.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK sort your absolutely disgusting customer service out. Constantly going in circles trying to cancel my contract as I’m well within my consumer rights to do so. 3 hours on the phone with no call back. I’m tired of this!! Never again will I be a Vodafone customer!
