@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK 1/2 I have purchased a mobile WiFi dongle from @curryspcworld and called you to cancel this on 9th Nov. Vodafone advised they couldn’t cancel it and I had to go back to Curry’s. Curry’s have said they can’t cancel it and Vodafone must do this. I have now received

Hey @VodafoneUK I am your customer for broadband, @VOXI_UK for mobile. If I call for broadband customer service how do I reach someone. As Voxi customer i get a message saying its all online. Not for broadband it is not!
