@Ofcom Do you keep an eye on the number of complaints against @virginmedia & @VodafoneUK? It’s staggering how many people have issues yet nothing is done about them. Should be able to cancel contracts if issues extend beyond a month, they’d have power if we didn’t pay for a month

@VodafoneUK My broadband drops out multiple times a day to the point I can’t sit and watch a film. When I spoke to someone they said the increase in people working from home was putting a strain on the network. How many people are working from home at 23:30 as it’s just dropped?

@VodafoneUK so having trouble accessing account, no problems as you send a code to my phone, except the code is letters and numbers and your website only accepts numbers not any letters! How does that work! After 3 attempts I've given up and decided to change provider!

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK I'm now out of my contract with Vodafone and now have a new provider. Vodafone's broadband is the WORST EVER. I complained every time and basically they only ever said it's working normally. Vodafone should be BANNED from being a provider.
