    @VodafoneUK I don’t know who I am speaking to right now at your customer service but I’m talking and he keeps just going silent and not answering me then when I ask if he is there he just tells me the system is loading. It’s taken me 15 minutes to pass security with this guy?!?

    @VodafoneUK still pathetic internet speed and you still won’t let us cancel, eventhough the first guy we spoke with over a chat said we can leave without charges since your connection is so bad!! I don’t understand how you think you will have a good reputation with such a service!
