@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@neilbrown007 @VodafoneUK @vodaphoneuk I honestly wish I hadn’t stayed with them! Got offered a contract renewal providing the same service I’d had for yrs at a good price so decided to renew! If only I knew what I knew now. Hindsight is a wonderful thing ;-) who are u with now?

@VodafoneUK hello, according to your service checker your service is undergoing maintenance in the HP15 area. It says it shan't be fixed until 14th June. I need to make some urgent calls today, is there any chance this may be solved sooner? Thank you.

@VodafoneUK I have now been on the phone for heading to 1.5 hours trying to get my what you describe as 'Automatic Compensation' for a 21 day outage in April. There was no communication during the outage and even less now! Great work from one of the worlds communication giants.

STAY THE F AWAY from @virginmedia I've been with them since Telewest Blueyonder days - today they have cut me off 3 times having waited 40mins on the call. They OVERCHARGE and have a horrible customer service! Stay away!! @VodafoneUK it is! #virginmedia #broadband #internet

@VodafoneUK Day 3 without Internet after being cut-off for Tweeting about how the UK Gov been cyber attacking me. Couldn't make it up. You told me on the phone it would be sorted by Monday. Please send someone round to fix it before I crow bar the box outside open.

@VodafoneUK 's subsidiary Talk Mobile excelling themselves again. Customer wants to exercise their GDPR rights. They are partially sighted. "You need to email it in" Er, how exactly, when they can't see very well ? Disability Discrimination ? 🙄

Anyone @VodafoneUK available to chat to a friend not on Twitter about his business account ? 5 mobiles, a landline and BB. Been with Voda 7 years pays £390 per month. He’s spent 6 hrs phoning Voda, his mobile hasn’t worked for 3 weeks. Disgraceful service to a business customer.
