@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK One of many sadly! The worst is the phone call advising you off bank fraud & telling you to replace the phone & call the number on the back of your card! Who wouldn't think that was safe! Indeed they never cut off the line & are ready to take all your information . 1/2

@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK Never answer a number you don't recognise and only call a business or person you want to call... Too many scammers out there.

Hey @VodafoneUK my number didn't port correctly last week and your chatbot/customer service is a total waste of time. Thinking.of cancelling as you're not providing the service I'm paying for. What are my options?

@VodafoneUK No worries, already got a refund but I've never got in touch with you about it before and was curious. The seller is likely a scammer and already reported the fraud to the police. Any idea what can I do with useless paper press of a phone? Lol, cheers.

@VodafoneUK Your live chat doesn't work. No problem I'll find another provider. If trying to ask a question about a contract is this hard I dread to think what it would be like if something went wrong.

@VodafoneUK how is my elderly father supposed to report a fault on his landline when he can't make or receive calls on the landline and the Vodafone mast has been broken for over 3 months and he can't make or receive calls with his mobile. Ridiculous.
