Just got CityFibre FTTP installed with @VodafoneUK in Edinburgh but my traffic is routed through Manchester, causing 26ms ping instead of 9ms like others nearby. On full fibre. Why am I paying for FTTP with worse routing than Virgin Coax? Fix it or I cancel. @CityFibre

@virginmedia I’ve discussed it. The best you can offer me is £47 a month. I currently pay £32. A new customer would pay £36. I’ve given 30 days notice to cancel now as I’ll go with @VodafoneUK who can offer full fibre for £36 a month.

@NinjaWorrier @VodafoneUK Stuck in no man’s land now. Vodafone say it’s Virgin that have to do the uncancelling, Virgin ask for security info which of course doesn’t match up because we haven’t been able to get through their broken registration process.
