@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@_HappyFish_ @VodafoneUK @skytv Check your rights on leaving. We’re still on our cooling off period and will be leaving if my issue isn’t resolved but I think if they don’t provide internet for something like 30 days you can leave. Have a look first though as this was a couple of years back

@VodafoneUK But we've done all this. You literally send us around in circles without actually resolving anything. We have lost countless hours trying to sort this out. Three times now, your dedicated team has closed the case before fixing anything. I'm absolutely done with this crap.

@VodafoneUK 2/2 When I received chat transcript, it was heavily redacted, with his last comment claiming I had been rude. Fortunately I have screen prints of the chat before redactions. I have been prevented from communicating with Vodafone yet again.
