Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK @GuardianLabs Good to hear that Vodafone have time on their hands to answer a quiz. My Vodafone / BT Openreach landline went down this a.m. and, because it's Friday, I have to wait up to 3 days from Monday to have the line fixed because Openreach don't work weekends. Nice work Vodafone!
