@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

So, husband joins @VodafoneUK on my recommendation. As a new customer gets a top of range phone for £21 a month. I ring up to see if I can get same phone (been a customer since I was about 16) - told absolute minimum I can have it is £40/month. So much for being a loyal customer!

@PepperPhill @VodafoneUK @vodafone Yes same here - even the DM moderator can’t help and suggested I ring Vodafone again. Back into ibis I go ! Seriously it just makes the decision to finally jump ship a bit easier when weighing up a new contract.

. @VodafoneUK you have price deals on your website that you’re not able to honour. I’ve just wasted the last 90 mins trying to renew my contract with you. It’s a shame that loyalty counts for noting these days. 20+ years as a customer and I’ll be taking my money elsewhere
