    @CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK 'Noon, our broadband keeps cutting out, at least once per day recently; the line this end is new, and this has only become a problem since the upgrade from 30(ish)mb to 70(ish)mb, could this be looked in to ?

    @VodafoneUK Vodaphone have been saying they sending me correspondence. I never receive it. I have just resolved an issue from last August and everything has been settled and paid - account closed. Is someone able to help me get confirmation today?

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is helping multiple chat windows at the same time so ignoring the customer for long periods. I want to change my number due to the high volume of spam and nuisance calls. How do I do this?

    @VodafoneUK I can't even dm you without going through an endless system of menus. I have issues with @VodafoneUK that fall into several of those categories. I just need to speak to someone who can sort everything out without spending 3 hours on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK Will do. Obviously the network does have the info (hence police enquiries can access texts) but I now understand that this is not routinely used for spam reporting. Another time I will keep the message/number for reporting. Thanks.
