@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

I do rarely do this but I am absolutely appalled with @VodafoneUK and their lack of compassion in charging almost £300 to cancel a contract for an elderly person with dementia. Just appalling.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup are cancelling SureSignal in rural areas not covered by Wi-Fi calling. Please DM me an email address to contact to discuss this. Astronomical cancellations fees for a service you are no longer prepared to supply shouldn't be applicable. @AJRichardsonMP

@VodafoneUK No I haven't. Unfortunately I don't think my contract is up until May next year, I just think it's disgusting how I'm charged so much and then be told I should have checked the number/implemented a spend manager - in over 8 years with you I've never called a premium rate number

@VodafoneUK Why do we have to DM? This is a serious matter, bank card details leaking from your app, or internal network and being used for fraudulent activities. That's bad enough, but is suspect it's the second time as the previous card was changed by my other bank for suspicious activity
