@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

Renewed my tracker subs on my car last week & then unexpectedly decided to sell the car last Friday. Do you think I could get a refund of course not. I am apparently a “valued customer” but Terms & Conditions dont permit… blah blah… will never use @VodafoneUK Automotive again

@VodafoneUK spent ages on chat app with 1 of your agent who told me the line was fine when obviously it wasn't as found out the next morning the who area had a broadband outage

@VodafoneUK I have been waiting to hear back from Vodafone regarding a letter I need since 21 Feb. After being an 8 year old old customer, i write regretfully that i am extremely disappointed with the slow and unprofessional customer service, shame as still awaiting the letter.

@VodafoneUK please help! I run a business which has several hundred devices connecting to my guest wifi every month. I cant semm to delete them from my wifi when they leave, only block them. Which causes an issue when they return. Am i wrong? Can devices be safely removed? #wifi
