@VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

  • poppymai05 bex hutch (@poppymai05) reported from Grimsby, England

@VodafoneUK well done for have the best worst customer service. I have been pushed from pillar to post and then when I am down to 1 in the queue the chat ends all because I want to cancel one of my contracts. Is being refused to cancel a contract even legal ?

  • alismileyriley Ali (@alismileyriley) reported from Grimsby, England

@VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

  • Matthais1974 Matthais (@Matthais1974) reported from Grimsby, England

@VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

  • ShaunWortley Shaun Wortley (@ShaunWortley) reported from Grimsby, England

@VodafoneUK Trying to get out of contract during “cooling off period” from “service” began day before yesterday, issue monthly bill now. Broadband too slow to load your own app & object.

  • Matthais1974 Matthais (@Matthais1974) reported from Grimsby, England

@VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

  • alismileyriley Ali (@alismileyriley) reported from Grimsby, England

@VodafoneUK 15 years I’ve been a loyal customer but these past 2 days that I’ve been trying to upgrade after a 24 month contract, I’ve not felt valued. Terrible customer service #byebye 2/2

@VodafoneUK Hi, yes I am, I spoke with someone on the online chat who updated the software and firmware for the router and said it could take a couple hours but it’s been 6/7 hours and it’s still not working :(

  • dsktraders dsk online traders (@dsktraders) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi there, for the last 6-8 weeks the 4g signal has been appalling especially in the SW area as no phone service for hours on end last week. Is there a major problem?

  • Jitendr63195227 Jitendra Kumar Ambedkar (@Jitendr63195227) reported

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneUK very poor network of Vodafone

  • 27sarahcox Sarah Cox (@27sarahcox) reported

Very disappointed with the service from @EE. 89yr old emergency lifeline PAYG phone disconnected without notice. Claim to be UKs No1 network but your customer service is shocking, leaving my dad stranded. @O2 @VodafoneUK

  • WTuckfieldPR Wayne (@WTuckfieldPR) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks. I’m now on the train so I think I’ll have to hang up as I won’t be able to access the router if I need to do anything anyway. It’s 2.5hrs now though. Judging by internet complaints you are struggling to get people activated, which is also my issue.

  • afc42 Ian (@afc42) reported

Why is the service in Aberdeen atrocious? @VodafoneUK

  • WAC_Stefron Stefan Brown (@WAC_Stefron) reported

@BungieHelp Would you be able to look into a problem stopping people on @VodafoneUK broadband being able to connect to Destiny 2 since Thursday. Just keeps saying "Cannot connect to servers" When swaping to a mobile hotspot will log in instantly. Multiple reports on the forums.

  • Scott_Worboys Scott Worboys (@Scott_Worboys) reported

@VodafoneUK Your 8.2% mid contact price hike isn’t amusing. After 20 years being with you I’m out with immediate affect. You raise it 8.2%, I terminate it. 😡

  • nolabels15 V. (@nolabels15) reported

@VodafoneUK increasing my plan by 8.2% due to RPI and continued investment and yet it’s the only network that doesn’t have Wi-Fi on the tube. What’s the investment exactly? My phone better start to clean my house or this contract will be the last…

  • afc42 Ian (@afc42) reported

@VodafoneUK You just pushed a price rise through but your network coverage in Aberdeen city is terrible. Almost no 5g.
