Shameless @VodafoneUK Send my Xperia that wasn't fit for purpose to be repaired, constantly crashing. What I got was Voda causing physical damage but not fixing the issue. Had to build a new phone but stuck in an immoral contract

As usual, @VodafoneUK creates issues. Got changed on Pay as you go. I top up and buy a bundle. The robot says to wait for the sms with the bundle confirmation. Nothing arrives. I try and make a call. No credit or allowance. I try data. Works. But it takes £2 from THE CREDIT??
