    Day 4 w/o broadband @VodafoneUK . Local area fault confirmed. 35 mins on chat. Woman went AWOL then booted off with zero help. Msgs won’t send to your Twitter DMs. And 191 says tech support is closed, after I spent 15mins getting a/c # on broken app. All I want is a fix ETA.

    No phone or internet service since Saturday morning. Thanks @VodafoneUK you’re really helping this small business. First it was modem, then it was line fault then it would be on in 3 hours. Thank god for neighbours who let you piggyback their provider. No way to run a business.

    @VodafoneUK bravo for mess up everything for me.And the effort to fix it wow I have to admit that is pretty much zero.Not offered any solutions, but rejected mines as possible solution, even a resolution manager was unable to say anything.Then the silence resolution,ignoring me.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @vodafone I have been a loyal customer with Vodafone for almost 6 years now but recently I have been facing issues in postpaid connections. I have been charged unncessary for extra value service which I have not availed.

    @VodafoneUK Shame it doesn't work in a 18 hour power cut. It gave up in SA62 area after very few hours on Friday. So much for us being told mobiles are a backup for all digital landlines.

    @ClareJosa @VodafoneUK My guess is that it will be fixed after storm Franklin is over. There must be quite a few faults related to the storms. Poor customer/ service management if they can't admit to that.
