@VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 20 years but if you live in Peterborough city centre don’t go with them. The signal has been non existent for over 6 months and the customer service is appalling, even at directorate level!

Hi @VodafoneUK - when I cancel my home broadband and you don't ask me to return my router for recycling, reuse or whatever - how can you claim any sort of environmental credentials? Name one broadband provider that doesn't provide it's customers with a new router on signing up

Shameless @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup India even after 20+calls, 10+emails, no refund still after 20 days after sim order. Harassment to core! Go to hell !!! You are a thief and useless company without any ideals. Your customer care reps are a big pain without any answers
