    @VodafoneUK Call back.. get through. Same old. We’ve had open reach out, engineers in. We’ve switched channels and every other setting as advised. Lines have been tested again and again. Most agents suggest that the router is a bit old and could be the problem.

    @VodafoneUK why when I attempted to talk to someone in a online chat, I was basically told if I am not happy with the service and pricing that I should leave the network. Don’t feel like this is how customers should be treated, as I am a loyal customer I feel this is unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK are the most frustrating call service I’ve ever had to deal with as a disabled person . Trying to get through to an advisor is impossibly frustrating. Disabled cognitive friendly I think not . #dobettervodafone

    @VodafoneUK Your team that are on Chat are not exactly helpful in the slightest. Due an upgeade gave me the link to the page and basically like there you go do it yourself, no offer to help me find a good deal. Not happy
