    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    Lmao even if someone paid me a million pounds, I’d NEVER EVER get a contract with @VodafoneUK EVER again. I’ve had an ongoing complaint for well over a year that’s STILL unsolved & their resolution is £150 off my next bill(s) lol. I’m 1000% taking it to CISAS

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK @vodafone What's the point of agreeing a Shared Rural network if the mast none of the operators have a mast in the area, and all the nearest ones are overcrowded. How hard it is to get masts installed to increase the #NotSpots? Sounds like you've just rolled over to the networks

    @VodafoneUK I don’t have a Vodafone mobile SO ITS NOT FREE to hang on a line for 20 minutes. You know exactly who I am, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to log into my account. It’s crap and you know it. You are more than happy to take my money without any verbal interaction at all
