@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK Cardiff St David's Centre store please. Have rung their number but got recorded message, so none the wiser if they're open Bank Holiday Monday. Need to sort out either a new phone/contract or get PAC, but unable to do either when I can't get verification texts due to broken phone

@VodafoneUK sent you a DM but as per you go silent as soon as it’s out the public eye! I’ve tried WiFi calling it doesn’t work the app isn’t working to talk to your stupid robot you need to get this garbage sorted or I’m cancelling direct debits and you can whistle
