@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

@VodafoneUK I want a refund. 3 days so far of on/off internet connection is ridiculous and I'm guessing it's only going to keep happening. This is appalling and disgusting. I'm a loyal customer and pay on time every month.

Trying to cancel a phone contract with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth....website tells you to ring....only to sit on hold for 25mins twice before being cut off and that TOBi service is pure pish! Complete shambles!
