    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK can you check out the mobile signal in the SA3 area loads of residents getting regular drop out on phone calls. So frustraing.

    Wants to get SIM or a eSIM? Need a Contact number. If you dont have one or have a family or Friend then you cant get a Number... Been looking, 2 companies no go, 3rd try came up just fine. One Company that 100% Needs a Contact number & Support sucks. Looking at you @VodafoneUK

    Just had an interesting call from @VodafoneUK Technical Support team who did not know what an Ethernet Cable was. Vodafone you gone down hill seriuously. Who are these clowns you are employing?

    .@VodafoneUK claim they are spending ยฃ11bn on their network. I travelled over 50 miles from my home today and at all times the best data signal I got was โ€œEโ€. If I could leave them tomorrow, I would. @Ofcom

    @dave_aldrine Iโ€™m ready to say goodbye to @VodafoneUK thatโ€™s a sure fact. Sick of the terrible signal everywhere. Sending messages in bottles is currently more successful.

    On a train (as I am every week) can't have a phone call for more than 30 seconds. @VodafoneUK your signal is absolutely shocking. Why??? It's 2026. Surely your investments would see significantly better performance. Tired of this rubbish
