    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Hope you dont have mobile with them- when my late husband died we tried to cancel hus mobile account and get back the £50 credit i had put on account so he could ring people from hospice - they insisted on talking to account holder even after we sent screem shot death certificate

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mil died last year the only one we didn’t have a problem with was Sky, they were great, bank, BT, Scottish power, M&S credit card were all hopeless.

    @twit_cmj @VodafoneUK Other than when it hits the hot weather ive never had issues. Did with the phone as was with them for 15 years. But broadband usually has been alright. Then the sun comes out and...nope gone

    @VodafoneUK can you tell me when your app will be up and running again. It says it’s down for planned maintenance which is not helpful during a business day
