    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @Saralimback @VodafoneUK Yeah haven’t had no problems and they are the most reasonably priced. If I don’t have signal I’ve nearly always got WiFi and the WiFi calling works well.

    @VodafoneUK tried calling Vodafone, waited for everrrr. Tobi? This is of no use as you can get most of info on web. Customer service gone down.🙁

    @VodafoneUK another 24 hrs has gone by and more guarantees that my sim activation would be completed ! But nothing, 10 days and counting, your customer service is dreadful. So many promises followed by lies ! Got passed around 3 advisors today to be told wait another 24hrs.

    What's up with British call center customer service? Such horrible experiences with both @VodafoneUK @virginmedia . One thing I have learned in my first few months living in the UK: Expect the call center customer service agent to lie to you on a phone.
