@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@Nicktendo_ @VodafoneUK I know Vodafone in Lichfield for years have had signal problems so might be related , though yeah ofcom should look into it as throttling ain’t allowed and no need either .. they use it sometimes to get you to upgrade to high value packages as well

@VodafoneUK unbelievable, been without internet since Thursday with the usual I.T. reboot & socket check before the true issue is told: junction box issue! Still nothing fixed by 9pm 5 days later!
