@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@hannyc84 @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK VodafoneUK also not working now

  • AndyMcK1982 Andy McKeown (@AndyMcK1982) reported

@virginmedia I’ve discussed it. The best you can offer me is £47 a month. I currently pay £32. A new customer would pay £36. I’ve given 30 days notice to cancel now as I’ll go with @VodafoneUK who can offer full fibre for £36 a month.

  • m1897 MCKFLRDRP (@m1897) reported

@johnney_cole @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Exactly. This will be my last contract with them. Kept renewing because I was too lazy to shop around, and their deal wasn’t bad. But the deal actually sucks, if I’m paying for services they aren’t providing 🙄

  • Trekkygeek Timmo 🖖🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@Trekkygeek) reported

@Cliffinkent @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK LOL. Yeah, you make a good point. They're all as bad as each other really.

  • DJMRT DJ MRT (@DJMRT) reported

Signal is down AGAIN. @O2 i have been with you for years but i think its time to switch @VodafoneUK what you saying?

  • SweetAsAMoose Dan R (@SweetAsAMoose) reported

@ThreeUK making and receiving calls has been down all day long. What an earth is going on? This has already happened this year back in January. I thought you have now teamed up with @VodafoneUK for a so called "Better Service". It's been far from that for the last few years now!

  • marcmc1984 Marc McMullen (@marcmc1984) reported

@ThreeUK Companies getting worse, and just partnered with @VodafoneUK to make the biggest UK network. Time to come out of my contract now that I didn't agree to be with Vodafone

  • DWRICHARDS David Richards (@DWRICHARDS) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK am wondering whether the merger with @VodafoneUK is responsible for most of a day last week with no phone service and, today, virtually no mobile broadband service in the EC4Y area. The mobile broadband router is usually pretty good but not today!

  • ARcrypto12 AR crypto (@ARcrypto12) reported

@Ofcom hello, as you might be aware, the @ThreeUK merge with @VodafoneUK has caused a lot of mayhem, as a loyal 3 customer for many yrs, I’m getting the run around, as I’m not getting to be able to cancel my remaining 12 months as not allowing me answers, plz could you advise

  • StewartHardies Stewart (@StewartHardies) reported

Just got CityFibre FTTP installed with @VodafoneUK in Edinburgh but my traffic is routed through Manchester, causing 26ms ping instead of 9ms like others nearby. On full fibre. Why am I paying for FTTP with worse routing than Virgin Coax? Fix it or I cancel. @CityFibre
