    . @VodafoneUK why is 11 o’clock at night on a Saturday deemed “peak times” and when I finally get through to an adviser they can’t help, put me through to the broadband team only for the app to give out. I just want an internet connection

    Hi @VodafoneUK your technical support in the last 48 hours has been shambolic. Our home broadband has been down since late Thursday and every one of the FOUR people I’ve spoken to have given different diagnoses... when both of us WFH the internet is essential. Abysmal

    @VodafoneUK Then why when I ring that number does it send me through a series if questions to tell me that the quickest and easiest way to cancel broadband is on the chat?! I ring that number and don't get through to a person!! I switched my mobile to O2 today cause I've had ENOUGH !!

    @ThreeUK @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Matthew, i've got all my phones and mobile tech with Three,they have always been good,but check coverage with any provider.Mine is poor at home and shockingly bad at work , but everywhere else seems good.Find someone you know on the network you switch to. Maybe go sim only first
