    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK Non-FCA CR Complaint - Ref. 25305012 Still no call or contact or engineer or resolution or any effort to get any of the above address. Now when I am connected the speed has dropped all last night too. How do you get worse? Is anybody doing anything?

    @VodafoneUK In reality, nothing. Various tests over again. I've had drops and a bad phone line for weeks and weeks and for days I've had no phone or internet. This needs an actual engineer.

    @VodafoneUK I have used the status checker and it says my signal is good indoors and outdoors. This is not true. The problem began on 17 June.

    2 and a half hours in chat to @VodafoneUK for an upgrade for them not to be able to match their own deals as a loyal customer only to be disconnected and then be 17th in a queue… love it 🙄 #Vodafone #poorcustomerservice
