@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Worst customer service ever. Nothing but problems with vodafone. Would never use them ever again. Customer Service staff from Philippines or Egypt just don’t understand. Not there fault. But frustrating. Weeks of hassle with non uk call centres. Eventually got through to a UK

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK If you've spent 6 hours on the phone with Vodafone then you'll be thrilled to know your pain is only just beginning. It really is a shame how successive governments have let large companies give the finger to customer service, and Vodafone are among the worst.
