@VodafoneUK Had the worst experience ever today dealing with your people on the phone. The so called TSS team have taken more than 3 days to get back to me and I am still waiting. They said 24 hours on Friday!!! My phone is still not working!!! I want TSS to call me ASAP!!

@VodafoneUK Lowest data is 25GB for the upgrade for this device yet there are sim only deals with lower data that are not available. Clearly you know there is no flexibility and you’re not meeting customer needs!!!

@VodafoneUK why I am still be charged for a broadband service you have now told me you cannot supply. I asked to be disconnected on the 13th Dec. You have refunded me and now added back on to my bill. Please contact me, it’s exhausting using your phone service.
