    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK why do you whack our bills above inflation every year, it's bad enough you don't allow free picture messages unlike sister site voxi who give you free picture messages in October I will have no choice to go down to SIM only or contract free service you prices are
