    @VodafoneUK honestly great advise by there customer service Vodafone, told to disconnect to get a better deal , so I just did that , I went over to o2 we’re they gave me a great deal , thank you Vodafone for the great advise really appreciate it

    @VodafoneUK Now we are at week 3 now of trying to connect to Onenumber , 17 calls 1 hour per calls, approximately 5 apologies per call but still the problem isn’t rectified, THIS ISN’T GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    @VodafoneUK How do I cancel my plan upgrade. It says on the email I have 14 days to cancel and go back to my old plan. But can't find anywhere to do it.
