    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK I'm literally stuck as I cant get anywhere as the number for my tablet won't get recognised and I can't cancel it in store as keep getting referred to that number and can't get passed the automated response

    @VodafoneUK hi guys can you tell me why over last few weeks my data load speeds are glacial, if at all, I have 2 or 3 bars 4g . Live and work central London and it is now just so so bad. Been with you since 1994 and now feel I will need to move because of this, help please!
