Why is it that @VodafoneUK can't build a basic website that actually works? You know things like call charges, plan details, plan settings, access to things that allow you to cancel your account. Basic CRM that should just work for such an old company?

@VodafoneUK not sure how much this absolute sub standard network i can put up with. Doesnt matter where in England I travel to my phone fails with 4G and network signal. Becoming very stressfull and inconvenient when i am unable to use my phone to do basic tasks calls and txts.

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely fed up with the customer support, 7 calls to you. 2 return calls never made by you, 0 support with Issue despite promises made with WiFi guarantee. Strongly urge anyone signing up, don't be fooled by false promise support is none existent poor service
