Dear @VodafoneUK Quit sending me texts offering cheap coffee deals and fix the mobile signal in BD16. Calls keep dropping out the last two weeks. Thanks. P.S. Your 5G is no faster or more reliable than 4G

@VodafoneUK Business customer here, waiting for Gainsborough broadband connection to come back online, it's now been 24 hours with no information, lead time or any other information. Speeds have been slow for weeks. Any actual information you have?

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your help, the phone's now unlocked. Now regarding the previous advice to take the phone to a third party website (which a cursery online search of reveals many unhappy, scammed customers). Any views on why that happened or promise to prevent it happening again?
