    @VodafoneUK waited in all day yesterday(lost a days holiday)for the engineer to arrive to fix my broadband, was assured on 2 separate support chats during the day on the #vodafone website he was coming, needless to say no one showed up #Vodafone #shitservice

    @jlandells @VodafoneUK Warning to anybody thinking of switching or signing up with Vodafone. Even after complaining again, you have cut off my phone service. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH Vodafone Broadband or phone. They cannot deal with any issues that arise.

    @VodafoneUK I've written an extensive email including attachments,and this complaints form isn't sufficient. I'm now out of contract and on a high payment plan and want an email address so I can chase my complaint.

    Hey @VodafoneUK, any idea when phone reception might be back up in ME13? Think there's an issue with local mast but nothing showing on network checker so unable to get an idea of exactly what's up. Been down for 5 days now.
