Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

I switched my old number into vodafone but receiving very bad network strength and extremely slow internet speed. It's worst as a mobile network don't go for it in ahmedabad area. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @vi

Anyone else had trouble extending @vodafone data to an Apple Watch using onenumber ? @VodafoneUK so frustrated trying to through to you, endless round of calls to 191 which you disconnect in favour of web chat sessions which are incompatible with Safari - 6 failed attempts

@VodafoneUK 3 days on the phone to you trying to replace my stolen phone, but now you tell me I have to wait longer because you sent me a dodgy sim. You need to fix this NOW, otherwise I will leave this awful service, I need my phone to travel as a key worker through London!
