@AllisonPearson @VodafoneUK I have tried three times now to cancel my elderly mums. Even drove a 400 mile round trip so she was present to pass security. I paid her bill in full and they are still sending her bills every month.

@AllisonPearson @VodafoneUK Seriously though just go on the website and request PAC code to transfer your number if you wish to keep it. If you are on a contract and finish early they will charge you. If there have been issues with your service this may be a lesser charge.

  • TrueStew66 True Stew (@TrueStew66) reported

@AllisonPearson @VodafoneUK If it’s because of customer service fair enough but if it’s a mobile and price switch to pay as you go their options are cheap cheap ..

  • BeezerBee2 Beezer Bee (@BeezerBee2) reported

@AllisonPearson @VodafoneUK If not in contract, text PAC to 65075. You can also request a PAC by calling 191 or using live chat. Give the PAC to your new network provider and they will transfer the number over. If in contract, call them or use live chat to find out what they will charge you to cancel.

@VodafoneUK when is the mast in Royal Wootton Bassett going to be working?? Been down since at least 02/12 and no additional info on your website. Is this also the mast that runs the 2g secure network that smart metres run on??
