    @VodafoneUK I ordered an upgrade 7 days ago. Why @VodafoneUK does it still not work? I have spent over 7 hours during the last week with your chat and still non the wiser. Customer service ?- same answers each time but no solution, shoddy customer service to say the least

    @VodafoneUK Why is your service so bad? I can have full 4g bars yet i can not even load Facebook. Dialup connection in the early 2000’s were more efficient!

    @VodafoneUK What is going on, I upgrade my BBand online, signing up for another contract, then over a week later get an e-Mail saying “we weren’t able to process the broadband upgrade - please call us on 08080057316 (8am till 9pm)” but there is nobody there and hangs up! Help!
