Do not touch @VodafoneUK with a barge pole - we've had no broadband service since Mon morning. Been on the phone to them every day to be given assurances after assurances and still no service. Customer service awful. STAY WELL CLEAR is my advice!

@VodafoneUK Any chance you're #ElfAndSeek tracker can track down our router, our broadband went live today apparently and we are still awaiting our router. Estimated delivery 16th December. Spoken to numerous people at your company and they've all just mugged us off. Absolutely shambles!!!!!

@VodafoneUK Please can you investigate the extremely temporary fix of your masts around Caerphilly? You acknowledged a fault in July, I had a text last week to say it had been sorted and the improvement in data speed lasted less than 12 hours.
