@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK how on earth do you get to speak to a human? “TOBI” is crap, your call system after pressing 1, 2, etc etc cuts you off. Absolutely **** frustrating customer service.

@VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a £555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.

@VodafoneUK I try to cut out unnecessary noise from my life wherever possible. But 'service messages' like this are the bane of my life. I don't want to know if you've updated your terms of service, if you're about to bill me, or that you've got a 0% balance transfer offer available...

@VodafoneUK almost a week after my tweet about poor coverage in cm1, no reply and still no coverage. How can you leave the middle of a city with no coverage for nearly three weeks

@VodafoneUK - I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes now… trying to resolve a complaint… how long do I leave it before this becomes another major complaint?
