    @VodafoneUK very dispoident in your service. I thought paying more to get your services was worh it but it turned out not be true. I only recive 3g not 4g. so whats up with that?!!!

    @VodafoneUK Many thanks to Adam for sorting out an IT problem on my mobile phone. It had annoyed me for weeks. A quick tweet or two with Adam and my phone is working again. We don't always take time to praise Companies when things go right. Thank you Adam.

    @VodafoneUK @maroitoje Hi Vodafone How are you doing in this pandemic? I have been trying to contact yourselves for a few months but it's quite hard when I don't live in the UK and your contact page is always down, you have no email response, and everything is automated on your SM. Pls DM me.

    @VodafoneUK I never realised a network provider could be so awful until I joined Vodafone uk. If you want to use Wi-fi calling (a regular thing on most phones) you have to raise an order which can take up to 48 hours.

    @VodafoneUK why does my WiFi keep crashing in the Maidstone Kent area? This is the 2nd time this month. Last time I was told it was for planned downtime.. What is it this time? Poor service

    @VodafoneUK I’ve sorted the issue now, don’t have a phone number if all the phone number does is send you to an online chat. The reason I don’t want to use an online chat is your agents cut the chat off. Pointless offering a service with multi options if the options are use a single option.
