@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK That was their explanation for the cancellation of the first order, which they did tell me about. They said I'd have to wait until VDSL ceased then re-order, incurring a >2 week break in service. That's when they agreed to provide me with mobile BB in the interim and refund.

@VodafoneUK - shocking service. Tried 4 times since Feb to cancel two watches on my account that are out of contract. Still getting charged for them. Have been sat on hold for 30 minutes as someone tries to cancel them. Absolutely disgraceful.
