    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I'm sure the Prime Minister has a friend who can attend to your problem. It probably won't be a telecoms expert, it's unlikely to be competent and it will be expensive. But that's ok isn't it? Why not give him a call?

Not helped by people whinging in public though, hoping for special treatment. There is a thing called “chat” which gets immediate response. On the internet. IN-TER-NET 🙄

I ordered a new phone on Friday and it arrived within 24 hours, Vodafone get 5 stars from me. Maybe you should be a better person?
