    @VodafoneUK 2/2 Can I add that I’ve been on Vodafone customer service a lot this past week while renewing 3 family plans and sorting out a router issue. Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

    Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

    @VodafoneUK not even connected with your business broadband service yet and already had to endure a litany of abysmal customer service failures. If you tell me I’m going to get connected on the 18th of Dec, why I am I now only finding out I’m getting connected on the 21st?

    @VodafoneUK Trying to sort an issue with broadband. It has now been over 5 months and not resolved. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

    @VodafoneUK Hey, got a new Superfast Wifi Hub last Thu, its worked perfectly since then until this morning. Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

    @VodafoneUK I honestly think it’s crap that I cannot get the £258 for the trade in if my iPhone XR to pay off the early upgrade fee to get the new iPhone... but instead yous want my phone for free and still pay the early upgrade fee... that is just unfair

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Changed to @VodafoneUK a few months back. They’re my mobile provider, never had an issue in regards to that and I was offered a discount to change to their broadband. After setting my activation date to 1/05/21, it wasn’t switch on for a further 3 weeks… 1/

    @Tracey12316 @VodafoneUK That's coz the chat is now just agent's that we're from store and run independently as each vodafone store is now a franchise so you won't get help on there sorry to disappoint. Either go to the sales team on the phone or leave best advice I can give as former employee
