@VodafoneUK after 45 minutes on hold to the Wi-Fi xperts team, I have given up. Please put some form of reporting in place on social media so your customers can see where they stand. It’s a bank holiday and it is being reported that thousands are without a service they pay for.

@VodafoneUK complete silence and asking customers to self-diagnose when there is clearly a nationwide problem just isn’t on. Have had more problems in 4 months with outages on Vodafone fibre broadband than we had in 4 years with an EE mobile sim. #Vodafonedown
