    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve got a complaint ongoing with your customer relations team, they’ve said they tried to call twice but I haven’t had any missed calls - also submitted to the portal that email is easier. Says they need more info but haven’t told me what

    @VodafoneUK Are you blocking Webex? I cannot connect anymore using my #Vodafone broadband (even the audio though Citrix is not working) while it works with my phone (another provider). Are you aware that half of the country is working remotly? Could you fix this ASAP?

    Got to be honest. @VodafoneUK live chat is possibly the worst online customer service I have ever experienced. Over two hours, chat reset twice, passed from dept to dept with nobody addressing my issue. I get the whole Covid issue with support but this is terrible.

    @VodafoneUK I’m sure @MartinSLewis and the rest of your customers would like to hear about how you register defaults against people when they conclude their contract even though it’s paid in full. Your customer service team are woeful. You should be ashamed.
