    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    You know what’s brilliant? When @VodafoneUK win a #UKgovernment contract with @CityFibre to install 910mb internet. And then 48 hours AFTER I was supposed to have it installed IT ISN’T. My business is now being affected by this poor customer service

    .@VodafoneUK wait times on your phone support are horrendous. Last hold was over 60 minutes... and I average around 45 minutes. It's just absolutely brutal. You need to really need to start caring enough to sort it out.

    @VodafoneUK Ive changed my preferences already thats not the point. The point is when I asked not to be called, the person calling kept talking over me about broadband to the point I had to hang up. I then got called about the same thing only 1 hour later, same thing again.

    @VodafoneUK A warning to all Vodafone customers check your bills as my wife and I have been paying phone insurance for the last 27 months @ £9 each a month.We we’re miss sold it but they are saying we knew.The guy I spoke to Greg was very rude,34 years I’ve been with them.
