@VodafoneUK Can anyone explain to me why the service/coverage in Barnet is getting worse? This has been going on for roughly a month and over the last couple of days it’s been pretty much non existent! #Vodafone #Vodafonedown

  • MSolrock
    Martin Solrock⛓️🕸️ (@MSolrock) reported

@VodafoneUK after two and a half hours of holding, I get through to an operator most likely working from home with a bad signal. Then they loose connection. Why do you they not call you back? Do I have call back and hold or can someone arrange to call me?

  • Silverlynnb
    Lynn Bulka (@Silverlynnb) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes but what happens when your Wi-Fi isn’t very good in your area either. It’s why I actually got sure signal in the first place

  • DanSalmon

@VodafoneUK can you please tell me how to ring through and get DIRECTLY connected to our Small Business team? Your automated voice sentry won't let me speak to a human. Wasting 30 mins bouncing around consumer departments EVERY time we ring. #FAIL

    Steve (@Motty123456) reported

@O2 just arrived in your empty shop to be told I'm 20th in a vitual queue...never mind I was treated properly by @VodafoneUK so moved to them.

  • Decrementis1
    Decrementis (@Decrementis1) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes ty. Odd that both lines went down to a similar hardware issue considering they're both different makes

  • LLCoolConor

@VodafoneUK When are you going to address the data connection issues? They have been happening since before the facebook outage and are still happening. This is surely unrelated.

  • Davies43648358
    Lee Davies (@Davies43648358) reported

@VodafoneUK I had to stay at work for an extra 2 hours to get through to you to reconnect my service. I still havent sorted the new phone out because one of the departments closed at 8pm. Someone is calling me tomorrow evening to sort the new phone and tariff out

  • hayleyl_x
    Hayley💫 (@hayleyl_x) reported

@VodafoneUK I'd appreciate it if you could sort your ****** lines out so i can actually speak to someone regarding my email I've received from yourselves, instead of talking to a stupid automated person repeating myself 100 times.

@VodafoneUK I've been paying for 5g since February and have never seen it once! Lucky to get 4g and even then, signal is unreliable.
