    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I contacted complaints only to be met with an obnoxious individual, uncaring and unable to understand the gravity of the issue. To tell me that it would take 3-5 working days to fix an issue that your system created! Pt. 2-2

    @VodafoneUK is pants as a business provider; 2hrs yesterday to upgrade one phone on the account only for them to upgrade a completely different number, and the only way to change it is to delete and send phone back and start again. Madness. Awful.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone are taking money from my Acc to pay someone else bill and they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it, never heard anything like it
