    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @abishop1980 @VodafoneUK @RobShand1 4G is unusable now, never above 1meg. Yet before upgrading I got 30meg. Utter rip off.

    Every single night at 6-7pm, my internet goes down and doesn't stay stable for the entire night which renders it basically unusable. What's going on @VodafoneUK
