    @VodafoneUK whoever is responsible for your customer service should be fired. It’s atrocious. TOBi is useless and your team tell lies saying a problem is resolved when it clearly is not. How do I cancel home broadband?

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I'm fully aware of how to do this. You're missing my point. Reporting, blocking and TPS services aren't fixing the issue. If the network operator is unable to stop the problem from affecting the customer, the network operator is responsible to do more to resolve the problem.

    @VodafoneUK what poor service from @VodafoneUK I have an email from Apple stating that my handset should be replaced as fault continued after resetting. Have been told it needs to be looked at again, and I should buy another phone while they have mine!
