@VodafoneUK Someone fraudulently changed all details on my account, then When i added an additional service to my account they change the account holder. I have been with them for over 15 years and telling me i can not discuss my account over the phone and need to go in store.

@VodafoneUK We’ve phoned up both masts have maintenance for 3 months so we’ve had to cancel our dongle as download speed is a staggering 0.2 mbps and I’m not paying £33 pm for that. My mobile on the other hand I’m stuck paying for data I can’t use at home

So much wasted time with @VodafoneUK - the only way to register a SIM is to receive an SMS, but the data only SIM's cannot receive SMS. Two hours in online chat, they keep trying to send it a text. Then tried to make me install an app. On my LTE router. Uh huh... #fail

Your tube WiFi is so bad @VodafoneUK I’d recommend you disband the whole operation. Sad to think people are spending time working on it. Close it down, entirely.

@VodafoneUK I've had Vodafone many many years on various plans live in hp21 postcode just renewed and 4g is now like h+you couldn't use 160gb in a year if you tried let alone a month.6 month ago no problem fast and reliable check before you commit
