@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT PT3 @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup It’s also very reassuring that if there is a 3rd party added to your account by them, they can’t remove or restrict the account. Apparently their “fraud team” can’t look into that if you want your account secure.

@VodafoneUK - even after @GeorgeMonbiot exposed yr dire customer service experience, yr advisors don’t care. I’ve landline, broadband & cellphone a/c (2 lines not working) & yr advisor told me I didn’t have an a/c then refused access despite me giving bank & security details.

@VodafoneUK I tried your bot before tweeting and that was a waste of time as my account is not active until installation complete, which hasn't happened due to a mess up between you, Kelly's & @CityFibre which will now cost me money & may even leave me without a phone/broadband service.
