    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

    @VodafoneUK can you please explain why you f***** my credit score! I have joined in octomber last year, i gave all my details in the Vodafone shop when i joined and set up my direct debit, just to find out the hard way that you never took payments from my account for 6 months.

    @VodafoneUK I opened a return for a like new PAYG phone on the 23rd May and still haven’t received my returns pack. I called CS and they tell me to wait another 14 days! I need my refund and get the feeling it’s never going to arrive. Can you help please?
