@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

I swear.......trying to upgrade ya phone contract when they're having technical issues is a bloody nightmare!!!x over 2hrs, I was on the phone!!!x Can't fault the staff at @VodafoneUK though x so helpful, kind and patient with my slight lack of hearing xxx

@VodafoneUK So hypothetically speaking you wouldn't have an issue if I was to download 700 to 1000GB and upload around 500GB a month across your network and if I did would I be throttled? My current provider has no issue at all with it.

Nice one @VodafoneUK for smashing my credit score 116 points just to upgrade my phone! If it was a new account it would still be bad. Absolute shambles way of doing business. Unsecured loans and hard searches for someone who's been with you years. Sort this out. #unhappy

@ThreeUK what is wrong with your signal in londons west end, never had a problem prior to xmas now no signal in most of westend causing me to lose 💰💰 trying to take mobile payments, luckily have @VodafoneUK as secondary option no problem with their signal

@VodafoneUK took out a new broadband contract, my previous internet was disconnected yesterday morning and I haven’t been reconnected, email received to advise I will be contacted when it is resolved - not good enough as I was never informed I would be disconnected at all!

@Ofcom hoping someone can help as Ive spent 20 hours over phone to @VodafoneUK Customer Services and all they have succeeded in doing is wasting my time. Vodafone is unable to resolve the 4g network issue, neither ready to upgrade, nor ready to cancel contract.

Disgusted and ashamed with The Service. Loads of payments I’ve made towards my phone bill and no records of them, now they say I haven’t paid! Sort it because many people I know have left for same reasons. After 7 years I’m now looking else where for a contract @VodafoneUK 😤
