    @VodafoneUK I can no longer pay my bill so Vodafone said They can’t lower my bill without me paying £300 to leave my contract. Then offered to set up a payment plan which I also can’t afford. I have been a loyal customer for 7years but I will not be renewing contract

    @VodafoneUK What’s the point I ring you, you then put me on hold ring @CityFibre to why my internet not working & I get differing updates everyday, no one ever rings me back! You say you get regular updates from then but they only seem to come when I ask for them!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, yes it works when I login there, just the app that doesn't load. I have an android phone - OnePlus 6T. Why do you need the number/name?

    Can anyone tell me how to cancel the obligatory but unwanted @VodafoneUK no-longer-free introductory handset insurance without going to a shop? A parliamentary Act would be good, but not very timely

    @simonbg12 Oh dear, I’m sorry to hear. After a few years struggling for hours on the phone trying to resolve issues with @VodafoneUK, and dealing with regularly shifting answers, we switched to Zen. Where there is a very different and positive attitude.

    @VodafoneUK what a joke of a company! My missus £70 a month phone contract ended last June. She dint notice. Until this month, so 6 months over of paying £70 for just a SIM card! We went to try talk and fix this up, they saying they can do nothing about it!
