@GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

@VodafoneUK can you help? Engineers came to install my broadband on Friday but weren't able to for tech reasons. I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

@VodafoneUK Thanks Thomas, but been there, done that, with other numbers. It’s not good enough. Surely your company has the ability to detect, take down and have prosecuted for what is so obviously systematic abuse calling from Vodafone numbers. Please escalate this complaint.

@VodafoneUK The live chat isn't quick either - the guy said 'let me locate your details' ten minutes ago. Why can't I just speak to someone? I call your line and they just say 'use the web' and cut you off. It's terrible.
