    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK can you check out the mobile signal in the SA3 area loads of residents getting regular drop out on phone calls. So frustraing.

    I am a customer of yours, and have been for over 20 years. Is it true that you are involved with "Care For Calais," and dishing out Mobile Phones and SIM Cards to illegal immigrants?? My contract is up with yourselves shortly, and if this is true, IM GONE!!! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Just to let you know I will not be using Vodafone again on principle due to Vodafone giving free SIMs to illegal migrants. Having been working for several decades with British homeless families & single adults who have had no such support I donโ€™t support your action!

    @StoneAlun @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at โ‚ฌ25month.Instead,they spiked it to โ‚ฌ49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK We are getting nowhere with this at the moment my mum has tried FIVE times to top up her phone yesterday and five outstanding payments to vista Vodafone are outstanding and approved by her bank for you to take.We are getting nowhere when we phone up can you help
