Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

@VodafoneUK I have no signal in the HS20SN area. I called customer service where the person on the other end had a horrifically crackly line. I was told it would be fixed 'really really soon' and it's been 2 days. Can you give me any info? Useful info?

@VodafoneUK Thanks - it would still be good to perhaps change your practice so that they are not so persistent. A call here and there I can understand but they ought to get the message when someone doesn't pick up... leaving a voicemail would help too.
