This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

  • penny_disco Penny! In the rain (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

  • penny_disco Penny! Back at work (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

  • brianlfaulkner Brian Faulkner 🌍🏞️📈🌦️🦎 (@brianlfaulkner) reported from Exeter District, England

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

  • ellefoxo Elaine Matthews (@ellefoxo) reported from Shaldon, England

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

  • grocer_on_green 🍎🍐TheGrocerOnTheGreen🍋🍊 (@grocer_on_green) reported from Exeter District, England

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

  • GazzaHu63 Gary Hughes (@GazzaHu63) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 Hang on a second @VodafoneUK. You cannot claim to proactively manage advertising, and then blame unauthorised advert placement in the same paragraph. I smell the BS excuse from here!

  • shelfsideyid Richard Ambrose (@shelfsideyid) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 Bye bye Vodafone, to be honest you've never been all that.

  • PositiveMA8 Positive Mental Attitude (@PositiveMA8) reported

@VodafoneUK Due to your stance on GB news I will be cancelling all three of my contracts with you. That's a nice 150 I will save not paying a corrupt company that believes in censorship. Being run down by the Culture Secretary is a bad look for you also.

  • Suzyt17889825 Suzyt (@Suzyt17889825) reported

@VodafoneUK Not with you ATM but will now NEVER consider using yourselves ...appalling pulling your support for a decent UNBIASED radio.

  • zero_energy Rob Veck (@zero_energy) reported

We're now entering the world where customers service is managed by AI BOTs. @VodafoneUK seems to be one of those systems. And the call centre is script driven, so getting a simple request for the agent handling my case to contact me resulted in "I need to read through your case"

  • GOYALKAPS kapil goyal (@GOYALKAPS) reported

@GWR please record @VodafoneUK name for taking longest time to activate fiber broadband. Its 177 days already & still counting. please include @CityFibre too for massive support to achieve this record. #broadband #Vodafone #cityfibre

  • heypunka Rob (@heypunka) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes, how was this communicated to customers before the service was removed, and how long before it was removed?

  • Essexste Steve (@Essexste) reported

@VodafoneUK My Dad is 78, you were supposed to send an engineer yesterday to install his broadband, they didn't show up. I have set up his router for him but 24 hours later it is still flashing red despite an hour with your online support. Not impressed so far!

  • Mr13alls Julian (@Mr13alls) reported

@VodafoneUK What do you think your internet routers and your SIM cards are made from? What fuel do the ships that transport the mobile phones you sell from China use? Oh and how do I cancel my contract with you. @gbnews

  • Bon_Bury Bon (@Bon_Bury) reported

If @VodafoneUK decide to be censors of UK TV news above @Ofcom by pulling their ads from @GBNEWS I'm another customer ditching them.
