    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Imagine being with @VodafoneUK for years, but when it comes to upgrade time, they won’t beat any other providers deals. Unhappy to say the least 🙄 losing a loyal customer 👋

    @VodafoneUK broadband has been either down or very slow for the past 2 days. If I try to contact customer service I am told to go online, which you might realise is ridiculous, or wait an indefinite amount of time on the phone. How can one get the service they pay for from you?

    @VodafoneUK couldn’t be any less transparent. Selling to you a monthly price for broadband and phone to start in April. But then increasing those charges due to annual charges increases. 🐍 of the 🐍 an actual disgrace in customer service and sales. Outright lying #vodafoneboykot

    @VodafoneUK I was told to hard set my router and will solve my issues, however I know longer have any broadband connection. I've spent 3 hours trying to sort this out and now worse off. On hold again! Sort it out,please.

    @VodafoneUK an hour and a half in a live chat trying to resolve an issue, only to be put back into a queue to speak to a Vodafone advisor! Seriously Vodafone; don’t tell me I have to start again from scratch???
