.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@VodafoneUK I’ve given up and decided to move providers. I was promised another call back today and guaranteed the issue would be solved, neither of these things happened. I’m fed up up with being lied too, it’s taken 10 days and no one at Vodafone has done what they said they would do.

.@SadiqKhan, @VodafoneUK's withdrawal of wifi on @TfL Tube is a safety and security issue for travellers. The ability to contact loved ones and friends has been removed summarily and has a major impact. Either bring it back or provide free access to other wifi providers...

@VodafoneUK @reincarnatingme Likewise. Actually being ignored now. They start the customer process and then avoid it so you have to start all over again, and again and again. 3 x months in now and 6 x hours worth of phone calls - to achieve ?? Yep - nothing !
