@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK @owainpj 3 and a half hours on phone to customer services! Finally sorted but an afternoon wasted when I should have been earning. All came about from being misled in the Vodafone store. Customer service is awful. Would not have bothered with Vodafone if I knew this was going to happen

@VodafoneUK has to have the worst customer experience around. Not able to call or text, never mind use date, for weeks. Today I called just to be hung up on when trying to cancel, and the price for the privilege to do so was £130. I’m sick!

@VodafoneUK Say away from Vodafone there customer service department from the bottom to the top is one of the worst within the sector, miss selling is an issue which customers are not readily aware of, we have had a stressful time with the actions of this company,

@VodafoneUK, I'm still trying my hardest to cancel my expiring contract. Today is my second day trying to find a way to do it. I don't just want to delete my Direct Debit, I also don't want to "discuss" the reason. I just want to end the finishing contract.
