Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@Craig_Pankhurst @VodafoneUK Annual RPI increase. Normally about 1.25% but this year all network providers are a massive 8-10%. As if we aren't paying enough for food leccy and fuel as it is!

Trying to report my @VodafoneUK broadband is down. Logged into their website on my phone over cellular data, went to the Support page - that page is down too. Oh dear. #EpicFail #workingfromhome

@VodafoneUK Ok. Well good luck. I’d probably log an incident and associated with, or create a problem record so you can effectively update all of your affected broadband users when it’s resolved. EA is quite a big platform and it does work on other networks.

@OPPOMobileUK @VodafoneUK That is very kind of you, sadly Vodafone weren't interested in being helpful...instead they put the price up on what I had previously purchased, which I notice has come down again after the gift pack has now gone, me thinks this was capitalising on your offer given its popularity
