Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@evmanuk @ToninhoPapoose @VodafoneUK Well it does, because the if you can put your line details into the tool it can try to trace the problem from their end. This won't fix the problem, but if it is a fault on their equipment and the tool is able to spot it, then it will make it quicker for their engineers to fix it

@sc101_101 @ToninhoPapoose @VodafoneUK How can I run the tool? Or even download it? It won’t work on a phone (which is on 4G anyway). I should point out after this message, it goes no further. Run that and that’s it. Beach to beginning of the ‘help’.
