@VodafoneUK disgusted with your service. Add an apple phone in to my account first bill I knew was going to be a bit higher but went from £47 to over £100 second bill should be back to normal but is £76 for a watch that should be on my plan that needs constantly charged

Hey @VodafoneUK is the 4th time the connection went down today and your app won’t let me ask for the discount. It says I had already redeemed, but I redeemed it on march (on march’s bill). Can you help me with that? It also went down several times this weekend.

@VodafoneUK the signal in Hartley Wintney Hampshire is almost non-existant. There were works being carried out over the weekend but finished by Monday apparently. What's the latest news? When can we expect to get what we're paying for?

@VodafoneUK One, rather simple, question - Does your latest modem sent out to customers let you rename devices from the web interface? Not the network SSID, Not MAC filtering, but renaming devices so they don't all appear as "Computer-14" or similar. Thanks.
