@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@l_oc81 @VodafoneUK Are you quite close to the ROI border by any chance? Sounds like it's flicking between NI/ROI networks depending which is stronger. Should be able to fix to one network in Network settings to stop that happening.

@VodafoneUK No point I’ve spoken to your tech support in Egypt and customer services and no-one could/would help. Openreach called to look at it and even said you shouldn’t have been sold the faster package as your line can’t sustain that. So was lied to to by @VodafoneUK

2/3 whenever I called @VodafoneUK or login, the system linked to my @VOXI_UK ac/ and said there's error. I was talking to VDF online CS, then directed me to VOXI CS, now I'm re-directed to VDF AGAIN. Voxi CS told I can't have both VDF and VOXI. Does it mean I have to cancel one??

@VodafoneUK When I took out my contract I asked you to remove securenet. Over 6 months later I keep being billed for this, which I never wanted. Please remove this from my account and credit. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
