Shaun Wortley (@ShaunWortley) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK Trying to get out of contract during “cooling off period” from “service” began day before yesterday, issue monthly bill now. Broadband too slow to load your own app & object.

amber (@_aaaamber) reported from Grimsby, EnglandAvoid @VodafoneUK at all costs. They tell you they've cancelled your account but really they haven't, then they charge you and tell you they'll refund you TWICE and then don't. The customer service is vile, and I WILL be making a complaint about this.

Matthais (@Matthais1974) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

Ali (@alismileyriley) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK 15 years I’ve been a loyal customer but these past 2 days that I’ve been trying to upgrade after a 24 month contract, I’ve not felt valued. Terrible customer service #byebye 2/2
-
bex hutch (@poppymai05) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK well done for have the best worst customer service. I have been pushed from pillar to post and then when I am down to 1 in the queue the chat ends all because I want to cancel one of my contracts. Is being refused to cancel a contract even legal ?
-
Kristine Green (@krispygreen84) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK Morning - just want to clarify something. My contract with you ended on 16th December. When I request a PAC code to move elsewhere, that will automatically cancel my contract with you and any credit for the bill generated yesterday will be credited at my request?
-
Ali (@alismileyriley) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

Arun Hebbar (@ArunHebbar7) reported@rksrajiv @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp There is absolutely no issue at all. However, I am expecting some kind of clarification because nowhere in the world does a policy exist where a company is required to pay Rs.2/- to settle a Rs.1/- obligation. What I mean is that when Vodafone Idea paid the moratorium cost to DOT through equity conversion, it did not actually pay any of the Spectrum or AGR liabilities that were reflected under finance costs. Therefore, there is no reason why the company cannot discharge those obligations & why Speculation? I don't understand.

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Chris Barnsey (@BarnseyChr77489) reported@VodafoneUK i Phone up Vodafone and spoke to someone from Vodafone and I asked someone about my Amazon gift card and she told me that they would not issue it until six months in because they want to make sure that people pay and don’t just back out after getting their Amazon gift card so
