    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK You guys actually have the worst customer service of any company I've ever had to business with. I've been lied to, gaslighted and misled by your representatives for weeks. It's been causing significant stress when trying to wfh.

    @VodafoneUK I live in sk8. The signal in the last 2 months has been nothing short of appalling in our house. I literally cannot make a call any more where I live and have no idea why? Any chance you can investigate please as I've been with you for over 10 years?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve just spent 2.5 hrs patiently waiting in your chat queue only for the chat to close down twice just as I’m connected to someone. I tried calling too, but no response. Not impressed - how am I meant to get someone to resolve my problem?

    @VodafoneUK still waiting for a promised call back after 7 days. Can’t speak with anyone disgusting service . Will cancel my contract after 20 years of custom. Shame on you Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    After saying o2 have the worst automated service @VodafoneUK though "hold my beer" just to make sure there's really takes the piss. "You could solve this online" if I could I wouldn't be on the ******* phone 🙃🙃 also I know I'm in a queue, don't need reminding every 90 seconds

    @VodafoneUK The sim card I got with the device is in it. Ii probably needs a new data pack applied but I want to confirm if someone is still active as I'm having problems connecting.which could be error on my part as not used for maybe a year and I'm not good with tech
