@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Hi @VodafoneUK, you've given me another problem - when you cancelled my contract with no reason, you sent out a mobile internet hub and said you'd give me £35 credit. Today I've received a bill for it and there's no credit on my account. Why lie?

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK EE shocking. Customer service awful. Didn’t even wanna keep my service despite having 3 accounts. With Vodafone who are just as bad. My son with giff gaff and he’s had no probs. Check who owns all these offshoots first cos sum are just a front for the big ones!

@VodafoneUK I joined pay as you go yesterday and even though it's 24hrs later the 5x data offer still hasn't been applied (I have texted FIVETIMESDATA to 49500 as per the instructions several times), and you never have chat agents available, can you help please?
