@VodafoneUK - 81 year old mother left with no phone or internet after we swapped her to Vodafone. Fobbed off twice now that it would be sorted and it hasn't. Absolutely useless service.

@VodafoneUK Mobile data/phone service has been unreliable or (mostly) nonexistent in Bath for the past 2 weeks. What's the situation?

@VodafoneUK I am not asking you to stop them yourselves. I am simply asking which entity or organisation is responsible for the routing of international telephone calls at their point of entry into the UK network.

Shame on you @VodafoneUK selling a prohibitive £200 a month early upgrade to a vulnerable person who’d simply broken their phone. I’ll be ending my contract with you ASAP.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Don’t do it. It’s like that everywhere in the world. The worst is when you’re on the line for 45 minutes on hold and then you get disconnected and have to start all over again. Or they transfer you to the “right person” and they drop your call.

@VodafoneUK It’s a 4g (100gig per month data plan) - which we use as our broadband (live on a boat so no such thing as a land line). But it’s exactly the same speed on my phone (also Vodafone) so don’t have option of using that as a hotspot. DM if you want more info. Appreciate your help.

@VodafoneUK And this is per the Status Checker, too. But it's very frustrating to simply see that problems exist, with no other info or expected date it will be working again.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Does the message you get, by any chance, mention "because of a high volume of calls" instead of saying " your waiting because we furloughed a load of staff and we dont give a **** about service, we can make more money that way and it's too much of a faff to change your supplier"
