The nonsense about not knowing they are advertising on the channel, is rubbish. They have to book an ad slot, different rates at different times of day. That's the reality of the situation.

@VodafoneUK you send out a text to try and fix a WIFI problem but the problem is the WIFI is not connecting ! So apart from running up a huge bill for data how do you think you can fix the problem ? Your CSO was told off in no uncertain terms when he tried to say it was the phone
