@SamsungUK It hasn't been cleared up! @VodafoneUK have just phoned me without a solution. I wasn't made aware of this. I haven't got a charger that I can use. I am thinking of sending the phone back and leaving Vodafone. Really not impressed with how they have dealt with me!

50 minutes into my annual argument with @VodafoneUK customer service and the call ends while on hold... Anyways I'll finish this episode and go again

  • starmatt3 Matt (@starmatt3) reported

@VodafoneUK I have already spoken to the dedicated sales team who informed me I had the best offer possible. Took me a couple of mins to find a better deal for a new customer hence my comment.

  • DarthRider4 Darth Rider (@DarthRider4) reported

@VodafoneUK This illustrates how bad Vodafone Broadband is, I have the 63 Mbps fibre broadband and it took 10 hours to upload 10 photos, on 4G my phone did 48 pics in a couple of minutes. An 85MB (not GB) YouTube video is now on day 2 and its 26% uploaded, worst provider ever.

@SusannahKew @VodafoneUK @beauty_useless THANK YOU SuzyKew for the tip about "Alexa, go to volume zero" when those TERRIBLE, GARGLING, SLOPPY radio ads come on. Classic FM is a lovely listening experience except for the singularly awful Vodafone ads.
