    @VodafoneUK Trying to speak to someone about an address you have put on my credit file that has nothing to do with me. Twice I've been left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Can someone get in touch who can help with this please, before I involve the financial ombudsman

    @VodafoneUK I have a friend who bought a plan through you guys. A big red plan, or something like that. She wanted the free Spotify that came with it. But has been paying £10 extra each month for it. Help
