@VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

@VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

@VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

@VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

@VodafoneUK Been a customer for 6 years and I've had 3 contracts with you and today you lost me to @EE absolutely awful upgrade service, awful phone service and awful wait times just to be told my order has to be cancelled and I need to wait even more time, 45 minutes... (1/2)

@VodafoneUK It's disappointing your customer service is a shambles and your systems don't work and that customers spend hours trying to contact anything with a pulse . It's disappointing Vodafone can charge for 7 months and not activate a SIM card . I won't hold my breath it's been 7 months

@VodafoneUK after weeks of many agents, engineers to mast, disconnection from network, still no 5g. Looking at your forums MANY complaints of the same. Apparently existing account have a lock on 5g, to prevent people accessing it, but your staff have trouble removing it.

@CeriJane @VodafoneUK We have exactly the same problem. Complaints departments are supposed to be helpful and understanding. @VodafoneUK are rude, unhelpful and uncaring. Everything you’re not supposed to be.
