@VodafoneUK I'm having issues with my number. I've just switched to you guys and have spoken on your chat to try sort it out and it didn't work. Was told to call 191 and couldn't even get through and was sent a link to the chat multiple times.

Lastyear I paid £10 to receive a nhs discount on my @VodafoneUK bill, randomly may 2020 they stopped it.. so I’ve had no discount on my bill since then surely I am owed a £145 pound refund or credit on my account as I paid for this service 🙃 why am I having to fight for this?!?

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Yes I have. No solution offered, rather I have been told service I ordered/bought is no longer available. Option offer is to either cancel existing order or pay more for the same service. Considering that I have waited for 3months... that's ridiculous.
