@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK Now into my 4th week without broadband. I believe it's an openreach issue - other broadband providers are also affected . The dongle supplied by vodafone, to remain connected to the Internet, is hopeless at often less than 1mbps. Terrible service.

@VodafoneUK Yes, you need to tell your customers this and perhaps they won’t be quite so upset. Our fibre is still up but your service is down, so the dongle thinks everything is ok. Disconnect the cable and the 4G will work. Reconnect if and when you fix the error

@VodafoneUK And the point of paying extra to have the dongle as backup for when the main broadband is down??? As that's not working either! Having to deal with a distressed child with ASD who relys on Internet, not a great start to the week!
