    @VodafoneUK it is now 7 weeks later and I am without Internet. This isn't a delay in install. You attended on the 1st April and removed my copper cable. This is a removal of service without any idea of when it will be resolved.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone attended on the first of April and disconnected my only possible access to the Internet. They then left and have left me with no service for 7 weeks....

    Hi @VodafoneUK . Congrats for having some of the most (ironically) disconnected customer service I've ever experienced. Having registered for full fibre over 2 months ago, and 2 engineer visits later, I still don't have it. Can I get to speak to someone in person? Course not
