@VodafoneUK I understand it’s not your fault, but a phone/service box got knocked down around a month ago and we’ve had hardly any signal since. I’m paying for a service I’m not longer receiving, do you know when this will be fixed? Happy to pass more details in a DM

@VodafoneUK No I haven’t and I don’t intend to after I tried to upgrade online and despite never missing a payment in 10 years with you and earning well over the average wage, I was told I didn’t meet your checks, yet I passed with @SkyUK and for a much better deal. So Adios Amigo’s

@VodafoneUK @NHS Hi @VodafoneUK Just how many times does our internet have to go down in 3 months since changing to you for us to be able to cancel for free? And no I don't want to contact your support. Just tell me here. How many times. Is 9 or 10 times in 3 months enough?

@VodafoneUK why do you never cancel a contract even when you are given 30+days notice, this is the 2nd time you have done this and then you guys wonder why customers are leaving. I have wasted over 2hours on the phone to you guys

@VodafoneUK Since receiving no help about transferring my onenumber account to a new device, I've set up a new account and attempted to cancel the existing one yet I can't do it using the my vodafone app , I can't log in because you're having issues.

Never mind the fact I was supposed to receive a call back in April about Internet offers, and never did, so actually ended up paying more for the same thing - that we haven't recieved yet!!! Avoid @VodafoneUK - don't expect any decent level of customer service or experience.

@VodafoneUK Hi. No. I'm not spending any other hours calling your team of unhelpful lying trolls. You can call me. Disgraceful company. Worst of the worst. Never had issues like this with any other company ever. Don't take a contract out with these liars!

@VodafoneUK So I never do that. I'm always very careful to say no to all optional cookies too. Just to be clear then, when I take out a new contract with yourselves, do you or do you not give credit reference agencies the date the contract is due to finish?

@VodafoneUK I’ve done with the bots, DMs and incompetence that is Vodaphone Uk I was a customer for 10 years and the experience was and continues to be abysmal even though I’m no longer a customer I just want this to serve as a warning to others as to what they’ll experience.
