@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK BB guarantee is a total #scam. 3 boosters and 20 phone calls and many fixes later. We still have 3 dead rooms and multiple devices unable to run. Vodafone refuse to admit there is an issue. I’ve now had to pay a huge cancellation fee to get BB elsewhere! #vodafail

@TrivettFraser @VodafoneUK You do have the option. Ignore the imbecile from Vodafone. They literally know nothing. It will depend on your router. I'm split on 2.4 and 5ghz. At 2 properties one on pro, one not. If you router does not support it, call them and demand a new one.

Another hour on the phone with two absolutely polar opposite responses - talk about the right hand not knowing what the left is doing @VodafoneUK - one says he will help me - transfers me & the next one says he can’t!!!I can’t wait for this contract to end
