It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

And they want me to reset all network connections losing all Bluetooth/wifi passwords. And it’s will only take 3-5mins of my time. It’s a mast issue not device issue.
