    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK any idea when I’ll be able to login? I need to pay off my phone contract entirely, and cancel the awful Pro II broadband that just was delivered today. What’s the logistics of that?

    @pdkmitchell @VodafoneUK Hope you get it sorted. Dealing with phone/internet/utility companies after my dad died was always unnecessarily stressful. Always lovely people but completely ill equipped to deal with what seemed like pretty obvious and simple issues

    @pdkmitchell @VodafoneUK It was Aviva for car insurance that was the worst for me - hours on the phone. Sorted in the end but not a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Seems like Vodafone have been more ch better in comparison

    @VodafoneUK Last night we tested the phone line & it still wasn't working & also our Now box stopped working. Your DM states not able to help so I had to call again. The phone line was apparently fixed last night, obviously after we tried, & probably engineers caused broadband to stop workin

    @charlie_winyard @TerracePaul Same here. Barely managing on 4.15Mbps with a ping of 137ms which is terrible. Time to change supplier is it @VodafoneUK ?

    @VodafoneUK Not yet how would I contact them? As it seems to be town wide I just wondered if it as a known issue
