    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

    @VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown now been nearly 2 weeks of no internet. Promised "an engineer has been working on our case" yet still don't know the problem and no resolution? Wasted at least an HOUR A DAY on the phone to Vodafone. Let's sort this.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve had to make a formal complaint to Vodafone because their 120gb plan for £15 pm was withdrawn the day before the deadline shown via the VF app and VF will not honour the tariff. Poor customer service sadly on this occasion

    @thelegendswfc @VodafoneUK Take my advice and I've got 7000 followers go onto trustpilot give them the full details go onto a site called resolver do the same and they will get straight back to you, also email head office and tweet out too everybody about the service resume come running back
