Another day wasting my holiday allowance because @ThreeUK 's dogturd 4G internet is down (again) and stops me working. What really twists the knife is we're only still using that crap because @VodafoneUK are three weeks overdue for our fibre activation. Great start to the week 🙃

Just spent 1 hour 45 minutes trying to cancel @VodafoneUK account - work my way down from 45 to 2 on the ‘chat bot’ and then restarts at 45. Staggeringly bad customer service

Week 3 of trying to connect to @VodafoneUK one number plan. I have called 17 times with the average call being 1 hour , approximately 5 sorrys per call and all ended with I promise you will be connected within 24 hours. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Still not connected😡😤🤯
