    @VodafoneUK the issue is that its selecting channel 13 which may be what the router thinks is the best channel BUT the roku express operates on channels 1 - 11 only so i need the channel set to within that range

    Well it took quite a while but Cherry managed to help us. I don't think she was help by @VodafoneUK IT systems or their overly and unnecessarily complex product and service offers. @VodafoneUK certainly need to adopt the ITIL principle "Keep it simple".

    @O2 Thanks guys. Going to get someone I know with O2 to come through so I can check what your network coverage is like. Wife’s with @VodafoneUK and has no issues.
