Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

No contact email, only a chat service which logs off after 8 mins whilst the handler takes ages to read notes! Not good! Also took my payment when I was told this wouldn’t happen?

Steve Rawlings (@steverawlings) reported@VodafoneUK My resolution is to tell everybody I can how abysmal VF customer service and accountability is. Having to wait more than 4 weeks to get broadband, not being communicated with and then being offered an insulting £5 a day for each day of delay.
