    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @EllieJakey @VodafoneUK They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlocks_” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @VodafoneUK I'm trying to login. I know my username and password but for added security you insist on texting a landline number at an address I've not lived at since 2003. Every vodafone agent I speak to tells me it won't happen again. But it's just happened again.

    @VodafoneUK All this does it put me back in touch with the live chat. I’ve been on the phone now for 1 hour 20 minutes being passed around. I’ve spent nearly 20 hours in the past week trying to sort out an issue with you for our business account.

    @VodafoneUK having constant intermittent WiFi drops - now on my 3rd engineer visit in two weeks (although I have to call back to book this appt later - yet another hour on hold no doubt). Can't do my job because my calls keep cutting out! It's been like this for months. Help!

    @VodafoneUK Nope. Been on the phone to them for 3 hours this morning. Apparently need a new router. Can’t wait until tomorrow for it to possibly work, going to buy a 3rd party router from Currys. Asked to escalate the complaint… 14 days… literally can’t work. It’s a joke.
