  @VodafoneUK 2/2 Broadband...outtage last night, deteriorating wifi signal, a week of trying to get sorted, different technicians offering different solutions none work - then the coup de grace - upgrade pay us more money and that'll fix the problem!!!!

  @VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. The phone line is a ring around in order to get to a point where it says all the info I need is online - which isn’t true. Why can’t I speak to somebody on the phone.

  @VodafoneUK After spending several hours in the DMs... their solution?? 'We'll get you another code!' Even though that's been tried previously. It's not going to magically work again. Here's my advice: Don't move your complains to DMs, they just want to move you out of the public eye

  @VodafoneUK Hi - we have just recieved 11 emails from Vodafone regarding an account that we never set up, including an address and date of birth that is not ours. Can you please advise how we contact you to discuss this.
