    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    @VodafoneUK sky sports mobile app stopped working any ideas...."check network coverage" on 4G so no issues with connectivity

    @sxa555 @VodafoneUK Only 1yr fortunately. I typically use so much data and Vodafone have been very good in most places. But awful in parts of hove to the extent where much walking causes issues. May have to get a secondary non Vodafone sim for local data

    @VodafoneUK Been without service for days, new Sim that eventually got doesn’t work. Your phone and chat bots are worse than useless. I’d just like to speak to someone who could help. 😡
