@VodafoneUK Thanks to you/Voxi, I've now missed my GP phone appointment that I waited a month for! Your customer service agent at Voxi seems to have cancelled my SIM as it's now showing up as an invalid number to others! And you continue to ignore tweets and DMs. Shame on you!!

Hi @VodafoneUK is there a plan to fix US roaming. I pay extra for your roaming deal and my contract is up. When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.

@VodafoneUK Biggest load of crap this company is. The fine from ofcom you got 6 years ago seems to have not prompted you to improve. 2 weeks ago..YOUR error and negligence caused me to have a negative credit reference...which eventually got sorted out after much time and hassle.

@VodafoneUK it has taken me since August to sort a contract. Ended up with 2 weeks no internet, lots of wasted support time (I am Deaf) and a contract not as good as initially agreed. Serious complaint sent.
