    @VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

    @VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

    @VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

    @VodafoneUK 15 years I’ve been a loyal customer but these past 2 days that I’ve been trying to upgrade after a 24 month contract, I’ve not felt valued. Terrible customer service #byebye 2/2

    @VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK @PJDchan There is obviously a wide network issue your suffering….it would be beneficial to pin a tweet to your account which explains that your aware of the problem and are attempting to resolve the issue, rather than every individual having to explain

    If you're considering getting @VodafoneUK broadband, then don't! Just useless - have had 2 engineers visit who "fixed the issue" and "you'll have no more problems now, all sorted" only to get repeatedly cut off work calls. Issue been going on over a year. Jokes! #broadbandfail

    @VodafoneUK what's going on with your broadband service this morning? When you try to check broadband network status on your website a msg appears to say 'we are trying to fix things' - currently my broadband keeps cutting off & data transfer super super slow whenever connected.

    @VodafoneUK @cheners_1 I've got broadband Pro too and not been given any special number to call. Never even been sent a confirmation of installation email with first bill etc. Really bad service

    @VodafoneUK whats going on with broadband Voda? Huge spike in reports on downdetector, online chat unavailable due to demand and your online broadband status checker is broken.... trying to work from home here and having to use my phone tethered!

    @VodafoneUK Suddenly having problems with our internet connection dropping out or random websites not being accessible. Any service problems? I can't run the service test as as says 'sorry there was an issue with your request'.

    If you having problems with Vodafone Broadband it will appear their DNS servers are down, to fix, log into your router and change the DNS server to google DNS 8.8.8.8 or cloudflare 1.1.1.1 @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK until it’s sorted.
