    That was the weirdest afternoon ever - Sky broadband went down around 2pm and has just come back. However, we all then also lost the mobile data signal too - how is that even possible when they are not connected?! @VodafoneUK I had no way of finding out what was happening

    @VodafoneUK how can someone in one of your stores change my account from personal to sole trader is beyond me. Now saying I canโ€™t upgrade until this is changed but no one willing to sort it out. Such poor service received in store today and through chat line

    @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom the reply is appreciated. Confirm this has already been done. The more worrying factor is that the scammers have used @VodafoneUK legitimate messaging to message their customer scam messages.

    Had a suspected spam call tried to report it to @VodafoneUK but didn't seem interested, not sure if the number I goggled (191) was spam as well so if you're a Vodafone customer just be on your guard
