    Hey @VodafoneUK, why won’t your chat staff match deals you yourself offer through Carphone Warehouse. Your staff flat out refused to match the deal and insisted on an upfront cost I know can be waived. Not a very good way to treat someone who has been a customer for 10+ years…

    Hey @VodafoneUK No, I don't want an Amazon tech pack by switching to your broadband. I would like to retain a phone signal. Keep Suresignal or roll out more Wi-Fi calling configurations.

    @VodafoneUK Disappointed Sure Signal is being discontinued my signal is a nightmare.Only reason I stayed on Monthly Contract was because I had the booster otherwise i would have gone SIM only and plugged my landline back in #nothappy
