    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK can you check out the mobile signal in the SA3 area loads of residents getting regular drop out on phone calls. So frustraing.

    Hi @Ofcom I have had nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK regarding making and receiving calls. Can I escalate my complaint to you? They disconnected and reconnected my services but it didn’t go through properly, and now I’m stuck with 3G signal on a 5G handset! Very frustrating

    @VodafoneUK your complaints process is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m unable to do it in writing and had to struggle with foreign call centres, not one person has understood me. It’s been closed as it’s too stressful for me to deal with you.

    @tomhfh The tech team obviously don't understand irony. Guess what @vodafoneuk expect many cancelled contracts for your stance. Your coverage is naff in NE otherwise I'd also cancel you but did that decades ago
