@VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

@VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

@VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

@VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

@VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Absolutely shocking service today from vodafone customer services. My elderly in-laws have been overcharged £34.85 since last August. They had renewed their contract on their iPad and the old contract was never cancelled. They are refusing to refund.

@VodafoneUK With respect, Karla, the point of reporting these to you/other networks is to stop others falling victim to scams. Deleting the text without reporting does not help that aim. An analogy - can strangers walk into your Vodafone offices without needing ID to enter? Probably not...
