    @VodafoneUK - 81 year old mother left with no phone or internet after we swapped her to Vodafone. Fobbed off twice now that it would be sorted and it hasn't. Absolutely useless service.

    Not impressed by @VodafoneUK network at Heathrow Took >5 mins from landing to connecting… & even then it just started with 3G Wasn’t too quick when roaming into Norway either, earlier this week But on the plus side, I’ve started to get “no new voicemails” notifications. Wtf?

    @glynster61 @VodafoneUK It's not on Vodafone UK. The whole network is so Pathatic that in the age of 5G we get Edge network even after 2 years of complaints and I don't why tne hell have not switched over to other network. I think it because I am lazy like these dumbasses

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Dean. My mother has a form of dementia that messes with her visual processing- can’t use a phone, tablet, computer any more; can’t see the keys or icons even where the device actually is. So that isn’t going to help us.

    @VodafoneUK can’t upgrade due to your VEO discount being online only. Been told to keep trying but I keep getting the error message. No one can help because it’s purely online and no one has access to it. So it’s a self governed site? Have you developed AI?! Needs sorting!

    @VodafoneUK Spent 2hours over the last 24hours trying to sort this issue out. Been told it was a firmware issue now the are trying to send out a new router.

    @VodafoneUK My phone hasn't worked for 2 weeks! Spent an hour in Wokingham Vodafone last weekend & they couldn't fix it, finally got into Reading Vodafone yesterday who fixed it but wouldn't give me any compensation at all! Very poor when I pay over £50 a month on my contract!

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Happy to continue to use Vodafone but upgrade is much cheaper with Carfone Warehouse. If you cancel the existing sim arrangement you retain this customer for 2 years. If not You will definitely lose me in 7 months. Isn’t it best to retain an existing customer.
