@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@hereyoucan @HerefordBizRefs @fastershire @TalkTalkBiz @VodafoneUK help needed. Looking for decent business broadband in Leominster. Present supplier kindly funnels 11mbs my way .. which is rubbish and cannot supply fibre so 4 years on I’m looking for better. 🙏

@VodafoneUK why is it impossible to speak to a human at vodaphone to resolve an issue. Two old accounts still haven’t been closed from 3 years ago and are showing on my credit report which i want removed. Not a generic issue to deal with without speaking to a human

@VodafoneUK Hi Izzy thanks I have spoken to lovely lady in the contact centre Paige tonight who is sorting this issue out for me. Just an FYI you may want to review who is manning the live chat systems at Vodafone it’s possibly the worse thing I’ve experienced ever in customer service!

@VodafoneUK Thank-you Vodafone for turning Sure Signal off , now I have a mobile phone that can't get any signal where I live at all , once again it wasn't broken but you had to fix it , I now have to rely on apps to contact people thank you so much !

If anyone is thinking of getting a Vodafone R219h mobile broadband dongle.. don’t. They promised 30mbs+ average speed, I get barely 3mbs. Their solution? Told me I would get better signal with the dongle outside. Never cancelled anything so quick. @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I'm wasting HOURS on chat and my supposed premium service keeps getting worse. I can't even make or receive PHONE CALLS now FFS! All I have is your chat system which I can only use from home because I have NO DATA. I'm losing clients.
