  @VodafoneUK broadband installation delayed for over 10 weeks because Vodafone and Openreach cannot coordinate properly. Multiple delays, no ownership, no resolution plan, and endless chasing by me. Formal complaint will be raised to Ofcom/CISAS if unresolved urgently.

  @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

  Seems bizarre that despite being on the phone for over an hour @VodafoneUK has told me that I’m unable to raise a complaint by phone, despite their policy say I can. Hmm a phone company that you can’t complain by phone ? ?
