@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@virginmedia @VodafoneUK since you have paired the network has become unusable I can never get data in my local area despite having a full signal. Does give me grounds too cancel my contract. I was happy until recently but the last month or two is making me change my mind

@VodafoneUK hi there, I just wondered if there is a reason why our home WiFi has gone from being very good to quite poor, we are not using it anymore than usual but some of our streaming channels are unwatchable & cuts out very randomly, it’s quite frustrating as you can imagine!

@VodafoneUK in addition, I’ve had a monthly spend cap on my account over the last few years and this appears to have been removed by you at some point. I’ve now reinstated this but if you hadn’t removed this, I would never have been charged an extortionate amount for a vital call
