@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK Very poor service from you. Been trying to contact customer service for over a week. Eventually get to cancellation department online, get to No 4 in the Q, customer survey pops up and kicks you out. Want to speak to person, not online chat!!!

@VodafoneUK I would just like to follow this up-after emailing CEO I was contacted by Vodafone and they have now resolved my issue after listening to my feedback about lack of contact with me as a customer, phone is now up and running!
