    @VodafoneUK Vodafone customer service advisors are not enabled to resolve customer problems. All this just for a network unlock code. 🙄🤨

    @VodafoneUK Customer service advisors are unable to put me through to unlocking dept. Also unable to explain why 2 previous colleagues have been through exactly the same process and failed. Unable to say why it will work this time. Unable to provide anything other than wait another 10 days.

    @VodafoneUK Just terminated my account due to a breach of contract by Vodafone in not delivering a usable service for where I live and work. They’re now trying to charge me an early termination fee of £500+. I think we’ll see you in court.
