@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK Yeah it would be a Vodafone sim only contract I’d be looking at. We haven’t had any issues with the network and currently run 2 mobiles with you as well.

@timtwofeathers @VodafoneUK 100% agree. Absolute set of *******. Had problems for months and they done **** all. Said if they fail I can leave without penalty but won’t honour that either. **** service from @VodafoneUK. They give no ***** about customer service
