What kind of company does a hard search for a £19 a month broadband contract. It’s ridiculous. I’ll just email and tell them to cancel my order.

    @VodafoneUK Read my first tweer before reading that. then I contacted them throguh chat they told me to call their broadband team, so I did. I spoke them more than an hour, they said problem is missing info or missmatch address and he said he fixed that it won't happen.

    @VodafoneUK We have to cancel our Vodafone contract due to it not being in the area we are moving to. Vodafone are cancelling but we need one months notice. We wasn't told that.
