@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Clearly some issue at @VodafoneUK today. Been cut off once, unable to order online and currently on hold for jusy shy of 45 mins. All I want is to buy a SIM card. Awful customer service #poorcustomerservice #sendhelp

Truly shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK As a new customer, broadband should have even activated yesterday. Now told it’s going to be 25 Aug! Oh that’s ok, it’s s not like we’re WFH or anything! Absolute joke service and £4/day “compensation” is laughable! #avoidvodafone

@markjwt @VodafoneUK Why should I have to pay for you to go roaming abroad. It was never free, the cost was picked up by all of us wether we went abroad or not. Want to use your phone abroad they pay for it and don’t expect those who don’t to pick up the tab.
