    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.

    Frustrated with Vodafone. Trying to set up their broadband and you need access to the app which is down for maintenance. Nog helpful @VodafoneUK

    That was the weirdest afternoon ever - Sky broadband went down around 2pm and has just come back. However, we all then also lost the mobile data signal too - how is that even possible when they are not connected?! @VodafoneUK I had no way of finding out what was happening

    @VodafoneUK so these are the stats on rail connectivity , no surprise EE was the only network that met Ofcom’s benchmark of 42 per cent of measured rail segments. Three recorded 21 per cent, O2 reached 20 per cent, while Vodafone achieved 17 per cent.

    @VodafoneUK Third consecutive month of no proper Veryme once a month reward. It is again win a reward option, which never works and impossible to claim. This is mis-sold Broadband together rewards. Extremely unhappy. Come on Vodafone team, you can do better

    @VodafoneUK @DownloadFest gets vodaphone to sponsor the event but doesn’t give their customers any signal.. very poor, and I’m sure you’ll choose to ignore this and give a 🖕to all your customers
