    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK can you check out the mobile signal in the SA3 area loads of residents getting regular drop out on phone calls. So frustraing.

    @ThreeUK can you please explain why the signal for your network has got worse since you merged with @VodafoneUK ? It has got especially bad between Hungerford and Newbury.

    @VodafoneUK - two weeks ago the same problem as today. I cannot function without the connection you are supposed to provide and for which I have dutifully paid for 23 years. Your customer service is a DISGRACE.

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely disgusted with your customer service . My 70 year old father rang up to renew his contract and because he only has one service with you he's not valuable enough ., despite being with you over 10 years and some weirdo to start asking him where el he shops
