@VodafoneUK For two years you have charged me for watch connectivity that doesn’t work. I’ve tried to have this fixed or cancelled on numerous occasions and every time I’m told it’s fixed, and it isn’t. It is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

@VodafoneUK Been waiting since 17th Jan for my new broadband & phoneline to be activated. No router received. Hrs and hrs waiting on chat, with no help offered. Just the same 'We will withhold our bills till your activated' like that's doing me a favour!

I will definitely gonna file a legal thing in consumer courts for this, and you can listen to our call recordings.

@VodafoneUK when Vodafone try and send you to @CISASUK without a deadlock letter !! I left Vodafone 5 months ago paid all bills proof of statements but they claim they never received money now my credit file is damaged and defaulted and staff keep putting phone down
