    Hi @VodafoneUK your technical support in the last 48 hours has been shambolic. Our home broadband has been down since late Thursday and every one of the FOUR people I’ve spoken to have given different diagnoses... when both of us WFH the internet is essential. Abysmal

    @VodafoneUK I have been advised to contact you via the online support. My phone has continued to block age restricted content (I have gone through the full process on the app and the website to click the manage bars slider to off) but it is still blocked. Can you check my account

    . @VodafoneUK why is 11 o’clock at night on a Saturday deemed “peak times” and when I finally get through to an adviser they can’t help, put me through to the broadband team only for the app to give out. I just want an internet connection
