@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

Unpleasant experience with @ThreeUK Their new policy(I was just informed by them today) using the roaming for two months top abroad, sucks. They informed me after I renew the service with no extension for the paid month or refund. Choose @TheO2 @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Since visual voicemail was rolled out I’ve never been able to set it up. Several hours with support yesterday including a reset of my voicemail at your end and still no visual voicemail. Nothing online or via chat has resolved the issue. Can this please be looked at?
