@BottlesBooks @VodafoneUK I had similar a few years ago with EE, but because I'd been with them less than a year, I argued that the initial contract should be honoured. They backed down, and didn't increase the price till the following year. I don't know exact legality of this, but worth trying.

you know what @VodafoneUK I'm annoyed because as a housebound cripple I thought I should have reliable internet. How is @lebara sim more reliable than you are, and cheaper? Can I cancel this yet I'm not gonna cool off if you keep disconnecting every 20 seconds.
