    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK Today, I called 16 times from Vodafone to Vodafone. The call lasted 8 seconds, and no one heard me, nor did I hear anyone. This is the first network in Egypt. I consider it the last in Egypt and the world.

    @VodafoneUK Thank you Jay but i have spent 1.5 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK already today and you are calling me tomorrow to update me. The problem is that @OpenreachHelp do not turnup for the appointments we keep rebooking over and over.
