@hereyoucan @HerefordBizRefs @fastershire @TalkTalkBiz @VodafoneUK help needed. Looking for decent business broadband in Leominster. Present supplier kindly funnels 11mbs my way .. which is rubbish and cannot supply fibre so 4 years on I’m looking for better. 🙏

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Adviser has said they will update me when the work is done. Maybe another 17 days. Maintenance which started 29th September apparently. No service. Refund needed for every day.

@VodafoneUK I'm sure they can Izzy my issue is every year or 18 months I have to play this stupid game. Why as a so called valued customer am I not shown the "best offers" on my on-line account page. Instead I have to phone and say I'm leaving to get a half decent rate.

Ahh @VodafoneUK said last week they were doing maintenance until Sep 30th. Checked today and they said no problems in my area. When pushed, they now say maintenance for next 17 days. Promised refund but nothing. I smell porkies. @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK you have billed me £839 this month for a phone and contract that I don’t have. It was cancelled the same day with carphone warehouse @currys you’re both blaming each other and I have lost £839. No one will help me and it’s so wrong 😢😭

@VodafoneUK Are you taking the pish? Customer for over 20yrs and just looked at my upgrade offers on-line. Yesterday a friend got in store 40Gb date unlim call/text for £10 mth18mth contract. My customer upgrade offers are nowhere near as good. Valued Customer? I think not
