    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK We were promised a new router if this, or that, or something else didn’t work. We never saw it. Left to me we’d have gone back to 02 before now but the fool has now got a new contract. He thinks he’s special because he was with Vodafone from the start. He’s ‘special’ all right.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. My wife and I are both on a 5G ready plan and we both have today upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro. My wife is getting 5G signal but I am only receiving 4G. I thought it maybe because I have a very old SIM so I transferred to an eSIM but the issue persists. HELP!

    @VodafoneUK You don’t understand. We’ve been on this for months and just gone around in circles. We were even told to buy a network expander, rather than them sending us a new router. My OH is an idiot. He’s now paying more for something that’s supposed to make wifi better. It hasn’t.

    @VodafoneUK Tried ordering a new phone, denied after credit check, asked why when credit score is excellent.Contacted Vodafone support, enterprise( Vodafone credit check company who said contact customer services after they could not check),complaints department at Vodafone. POOR
