@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK There's not mutch point when you have point blank refused to help. I will just wait till my earliest date of cancellation for both accounts, and I will move on to a company with better customer service, cheapest is not always best it seems.....

@VodafoneUK The phone should not be flicking between two settings all the time. Especially one that isn't even activated. I've never had this with previous phones. There's clearly a fault and I've just started noticing this happening the last week. But it's happening more often now.

@VodafoneUK Where are that great offers Vodafone? I had much better plan upgrades before your SUPER BLACK FRIDAY. I could have a plan with unlimited data and samsung s20 for 49£ per month, but now the price is rised to 73£ per month to make your bad black friday offers look better.

@VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK very disappointed in your customer service. Phil & Oz it seems just don't find my issue interesting enough to reply to despite touching base with other customers. I don't know what this says about their work ethic or the culture within @VOXI_UK
