    @v8code @VodafoneUK To be honest nothing seems more sketchy that hiring a tech guy on Instagram but I did any way, was a lot better than waiting for support to do it them self, The service BULAFIX_on instagram it will leave you amazed he is really the best my hacked account is perfectly recovered

    Ah @VodafoneUK you never seem to get it right . Once again getting charged for roaming despite being billed twice for a roaming pack and an hour on chat to your help team. Can’t wait to get out of this contract

    @VodafoneUK tweeting to get help is such a drawn out process - by the time you’ve put in the code you’ve been text (1min later) agent moved on and now have to wait another half a day

    @VodafoneUK Answer me a question 4 years never used mores than 10-12gb per month , how I have I used 29gb in such short space of time I’ve rang numerous times the offshore agents are shocking been through all phone setting triple checked Wi-Fi assist I want of now

    @VodafoneUK Hi there, I need support with my request for a transfer to e-Sim. I have requested it on Monday morning and I still haven’t got the QR code. I have had no connection for over 2 days now and it’s becoming unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK Website says can't get broadband to my address. All other addresses on the street can. I have fibre broadband with bt installed by Openreach 12 months ago. No issues with slots available. Sounds like a case of "computer says no"

    @VodafoneUK why is it impossible for you to port my Vodafone number to a new Vodafone SIM? For a #communications company you’re very poor at communicating. 15 days and still waiting while getting fobbed off saying it will take another 48 hours every time I call.
