    @YDatguy @VodafoneUK Similar thing for me today 2.5 hours to be sold a deal(as a customer of almost 5 years) that is worse than what is available for any new customer on the website.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I had to take my case to the Ombudsman, Vodafone not only made it difficult for me to cancel, they then ‘ghosted’ my number on their system, kept charging me & had the cheek to affect my credit file.....& still wouldn’t accept they’d done anything wrong. #Vodafone #nightmare 🤨

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I see the problem. The phone deal was the one you were meant to shop about for, not be loyal to for 25 yrs. The international trading stuff was the one you were meant to leave alone. Easy mistake Davie. Easy mistake.
