@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I had the same issue was with them you ask them to cancel everything and they don’t. Costs accumulate and they blame you. Staff are rude. I wonder how many other people they have done this to?

@VodafoneUK I have been a customer for many years not wish now to go back to a BlackBerry device. Can I still enable BlackBerry Internet Service on your carrier service?
