@VodafoneUK really shocked at how I was just spoken to by an employee at Vodafone who’s job to stop me from leaving the network. He didn’t let me speak, was aggressive in his manner and literally said he didn’t care if I left because he was just an employee. 1/2

@VodafoneUK well done for have the best worst customer service. I have been pushed from pillar to post and then when I am down to 1 in the queue the chat ends all because I want to cancel one of my contracts. Is being refused to cancel a contract even legal ?

@VodafoneUK I was given an email address for onecom but still not heard back. 6 weeks now ive been trying to cancel, your website is now down again, online chat option not available, app wont work. This is crazy. If someone cant deal with this i will be contacting ofcom and other authorites

@VodafoneUK I have taken the same steps for@about the eighth time. Still get the same error message, online chat doesnt work. Over two weeks now. The app on my phone you click on an option and nothing works. If this isnt resolved i will cancel

@VodafoneUK Morning - just want to clarify something. My contract with you ended on 16th December. When I request a PAC code to move elsewhere, that will automatically cancel my contract with you and any credit for the bill generated yesterday will be credited at my request?

Avoid @VodafoneUK at all costs. They tell you they've cancelled your account but really they haven't, then they charge you and tell you they'll refund you TWICE and then don't. The customer service is vile, and I WILL be making a complaint about this.

@VodafoneUK I've tried again, and it still says the system is down. Online chat is not working, I get past the first stage when I get passed onto the relevant team and it disconnects. Well over a week now.

@VodafoneUK I paid my phone bill a few days ago, I can see the money has gone out from my account to Vodafone but I've been receiving texts saying it's still due. When I call support it keeps trying to make me pay the bill again. Is there anyone I can speak to about this?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I once cried on the phone to @VodafoneGroup on my approx fiftieth call, trying to get back money they’d taken and stop them taking more each month. It was kafkaesque. Never take out a contract with them 😱

@VodafoneUK what is happening now? The new tenants signed up for Virgin on 1 March 2022. I told Vodafone to cancel then too, so why keep charging me? Looks like a scam by vodafone to charge outgoing customers, the fact you dont save the records of my cancellation is not my issue.

@VodafoneUK You have everything. I wasted 4 hours yesterday talking to over 10 people on your chat so very doubtful another chat will help. Worst of all is that I did NOT get a chat teanscript just like in Mar 2022 when I cancelled yet you say I never cancelled. Please help !
