    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

    @VodafoneUK are the WORST broadband providers in the UK. Hands down. No Internet for more than 3 hours and 2 of those spent doing troubleshooting and STILL no answer after online chat and phone chats. Joke. Never ever go with them.

    I have applied a bundle on a path account and there was an offer to get 3 x data for 3 months, number and words were said but quickly and didn’t hear them properly, can’t get through to cs, help! @VodafoneUK

    @virginmedia without doubt the worst customer service I've encountered. simple task of cancelling my contract. retentions tried to woo me, failed. signed up to @VodafoneUK broadband only deal for £21.95 easy install and works great! retentions tried again, failed but signed me
