  @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

  Being with @VodafoneUK means I'm on the only major mobile network in the UK that is too cheap to let me use the wifi on the London Underground. Need to let someone know I'm on my way? Need to check train times? Stuck in an emergency? Too bad, Vodafone don't care.

  Absolutely disgusting customer service from @VodafoneUK 50 minutes on hold while the agent went to see why my contract had been amended without letting me know and then put the phone down obviously because they haven’t got a clue!! Nothing but problems with them!
