@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

Been on holiday for the last 2 weeks and spent several days on the East Coast at Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington. My @VodafoneUK service has been absolutely abysmal with only calls and texts possible. Think a new service provider might be required as this is not value for ££££
