    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK you are the SINGLE WORST ISP in the UK. So you increase prices, but then SLOW the connection down and make it unreliable (out for a fking HOUR just now!). No I won't give you my details. You KNOW you've got problems, ******* FIX THEM.

    @VodafoneUK has to have the worst customer experience around. Not able to call or text, never mind use date, for weeks. Today I called just to be hung up on when trying to cancel, and the price for the privilege to do so was £130. I’m sick!

    @VodafoneUK Say away from Vodafone there customer service department from the bottom to the top is one of the worst within the sector, miss selling is an issue which customers are not readily aware of, we have had a stressful time with the actions of this company,

    @VodafoneUK have to be the worst company going when you’re coming to an end of a contract , or just cancelled a new one , owed money on both fronts. They literally don’t care back to @EE i think never had these issues with them #daylightrobbery #consumerprotection .

    despite my account being in credit by one whole month, and then refused 4 times (frice?) to tell me how to lodge a formal complaint. Anyway, the upshot is if you have anyone you really, really hate, tell them @vodafoneuk are ******* amazing.
