    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK have to be the worst internet providers I have ever experienced. My internet must drop out of connection a good 50 times a day. 😴

    @VodafoneUK If the date changes or passes can they send another EMAIL to me. That is called giving an update, it is really useful in such cases so I can plan around your issue. It's not complicated. At this point I doubt the tech2team even exist...

    @VodafoneUK I’m really disappointed in the support I’ve received recently, I’m moving house and my internet has been switched off 2 weeks early. To top it off I can’t even get the 30 days of unlimited data I was promised as compensation.

    @VodafoneUK this extremely irritating i don't know why the internet working is soo poor and so slow it takes 5 min just to reload safari.

    I called @vodafoneuk to cancel my contract. 29 mins on hold before being answered and "passing security". Then back on hold. 35 mins in "you are eligible to cancel, I'll pass you to the team". 39 mins and still on hold. I thought 3 customer services were bad!. Glad I'm off.
