@hereyoucan @HerefordBizRefs @fastershire @TalkTalkBiz @VodafoneUK help needed. Looking for decent business broadband in Leominster. Present supplier kindly funnels 11mbs my way .. which is rubbish and cannot supply fibre so 4 years on I’m looking for better. 🙏

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK I'm working at home just now. My son is studying and we're having to tether to a mobile. I'm venting because I can see no other option but to go elsewhere for our broadband. I have no faith that our issue will be resolved. And don't have the time to waste phoning your call centre

@henweb @VodafoneUK I switched to Virgin Mobile, which I believe use EE's network. They've been incredibly reliable and super cheap compared to the competition so worth a look if you're going to switch.

@FosterGhandi @VodafoneUK Wait till they cut you off by mistake for up to 2 weeks, then say that. They have the worst customer service you will ever find. When you finally contact @AhmedShelbaya office then even they are clueless! Good luck

Going to leave #Vodafone after many years as they @VodafoneUK won't match other providers with a good deal for me when I need a new phone. Usual pants service from them.
