    @VodafoneUK intermittent fault since 5th September. Fault first reported on 7th 'fixed' on 14th but apparently that's 'less than 2 days!' Return from week away. Still not fixed. Report again on 23rd and again today. Another evening with no connection. Any chance of a fix?

    @gakuto_bongo @VodafoneUK Wait till you see how carphone warehouse treat customers. They refuse to answer emails and the department I am trying to contact "doesn't have a phone number"

    Currently in @VodafoneUK hell. Broadband down. Chat person says you must ring. Ring - told to go on-line. Persisted and now waiting for 25 minutes.

    @VodafoneUK are the WORST company I have ever dealt with, if I could rate them -100 I would. Abysmal customer service and not one person knowing their jobs. AVOID joining them at all costs.

    @VodafoneUK For the second evening since Tuesday, my download speed is in the low double digits. A far cry from my expected 910mbps! Oh and getting hold of someone that can actually solve the problem is near impossible.

    @VodafoneUK are utterly useless - can never get anyone on the phone and have to deal with customer services by Chat which is more painful than poking my eyes with a fork! App doesn’t work and simple things are a total pain! #Vodafone useless

    @EdwdPrice @VodafoneUK And it’s not just my phone as my parents are with Voda, we’ve a fairly high spec 4G router and they’re all as bad.

    @gakuto_bongo @VodafoneUK Is there a branch nearby you can walk into for help? I’m with O2 and walk in whenever I need something and they’ve always been good. Plus they’ve been good with my data the last couple of years, unlike Facebook…..
