@VodafoneUK How about sorting out your own coverage, improving the customer service / rules and returns / unhappy customers first?! 3 hours one afternoon trying to sort a product you mis-sold us which didn’t work as told ... wasted and no way of working from home!!!

Having not made any outgoing calls since the start of lockdown because I’m sat here next to my pc and landline all day, it would appear that @VodafoneUK have decided they don’t want me as a customer so have closed my account without warning, and recycled my number. Fantastic....

@VodafoneUK 3. After poor service, refused to accept cooling off period, under consumer rights act. 4. Contacted me months later to upgrade again, Given second chance, told 7-10 week lead time. Still waiting after over 3 week
