@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK Other masts no longer reaches the phone. Now down to 1 bad of 4G. Just walked through the shopping centre and mostly had 2 bars of 4G. But speed is abysmal. Most other places you guys seem to work fine. 2/2

@scottishchicp @VodafoneUK I am on Tesco and they use the O2 network and that in itself is pretty decent never been any issues while I have used it.

@4he0n3 @VodafoneUK @CityFibre Day 10 now ! Still nothing from CF on what the problem is, never mind any indication of when it might be fixed. Vodafone didnt even escalate my case to CF for 2 days. 10 days without what is now an essential utility, and no explanation, is unconscionable.

@VodafoneUK what's happening?? It's that time again!! Upgrade phone and plan. @VodafoneUK can't offer me (Vodafone customer for over 22 years) any deals. A new customer can get same phone and plan for £14 cheaper than me per month! It's now time to move on to pastures new

@VodafoneUK hey is there a problem with 3G/4g in the ls21 area just I can’t use my data when I’m not at home and on wifi, I’ve tried rebooting my phone and it does nothing! It’s really annoying when I’m paying out for data and unable to use it
