@VodafoneUK 07389 807245 this is the new number I got with device. Hope you can check the history and call recording to know the wait time and after waiting for 2 hours call will be terminated simply… advisors promised to call back but nothing happened. Please treat your customers well

@VodafoneUK No. I contacted them yesterday, which was the first time the 'special number' your web team gave me worked. It was entirely futile. Again. I've genuinely never met a 'tech' team with less tech knowledge. Literally all I need is you to send me a replacement router.

Order new phone from #vodafone over a week ago. Apparently there's an issue with despatching said phone (not communicsted during checkout process) but customer services can't help as they have no info either. Not good enough @VodafoneUK
