  @VodafoneUK I already had a broad band deal with you but went to the store to complain that it kept dropping out. I was told that my existing desk had come to an end but if I signed up I would get an updated router that should sort my issues

  @VodafoneUK I desperately need to talk to customer services but have been repeatedly disconnected from 191, and the online chatbot is diabolically bad. I seem to have no recourse as a loal customer and it's reflecting really badly on your company.

  @vodafone @VodafoneUK update: due to the actions of your staff member, the person you called and shouted at had a stroke. After she had told you she was in hospital because she was having strokes and heart attacks. Where is your customer service team? Do better.

  @VodafoneUK so I signed up to a new broadband contact at the Marlborough store last weekend and was promised a newer router. This has not arrived and my broadband is going on and out of service....help. #Vodafone
