Never known such poor customer service as @VodafoneUK, apparently it takes up to 3 days to clear an issue from LAST year (which was solved!) before they can even look at our current issue that's been going on now for well over a week?!! 🤯🤯 Going for an angry run.

Typical @VodafoneUK telling me I have an upgrade after 12 months promise and pay no upfront cost, then as I’m choosing I have to then pay a flexi fee! **** that! £500 to upgrade a year early! Absolute con! See you in another 12 months...or maybe I’ll join @EE with my nhs discount
