@VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

@VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

@VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

@VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

Hi @VodafoneUK looking to use data SIM for home internet on 4G (live too far from exchange & ADSL is poor). Can I find where masts are to point an external antenna in the right direction? Your coverage checker says signal should be good in/outdoors, but it isn’t too strong.

@VodafoneUK Thank you but no. It's not your problem. The mobile signals are 💩 here. Losing signal, internet is down to BT not keeping out lines dry. Signal, mobile & TV is due to the power station, lots of transformers, pylons all interfering. Just a 💩 area to live

@LondonAvBrad @VodafoneUK @UreshP Let him bounce back for Scotland. He was absolutely awful. It’s particularly harsh on Hogg given how long he waited to play a test but Williams has to play. SA will continue to bombard the Lions aerially.

.@ThreeUKSupport after nearly 10 years of loyal service I find over £20 added onto my account for no reason. I attempt to call in and speak to someone sitting next to a helicopter…time to move our 4 contacts to @VodafoneUK
