@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

I rang several times and was told it was BT’s fault as they couldn’t change the fibre over. I was also told on the phone that I would be credited £5 a day for a loss of service…2/

@VodafoneUK a very bad company with awful service. In one year, three times for 2/3 days no internet connection and #VodafoneUK doesn’t care about how is working from home or children in GCSE 🤬 if you are thinking to switch to Vodafone, please DO NOT .

What a relief that is, cancelling my upgrade and contract. I'll get my @SamsungMobile phone from a different company. Been with @VodafoneUK for over 10 years, but that is the worst customer service I've had in a long time. Time to switch providers or maybe buy direct and PAYG
