@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Lucky you’re not ringing MCE insurance as the longest call I had was over 3.5 hrs. Many Companies using covid as excuse for piss poor customer service. Though as many are working from home how does this disrupt them?? Maybe if they answered the phones instead of watching Netflix

If a small imdependent company can answer the phone and deal with you in a friendly and efficient manner why can't they - answer coz they don't give a toss!!

@Huawei can you please help as @VodafoneUK have left me phoneless after hardware probs showing no sim on handset p30 pro , so far it has taken 6 days for solution to problem, I am disabled and cannot get out my home, they just keep saying it’s possibly water damage on chat
