    @VodafoneUK Issues with existing connection. All 3 lights are on as in the pic but when I run the diagnosis it says failed the connectivity test

    This is why I avoid blitz, most of my later moves were premoves, but because @vodafoneUK 5G is so fast a premove is still -5 seconds on my clock. Worst way to lose a chess game

    @VodafoneUK absolutely terrible service. Ordered a phone, no option to change delivery date. Got sent back to you & you cancelled the contract & expect me to go through yet another credit check. This is after I spent over 2 hours yesterday on live chat & 1 hour on a call today 😡
