@VodafoneUK My MIL can not make calls but can receive them without any problem. We thought it was due to her hand set being very old but we recently bought her a new basic Nokia phone and the problem is still there. Could it be a sim card issue? She is on PAYG. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK not useful when your on hold for my 4th call in 4 days, after 1 hour I get told the team are not there to call back another time! I couldn't cancel yesterday as you wouldn't send an engineer but make me pay for 30 days! #cancellationnotice
