    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK Sadly. I'm the 4th member of my family to be moving because of the excessive prices on the Vodafone upgrade plans. Even one member who's been a stonch supporter for most of their mobile owning life. There is clearly a findemental problem with your costs and a call won't sort it.

    @VodafoneUK is there a problem with 'open orders' in your Siebel system? I've requested a PAYG EUROAM extra and the money has been taken, but nothing appears in the My VF app and I didn't receive the usual text message confirmation.

    @VodafoneUK your agents this month have been utter useless with simple tasks , cant even cancel and reschedule an appointment that they made on wrong day , over 30days and faults still not fixed after various engineers aswell . Oh and still expecting me to pay full price ,joke

    @VodafoneUK It’s a load of nonsense. What you show as strong is not. Get your team out and about with phones and get real. It is clear from the comments your customers are not happy as the network coverage is crap.

    @VodafoneUK Hi I have reported an issue with my network in my area and I have missed important phone calls and not been able to call back I need a fix for this issue asap as myself and son are waiting on NHS appointments and it has been going on for some time now

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Thank you for the email that says you can do nothing and it is @VodafoneUK to sort out with you. It seems very wrong that VodafoneUK has the monopoly on full fibre in our area so there are no competitors who could only provide better service.

    @VodafoneUK Hi my broadband has been out for over 12 hours checked on your service, outage in the area we are working on it, used the service again this morning outage in the area should be fixed by 8.25pm TODAY so no broadband for 24hours !!

    @VodafoneUK To visit SW Turkey (Marmaris area). What is/are the name(s) of your local network(s) to select? (Apparently Vodafone Greece also active on nearby Greek islands, so want to know exact names to tell them apart). Am on UK PAYG
