@VodafoneUK I’ve been calling for days. Each team knows less than the other one what they are supposed to be doing. Oh and then after hanging on for an hour or so. You get cut off. You must know this. It’s either ineptitude beyond belief or a strategy. Sorry, just trying to help.

@VodafoneUK Look it's simple, I have an FLT number from you 478507 and just want someone to fix my issue. Look it up on your system. I've calculated it for you and £68 (not a huge amount to you) makes the problem go away

@VodafoneUK kept on hold for 1hr+, for 2nd time, to say although my contract ends in 24hrs I cant set anything until after that&if I dont go with them&take another deal, I can't keep my no&to 'just sit in the longer queues on the weekend'. Wheres the customer service or loyalty?!

@VodafoneUK thanks for our upgrade from FTTH500 to FTTH900. We now have no fibre and no solution. You only needed to adjust the profile and now I’m unable to work. Even the Pro 4g WiFi doesn’t hold and drops.
