@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

The @VodafoneUK trade in tool is crazy. Offered me over £700 for my S22 Ultra just 5 weeks ago (I was abroad with work so I couldn't trade it at the time) checked again yesterday now I'm back in the UK, it's down to £76 in the same condition....wow 🙃👌

@VodafoneUK I recently had your 'Unbreakable Broadband' installed, but the installers have accidentally taken the SIM card for the 4G Broadband Backup with them. I can't find anyone to send me a replacement SIM card. Please help!!

@VodafoneUK Why oh why with todays modern technology is it so difficult to top up a Vodafone PAYG Mobile Broadband SIM? Even their customer services can’t help other than saying “you need to add money to your account and then phone us to convert it to a data pack”

I complained to @VodafoneUK about their awful network and their atrocious, disgusting customer service and as compensation they offered me a free coffee!!! I have never been so angry and stressed out with a company and they are aware that I feel this way!!! Appalled!!!
