    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @Deb_mi4fe1ng @VodafoneUK Vodafone UK mobile network coverage is almost becoming unusable. Hardly any 5G coverage yet the 4G coverage continues to be downgraded. Can you please explain, Vodafone?

    @VodafoneUK Can someone DM me about a complaint? I had a bill Which I knew nothing about, which I’ve since paid off. The bill Is paid but vodafone wont declare it cleared and now it’s affecting my credit rating so I can’t buy a house!?

    @virginmedia I logged in. Had a message telling me to call 789. They are still investigating the complaint. 4g slower than 3g. Apparently a migration problem since swap from @VodafoneUK to @O2 The O2 mast is still out of action on the site it shares with 3 and Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK They won't, simple! Never do. £45pm when it's £20 elsewhere.... Not your fault but this is one customer that's already gone.

    @VodafoneUK is there reason I've no rewards yet I've been with you since August last year pay £47 monthly for broadband yet never any rewards is there a reason as all I get is check back soon.

    @VodafoneUK 51 hours without broadband, 12 hours on the phone to your customer support and still no clue what is being done to resolve my problem. Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced
