@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK it's been 4 days since you "showed" concern in the issue and asked for details in dm. I am sorry to say no communication/action/acknowledgement ever took place after providing details in dm. Action speaks louder than words. Only PR management on twitter.

@VodafoneUK Called customer complaints - usual fob off with token compensation- no desire whatsoever to understand why agent lied and took order or indeed why their colleague lied yesterday about delivery today when item is on 4 / 5 weeks back order

@VodafoneUK so I had no one to talk me down. This caused huge emotional distress. There are two phone numbers on the account yet you sent it to the one that doesn't have a contract with you and NOT the account holder. How can you not see that this is wrong!?
