    Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬

    @VodafoneUK WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! Actually left in tears after waiting 40 mins to get through to VODAFONE AND THEY HANG UP ON ME!!!!!!

    Just got an email from @VodafoneUK saying they the most reliable network. Went downhill over last 18 months. Data hit and miss.

    After sorting this problem out with @VodafoneUK back in June, and being reassured that everything had been ironed out, I am still being plagued by Zinc Company.

    @VodafoneUK I am confused as to why I’m being charged for upgrading when I was told I would get my new phone with no upgrade charge through the early upgrade promise? Your customer service agents couldn’t clarify this for me over the phone.

    @VodafoneUK trying to log into my account today, my broadband continually drops. When I get in login asks me to reset each time. Completely frustrated

    @VodafoneUK Trying to sort an issue with broadband. It has now been over 5 months and not resolved. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

    @VodafoneUK Broadband activated last Friday. Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!

    Your mobile service in DT6 West Bay Dorset has slowly been eroded down to nothing. From 25 mps down over the years to just 0.5 mps down this summer. Not good enough... @VodafoneUK

    So got the emergency alert on my @SMARTYMobileUK sim but not my @VodafoneUK sim. Shouldn't they be on the same network now???
