    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK @WalkerMarcus @GBNEWS Ah well, will keep the 2 phone accounts (mine for work and the cheapo no frills emergency one for d-in-law)... for now and watch what you do. Moving the car insurance is enough of a nuisance without also switching phones.

    @VodafoneUK Would be nice if you could actually sort signal out in the q.e hospital. There are patients in there who rely on your service and cant even get signal

    @VodafoneUK Hey, how come we can’t get wifi on @TfL Victoria Line/Piccadilly line any more? Been down for a few weeks now. Vodafone doesn’t come up as an option at stations.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. There are network issues in my area (L4) that have persisted for several days and the app states that major repairs are needed. Are there any estimates for how long this may take and am I entitled to bill compensation? (it's okay if the answer is no)
