@VodafoneUK Oh yes. Simple and flexible. I’ve had TEN hour long calls with customer service trying to do this. The latest (Thur) caused me to lose service and I’ve had nothing since. Currently on hold to customer service listening to the same mindless lift music.. why is this so difficult??

@VodafoneUK Yep tried that and even a different device, I think something’s wrong with the checkout process. Add a SIM only plan to your basket, hit checkout then wait 10 seconds and you should get the same issue
