    Disgusted that @VodafoneUK have treated me this way & now I cannot telephone for help if I suddenly become ill. What a cruel & callous Telecommunications company Vodafone have become, I was told twice in the last 7 days that my services would be resumed. But now total cancelled😭

    Thanks @VodafoneUK for nothing, 24 hours after switching from sim to esim, contacted your tech support to find out they ticket had to be "pushed". Now another 24 hours without service when working from home. Hello #ofcom

    @VodafoneUK I’m not sure what the issue is, but I do not have internet when relying on my mobile connection, even though it shows up as full bars 5G. And it’s been this way for the past couple of days - I’ve tried restarting and resetting the phone with no luck.

    @victoriablvck__ @VodafoneUK I hope you have better luck than I’ve had. Had an agent tell me I was due compensation as I wasn’t getting the service I was paying for. When I queried this, was told that hadn’t been said and I had misunderstood.

    @officialgiggs @SkyHelpTeam @VodafoneUK It's not even they overcharged me. It's that they claimed I missed a payment when I provided statements proving I paid my bill. They then credited me £50 and then took it straight off me for no reason then claimed I still owed the money. Disgusting service

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone. Let's do this in public since I tried privately and got nothing. My complaint is on the link, all of my complaints are in my customer notes. . Your head of customer experience, has my account number as I messaged her directly and didn't receive my call she promised
