@VodafoneUK What part of my message didn’t you understand? The call dropped after 2 hours as for whatever reason it doesn’t allow longer calls. 2 hours on hold is an absolute disgraceful attempt to deal with a customer without any sort of response from an operator. I would like a call back

Managing to prove they are utter shithouses, @VodafoneUK are turning off the sure signal feature, giving all of two weeks notice. But I'm now finding they only enable wi-fi calling for a select group of phones, ones they sell!

@GarryXDee @AdmiralUK They are all the same and customer service is appalling at them all don't even get me started on @VodafoneUK you just get passed from pillar to post non stop and they are all very good at saying sorry and it shouldn't be like this then pass you on to the next one! I just gave up!

Hi @VodafoneUK I've got a Huawei 5G router through you. It's not had a 5G signal for 4 days now. Your website tells me the 5G is fine. I've tried turning it on and off. Can you tell me what I'm paying for?
