@AhmedShelbaya whoever approved the bot system that customers encounter when calling @VodafoneUK should be fired,I cannot wait until my contract is up as I am so beyond annoyed and I haven't even managed to speak to a person after days,AND THE PROBLEM IS NOT ONLINE!
