    @VodafoneUK Hi there. Submitted a complaint to your Customer Relations team which you acknowledged on 20/1/21 saying you would respond within 5 days but heard nothing. Sent a chaser on 29/1...still nothing. Been a customer for years! Help!

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded with the intention of trading in my old phone. Completed the trade in app and waited. No return pack has been sent and I'm being charged an extra 15 quid and no one that I speak to at Vodafone can help. What do you suggest?

    @VodafoneUK I never actually started with them, I ordered a new sim card but they've been beyond useless so I have cancelled the contract and never used them.
