    @VodafoneUK First off, your online and IVR customer support services are useless. Secondly, why are you blocking me from accessing VPN services via phone or home broadband?

    Despite giving @VodafoneUK 2 months notice of a house move and being assured it would be fine on the day, Vodafone decided to cancel the order and not bother to inform me. Now having to wait 10 days for reconnection. What an abysmal service

    @VodafoneUK yet another mess on our account... Currently waiting on an engineer supposedly calling this morning... It's now 2.15pm. I appreciate the help that everyone has tried to give, but 6 months of hell, I need to call it quits. Someone please reopen complaint 414217.

    @VodafoneUK Had an Openreach engineer come out yesterday to install my fibre and confirmed all was OK. still have no internet today and now your online chat is telling me Openreach have said their is a fault on the line and thats why I'm not active. Terrible service.
