    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous. I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?

    @VodafoneUK hey Vodafone, no wifi for 24 hours now, was told it was a City Fibre issue that would be fixed by 10pm last night but its still out, and today I cant get through to any agents via the chat function on the website.... I need an update please

    @Oocnan @VodafoneUK @vodafone No service in south Norfolk for 2 weeks They keep saying maintenance is complete ....every few days changing the completion date. I tried network coverage checker but ...surprise surprise it's not even loading. So as of a few minutes ago I've left Vodafone after many years .

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???
