@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@RicieriEnoy @VodafoneUK wow, I bought the service from vodafone over 2 months ago, and they won't install it either; I know how you feel. Theyve missed 2 appointments now and wont communicate or apologise. Its a concerning poor level of customer support I've never seen before.

Customer service as tremendous as always @VodafoneUK . Try to transfer vodafone number to new Vodafone contract as upgrade was worse than what was online. 37 minute phonecall consisting of mostly being on hold culminates in getting hung up on and no return call.🤦

@VodafoneUK sold me a service, provided my with a modem and now it’s saying that I need to wait for 6 months to get the internet I required. Appealing service! No internet, not able to work from home.

@VodafoneUK 3 boosters and 24/7 tech help well 1 booster which is no use and NO 24/7 tech support your a joke waited on phone over 1 hr after I’d been on 1 hr30 today only for you putphone down as it was 8 pm I could cry 😭 your call handlers need re training
