Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

@VodafoneUK SA17 signal virtually non existent for the last 2 days....managed 40 minutes of signal yesterday to allow me to call for an important job interview....only for signal to disappear after that!! What is going on? And I hope there will be some goodwill offered for this

@VodafoneUK This is a terrible decision! How are people supposed to reply to emails and work during their commute with no Internet? Considering you bump off the Virgin WiFi and don't provide your own network anyway, this is totally ridiculous!
