    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately I've been (painfully) contacting them all week and all I get each time is a meaningless fob-off saying @CityFibre will call me within 24h. I use those words cos that call NEVER comes. Looking at min 8 day outage now. NOT on.

    @VodafoneUK 3rd bt engineer here right now, same one that came on the first call out and yet again your service to him on the phone is shocking! Asked to speak to a manager, your guy didn't want to know.

    @VodafoneUK It’s not only Network area/pocket but also your Customer Services system is playing. When I asked for technical support it divers me to cancelling contract/ leaving us team. Would appreciate if someone can call me ASAP

    @VodafoneUK Nope. I just want to cancel. My old sim was sold with a car. I don’t want to move. But even though I’ve gone through all of your security, even though I have made sure my bills are paid, you apparently now need to send me a new sim, to send me a text, so you can then cancel 🤡
