    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK @WHSmith I honestly beg people not to use Vodafone, awful experience. Make it impossible to get out of a contract so they can keep charging you more and more

    @VodafoneUK Was curious as to whether outgoing provider might cease service on the account prior to the port date or whether it's old provider service stops - new provider service goes active with existing number applied - SIM swap to complete? Last time I ported, it was 7 days for a PAC...!

I’ve tried purchasing the package starting at Broadband Choices’ site too but still get the same message when trying to complete at the end with Vodafone so looks like the issue is with Vodafone site. @VodafoneUK is anyone from web team able to investigate?

    @VodafoneUK. Been a Vodafone customer for 7+years. Today I tried to upgrade my phone online and there was a problem with my credit check?? Shocking customer service on the phone who couldn't tell me what was wrong. I'm already a customer who pays every month!
