@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK Absolute twaddle. Vodafone was recommended to me but signal quality is shocking- I have to walk to the end of the road to get a signal. Vital when internet has been down in my property for over a week. Happy for you to respond!

@VodafoneUK Can’t understand why. Our router is clapped out after 5 years but you won’t replace it. It’s taken god knows how many phone calls. The network is so bad I often can’t get a decent voice signal in my own home. Because the masts follow the motorway and we live too far away
