@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneTR @VodafoneUK I want to know why after being told Turkey is in zone 3, will cost £6 per day & I leave data etc on, I still can't access the network at all yet am told I've reached a spending cap? I've been unable to use any data in order to reach a cap! Help please!

@asentance @VodafoneUK @ONS The common variation of price terms in mobile contracts seem to be RPI + 3.9%. The additional 3.9% seems wrong, especially where much of many peoples contract relates to the "loan" for the purchase & not the ongoing service.

@VodafoneUK internet is rubbish, poor call quality, couldn’t even dial 999 for my Neigbour, signal drops off in NW10… and even my home WiFi don’t work!!!! I worked for your company for 10 years and left in 2018, as much as I enjoyed my career with you… I hate your network!

@asentance @VodafoneUK @ONS Change to Labara Andrew. Works off the Vodafone network, so same coverage, but better plans, less money, free EU roaming as well as numerous other countries world wide.

Took 56 minutes to cancel my contract with @VodafoneUK what a bloody joke. Could of been done in 15 if the advisor was constantly skirting around my request to cancel and trying to up-sell. No I don’t want another 24 months at a marginal discount for an awful service. #phones

@VodafoneUK just spent well over an hour in 2 separate queues to try and talk to someone with the cancellation team via webchat but as soon as it's my turn the chat gets closed! Not a very good customer experience tbh.
