@VodafoneUK been without Internet connection since 3:50pm. Called customer services but really bad line and had trouble hearing what was being said. Briefly came on for about half an hour earlier this evening but out again now since 8pm

@NickNairn @chefpaulrankin @VodafoneUK Thankfully, Virginia have just appeared in my area. I've been through a lot of providers in my area... all are awful. But its not them thats awful, its the quality of the network. So if you choose others/don't have the virgin choice, then all you are choosing is customer service

@VodafoneUK MCK code for Samsung galaxy s10 to unlock phone as they gave me incorrect nuc code so now blocked it, Vodafone providing poor customer service asking me to speak to manufacturer but they won't issue only to Vodafone so going back and to. HELP NEEDED

@VodafoneUK I have been having internet problem for 15 days. Your staff here is not interested. The service quality is very bad! I have been your customer for a long time, but the management in Turkey is very inadequate!
