Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

@Huawei can you please help as @VodafoneUK have left me phoneless after hardware probs showing no sim on handset p30 pro , so far it has taken 6 days for solution to problem, I am disabled and cannot get out my home, they just keep saying it’s possibly water damage on chat

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Covid has shown us what 'Customer Service' or lack of it, is provided by the big companies and the excuses they've made. If a small imdependent company can answer the phone and deal with you in a friendly and efficient manner why can't they - answer coz they don't give a toss!!
