@VodafoneUK UPDATE: for Vodafone customers whose prices went up for no reason I’d recommend moving to any other network.... tricky part is actually getting hold of someone at Vodafone to sort this out. Less than 3 months into my contract and Vodafone is hiking prices. Very poor behaviour

Fail of the day: @vodafoneuk order system errors out if you try to buy more than 1 PAYG data-only SIM with the same email address. Good thing I run my own email domain!

I ALWAYS have to call @VodafoneUK multiple times to get one thing done. They always tell me I’m a long time customer but don’t treat me like it. Now I have to have another call tomorrow. So that’s 3 calls in total for one repair bag that should have arrived last week!!!
