@VodafoneUK waited in all day yesterday(lost a days holiday)for the engineer to arrive to fix my broadband, was assured on 2 separate support chats during the day on the #vodafone website he was coming, needless to say no one showed up #Vodafone #shitservice

Dear @VodafoneUK our internet has been cut off since Tuesday because a system glitch caused our connection to be cancelled. Partner has been on the phone for hours and apparently there’s nothing you can do?! Surely this can’t be the case? Truly awful customer service

@VodafoneUK Nope, just my phone. Been doing it for well over a year. And every now and then have issues. But this time not getting slow connection I lose connection for a second but that crashes everything. Now I work from home contact center I speak live to people.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I have spoken to 2 different agents on your website who advised that a £15 credit would be applied to our next bill due to a broadband outage on 11 March lasting over 12 hrs. The bill is still showing the full amount. Please could someone respond to my DM?
