@VodafoneUK are at it again… brilliant customer insight. I get a text or email if them every couple of days. Not a generic one but addressed to me. Saying you can upgrade Now to the iPhone 13 … with a link. Hit the link, log into my account, pass security, says I can’t upgrade.

@VodafoneUK Home broadband down since Oct 16th! Unable to offer me a mobile dongle to hotspot like @EE does with their broadband. Customer service comes with a free tour of their various department overseas every time you call! The incompetence is beyond belief, never again!
