@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK Quick question: how long does it take for Vodafone to release the line after given the instruction to immediately cancel a broadband order? Vodafone failed to provide us service, wasted our time and lied to us and is now preventing us from connecting via another ISP.

@VodafoneUK none of my smart devices show up on the my Vodafone app. They are supposed to be in there for upgrades/cancellations aren't they? Both watches are due to be out of contract from next month but I see no where to cancel/upgrade

@VodafoneUK please can you advise me, why 6 days after been contacted by the police no SIM card location details have been released? Absolutely shocking service and now thanks to the lack of communication my car is will be long gone !!!

@VodafoneUK A working internet connection. Internet dropped. App doesn't even connect to the hub. And your in app help says it's not available. Can't even log in on the website to try and run a test from there. What did you guys break?
