@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

Everyone should phone their network, be it @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK etc and object to them allowing the government to use their towers to transmit this alert. Also @apple are the ones that are allowing your phone to be frozen if you do not react to the alert.

Just spoke to Kamil from the @VodafoneUK Directors Office! I found him to be rude, argumentative and incompetent. When I asked to speak to his manager, he ended the call. I recorded the conversation! Who do I log this complaint with???

@VodafoneUK I have 5G included in my contract, 5G phone and 5G activated in settings but never get any 5G signal where other people I have been with have been able to use it, ie. Luton, Cambridge, London. Please advise.

@VodafoneUK I have made 3 phone calls tget my new broadband service up and running but I just can’t get a straight answer. Favourite line seems to be that it’s down to openreach. At the moment I am being quoted 7 weeks to get running and wont have any broadband for 4 weeks.
