    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK @vuecinemas I did mate. On the 31st. Was told to wait another 24hrs. Its been 48hrs since then. A total of 15 days for a global communications company uo fix my broadband. Was told Xmas and ny holidays "don't matter, we have 24/7 cover". Now I'm being told "well, the holidays..."

    @VodafoneUK When is 5G going to be back working in my area? It’s been down in WA3 and WN7 for a week now (4G works fine). 5G is fine everywhere else but around my area it’s not been working for me or my wife for a week now. Your status checker says it’s fine though.
