@VodafoneUK @Vitt2tsnoc You say it’s not related to roaming charges but it is . Due to my work I spend more time abroad than at home and now I am being penalised for that . I have been with Vodafone for over 20 years but off to find a new service .

@O2 So as confirmed by your rude south African call centre representative you will not refund the money after YOU cancel an order until the customer requests their money back. Sumbag business practices like this need to end. @EE do you do this? @VodafoneUK do you do this?

When my phone goes ‘ding!’ to herald a message, I always think it’s important or urgent or interesting. Too often it is @VodafoneUK with another stupid, useless, annoying waste of my time message. Like when they ring up and say, no specific reason to call...... Just f—— off!

@VodafoneUK Thanks Beth, sent a DM. Can you take a look at it for me please, BT have admitted it’s their cable that’s been damaged/cut but have said 21st if when they can fix it. So will have an impact on your services etc.

@VodafoneUK hi, still working on the blacklisted phone fraud. It’s getting interesting! Lot of people/departments involved now. I know you can’t tell me which provider blacklisted my phone but can you tell me when it was blacklisted ? which month, would help. Thanks.

@VodafoneUK So you have charged me again for an Ipad that the contract had expired, told me you could cancel it, then said i had to speak to someone, I CANNOT GET THROUGH. So what am I meant to do just sit on hold for hours on end? I do have a job too you know????
