    @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK @antonycotton Vodafone UK are appalling. Absolutely zero customer service and if you can get hold of them they say it’ll be sorted next day but it never is. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

    @AyyanMalikyf7o @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Mercury did it to me, let someone take an account in my name. I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.

    @VodafoneUK URGENT RESPONSE REQUIRED For the last 3 days I've had no network connection (SS17 7PL). I'm having to make all calls and texts using WhatsApp. Please advise when this issue is going to be resolved.
