@VodafoneUK On hold in 6th hour now of calls to Vodafone to try and resolve serious account issues - Including some breaches of data! If you ever have problems there is an endless process of being passed from pillar to post. About to start cancelling 6 x contracts after 25 years of custom

@VodafoneUK 65 MINS on your live chat Agent did not resolve problem, talked to me like i was thick and then had me top up to fix problem and it did not. REFUND ME. I have copied the transcript and will fire it over to Financial Services Ombudsman in 24 hours.

@VodafoneUK been trying to speak to a customer adviser for ages. Every day I call, What’s going on? Can’t even use the online chats because there’s no advisers. Seriously thinking of going to a different company.

@VodafoneUK Just been informed no one knows how to deal with the issues, other than to raise yet another complaint ……. Still waiting for a response from the last three times this was apparently raised though. At a loss now.
