@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@VodafoneUK I don't get an error, it's the countdown timer screen I'm on when trying to connect, the phone just won't connect t to the router and the timer continues to count down

So it's goodbye to @VodafoneUK after 11 years now you've introduced charging for roaming again even on the top plans... a massive step back in global connectivity. No doubt you'll lose a lot of customers to EE even though they've done the same, it's just a better network.

@VodafoneUK I was onto an agent. My issues have not been solved. I've been lied to, and sent incorrect information. If they had have assisted me, why would I still be on the phone days later with the same issue? Still not able to get to complaints dept. I guess Nick Read is happy with this?

@VodafoneUK 4G running at less than 1meg as per usual. 2 contracts getting cancelled at the weekend. Nearly 5 months of useless service with very little help and zero compensation.

@OpenreachHelp Contacted @VodafoneUK again today and all they said was they needed more time to investigate again. Been 3 weeks now. Surely they are in breach of contract and I can cancel my gigafast Internet?
