    @VodafoneUK can someone explain to me on here, not in DM why you can’t cancel an order that is incorrect due to you and I now have to wait 6 weeks to get the incorrect item before I can return it to have to then reorder the correct one?

    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone It's really worst experience and response from vi care. As they never provide accurate solution for any issue instead argue for some bullshit reason. It was clear conversation with customer service to change plan for my number. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Lol best service! Yeah right. I did the upgrade by phone. Then the return on Chat. When I tried to get a different handset I went into a Voda shop. One minute I have an upgrade and the next I have bad credit... is that what you mean by best service?
