@frankspicer @VodafoneUK Medically vulnerable customer shielding without a properly functioning landline for 10 days. Vodafone keep promising to fix it next day. Customer service is just a firewall for a under resourced service. Kind words no actions.

I swear @VodafoneUK either give amazing customer support or terrible customer support and its always a risk of which you're going to get. I'm constantly being told to access tobi and then I can't get the help I need from there. Jeez.

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards
