    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @VodafoneUK Honestly your services aren’t really inclusive. How do you expect that everyone will be able to use the My Vodafone App? It’s disgusting that you are not given any other option and that the calls are cut off. Bad Customer Services!

    @GemCWL My 3310 isn't able to handle a call unless plugged into the mains (and even then, struggles a bit). @VodafoneUK used to send me new phones regularly "just 20 quid!" I don't want a "smart phone". I need a Nokia that will take my sim card. Can you help, Vodafone?

    @VodafoneUK Hi! I upgraded on 14Nov with 1-2 wk lead time on phone. Still nothing & still showing 1-2 wk for new orders on site. My plan has changed (more expensive) & I don’t have my phone or idea where it is, can you help me? I’m not bothered about colour, just want a phone.

    @VodafoneUK Sometimes they just need to speak to someone but your service has made it impossible! This is not just on Corona. This has been a continuous issue. You need to do better on accessibility!
