    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK With all respects Ive been in DM’s with 4 different people now for over 4 hours and have just been asked by the latest person/bot what devices have the problem, amazing after 4 hours that no one knows and I still have no answers, this service is truly awful

    @VodafoneUK Really Asma? Because I finally ran out of data and got a message saying it's £4 for 1Gb, £20 for 5Gb. Not that it matters, because I'm told I 'dont have the right plan' to buy extra data. Does anyone at @VodafoneUK @vodagonegroup know what they're doing? What a **** show.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup extremely upset customer who has been with you for over 20years. Not received sons phone that was ordered at the beginning of Dec for Xmas. Lost in transit, have escalated this and still not getting anywhere now the 4th January and Son has no present!

    @VodafoneUK The chat bot has failed more than 20 times to ‘route me to the right team’ it takes 25-40 minutes to do so and when I get cut off ( inevitable as signal so bad) the quick reroute takes the same 25-40minutes

    @VodafoneUK Been with Vodafone for over 20+ yrs. Never had any problem nor service issue. Every provider will have complaints because everyone will find problems. Most issues derived from customers not knowing what they're doing and feeling entitled. Read your contract, sign if happy ?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve got literally zero service and it says it’s due to be completed by 2000 today. A whole day of no service without warning isn’t really acceptable

    @VodafoneUK The response is utterly contradictory nonsense … cut and paste phrases that do not answer my issues …is this really the best Vodafone can offer a top of contract price and phone range, multi contract customer who has been out of service for a week - how do I cancel ?
