    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK my contract expires in 30 days. I appreciate customer service/sales/ redemption teams contacting me constantly. Not a problem as probably working on commission and fair play When I contact Vodafone with an issue during covid I had to wait a month for internet.

    @MrSaffron @VodafoneUK @thinkbroadband Mind if your watching your netflix or prime or using it as a hotspot on your phone then no problem good download, BUT if you have big file to upload not good

    I've been advised by @VodafoneUK that the @WeAreOpenreach engineer didn't enter my property and confirm that the issue is between my house and the manhole and the cable is faulty, But he found no fault. So @VodafoneUK closed the fault down. Can you just replace the cable #fedup

    @VodafoneUK I got my flip 2 days ago from EE I tried Vodafone 1st but they rejected me god knows why I have good credit rating and everything anyway their loss I would have been a good customer.

    @VodafoneUK My household has been left without working broadband for past 6 days after our scheduled upgrade was meant to take place. We have tried reaching out to your customer support but they don’t seem to be actually trying to fix the issue with our wifi.

    @VodafoneUK My home broadband activation date was 14/12/22, but I'd not received my router package. After numerous useless web chats and phone calls / failed call-backs, I received my router today. Great!.. No. It doesn't work. Just flashes red on front + back. WiFi 6e

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply. Going into store tomorrow to cancel the contract. I can't message you my number as you ported it over from Ee but never activated it with Vodafone so it's gone

    3/8 They were paying £17/month & a few months ago with the RPI it went up to near £19/month on SIM only with @vodafoneuk They have the best signal with VF so went into the Carphone Warehouse owned by @currys to discuss options when the old phone was paid off It all goes wrong
