@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Waited in all morning for a @VodafoneUK broadband engineer (expected between 8am and 1pm) and they didn't show up. Great way to treat a new customer 🙃

so @VodafoneUK - you think it's ok, when setting up an emergency phone for my old dad, to change my one time £10 top up into a recurring £10 monthly charge for useless data because you know better than me what I want? How many thousands of elderly people are you ripping off?!

@VodafoneUK This is not acceptable. I’ve just agreed to renew my contract with you in December and now you’re changing my AGREED amount within 4 months. If you’re not prepared to honour the contract price, then I will not honour the contract any will cancel my service.

@virginmedia down again. Shocking service for so much money. Boring now... might be time to look for another provider. @skytv any deals? @VodafoneUK what's the run speeds of your Wi-Fi?

@VodafoneUK - so you advertise discounts for existing mobile customers to take out Home Broadband with you, but then charge us MORE than brand new customers. What happened to treating customers fairly? If you are an existing Vodafone customer don't bother! @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@VodafoneUK This all hinges on an incorrect assumption by VF developers that everywhere has signal enough for a text message.

It's good to know that when @virginmedia's internet goes down, you can rely on @VodafoneUK's 5G to also not work, so I can do absolutely no work whatsoever OR ANYTHING ELSE BECAUSE EVERYTHING'S ONLINE NOWADAYS
