    @VodafoneUK Morning - just want to clarify something. My contract with you ended on 16th December. When I request a PAC code to move elsewhere, that will automatically cancel my contract with you and any credit for the bill generated yesterday will be credited at my request?

    @VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK 15 years I’ve been a loyal customer but these past 2 days that I’ve been trying to upgrade after a 24 month contract, I’ve not felt valued. Terrible customer service #byebye 2/2

    @VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

    @VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

    @VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

    Avoid @VodafoneUK at all costs. They tell you they've cancelled your account but really they haven't, then they charge you and tell you they'll refund you TWICE and then don't. The customer service is vile, and I WILL be making a complaint about this.

    @VodafoneUK well done for have the best worst customer service. I have been pushed from pillar to post and then when I am down to 1 in the queue the chat ends all because I want to cancel one of my contracts. Is being refused to cancel a contract even legal ?

    @VodafoneUK Our broadband was down yesterday too in EX4. Having to hotspot from my phone so my kids can use devices isn't ideal! Gonna run through my personal data if this goes on much longer.

    @yorkierich @VodafoneUK I have longterm beef with Vodafone, especially with their customer service. A high percentage of their customer service advisors i've had the displeasure to encounter regularly lie and have 0 to very little knowledge on their broadband product. Standards have slipped MASSIVELY

    @VodafoneUK your TOBi chatbot is not working - it just keeps saying “Something went in error on server [5xx]” - and the only way to get contact details for help and support is to go through the chatbot. Which isn’t working.

    @windsurfingfish @VodafoneUK I imagine the issue is similar to Virgin Medias last week. Seemed to be an issue with their DNS server. To all intents and purposes, the router was connected to the internet, just couldn't resolve most websites... The router thinks it's connected, so the 4G backup won't kick in.
