@VodafoneUK well done for have the best worst customer service. I have been pushed from pillar to post and then when I am down to 1 in the queue the chat ends all because I want to cancel one of my contracts. Is being refused to cancel a contract even legal ?

Avoid @VodafoneUK at all costs. They tell you they've cancelled your account but really they haven't, then they charge you and tell you they'll refund you TWICE and then don't. The customer service is vile, and I WILL be making a complaint about this.

@VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

@VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

@VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

@VodafoneUK Morning - just want to clarify something. My contract with you ended on 16th December. When I request a PAC code to move elsewhere, that will automatically cancel my contract with you and any credit for the bill generated yesterday will be credited at my request?

@VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

@VodafoneUK After 2hours 10 minutes I managed to get it cancelled But still awaiting email confirmation. But you miss the point. 10 minutes to upgrade 2 hours 10 minutes to cancel it.

@martincampbell @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup we have Vodafone, O2 and EE here. None of them win prizes for customer service. I honestly could not advise you which was better out of Voda and O2, but EE works only on one side of the street, which is better than Three which only works on the top of the hill.

@VodafoneUK I’ve issues with my phone and have warranty and insurance but Vodafone won’t do anything to help. 27 years I’ve been with them and once this contract is over I’m off. I recommend any other phone company than Vodafone who customers services is awful

Vodafone @VodafoneUK your signal is terrible. Our car just broke down and me and my mum were stranded walking up and down a dark road trying to find signal to phone the RAC. Took ages & so dangerous.

Their social media team try, but after 9 months of 1mbps speeds (in a 5G area), no support, no compensation I would never recommend this shambles of a company to anybody. I feel sorry for the thousands waiting for their new phones a month later

@VodafoneUK It is a mobile sim only contract. I have been advised that the account is ‘open’ with a bar on it for trouble shooting and that takes 24 hours to be completed so they can’t cancel while it is open. I now have to call back tomorrow and go through the same disastrous experience!
