    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    Would not recommend anyone move to @VodafoneUK 4g coverage in Norwich is so poor . Has been for years never changes
