@VodafoneUK the stress you and your team that you have put me and my 8.5month pregnant wife is appalling. Well over 25 calls to resolve a broadband activation which should have worked on Monday. Going round and round in circles. Wish I’d never changed from sky and wanna go back!

@VodafoneUK Hi. I have just joined Vodafone and can't get WiFi calling enabled with you. My Google Pixel XL works on other networks, but it’s not on your list of ”compatible phones". Support won't pass me to 3rd line who I know have done this for other unlisted phones. Pls HELP!

@VodafoneUK I know but for multiple phones on one account, who’s going to want to wreck their credit score with multiple checks. It is what it is but I’ll not be doing it, which is sad after over 25 years of being a customer.

@VodafoneUK Why when we were paying for a £5 bundle for 100mb for years no problem then suddenly although no changes we were using data and ended up with a change for a £10 bundle for 7GB when we will be lucky if we use 1gb. Why can't we go back to paying £5 for 1gb. Vodafone greed

@VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking! Spent all day waiting in for a phone that hasn't arrived! The robot chat is awful when finally getting somewhere randomly kicks me off before completing!! Time for new provider!!

@VodafoneUK The very worst mobile network, imagine 2 weeks to switch from PAYG to PAYM. Deactivated PAYG yet refused to switch the numbers. Lost alot of important calls. My Lawyers will definitely be writing the lot of you.
