@JimMFelton @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK You must never have dealt with Vodafone!!! Their systems, website and service are in a league of their own. Abysmal! It’s not necessarily the staff, it’s the IT systems that fail to deliver. Unfortunately, Vodafone is the only mobile signal available where I live. 😡

People have real problems in life. Like ringing daily and being on hold for hours to enquire about bounce back loans

@The_Chadnesss @VodafoneUK Yeah this is the thing, I've not had a single problem in over 3 years but as soon as this came up, they literally couldn't have handled it worse. And I know they're under a lot of pressure with people working from home and Covid but still, this is pretty unacceptable!
