@AllisonPearson @VodafoneUK Seriously though just go on the website and request PAC code to transfer your number if you wish to keep it. If you are on a contract and finish early they will charge you. If there have been issues with your service this may be a lesser charge.

@VodafoneUK when is the mast in Royal Wootton Bassett going to be working?? Been down since at least 02/12 and no additional info on your website. Is this also the mast that runs the 2g secure network that smart metres run on??

@VodafoneUK awful service in getting my full fibre connection. I raised request on 15th November and was supposed to be completed on 15th December. The installation only started on 15th December and problems were encountered. Now we are told it might be sorted on 28th December.
