    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK can you check out the mobile signal in the SA3 area loads of residents getting regular drop out on phone calls. So frustraing.

    I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken

    @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    Ordered iPhone 17 Pro 6 days ago and order hasn't even been processed yet, is this the service people expect from @Apple? I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra from @VodafoneUK and it arrived 22 hours later.
