    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK can you check out the mobile signal in the SA3 area loads of residents getting regular drop out on phone calls. So frustraing.

    @VodafoneUK customer service is a web of disaster. All very helpful people between the shop, 191 and web chat. Just not actually able to do anything. Probably senior management use other networks because no one sane could design this clusterf@@k.

    1/3 @VodafoneUK Not good enough Vodaphone. Atrocious service for my daughter. Appalling service from Vodafone UK today. Had appointment for engineer visit to move fibre point today in preparation for builders arrival next week. Checked earlier in week that this was confirmed.

    Why is everything done online these days? Why is there still not a customer service department you can speak to when you really need to. I have an error or huge problem with Vodafone. However, you can never ever get through to them. @VodafoneUK

    this level of service is wholly unacceptable and to be told it will take a MINIMUM of 5 working days to even look at my issue (that was been ongoing since November 2022) is taking the biscuit @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK The issue is not being able to connect some of my devices to the Wi-Fi, Amazon kindle and Ring doorbell, just says unable to connect! Had the same issue with the laptops and fire sticks but managed to connect them by pressing the WPS button, that doesn’t work with these two?

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for finally getting the phone back on your network even if its taken 3 days and Ive had to continuously ask several people . But .. @VodafoneUK you've taken the balance ! Where has my previous credit (from last month) disappeared to? I am unable to make calls now 😔

    So apparently routing my internet traffic through NYC when I live in the UK is normal now is it? I raised a complaint (that isn't really a complaint) in Nov 2022 and still am suffering from QoS issues as I didn't request to speak to the Res Group @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK 4 days ago i had issue where three network users were getting “number you dialled is unrecognised” when dialling land line, now although it rings there is cracking noise and hissing noise where we can’t hear them at all. Is there any known issues with three network.
