    @VodafoneUK 15 years I’ve been a loyal customer but these past 2 days that I’ve been trying to upgrade after a 24 month contract, I’ve not felt valued. Terrible customer service #byebye 2/2

    @VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

    @VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

    @VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

    Day 2 of sitting in the house waiting for a pre-ordered phone from @VodafoneUK Released yesterday and didn’t arrive. Ace. I can no longer recommend Vodafone to anyone in good conscience. This is the latest in a long, long, long list of issues with this company.

    @tonyswinton1 @VodafoneUK I switched from Vodafone (terrible experience) to Virgin Mobile, cheaper and honestly haven’t had any problems. Would definitely recommend 🙌🏻

    First they do maintenance on the cellular network and then my service goes for two whole weeks I go to the Vodafone store and they are telling me I need to pay for the repair WOW JUST WOW #unhappycustomer @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK hi, I’ve had no service for 2 days now. I did a sim swap to rain but it went through twice and sim isn’t working and can’t connect through esim. Some to web chat yesterday and they said they couldn’t do anything. Any thoughts on how to sort please

    @VodafoneUK But I was supposed to have it yesterday and I’ve had no email update. Not even an email to say it wouldn’t be delivered or that there is a delay. I preordered minutes after it was released last week. Such bad service. Not impressed.
