@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK would not recommend Vodafone to anyone! there agents are lazy, rude and completely ignore what you tell them. They owe me money which after 2 weeks still not had and an investigation was meant to be in place which hadn’t been so thanks to you I’m now short for rent!

.@VodafoneUK really need to have actual human beings answering their calls. Tried to get through TWICE and kept being redirected to some live chat (with some AI/robot, not an actual person) instead, so I gave up. 😠 No wonder their customer service reviews are so ****.

I have been forced into unemployment due to my company collapsing. @VodafoneUK will not let me speak to a customer support agent about terminating my contract early due to financial difficulty. PLEASE can I be connected with someone to discuss my circumstances?!

@VodafoneUK can’t use my phone to call abroad at all. Followed all the tobi guidance to no avail. I’ve paid for extra data and I can’t use it. Please help sort this out. It’s incredibly frustrating.
