@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬

So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@VodafoneUK hi was on the phone for 2 hours yesterday & 40mins today. Household has covid so had to reschedule install as a new broadband customer. Couldn't resolve issue of starting contract on install date. Awful customer service.

@xeepo @VodafoneUK Oh Vodafone broadband. Is it the traditional broadband via Openreach infrastructure, or the new Vodafone Gigafast? I hear that Vodafone still have dubious customer service, but so do most of the competition. I've had major customer service problems with both Talktalk and Virgin.

@O2 your Esims and customer service are awful! 1 whole week and 2 family members without any service whatsoever. Went to the O2 head office in Slough to get it resolved and they couldn’t fix and didn’t know what the issue was. Wow. Moved to @VodafoneUK today.

@Ed_UKation @VodafoneUK It’s the one supported by Openreach alas. Their customer service is abysmal indeed. Everything just reports as fine but it’s essentially unusable a lot of the time. Like swimming through treacle getting anywhere with them. Baby steps. I know they’re all pretty pants sometimes.
