    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK Hi is it possible for someone to DM me about a complaint? Left Vodafone over 2 years ago and randomly had a further bill recently, which I knew nothing about until obtaining my credit file . You’ve written the bill off, which is great, but it’s affected credit rating

    Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK. We booked an installation 6 weeks in advance. Sub Contractors arrive 23/03/21. They can't hook our house to the infrastructure, they need the correct equipment. We've spent ages trying to get a response from Vodafone why this hasn't..

    @VodafoneUK @CISASUK Dear @VodafoneUK I'm struggling to understand why someone in complaints can't issue a deadlock letter and why I should even have to know it's a different department with heavy call volumes. Just make it happen TYVM.

    LOL @VodafoneUK ... "we can't find any of your recorded calls so we can;t investigate the complaint" OK can I have a deadlock letter to take to the ombudsman? "You'll need to hold for over an hour" Errm no I won't, just send me the deadlock letter so I can contact @CISASUK
