    @VodafoneUK I just cannot understand why as a customer of Vodafone got 24 years I cannot obtain a renewal deal as cost effective as moving to a third party supplier WITH a Vodafone air time contract. It makes no sense at all.

    @VodafoneUK after 3 long phone calls can someone with even some slight technical knowledge contact me regarding my @amazonfiretv stick not being able to connect to network after your latest software update. Yes, they did before and will with a hard reset but that's not the issue

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I understand that and have now cancelled. My issue is that I tried to contact your team multiple times in January and was unable to get through. I wasn't even contacted back after cancelling the direct debit thus the Β£75 bill.

    @VodafoneUK Interesting I get a response from the UK, but NOTHING from @Vodacom #SouthAfrica. Maybe I should not have tagged Vodafone UK, but @Vodacom support in SA is terrible.
