Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

  • penny_disco Penny! In the rain (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

  • JackForecast jack forecast (@JackForecast) reported

Try call @VodafoneUK they send a text to go speak to ‘Tobi’, I then speak to ‘Tobi’ who tells me everyone’s busy call the customer service number. #thanks #customerservice

  • Johnhellothere JohnBexplorer (@Johnhellothere) reported

@cameron_444 @VodafoneUK I think bots should be kept for sitting on rather than pretending to solve broadband problems. Also the thing that irritates me most about customer ‘no-service’ departments is the use of ‘your problem’ when it is their own equipment which is dysfunctional

  • Steveo67 Steve Pouncey (@Steveo67) reported

I much prefer to be a #customer and deal with a person than a "case worker" @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya

  • frostie90 Andrew Frost (@frostie90) reported

@sophxholdsworth @VodafoneUK That doesn't sound too clever. I'm actually trying to sort something temporary for my gran as she's got no internet where she's currently stopping. Voda were too slow though as I've sorted something now 🙈

  • Jewska Jess (@Jewska) reported

@MarieMarie19781 @VodafoneUK It's happening to me right now. I think servers are down or something

  • inthejohnson Tom johnson (@inthejohnson) reported

@VodafoneUK Ben from the Social Media team, has helped to fix my account. He stuck to his promise and managed my account himself until it was fixed. Thank you Ben. 💪🏻

  • snigstweets Snigdha (@snigstweets) reported

You can change countries, but @VodafoneGroup service is pathetic even on their home ground. While the call center only generates new tickets without resolving them, @VodafoneUK account is a chatbot that puts you in an endless loop. What's the procedure to change provider?

  • misrab misra budhoo (@misrab) reported

@VodafoneUK Talking about staying in touch… seem to be having recurring problems with your 5G Broadband service that is extremely frustrating

  • Steveo67 Steve Pouncey (@Steveo67) reported

It's like great tech but the weak link is @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup and the poor #customerexperience @AhmedShelbaya

  • tomxhopkinson 𝕿𝖔𝖒 (@tomxhopkinson) reported

@VodafoneUK I would, but it's always the same and it's always just one big circle of not working, working, not working again. So it's a waste of time really
