    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK customer service is SO incompetent. Signed me up for a plan I NEVER agreed to and trying to charge £600+ to change it. Made a complaint but no end in sight as I just get passed around teams. No one use Vodafone to save yourself a headache. LIVID

    Thanks @VodafoneUK for deciding to do maintenance on our local mast without telling anyone. No mobile signal, texts etc so hard to do business like that! Useless company.

    @VodafoneUK You put my bill up by £2.50 a month with no notice. Odd you don’t text, when you’re keen to cold call me from all sorts of different numbers. If I wanted a crap service I’d go to EE. #disappointed

    And, in conclusion, isn’t it weird how @VodafoneUK made a mistake that made money by charging two people at once. And then, didn’t fix that error. Really weird. As @VodafoneGroup would say, I #FeelTheConnection between the ‘mistakes’ and the money.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for that - but why did my email request via your site go ignored, and your agent on the phone tell me that it wasn’t possible? Vodafone customer service is legendarily bad.

    @VodafoneUK - this is the first time I’ve ever called out a company publicly but your customer service has been SO TERRIBLE I feel I have been left with no other option. I placed an order for broadband over a month ago and I am still waiting for activation.
