    Does any telecoms company actually care, and provided customer service !!! I’m loosing the will to live with @VodafoneUK !! How hard can it be to move a fibre cable from a wall so it can be knocked down ! At this rate I’m just going to cut the f@cking down !

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    Why is my signal absolutely terrible nowadays @VodafoneUK? Always shows full with 5g but nothing ever loads. Have to use WiFi all the time.
