@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK I can’t connect to WiFi. I’ve reset my hub and the internet light comes on but not the Wi-Fi light? Signal looks to be coming in to the hub but not going out?

@VodafoneUK How long is this outage going to persist for in B601PL? Coming up to a week now & a few texts telling us basically nothing is not acceptable. What is the actual problem & what kind of refund can we expect whilst service is unusable?

@vicsnazel @VodafoneUK Mine went from 30mbps to never more than 2mbps (for a year now) since 'upgrading'. It's because the throttle and limit speeds. Use a vpn.

@VodafoneUK my phone cant connect to our broadband. All my data was used up overnight/today because I can't connect. Its so frustrating. It isn't my phone as I went to a friends house and connected to her internet instantly. Can you help? And if at fault,reimburse for the day.
