    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Hi @VodafoneUK. I want to pay an unbilled amount. I am in Canada and you have cut off my network access. I've spent an hour waiting to talk to a rep and been cut off. I can pay 100 times the amount due, but NEED to use my phone!!!

    @TfL can you assist in why @virginmedia Wi-Fi top up hasn’t been working for weeks now? With @VodafoneUK dropping its service and now VM not allowing passes, we are going backwards not forwards in terms of technology on the tube network
