    @VodafoneUK We should be able to hotspot internet from our phone at 0 cost until you fix this issue is been 5 - 6 hours already ... you keep copy past your little formal replay but that solves nothing ...

    @AmandaR37638151 @VodafoneUK If you on the new white hub with Vodafone. U get a red light in front of broadband saying there a issue. The small white 4g back up device will switch from white light to blue light saying the 4g switch on

    @VodafoneUK @Sonya_LeanOnUs Why are you advising this? I'm a network engineer, and its clear you have had a major failure within the Vodafone network. Please be honest with your customers. If this was due to maintenance work over Easter, I expect Vodafone to be transparent regarding their change controls.
