line to pay my bill, and there was a huge queue, and after being on hold for one hour, you cut me off. This isn’t the first as well. Once my contract ends, I’m leaving the network and switching somewhere else.

    @VodafoneUK my issues continue. Now I either move my tv, behind which Vodafone placed the router or I buy longer cables and move the router and they will look at giving me my money back? Sounds like I should go back to @SkyBroadband

    @VodafoneUK And I will just wait until my contract ends to leave Vodafone which is a shame after so many years. I just find it sad that you wouldn’t help a loyal customer out when they have been a victim of crime. My contract was 14 months In.

    @VodafoneUK @Jim37742369 For the past 18 months iv had no coverage at my home address in liverpool Vodafone refusing to do anything about it worst company ever as soon as you phone and say there's an issue they say there's maintenance on the mast so they then say they carnt rectify it till fixed 18 month

    @VodafoneUK my broadband has gone down and I have work deadlines 😭 I am trying to tether from my phone (also Vodafone) but my signal at home is awful! Have been in contact and trying to call back but can’t load my ref numbers as the internet ain’t working!
