    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    Woken to find all the @VodafoneUK / Apple interface issues resolved. So I’m guessing it really was a fault with Vodafone rather than with the multiple users telling them. When I’ve had an individual issue, I’ve found their customer service excellent, but yesterday was ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK Why not communicate these issues better? Unable to email impacted customers so as to save them hours of effort? And how will this outage be accounted for on our monthly bills? You are first and foremost a Comms company = can I suggest you communicate better!!!

    @VodafoneUK No, your customer service is lying about a router we have sent back, tracked and showing delivered with a signature by your staff and you’re making it our responsibility that you cannot find your router and keeping us hostage in the contract. This is utterly shameful behaviour

    Hi @VodafoneUK why is internet still down in LE12? I was told by your customer services team this outage would be resolved by the end of yesterday. It's been 24 hours now, and will need internet for work. Please let me know, as online chat doesn't work.

    @VodafoneUK Oh come on!..... Only had the 500mbs speed for a couple of weeks and it's down already.... Working at home is impossible like this. So much for reliability
