Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK again today. Nobody at that company gives a damn about their customers and raising a compliant seems to make the service worse.Just been on the phone for 50 mins again for what should be 2 min conversation: send an engineer round please!

@VodafoneUK Whats going on with your broadband? We have 4 friends who've been without internet for over 6 weeks!!!!!!! 6 Weeks! Written formal complaints without reply for 2 weeks!!!! Mine is also having issues now. Stop blaming others and sort it out!!!

@VodafoneUK Hi, do I need to do anything to cancel an out of contract number other than switch it to another provider ? I can't see anywhere on the web portal to cancel future billing. Also last bill was a month in advance, will I get a credit for unused portion ?

@VodafoneUK literally has to be the worst provider out there. Two weeks later and I can’t receive incoming calls and just been told to wait another week, what out of all your employees no one can fix a fault - embarrassment! Get me out of my contract😶

@VodafoneUK getting calls from 01709 number stating to be Vodafone promotions offering discounts to existing customers. Asking for full name and pin in account. Refused called customer service. Updating here too so no one falls for it. Maybe text reminder to protect customers?

@VodafoneUK router received over 4 weeks ago and still no internet. Your cust services team are blaming @OpenreachHelp but nobody seems to be able to send an engineer out?! Been on the phone to cust services for 2 days now please help ASAP - how are we meant to work from home?!
