    @VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

    @VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

    @VodafoneUK Hmmm. Three hours of chatting and waiting and I've only received cut-and-paste standard answers. Not even sure that I'm chatting to a human @VodafoneUK Really the worst company I've ever dealt with.

    @sheenasahota88 @VodafoneUK It’s useless voda 4 G i get speed 1 or 2 MGPS in central London I am not on moon. Signal was ok 6 months ago, now it’s useless.

    @VodafoneUK did a tariff transfer to avoid roaming charges in USA. Confirmed by call center (transcript also confirms from online support). Turns out that was misinformation on each account. My account is still being charged and I'm going to be nearly £100 out of pocket.
