    @VodafoneUK just started a new contract today and you’ve swapped my number over but haven’t sent me the code for esim c.S have been useless and dm message has taken all day and no use I’ve got no service since this morning new contract ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK ordered and upgrade yesterday. Today my existing SIM card has been cancelled but new one not received.. therefore no way of using phone for calls. Family member currently in hospital - no way to make or receive calls from this phone. @ofcom can you help? Not happy

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I feel your pain! have a business account and its been the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have waited hours, repeatedly explained my issue and still got no where! Been charged for a phone i cancelled a year ago & still waiting for a call back-over 3 days late!
