  @VodafoneUK day 6 and still unable to get anyone from Vodafone out to look at my broadband! I thought BT was bad, but you guys are amazingly incompetent, congratulations on reaching a new level of hopelessness! Unbelievable....

  @VodafoneUK I am pretty sure that you can't delete an account or an order without forewarning or notifying the customer. To add even more salt to the wound, all this happened after speaking to customer relations! Good thing I have screenshots & transcripts which I am more than happy to share

  @VodafoneUK U don't need my number. The signal is down in the London se7 7ax / se3 7du area, pls have a look. Day 9 now. There is evidently no accountability managing the outage #shambles #embarrassing
