    @VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

    @VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

    @VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

    @shanejill1 @VodafoneUK Yes it’s a major pain - daughter was trying to do an online course when it went down. And of course all my Alexa controlled devices won’t work. That’s every light in the house!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks - is there an ETA? Asking as the only mobile signal at NR15 1 is EE so I was going to buy a Mifi and data sim from them to try to get some sort of service.

    @VodafoneUK I appreciate that but this is entirely unacceptable. I rely on the Internet to work from home, I wasn't able to do half of what I needed to do yesterday afternoon because of this. Is there a time frame of when service is expected to resume?

    @VodafoneUK - do you know when home broadband service will be restored in Norwich (NR4)? It's been 22 hours since it went down and I've missed several important work meetings as well as used up half of my phone's data plan attending one I couldn't reschedule. This is not good!

    Having suffered the twin miseries of a @SamsungMobile H1 and @VodafoneUK ‘s terrible 360 system, I can confirm I will never ‘switch to Samsung’. Or go back to Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK just changed over to you guys for broadband, however keeps saying error when I try and login and I need to change the day a someone comes to set the Internet up but won't let me get past the security questions!

    @VodafoneUK what a absolute let down I’m a customer for 15 years.After this past month I’ve had nothing but issues wasting my time and the problem not being delt with, today been past to the third case handler in the top complaints department even they can’t solve the issue. 😡
