Truly terrible customer service from @VodafoneUK advisors who didn't actually want to try and help or even care to do a pretty straight forward refund.

@VodafoneUK I've had 4 phone contracts with you for over 10 years but after this year I'll never get your broadband again... Just fobbed off every time I DM you. Honestly not worth my time doing it again. I'll just keep letting people know until I leave

@VodafoneUK So talk to me about why you shut down SureSignal, leaving 2 users with no signal and forcing a buy out of an expensive contract in order to move?
-
EviL Ras
(@EviL_Ras) reported
@VodafoneUK Well that's madness. Better cancel the order then!

@VodafoneUK hi really poor mobile service in W12 and W14 again today. Full 4G but no working data and voice keeps dropping in and out. Same on two devices
-
Michael Moss
(@foscanti) reported
There is a very supportive @Reddit and @Facebook community - where others had done this with no/little impact. I obviously took the plunge - mainly after a terrible day with the 4g and very little information from @vodafoneuk, but some good technical support. /3

@VodafoneUK calling to try and improve my plan or possibly cancel if nothing suitable currently on hold for 49 minutes and counting!! Probably not the best way to retain my business when I’m already contemplating leaving

@VodafoneUK I once dropped my mobile down the toilet whilst helping a then-toddler and it was unsalvageable so the fact that the Galaxy Z Flip3 is the first foldable waterproof phone truly makes it iconic ! #GalaxyZFlip3
