Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK , both your website and app are ****. I am a long-standing customer and I’m close to my upgrade date. I can’t view my options because either I can’t find them or the app constantly crashes. I’m now looking elsewhere. Disappointed!

@VodafoneUK will sell you products / upgrades from their shops but in order to cancel anything you have to phone up. Been on hold for almost 45 minutes now. My contract ended a year ago. Rip off merchants.

Took a day off work yesterday to take delivery of a new phone from @VodafoneUK waited all day NOTHING then I request an explanation only to be fobbed off with a lame warehouse delays excuse etc...Appalling customer service they must think we are stupid...!!!

@VodafoneUK I don't know any other company that would make it so hard to cancel a payment. Disgusting policy. On my day off on Friday I stood in line for 30 mins to get in the shop to cancel this only to be told I had to call 191. Now on hold for 45 mins.
