@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@Tesco Not getting any help when phoning Tesco so will message here Can @Tesco please explain. Why, after buying a £10 pay as you go @VodafoneUK voucher at Tesco. It has zero credit? Vodafone telling me many have complained & that I have to go back to the supermarket. What BS is this?

So @VodafoneUK this morning tell me my broadband is working and they fixed it in less than two days so no compensation. It’s been over two weeks and guess what IT’S STILL NOT WORKING!! Time to get the Ombudsman involved and a deadlock letter. #vodafone

@VodafoneUK 9 hours and 42 minutes on the phone to resolve a broadband issue. Still not fixed. 2 more hours today and past from pillar to post. Consistently on hold or cut off. Then saying £45 to cancel after this horrendous service. CISAS the only option I think.. exhausted 😔
