@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK Customer service advisors are unable to put me through to unlocking dept. Also unable to explain why 2 previous colleagues have been through exactly the same process and failed. Unable to say why it will work this time. Unable to provide anything other than wait another 10 days.

@VodafoneUK Just terminated my account due to a breach of contract by Vodafone in not delivering a usable service for where I live and work. They’re now trying to charge me an early termination fee of £500+. I think we’ll see you in court.
