    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK I’ve done with the bots, DMs and incompetence that is Vodaphone Uk I was a customer for 10 years and the experience was and continues to be abysmal even though I’m no longer a customer I just want this to serve as a warning to others as to what they’ll experience.

    More poor customer service from @VodafoneUK this time over the phone.....left hanging "I'll go and find out for you !" Never came back. Not as bad as the online chat experience last week though where I was passed to 5 different people !

    Solved the issue via phone as of now. But, was puzzled to hear how bad the One Number logic behind was architected. @VodafoneUK, you should fired however architected the logic :))

    @VodafoneUK Can't cope with another 2 hours on 'phone, we're well past 65 hrs total with this issue and just when I got all excited... You took 30.32 from my current a/c on 05.06.22, then another £42 odd on 20.6.22. So that's 72 quid for broadband at 23 per month and 'phone,

    @TreePettsCasts @VodafoneUK Yes it happened to me too, I moved from EE to Vodafone based on a conversation I had with their customer service over the phone, falsely gave me the airtime price only as a whole to pay for an iPhone 13, I fell into this lie and I am trapped. Vodafone scam big time.

    @VodafoneUK 3 of 4..... SO that's 2 hours to sort out my being knocked off a contract of 30 years standing,my services cut off, for a bill YOU AGREE I NEVER OWED for which you give me an £80 credit. That's £1.23 per hour for the 65 hours spent to date, and now you overcharge me

    @VodafoneUK Can someone please call me new customer and recived nothing but bad customer service . I’ve been in store twice and no one can help I’ve been on phine numerous times with empty promises. And now I’m Sent bills for a service I cancelled @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis
