Ali (@alismileyriley) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

Matthais (@Matthais1974) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

Ali (@alismileyriley) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK 15 years I’ve been a loyal customer but these past 2 days that I’ve been trying to upgrade after a 24 month contract, I’ve not felt valued. Terrible customer service #byebye 2/2
-
Kristine Green (@krispygreen84) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK Morning - just want to clarify something. My contract with you ended on 16th December. When I request a PAC code to move elsewhere, that will automatically cancel my contract with you and any credit for the bill generated yesterday will be credited at my request?
-
bex hutch (@poppymai05) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK well done for have the best worst customer service. I have been pushed from pillar to post and then when I am down to 1 in the queue the chat ends all because I want to cancel one of my contracts. Is being refused to cancel a contract even legal ?
-
amber (@_aaaamber) reported from Grimsby, EnglandAvoid @VodafoneUK at all costs. They tell you they've cancelled your account but really they haven't, then they charge you and tell you they'll refund you TWICE and then don't. The customer service is vile, and I WILL be making a complaint about this.
-
Shaun Wortley (@ShaunWortley) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK Trying to get out of contract during “cooling off period” from “service” began day before yesterday, issue monthly bill now. Broadband too slow to load your own app & object.
-
Matthais (@Matthais1974) reported from Grimsby, England@VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

Matthew Laughey 💙💛 (@laughey_m) reported@VodafoneUK any chance of speaking to an actual support person instead of typing to TOBi???
-
Jay Ramella (@ramella_jay) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!
-
lady M - the real witch . (@mmi_music) reported@NileGardiner @VodafoneUK I suggest if you use Vodafone cancel your contracts . Money talks and vote with your feet
-
Joe19 (@Guy1Joe19) reportedFor many @andyburnham the only good diseased ****** migrant is one that drowned in the channel. And as for @VodafoneUK giving these parasites free SIM cards, seriously how stupid do Vodafone current customers feel now.
-
Michael C (@bigmickc22) reported@VodafoneUK what the keck is wrong with the connection in Glasgow. Sitting at 4G all day. This far on the whole UK should be 5G all the time. Poor service
-
Nabootique (@Vince_Noir77) reportedYou can be with @VodafoneUK or you can support your country. You cant do both.
-
Dan White (@Whitelikedan) reported@MrsSamClarke @VodafoneUK I feel a lawsuit should be coming for vodafone. No love lost with reform, but attacking this at any angle is a good thing. **** anyone who helps with the crossings.
-
Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
-
mṽsh (@shikariunite) reported@Mobilescouk I'm stuck in limbo over here, after moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK . My switch date was yesterday and my SIM wasn't delivered. So I've got no service, can't call or message anyone. What can I do?
-
ShazzerMac3 (@ShazzerMac3) reportedHey @VodafoneUK why are you giving out free SIM cards to illegal immigrants. I’m a long standing customer and will be moving my account until you cease aiding abetting illegal immigrants into this country. Shame on you.
