@VodafoneUK none of my smart devices show up on the my Vodafone app. They are supposed to be in there for upgrades/cancellations aren't they? Both watches are due to be out of contract from next month but I see no where to cancel/upgrade

Hi @VodafoneUK, i've been a customer for over 15 years and now I have been told I have failed a credit report which is news to me. Please can you escalate this to Credit File Support. You and I have worked well together and I don't want our partnership end if unnecessary.

@VodafoneUK Sad being a loyal Vodaphone customer and to be told to go elsewhere if I were to keep my mobile number ending 924. Have had a Vodaphone account for years. The official contract ended last year and since then on a monthly basis rolling contract with no end date.
