    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling service today. Trying to upgrade had a bit of a delay with processing issue. Was advised I would be able to take up an offer even with the delay. Now I go to upgrade to be told you can't offer what I was told.

    @VodafoneUK Your customer service is beyond appalling. Your staff have lied to my partner and processed an order we didn’t want. We have tried to cancel and had zero help. I will be taking this forward as you are a joke
