@VodafoneUK OMG they have disconnected my tenants broadband nad I pay the bill. What a total useless company they are. Ive had a year is issues and I closed one acocunt and they have closed the wrong one, AND I specificalyl said be careful not to close the wrong one!

@VodafoneUK Both. It's not interference or bad WiFi range etc. Every 7-10 days (maximum) your connection drops and it takes ~20 minutes to come back up.

Rang around 6/7times having no internet for a month now @VodafoneUK 5 times someone is meant to then ‘come out to me’..no one turns up! I will NEVER recommend you , about as terrible as your customer service!

@VodafoneUK why is your service so awful!! Been messed about since 1st Dec with broken promises and the latest is my fibre connection was installed yesterday but no router was delivered! You activated my connection and I can't connect to old broadband now can't work from home!

@MissHanHanSays @VodafoneUK Having to deal with the same issue for over a month now! Reached out via live chat and calls and still no resolution whilst being told it will be sorted. When working from home is so vital, the poor service is extremely distributive to my work flow!
