@VodafoneUK bought new phone, customer service rubbish. Incapable of porting number over. Call centre promise the earth, deliver nothing. Still waiting, having to use two phones. No contact back, continually have to chase, customer care non-existent.

Hi my @VodafoneUK mobile will not ring my elderly parents talktalk landline ?? My parents mobiles also Vodaphone won’t ring their landline either !! Why is this ?? My sister is on EE can get through fine. It seems there is an issue between Vodaphone mobile & talktalk landline
