@VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@VodafoneUK what is going on I'm paying £40 pm for mobile wifi. Over summer I was getting 20mbps download speed. Today's result 0.46. This is pathetic thank got its rolling payment. Don't touch these guys it's all talk. And NO WHERE TO GET HELP.

Keep hearing covid ads on @madebygoogle devices in news telling me to help keep @bracknellforest safe. Which is great, but not terribly relevant in Brighton. Not sure your targeting of ads is working. Maybe you're getting my location based on where my ISP @VodafoneUK is based

Dont go with @VodafoneUK I moved to @BT but @VodafoneUK have continued to change me despite canceling in august. I was informed my service wasn’t cancelled after calling to query a £115.12 bill I received. They have still not ended my contract as requested.

Absolutely livid with @VodafoneUK. I upgraded my contract on the 10th of December and I yet to receive my new handset... Each time I'm on chat, it's excuse after excuse. Getting sick of this. I've experienced such poor service like this before. Do better @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK I can honestly say your customer services are the worst I have ever experienced! All I need to do is transfer my phone number to a new SIM card yet I have spent over 8 hrs in queues, on useless chats& calls& issue still not resolved!
