    @davidlaud @jhavfc @VodafoneUK It's incredible how bad ALL of them are. Their only slick experiences are usually onboarding (for obvious reasons). There is no join up between digital and non-digital whatsoever and you get stuck in endless loops.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Our service industry and helplines if anything goes wrong is poor. Our BT and Sky is rubbish in our area too. We live semi rural but would get a better reception on a desert Island.

    @ThreeUKSupport You'll notice top left corner I've got no signal, at all! So having to piggyback the neighbours internet. I want my contract cancelled. Perhaps @VodafoneUK will have me? Because @ThreeUK are shocking!

    @VodafoneUK Extremely let down and appalled by the poor customer service I received from you today. Tried to make a make an online payment, to later find I have to pay more money for my bill in these most difficult times of a pandemic. Definitely have to move to a new network!

    @VodafoneUK Trying so hard to resolve this and getting nowhere, The chat advisors string me along and 15 - 20 minutes after validating, they haven't done any investigation. The contact number instantly disconnects. How do we procure customer service from Vodafone exactly?

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I very rarely agree with you. But it’s nice to find common ground over the shocking incompetence of Vodafone customer support. I wasted 30+ hours on the phone with them and issue still wasn’t resolved.

    I have had it with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup can someone please recommend a broadband service who’s customer service is in the U.K. and they can provided a simple WiFi and phone service. @VodafoneGroup your services are ridiculous.
