So I will pay the £251, have given notice on wife's account (due upgrade) and will do likewise when each of other phones come up for contract renewal. How incredibly shabby/short sighted of @VodafoneUK to treat customers in such a way! I'd probably have stayed another 20 years!

@RCFarquhar @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Went to Vodafone Newbury to upgrade today only to find that we are paying for two contracts we don’t use . The shop are unable to cancel (😳) and advised to call 191 and that’s a dead end too! 🙈

It turns out that the shop assistant sold me a 2 year SIM deal, which is absolutely NOT what I wanted to do. It will now cost me £251 to get out of it. @VodafoneUK tell me that there is nothing that they either can/will do to help/mitigate the cost, despite my history.... 3

@VodafoneUK hiya I was just wondering if you remove a number from an account as the contract has ended, does the signal for the remaining number on the account become weaker?

@VodafoneUK And yet as soon as I attempt to make a roaming call to an Isle of Man landline or mobile number, the call is disconnected. There are no issues with calling UK based landlines. So back to you to explain ....

@VodafoneUK really appalled at you customer service, 20 years I've been a customer and that's how you treat me, a technical glitch is your only answer!

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee I have just had a two hour chat with your help desk trying to help a frail 86 year old they admit that it’s Vodaphone fault yet refuse to resolve saying it’s a Tela problem can you do something and stop the threatening letters?
