    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Had a nightmare with Lyca trying to save a few quid literally walked into my local tesco mobile shop and nearly cried whilst telling the brilliant youth my life story of hell ! ( lots of clicking of buttons from her back on Tesco !) joy - perfect - will never leave them !!

    @VodafoneUK can somebody help please 3-5 days without doctors and loved ones to be able to contact my mother because you have not provisioned SIP properly for voice - it’s a telecast dependent line.

    @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network
