@VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

@VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

@VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

@MartinSLewis I've been trying toget a landline. Its been 3 weeks since my broadband and landline installation but @VodafoneUK simply cant get their act together and sort the landline part of it. Countless wasted hpurs with thech support. Big mistake moving over to them from talktalk.

@VodafoneUK hello, on 4/7/22 I took advantage of a very me rewards offer of a free kids racquet.I paid the 5.99 postage and I have still not received the racquet.I have tried contacting the company but I get no reply.Times like this I can't afford to lose £6. Help please??

@Redazzadevil @virginmedia Totally agree! I complained about their service cutting out recently and even said after 10pm it slows down a lot but what do they do...nothing, why you say? Because they are not available at this time of night! Moving to @VodafoneUK when my contract is up #Facts #VirginAreAwful

@VodafoneUK Apparently not. It tells me to call or start a chat to see my options. Both times I've been told it's NOT a handset upgrade, but a second contract offer. The second of your colleagues actually told me I got the message due to a glitch in the system that they were unable to fix!
