    Really appreciated the email from @VodafoneUK today saying my bill is going up. It’s not like there’s any more pressing issues at the moment. If only it was as easy to leave as they up their prices.

    @VodafoneUK My 4G data has been bouncing between ~25Mbps and broken for the past 10 days. Used Tobi to get in contact with help desk, got APN reset but still getting intermittent error, outages are getting more frequent. What can I do? Who can I speak to?

    @VodafoneUK I did follow the link. Which give the "Cancel on NOWTV" link, which takes me to the account page on NOW which gives a link to "manage the account on Vodafone" (which just goes to your homepage). I'm not having much success with this at all.

    @VodafoneUK I have unlimited data on a 5G plan and an iPhone 12. That link doesn't work. But I never see it say 5G no matter where I am in London

    @VodafoneUK I appreciate your assistance Ben, but I've messaged you guys a few times, and tried 'fixes' on my S21 Ultra, which was suggested might be to blame 🤔 I pay for 5G, in a 5G area, and when that doesn't work I don't expect to be faced with 1mbps 4G (clearly limited, was 30 before)

    @VodafoneUK I thought it was normal (but odd) that my iPhone 12 never showed a 5G symbol even though I'm on a 5G plan because I have decent speeds..until I was with a friend with the same phone also on Vodafone. His phone said 5G and he had much faster speeds. Could you help pls?

    @VodafoneUK Are there problems with your mobile broadband service? I am trying to find out why I cannot connect to the network, and the phone service doesn’t even recognise the mobile number I’m using - despite letting me top up with £25 only two days ago!

    @VodafoneUK Was about to tweet U! Yeah was sunny! Are your networks broken this morning in my village? I'm trying to work but VoLTE is not allowing me to make calls. No I haven't switched to 3G/2G as signal is too poor. CF644QS I'm at.
