  @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

  @VodafoneUK Had an experience that you for you to feed back to the correct team: New Business Broadband customer. Received Power Hub. Sticker and wifi card have incorrect details. Also the Support tel no supplied in the Quick Start Guide is wrong. It's missing a 3.

  @seanalf @VodafoneUK Three is as bad. In my last year of a three year contract and will 100% not return. EE far better for reliability and customer service.

  @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

  Diabolical service from @VodafoneUK . Recently upgraded to a new plan that was then cancelled in error through no fault of my own. Had to set up brand new order at higher price then to be told activation date will not be until 28.04 Currently without any broadband. Leaving now

  @VodafoneUK #OpenReach Why does my son have 2wait 4over 10 weeks to get his new broadband supplied by u guys? He’s a brand new customer, in a house that has NO broadband atm, how can he work from home without any internet? This is NOT good customer service, he is NOT very happy😳

  @MartinSLewis I have I moved to @lebara from @VodafoneUK this week. Vodafone didn't offer a good deal so now I am paying £3 a month for 3 months then £7 a month thereafter Saving £7 a month. My number moved over without any issues
