@VodafoneUK ordered a phone, paid for express delivery before 10:30am only to check dpd this morning to say it’s returning to sender! Had to phone up support and said they have to do a fraud check on my account! Not happy at all, uploaded drivers licence, will be cancelling order

@VodafoneUK I have had zero phone signal for 2 days due to an issue in my area. Second time in 3 months this has happened. Spoke to advisers on app for hours yesterday, no help. Please help as I have no way to make or receive phone calls - not happy at all with Vodafone service!
