    @friendlessInEH8 @VodafoneUK @KaanAltinbas Other way round for me. Vodafone's coverage was worse, and when a mast got damaged in my area it took months to be repaired. Switched to Smarty, never been without signal since. Hell, sometimes my phone even tells me I'm getting "4G+" - never got that on Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK I bought an Ayasha 1.8 pay as you go from you last Summer but never set it up. Please can you advise me how I can activate it now. I tried your webchat but it just crashes repeatedly.

    @VodafoneUK just called 191 to get help and no help what so ever. Working away from home and no land line or broadband working at home. Try calling and line just comes up as engaged. So much for fool proof service
