@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

(2) I asked why we should have to pay for 4G and only expect 2G? The @VodafoneUK technical services said this loss in service ‘didn’t happen overnight’ He clearly didn’t read the notes that I’ve rang multiple times about this ‘mast being fixed’

Can't believe how much of a joke @VodafoneUK "tech" team are. Two openreach engineer's told them I need a new router and they still refuse to send one?? Even their own customer service have said it is a joke!! Looks like I will need a new provider then. Any suggestions?
