@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK If the contract was not in the name of your father and only in the name of your deceased mother, then Vodafone have lost their customer and there is no contract and no one to pay them.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I paid for a @VodafoneUK sim card with unlimited minutes and texts and a 40GB data package to cover my trip to the Lakes. Data worked but minutes and texts didn't! Following their link to check balances, both said unlimited. Couldn't get through to customer services...

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This sounds like a fair trading issue that should be investigated by the Trading Standards Service. If you get in touch with them, you should make clear that you have established it’s a widespread problem affecting numerous consumers.

Was on @VodafoneUK for over 5 years. Utter shite customer service, extortionate bills and tariff. Dreadful coverage especially data on the move. No member perks at all. They put my bill up by £10 this year. NEVER join the. #Vodafone

@GeorgeMonbiot I was with @VodafoneUK for years, when I went to renew my contract they were so rude & unpleasant that I cancelled after 10 years and went to another network. Their customers service was hostile & dreadful. I'm sorry to hear about others having dreadful experiences
