@VodafoneUK waited in all day yesterday(lost a days holiday)for the engineer to arrive to fix my broadband, was assured on 2 separate support chats during the day on the #vodafone website he was coming, needless to say no one showed up #Vodafone #shitservice

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had @VodafoneUK my broadband was NEVER active, the engineer NEVER came, YET I got charged, and the return box has not been delivered after a whole week of me cancelling. What an absolute nightmare.

@VodafoneUK My wife. She sometimes uses my Twitter to see the nice things people say about the NHS after I’ve mentioned it to her. Unfortunately there seems to be a lot more negativity now so she doesn’t look as much. Surprising how a few kind words from strangers can help. #KeepConnecting

@ThreeUK can anyone tell me why @VodafoneUK has better deals? Comparing the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, I'm a 3 customer have been for 10 years or so... Best they can offer me is £64 and if I sell my handset I get £180 whereas @VodafoneUK have the same phone but for £52... #goodone

@VodafoneUK The person who deserves some #VodafoneTreats the most is my wife. She's been on furlough, looking after my daughter (during the terrible 2s!), while dealing with selling our house and packing/clearing the whole house. I've been working throughout and feel awful for not helping!

@VodafoneUK I have been trying the last couple of days to find a solution. Right now it’s clear: 60pounds a month, no international cover as it should be when we signed 5years ago, 650pounds to cancel. Is that normal?
