    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK Some websites can't be accessed through your service but can through a VPN. Checked the safety contents and it is off. Changed the DNS on the router - no change. These were not blocked till a couple of days ago.

    Discovered why @VodafoneUK offer the cheapest 500mbps fiber - their customer service is non existent First they **** up my delivery address, then I spent 2 and a half hours of my working day on hold trying to get them to rectify it Order cancelled

    @VodafoneUK due to have my broadband connected today. Engineer due to be at my house between 8am-1pm. Booked a day off work especially No one has turned up. online chat says no agent available and no one answers the phone. is this acceptable? Is this how you treat new customers?

    @VodafoneUK I’m 66 in que. I’m in Amsterdam and I’m not able to make calls which doesn’t make sense as I have a pay monthly and I should be able to call local numbers cqn some help !!

    @VodafoneUK Utterly useless customers service after such a good start. Easier to cancel the upgrade as the S22 ultra is just a headache that clearly isn't fit for purpose in its current state!
