@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK I am disappointed in the 4g service this past 2 weeks as the area I live in has no fibre available so we solely rely on your 4g network and as a customer I am disgusted in the network you should be ashamed. Customer service is even worse cannot wait to leave.

Hey @oppo the @Android 12 update disabled my @VodafoneUK #5G... Even though it showed enabled in network selection it only went as far as #LTE-A. Had a fiddle with the other network modes, restart, 5G mode, restart & seems to be working now!

@VodafoneUK hi I used to get 5G full signal at BH15 1HZ for months now I get 3 bars on 4G have you turned off 5G here turn it back on

@VodafoneUK so.... i telephone to speak to an agent re my fathers death, and get told to go online chat. I go online chat and they tell me they cannot help as i am not my father and cannot pass security. Any idea on how we resolve this guys because its really not a great service?
