    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve had to cancel my service due to a house move, I was happy to take you with me, you didn’t provide a service at my new address, your advisor said there would be no charge, now a letter stating a huge early termination fee!!! Can’t get through on phone!!! Disgusted

    @Rudebobdizzle @VodafoneUK Neither is the online chat, I spent ages on it to upgrade, got near to the end and then the chat goes grey. Got reconnected to someone else and they never spoke.

    @VodafoneUK after 12 years and numerous problems over the last few months I will be moving my account to a new provider, 3 mobile phones, 3 business Fones and a mobile router. Sick of getting turned off AFTER I pay the bill. Not just the router or a single Fone but EVERY device.

    @VodafoneUK Been with Vodafone for about 14+ years, always been great support service. Now, this chat support system is the worst experience ever. Will be looking at alternatives when contract ends.

    @ianjeffray @rdrothwell @VodafoneUK Virtually all the webmail provides use anyway. The fact it doesn't even support imap says a lot.

    @VodafoneUK Yes the engineer came out, ran some tests & replaced the phone port. This is what changed the speeds from from 4-6 download to 16~. However as you can see, my upload went down even further after he came out (and my DL is still lower than before.
