@VodafoneUK I’ve just gone to that link to end up being sent to two teams who couldn’t help me then was given a number to call where I was on hold for 15 mins to be told that department is only open Mon-Fri and was then cut off. Another hopeless and unnavigable customer service experience.

@VodafoneUK despite 5g locally, you have a dead zone in RM17 area where argent street and Bridge Street meet and the whole of Falcon Avenue.....despite your signal checker saying full 5g signal. Can you fix it. I pay for 5g yet have to use WiFi calling at home!

@VodafoneUK thanks for your assistance. All sorted. It would be less misleading if your telesales people were more open about the fact a change of contract or service post aug 11 can result in loss of free roaming.
