@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer since December the 22nd 2020, just over a month and in that time my connection hasn’t worked properly for a single day. I’m promised a call by the 2nd line tech team but they never ever call.

@FermanaghJulian Given the poor mobile phone coverage in rural areas we'll watch this one closely - having met with and spoken to @VodafoneUK reps on several occasions (dating back to early last year), we're still awaiting detail on coverage across @fermanaghomagh and plans on improving this.👀

Hi @Ofcom I’m having real trouble with my isp @VodafoneUK. Connected on the 22nd of December 2020 and the connection hasn’t worked properly a single day. That’s over month since my line was activated. Please help

@VodafoneUK hi i gave Vodafone my pac code from ee to keep my ee number with a pay as you go 1 Vodafone sim but the transfer was supposed to happen last night and it hasn’t yet. I have topped up and sent texts as it says on the website but still not working
