    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK ******, *******, something addictive that we’ll never be able to rid ourselves of (seen as we’re in this for a long time, why is it cheaper for me to get a new sim only than renew an existing? You’ve got 48 hours before I cancel & move to @EE as it’s less than half the price!)

    @VodafoneUK There is literally no point as no one at rhe company knows what they are doing or have basix knowledge of customer service or telecoms and we will just waste time while being no further on! We will sadly have to take it further.

    Also we can't get connected with our new provider because @VodafoneUK can't be bothered to tell openreach we've cancelled our account, wish we never did business with them.

    @VodafoneUK Active for around two months. Connection drops off frequently. Teams and zoom calls regularly freeze. Terrible service compared to previous BT infinity over copper.

    @VodafoneUK Internet keeps dropping in and out, done the usual disconnect and reconnect and also reset the router. Not had an issue for a while so don’t know what’s changed?

    I'm a year into my (unfortunately) two year contract with @VodafoneUK broadband. I'm very, very, VERY sure that when this contract is up for renewal... #vodafone will not get a chance. Even if it's half the price. Truly useless, pitiful, dog **** awful service. AVOID.
