    @VodafoneUK can you check out the mobile signal in the SA3 area loads of residents getting regular drop out on phone calls. So frustraing.

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK You could help by canceling my contract Mark. I'm sim only, why in the name of god would I want to be tied to a contract Vodafone sneakily imprisoned me with in an email. I accept in hindsight I should have read the tons of emails that I deleted without opening We live and learn

    Hi @VodafoneUK had no broadband since last night, have spoken to your technical help and tried various things including taking the face plate off the connection but still waiting? Have a chat log of 764030194837592784 told you wait 72hrs! My data on my mobile is going down
