@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK when customers ask for help cancelling their contract, don’t spam them with offers & make them repeatedly beg for help leaving. It’s very tacky, infuriating & mentally draining. Chat crashed after 20 mins of going round in circles and I ended up with no help. Cheers.

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Worst not only in BB but their phone contracts and CS team there also are possibly the best example of how NOT to treat a customer! Try Virgin, not great CS either but very good BB.

Feels pretty bad when @VodafoneUK broadband website broken for 2 days when I get to installation details, then price increase by 12 pound per month next day. Guy on phone says "sorry buddy nothing I can do". Guess I'll go to Virgin Media.

So if you wanna pay £50 a month for zoom dropping WiFi, get talked over by their customer service team, advised to break lockdown rules, and wait 20 seconds just to reach google home page...@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup are your go-to. 👍🏼

On a neighbours door and ask to borrow their phone to test my WiFi. IN A PANDEMIC!!!!!! @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK i honestly have never been spoken to in the way that your customer service has.
