    @VodafoneUK My Flip 4 has broken after 3 months of use. Why can't I just pop into store to get it replaced instead of having to send it out and wait for it to be repaired? :(

    @VodafoneUK Are you aware that you have the worst customer support...! Trying to transfer commercial broadband account to new owner.. 3 hours 20 min on the phone. Each agency says something else. So regret switching to your company.
