Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

@VodafoneUK I have TOLD you more than once that I spent over an hour yesterday morning "messaging an advisor" and my issue was not fixed. NOBODY is listening. There is nothing more I can add - I have given you all possible detail and I am STILL without services. Useless. Absolutely useless

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneIreland are you having trouble routing calls between each other? Voda IE phone roaming in the UK can accept calls/receive texts when registered to any network other than Voda UK

@VodafoneUK So you're telling me that the option to select a band is available to the Vodafone support team, but the user isn't given acess to do so on THEIR OWN wifi network meaning this option has to be configured remotely? That just feels... so... wrong!

Phone or tablet, or email or even snail mail? One email offering to sell me a doorbell and another telling me I’m late paying and they’ll send bailiffs if I fail to pay. Been with @VodafoneUK for well over a decade, but moving as soon as my contract is up.

@VodafoneUK Some IoT devices require 2.4ghz, sounds like Vodafone don't expect to support those if I can't configure that? (I did have it configured via the web interface and they were available... It's only since I did a factory reset and used the mobile app that they've been disabled.)
-
Ian
(@SiM099) reported
@VodafoneUK Surely Vodafone must have documentation explaining how this works... or at least inform customers that they're not going to be able to configure their own network before signing up? I certainly wasn't told Another item in the list of reasons I with we hadn't switched!

@VodafoneUK any reason why 2 of your advisors are saying you can't upgrade through a third party such as carphone warehouse? As a long standing customer, and ex-staff member, looking to pay off my contract to upgrade early, this is rather alarming to hear 2 advisors lying
