    @VodafoneUK Will do thanks. Seems the signal has been switching from "3G" to "LTE" and with 3G it caps at like 2mbps but with LTE it goes up to the full 40-50... not sure what the cause of that is but hopefully it smoothes out soon.

    @VodafoneUK We have been without broadband from you for 10days now. We have had very little support and whenever we contact customer service they do not provide any assistance.

    There are so many customer service horror stories on Twitter. So much naming and shaming. But here's a wonderful counter-example: @VodafoneUK . I'm not even a customer anymore and they resolved a historical query within minutes, including documents. Top notch customer CARE!
