@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@CraftyOldGit @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Same with my dad. But level of service differed massively between organisations. Barclays, kind but very bureaucratic & inflexible. Civil service pensions 🤯 HMRC surprisingly wonderful.

@VodafoneUK my partner has ported he phone number to 02 and her phone is locked to your network. She has filled out a NUC form but hasn't had an email. When she rings, your automated system now doesn't recognise her number. How can she get a NUC code please?

@VodafoneUK I have had no 4g connection for over a day now, meaning I have to rely on an already sketchy home WiFi connection. No service issues listed for my area. Starting to think my connection is being throttled severely to the point I cannot use my phone.

@Ritchiepk @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I suggest the absence of a clause stating clearly that the contract ends on the death of the customer, once notified by the executor, is de facto an "unfair term in a consumer contract"

@Ritchiepk @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Luckily when I was exectuor for my late father, I was able to use my brother (exactly same name as father, even middle names) to cancel the utilities that would not speak to executors or would not accept death certificate as proof

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot that he had to very publicly share his personal grief to drag this response from you is just awful. How many without his standing or social media following have you treated the same or worse?

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Maybe businesses should start being more compassionate and treat their customers like humans.

@VodafoneUK You don’t do anything for vulnerable customers. If they have an issue you just put them on the Asian customer call centre merry go round. You have no shame. I’m amazed to see this post. Someone must have forced your hand legally

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone are scum. Took me days of effort around a few different shops in different citys to cancel an account. Could not do it over the phone.
