    @VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

    @VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

    @VodafoneUK This has nothing to do with masts that’s the excuse you used when this started over a year ago ! You don’t know why & frankly have done nothing to help. I’m on sim only but will just take out a new contract with any of your competitors who offer me best deal

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been using Voda for around 20 years via a work phone. I have no reason to make any false allegations about the poor service. But it is shockingly poor. You need people out using phones on your network and reporting factual information. I’m now at East Croydon - no signal!

    @VodafoneUK any plans to introduce support for “Wi-Fi Calling on supported iCloud-connected devices” like @EE? Very useful feature and can be dealbreaker considering limited differences between networks these days.
