@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK whilst I understand the issue with twitter media files not loading for 4g customers is being looked into I find your silence on the issue very problematic. Why haven't you made any announcements to clarify what is going on. It is unacceptable. 48 hours and counting.

@VodafoneUK Well fix the network then because it’s awful normally but these past few days have hit new heights. Look how many people are complaining on twitter alone.

@bonesgoonerkel @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK It’s a shame they can’t just send a general text out to notify people that the issue is on their side and not folks’ phone.

Does @VodafoneUK/@VOXI_UK not want to address why images haven’t been loading on Twitter, amongst other apps, for the last 2-3 days? “There’s a technical issue that we’re working on resolving” is the bare minimum when some folks think it’s their phone with the problem.

@VodafoneUK When it goes to DM, you don’t bother replying for 2 days and even then nobody has any idea what the issue was 2 days ago. My 4G isn’t allowing me to see any pics on social media, let alone videos. doesnt matter where I am. Multiple destinations. The phone I have is 8 months old.

@VodafoneUK you guys really need to get a new advert, the current one is becoming tiresome, the brainwashing tactic is not working.
