@VodafoneUK Wife was a loyal customer for 20 years she asked to join a advertised plan but was told it was for new customers only. Poor form from Vodafone enough to finally make her leave. It seems customer loyalty is no longer rewarded anywhere, always best to shop around.

@NETGEAR I just updated the firmware of my R7800 to 1.0.2.90 using the Nighthawk iOS app. Now it can’t connect to my ISP. #help! @VodafoneUK have raised a ticket, but I think it’s the firmware update causing it.
