@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK The issue is that your service isn't providing the service that you're paid for. Various websites are inaccessible to Vodafone users only. Twitch is one of them. I can't even log in right now!

Hey @VodafoneUK if you search Twitter and sort by latest there's lots of issues with your home broadband service connecting to European servers. It seems to be an Amazon Web Service server issue. But you may want to follow it up if it's still bad in the morning.

@VodafoneUK Is there network problems with your broadband tonight? I have no NAT type can’t game can’t play online can’t stream/watch twitch on my PS5 or Xbox Series X, My NAT type has always been Type 2 without a NAT I can’t connect and play etc.

@vodafoneservice @VodafoneUK Can't currently connect to @Twitch chat and online games in an issue that oddly seems specific to your internet services (works fine on my mobile, which is not on your network, but my home internet is Vodafone). Is this being looked into?

@xX2Sweety2Xx @robbyray_milan I'm having trouble playing some mobile games on @VodafoneUK too. And earlier my PS5 kept saying I was offline. Seems to be an issue. When I switch to my phone data it's fine.

@VodafoneUK I'm having problems with my NAT type when connecting to my PS5. Will this be anything to do with my router? It worked fine earlier today?
