    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK BBC reporting that Voda say it’s fixed an hour ago but not the case. Still not working here, although the dongle does work when unplugging the network cable.

    @thegourmetboys @VodafoneUK I have the same issue , Vodafone live chat have set my router to update the firmware at some point today , I’ll see if that resolves it
