    @VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

    @VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?
