    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    @VodafoneUK Internet down for almost 48hrs in our area,all neighbours affected (BT,Sky & Vodafone etc customers) This is the 3rd time in a month the village (PE7)has lost internet connection for an extended period. No info anywhere. Very unhappy!

    @VodafoneUK Hi am on the vodafone r219 mobile wifi hotspot my Nat type is strict on my xbox one went through stuff with people on Vodafone online chat, was told to speak to Xbox still no luck has anyone solved this issue cause if i can’t i may have to go elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK I'm really busy too. I have paid you £££ every month for years for customer service, and when I need it I get an automated message telling me how busy you are (I don't care, get more staff) and a chatbot that cuts me off. Can someone call me please?

    I felt very embarrassed yesterday. Sitting at Silverstone with my buddy... He was able to video chat with his family on the @EE network while the @VodafoneUK was completely down. Completely ruined my day. #Vodafone #EE.. @EE any deals on at the moment?
