Alex D.0.R.M.4.N (@alkendor77) reported from Carlisle, England@VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.
