    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @O2 i have been a long standing customer for over 20 years and wake up to not being able to receive calls or make calls all day and never mind signal at all. Over the years your service has declined cant even use my data in my own home thank god for wifi. @VodafoneUK see you soon

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service how can you deny the option of a new customer cancelling home broadband even before the service has gone live absolutely disgusting trying to force people to actually wait until the switch over happens utter disbelief and no help from your CS

    @VodafoneUK was expecting a call from the complaint's team in regards to my account, this has passed. I am very disappointed by the service I have received, been a customer for over 10 years!!!
