    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK terrible service offered when trying to get Fibre installed. Do you actually want new customers on this “high speed” internet. Happy to stay with @virginmedia !

    @VodafoneUK is there an issue with your email service? I’ve forgotten password and clicked forgot password link. But have not received any emails from Vodafone to reset it. Also did online chat to try and reset they just said they’d send email…

    @VodafoneUK Yes that is where I got the I don't care attitude from. I'm coming up for a contract renewal and just want to look at way to reduce costs. Having said that one of your agents sorted out a problem where I was charged for something I had cancelled he did it quickly and efficiently

    @VodafoneUK It's been 36 hours so far and you've failed to even send me an email with a new esim let alone move the network to my new phone. Whilst you don't allow esim cloud transfer the 'ease' of esim is a myth.

    @VodafoneUK Understood, still fail to see why for the same phone you want to charge £25 a month extra and for an additional year. The £60+ you quoted was also for less GB's of data and it included max tariff discount of £7ppm according to your agent.
