@hereyoucan @HerefordBizRefs @fastershire @TalkTalkBiz @VodafoneUK help needed. Looking for decent business broadband in Leominster. Present supplier kindly funnels 11mbs my way .. which is rubbish and cannot supply fibre so 4 years on I’m looking for better. 🙏

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK I have been on a chat trying to upgrade, on hold for a majority of it and after getting through to Darren your adviser he put me BACK in a queue? Really?! It has been well over an hour. Very poor and and unhappy customer.

@VodafoneUK I didn't receive voice calls. I had a strong 5g signal. I checked data was on etc. I couldn't connect to the internet for an hour. Then, it suddenly started working. Phone is S21 and working perfectly. Can you think what the problem might have been?

@VodafoneUK Very slow response. Why is Vodafone trying to install software on my phone when I gave them no permission?? I only put Vodafone sim card in once to check it was working and already causing a nightmare!
