    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK I feel like I am talking to a brick wall 🧱 everytime I phone. This phone hasn't worked properly since I received it, & for 2 months, you haven't listened. Very disappointed with you treating a loyal customer like this. I'll stop my bills if this phone isn't suitable.
