Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

DiKey (@xcetveli) reported@VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

Dave Fox (@foxtechnical) reportedLovely technical advice from @VodafoneUK with a local mast ‘under maintenance’ a whole village suffering. And they want me to reset all network connections losing all Bluetooth/wifi passwords. And it’s will only take 3-5mins of my time. It’s a mast issue not device issue.

My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.

Dissatisfaction is an understatement for the humiliation I'm feeling. Vodafone is not trustworthy and doesn't give you
