@VodafoneUK 5G certainly not reliable on networks,these overseas owned companies besides paying zero taxes to what they should,hardly invested in 5G,very very slow rolling it out.I tested 5G Samsung A95 5G,loading a film took, 30 secs,4G full signal exactly the same,three networks.

@cooncilgear @miaxmon @VodafoneUK Generally doesnt work unless procedure has also been followed to the end of what can be done. The ombudsman give telecommunications 8 weeks to respond to a complaint and the companies know that. Stating you wish to make a complaint to the company is probably most effective.

@NicholasHayman @VodafoneUK When your current contract ends you'll remain on the same monthly cost you pay now until you upgrade, renew or cancel, but it will be a rolling monthly contract. You can give 30 days notice to leave, so long as the 30 days doesn't finish before your current contract ends.
