    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK You are a total waiste of time. My wife has already spent hours talking with you to fix this @VodafoneGroup TOTALLY USELESS. She asked to be released from her contract Free of charge for a disgusting service and wasting hours of time. Amazed ahmed essam allows this to happen

    @RhysPenny07 @VodafoneUK Yeah like when I turn on mobile data I don't see the 4g notification pop up. It just stays as the networks signal bar.

    WTAF @VodafoneUK - when you run a friggen test of the emergency broadcast system ALERT THE USER **BEFORE** YOU DO IT. Almost gave me a ******* heart attack!
