    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    NO STREAM TONIGHT!!! Very inconsistent Internet connection! Still having major Internet issues!!! @VodafoneUK it's constantly dropping out every 30-45minutes. been 3 days and maybe 10 calls and all I know is there is possible issues in the area.

    OK @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK 3 1/2 weeks since I took out my new contract. Since day #1 I haven’t Been able to access data on my iPhone. 2 iPhone 12s, 3 SIM cards and hours and hours in calls to your technical teams. I want a PAC code and to cancel my contract and leave.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, our service will be 100% affected. Their new house will build straight through it. We can’t ‘wait and see’ what happens as we need to know when the service will go down due to our jobs.

    @VodafoneUK Good evening, seems I was wrong. The situation isn't quite sorted yet. The guy came to collect my broken handset, and leave me a replacement. I was expecting a full box replacement, so I gave him the box, charger, phone, earphones...The whole lot.....He just left me with a phone.
