  @VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

  Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

  @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK They did the same to me 10 years ago so I left them for EE. They told me to cancel my direct debit while in dispute then they go and add a bad mark on my credit rating. Took years to resolve, had to go to the ombudsman.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with them with my broadband, they cancelled it because they couldn’t achieve there stated speed and then the account stayed on my credit report for years afterwards, despite me contacting them to remove it

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Vodafone is ran by a absolute **** show, call centres abroad , mainly egypt i think, who lie and pass through people to the sales team and it ends up in a constant loop of sales people being lied too getting pissed off and more than likely sending u back to egypt

  I'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK You're out of luck. Vodafone customer service is as bad as it gets. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.
