    @iamtomskinner @VodafoneUK The amount of phone calls I’ve had to vodafone! Customer service is a shambles (to put it politely), always put processes first instead of thinking what’s best for the customer & everyone just passes calls on to different departments you’ve already spoken to. Can’t wait to leave!

    @ADRyde2 @VodafoneUK Errors on the system last year meant mine wasn't ordered or dispatched until April...I tried ordering in February. Absolute joke

    @VodafoneUK I’m paying for 5G and barely receive 4G, it’s frustrating. I am a key worker and these little things keep me going when I’m not working. I would love to be compensated with an iphone 12 pro max in exchange for my iphone 11 pro max. Can you do that?

    Hi @VodafoneUK I bought a new iPhone 12 from your Brentwood store over a month ago along with a contract. I’ve put the SIM card in the phone a week ago and it still doesn’t have any signal. What do I do. Help. The shop has now shut and I can’t find any numbers to call you on.
