@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

@VodafoneUK @Man_Power_Music A DM will pull you down an endless rabbit hole with no result only frustration in the end. I have had no result with Vodafone broadband service. Hundreds of DMs. Fibre at the end of my driveway but Vodafone won't connect.

@VodafoneUK ridiculous after numerous calls & time spent calling 191, I'm told to just use Toby web chat& the call ends!! I tried Web chat & social media-still cant speak to anyone about being triple charged this month!! You MUST offer actual customer service! Not Toby-useless
