    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    There's no company I despise more than @VodafoneUK. They've caused me no end of issues, and even when I've finally ended my services with them they're still ******* me over! (And don't @ me saying 'sorry, please DM us so we can solve this'- I've already tried!)

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Recently got a 5G gigacube and speeds from Vodafone speed checker have appeared great >200Mbps but browser page loads have been painfully slow. Happens to iOS and Windows browsers. Can I change the default DNS server on the Vodafone Huawei HH500V?
