    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK I have been on the phone all night, and I have also been trying to contact an advisor via a stupid bot.. i would like to cancel my contract which is up this month. Funny how this is so hard to do, awful customer service. Different when you want a new contract

    Shoutout to @VodafoneUK for leaving my mother in law with no phone or internet for 11 days. She is in her mid 70s, has health issues and no way to contact anyone. No mobile phone. Completely isolated. My husband just keeps getting told "will be resolved within 48 hours" 😒

    Time for a new phone yet the @VodafoneUK app says my screen is showing signs of damage. Erm, it’s in perfect condition and has been in a case since day one. Perhaps if they made a test that you could see properly it might be better. Time to switch I think
