    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK My partner @Alyssaalouisee would be the perfect person to win. It marks about a year ago next month when she decided to work in partnership with NHS to support the elderly during these difficult times. Her phone is in need of a upgrade & shes already with Vodafone #VodafoneTreats

    @VodafoneUK poor show for rural community of Dalmally + surrounding area. 2 days no network already and a possible further 9 according to your customer support. We rely more than others to stay connected through your network. Is there nothing to speed that up?

    @VodafoneUK @Paulmcd61200744 Always sticks with @VodafoneUK every upgrade but his kids are for ever smashing his phone watching YouTube. Hardest working man during the past year doing 18 hour days with 2 jobs,sometimes working 7-9 without a break, never moans. Happy he is helping others
