    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK ongoing issue with Broadband. . Since 1/11/20 And your call centre places me on hold and then cuts me off. Great service as per normal. Always happy to take the direct debit each month. . But no provide the service you are paid for.

    @VodafoneUK trying to get my NUC for a phone I have and now getting told there is an issue in providing it? Why would that be when I have paid for the phone outright after an upgrade? Online support haven't been much help either, asked for a transcript - nothing. Can you assist?

    @VodafoneUK terrible service!! Broadband activation due today, nothing so far so went to online chat, they tell me there is a 1 day delay and ‘should’ be on by midnight tomorrow!! No communication of this!! Not what is needed this time of year whilst stuck indoors 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Nope that doesn’t work either. You’ve left me - a single person, living alone - without Broadband over Christmas, so my TV doesn’t work either. All you have managed to do is chase for payment on a sh1t service. Stinkers
