@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK Hi Rich, it looks like it’s a wider issue judging by the comments in this thread and the waiting time for customer support. I’ve already lost half a day to it and missed a meeting. Any idea when you might get us back online and what Vodafone might do to compensate?

@VodafoneUK issues in Suffolk (Bury St Edmunds) with the broadband. Can't connect. Wasn't that long ago we had a drop out that lasted 3 days! Hope this isn't the start of that again.

@RobinITFC @VodafoneUK Same! We’re in Bury. I spoke to them this morning and they appeared to confirm an issue. If anyone does manage to get through, ask them them for unlimited data so you can atleast connect to the hotspot, that seems to be a viable substitute for now. Hoping it’s resolved ASAP!
