@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK For 15 years I have bought a voucher & paid for what I use, out of MY credit, when I use it. When I run out of credit, I buy another voucher. That is what I had. That is what I want. The bundles, which I never agreed to, are not cost effective for my needs. I want pay as you go.

@VodafoneUK It’s almost sorted now thanks to a really helpful advisor called Shannon but called the payment helpline in desperation in the end because the automated system is so bad!
