Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK Despite many problems last year, I decided to stick with Vodafone and upgraded my plan last week. The charges showing in app are almost £5 more than the agent advised and I no longer get 5G (have checked settings and all is correct). Is nothing ever simple with VF?!?

@VodafoneUK Hello there, I am wanting to stay with your company. But, having been on the phone for a long time, your employee can't find any record of my current Vodafone number. The upshot is that he's told me I have to go to a different network! Very odd customer service.

@mathsteacher321 @VodafoneUK No problem. Vodafone have assured me that if a number is spoofed, it isn't registered as an outgoing call by the network. They'd be happy to change my number but I said that isn't necessary so long as the calls don't become regular. It's still a mystery as to why here and now.

After 15 years as a @VodafoneUK customer I've decided that this contract is my last, the Vodafone signal in Hartlepool is utter rubbish. Can barely get a 3G signal never mind 4G. And they have the nerve to advertise 5G.

@VodafoneUK you have the shittest customer service. I have spent 3 hours on hold trying to sort out and then cancel mobile WiFi with you. I am fuming. This is unacceptable
