    @VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

    @VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

    @VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

    @VodafoneUK 15 years I’ve been a loyal customer but these past 2 days that I’ve been trying to upgrade after a 24 month contract, I’ve not felt valued. Terrible customer service #byebye 2/2

    Reminded what an exemplary service @VodafoneUK provide. Called ref a death & straight through to a specialist, talked to an empathetic human who sorted it all out. Unlike @virginmedia - eventually spoke to the most patronising human ever & not sorted. Guess who I'm sticking with?

    @VodafoneUK do you have any HUMANS that can understand English??? I will cancel all contracts unless I can speak to a person and have my question answered. All I want are copies of my old bills. AND yes I have downloaded from you site but I need bills going back a bit further.

    @VodafoneUK Let down by one of your partners as was due to get Fibre installed today! waiting for customer services to get back to me & if not done by 4 will cancel order. If it couldn't be installed why take my order & leave me waiting in all day? Poor comms from a comms co

    hive mind - have TERRIBLE Internet in my area in wales with @BritishTelecom - considering wireless router and 4G sim for work laptop and streaming. My mb is on @VodafoneUK - they do a 24mth package thats £30 mth for 100gb data (first 6mth £15) - that good? any tips welcome

    Bought my son a new phone for Christmas, as @VodafoneUK now treat their customers like children who can't work out their own finances. Shame to leave a network I've been loyal to for about 15 years but they don't want my £250 a month anymore so here we are #badservice #noloyalty

    @VodafoneUK Hi Beth, I've had 8 days of trying to resolve this issue, I've now chosen to cancel the unfulfilled upgrade order & have moved to O2 for my daughter's account. Thankyou for responding
