    @VodafoneUK Just flat out refuses to let me upgrade, when I sign in it just says there's an error and that this option is currently unavailable. I just don't understand why. I just wanted to browse the phone and be able to choose it. Won't let me do that, as soon as I sign in it won't allow.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @SarahLudford had some related problems after the death of her husband. Surely it would be better to have statutory regulation for all, and in the mean time develop a code of practice (w Which?) and press for voluntary adoption across the board? Well done for shaming them.

    @VodafoneUK Always have issues, Voda are no help and you can see my name, you will have my number and I'm fed up of giving you the same info that you do nothing with. How about for a change you contact me to resolve a problem other than me always giving and you doing nothing.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK is the worst company currently in the UK in my opinion. Fight them through the ombudsman. I did and won. They still couldn't get themselves together. I continue to this day to persuade as many people as I meet not to deal with them and get out now if you can.

    @VodafoneUK The problem is not that you occasionally send me a text. The problem is that you Spam your customer base without any thought. I have a basic phone on which I make about one call a month. It cannot do data at all. You keep pushing bundles & contracts. Stop it altogether. @Ofcom

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had this with Id mobile and it was my account. With many years of customer services under my belt I felt I was well able for both Id mobile and the debt collectors. How wrong was I. I had to go to extreme lengths before getting them to stop their crazy charges mounting up.
