    @VodafoneUK Did you know that it is not possible for a Voxi customer to upgrade to a Vodafone plan? I am also a Vodafone customer and so far neither the Voxi support team nor the Vodafone support team could offer me a solution. Customer service team feel free to DM me.

    @OpenreachHelp @TomLittlehales A quick scan of social media will tell you there are quite clearly a few issues in Leighton Buzzard. WE are reporting a major outage. Maybe you should take a proper look instead of waiting for @VodafoneUK to finally admit they have no idea what they’re doing?

    @VodafoneUK My wife, not only a keyworker throughouth shee has moved from private care to the NHS and in addition to that she has had to do huge amount at home with me having ME and my son cerebral palsy, never complains, just quietly gets on with it.
