@VodafoneUK I'm getting frequent drops in broadband connection and I've *never* had the advertised minimum connection speed. The app says "we've got your case" but nothing is happening. Sort it out!

@SheldonB14 @DPDgroup_news @VodafoneUK I had a similar issue. I DMd them as they requested for them to tell me they can't help as that's the corporate Twitter feed. They directed me to the Bot filled vicious circle where nothing is done.

@VodafoneUK 7 weeks without a stable Internet connection has taken its toll. We have had to relocate for 2 x 2 week periods just to get a Internet signal. The Scottish guys in the WiFi experts team have been sympathetic but have no control over the easy switch team.

Bad form @VodafoneUK cold calling with prominent no cold calling signs. Bringing an icecream van doesn’t cut it either. Reported and a company to avoid if that’s their tactics.

@VodafoneUK Please get an English person based in England to call me to resolve my issues. Although the people I’ve spoken to have had excellent English language skills and been extremely pleasant to deal with, there still seems to be some communication issues.
