@VodafoneUK No. I’ve been on hold for an hour because chat support told me my issue couldn’t be solved by anyone but the phone support team. This is my third time I’ve had to call this month. I do not regularly have hours to spare in my day just waiting on hold.

@Ofcom my ISP service provider (@VodafoneUK) hasn’t honoured their agreements in terms of providing the agreed speeds, in addition they offered a promotion, which they’re not willing to honour. What can I do? I’d asked for them to terminate my contract, but I’d still need to pay
