@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

8 hours ago I messaged @VodafoneUK about my broadband outage. Finally get a response: TLDR it's not working because it's not working. Thanks @VodafoneUK, really useful. How about an estimated time in future?! Absolutely useless!
