@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@girlcaughtsouth You are moving?!! Switch to @VodafoneUK : 16+ months of homeworking and at times with all screens on Teams/Zoom at the same time and not once did the network slow down or fail (or maybe once, for 3 minutes).

@NadyuLife @VodafoneUK @MikeVictorRome1 My experience with their BOT system is first they apologise then they say they will investigate then they say it will be fixed tomorrow. This is just a firewall for a under resourced service.

@VodafoneUK About 1.5 months ago, I canceled my home internet service. I've spoken to a lot of people who work both on the chat service and on the phone. They all said they canceled, but no one did, and I still keep doing it. The cancellation email I expected from you has not yet arrived!
