CummingsDC (@f14550185) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Ähhm how you people cancel your contracts? By calling, really? What if your ex call all the companies who you have a contract with, electricity, water, gas, bank, telephone and they would all cancel your contract? Would you be happy about it? I guess no, so rules are necessary

Hilary Taylor (@HilaryTaylor638) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the misfortune of being briefly with Vodafone, terrible, terrible company to deal with

La loutre cosmique Ⓐ ☭ (@zeCosmicOtter) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @AmyJ_N4 @VodafoneUK My old housemate had nothing but trouble with them taking money out of her account for a tariff that didn’t even exist. I don’t even know if she got it sorted.

Billy,Bertie and Bobby (@jenual67) reported@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot It's as if they want to upset you even more. Spread far and wide and hopefully others will cancel and move to a more understanding service provider. Poor poor show Vodafone 🙈
-
burgesst (@burgesst) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with, both personally and professionally. Will never ever use them again.
-
scott B (@Englishscott) reported@sullivanclean @VodafoneUK So every month you are getting someone else's account correspondence which in itself is breaking data protection rules... Great customer service Vodafone
-
Tim Harris (@Tim_Harris8) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I know this won’t help with what has happened with all these truly awful stories but I stopped paying for a contract years ago. Swapped to @giffgaff who have been brilliant. I’ve never looked back, I’d urge everyone to swap to a rolling monthly contract instead.

Liz Slade (@lizslayed) reported@davidrvetter @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Yep. If this is their peak response when dealing with hugely negative PR imagine how they usually treat customers.
