    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport u so need to get proper signal on ln12 2 area. Mablethorpe gets proper 5g and 4g and all we get is basic 4g which is rubbish. When will we get proper upgrades signal? @VodafoneUK never cares so hoping u can push your parent company

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been in London for 24 hours at the @wembleystadium area and my signal has been appalling. 5G is constantly available but my phone has been useless. Currently on @greeneking wifi to actually make my phone useful!
