    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK .... Absolutely the worst company I have ever had any dealings with. Fibre broadband supposed to have gone live on the 20th December, followed by inept, incompetent, disinterested and unempathetic handling of the matter. Now the 4th of January with no resolution

    @VodafoneUK Although I might need help with my Vodafone account. The app updated with my new SIM only plan. However, when I go to check/change the spending cap etc. it wants me to sign in, but it then says 'Invalid username. Please try again [error code: 4130]'

    Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in the industry - had been lied to numerous times, people are not trained to do their job properly. Spent too much time now, so running away as quickly as possible. NOT coming back for sure. #Vodafone #VodafoneUK
