Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK I haven't been able to use the device I bought from you for 3+ weeks after switching to a new provider. Every code you sent me failed, you said you'd send another, but never did. I had to pay to get it unlocked at a phone shop. Your customer service rep said I would

@VodafoneUK Hi Lottie, who is going to get back to me and how and when? So far today I have spent one hour trying to end the contract. I am having a busy time. This is dishonest and hostile customer service

Hey @VodafoneUK, really loving your OneNumber service! I'm now getting billed for TWO plans for the SAME device, and the eSIM has NEVER ended up on my TicWatch Pro 3. Literally paying double for nothing.

@VodafoneUK You're not happy to help. If you were you would not be terminating my SureSignal service, or you would support Wi-Fi calling on a Google Pixel 2 XL.

Way to go, @VodafoneUK removing their wifi on the tube without telling anyone. Changing to another network and not coming back. Your CX Director needs firing, pronto. You’re going to bleed customers. Next time, do some proper business case analysis.

There's lies, damn lies, and @VodafoneUK network coverage maps.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for replying. Yeh, I have wifi calling. The issue is that you don't do wifi SMS (like at least one other network) and I have to use SMS to log into your website. So that isn't a great user experience. The main reason I am with you is because of SureSignal...

@VodafoneUK just wanted to let vodafone know that I'm gonna do a review of vodafone after being a customer for 4 years

@EE I’m a bit sceptical of this. AppleCare as standard from Apple or @VodafoneUK also covers the 2 incidents of accidental damage (Per 12 months) for £79, or £29 for screen damage. Why is EE excess so expensive / why isn’t Apple accidental damage included, or is it not mentioned?

@Juniper700 @VodafoneUK Oh no! That’s not good! I have been on an online chat to them for over 2.5hrs, and passed to five different people, all different answers but *still* no resolution 😡🥺
