    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

    @bods1981 @VodafoneUK Reach out to a lawyer on here if possible. I would honestly contact the ombudsman and get them to look into in. Its very easy to do. I've just done it for a PPI investigation. If they sold you something and not delivered its a trading standard issue. You have consumer rights!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, my work colleague can't get through to customer services but she recently changed number as moving to a contract under Vodafone. This was fone via a PAC code. But people receiving messages from her and calls are getting it from the unused number. Please help!

    @VodafoneUK Jay - I’ve DM’ed, be on chats for hours on end, received telephone calls and not one person has helped. The only solution is to apply my discount as I’m clearly not culpable. I handed over my phone to one of your shops who have confirmed it was sent to trade in.

    @VodafoneUK Good morning. Phone signal is down again at Praa Sands, Cornwall, TR20 9ST. We had no signal, or poor 2G only, for 3 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period as well. We usually get good 3G and 4G here. Please sort this out once and for all. Thanks, Phil

    How the hell can a phone network be so poor? Again sat in work and getting 0.4mb on 4g @O2 Best bit? Colleagues around me on @VodafoneUK are getting around 55mb. Both using the same shared mast. And again - out in Liverpool centre - 1.3mb. @o2 Action? - fobbed off again.

    @VodafoneUK I currently pay for both my sons phones on contract. My eldest wants to cancel his contract and sort out his own phone. How much would it cost to cancel this please (I’ve tried on the virtual help to get an answer but have got nowhere). Thanks Ali
