Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK unfortunately after over 20 yrs of customer loyalty I will be switching to O2. Not impressed today and to switch tariff I will need to pay £10 to retain my NHS discount, not happy.

@FirmiSmo @VodafoneUK Consider a SIM only deal. Phones are not worth nearly a grand, as some are. And, unless your phone is really ****, phones don't improve that much. I went from a contract to SIM only and saved myself £30 a month. Kept my old phone and which is good enough.

@VodafoneUK what a company. Nothing but trouble. No broadband for 3 weeks. Your manager looking into it and will call within half an hour or so!! 28 hours later. Still nothing. Do you actually do anything you say?
