@VodafoneUK Yet again I am chasing VAT invoices for the two devices I have on my account. I am now missing two months - they are never available on line and I have to go through this process EVERY month. This is a business account and I need VAT invoices!

I supposed I could down some pills in that time, but whats the point of making you panic beforehand (this coming out the same time as putins warning isn't helping my nerves)

@Thgoit @VodafoneUK No quite justified when I've set up pensioners to use Alexa for emergency help that has to be connected to a mobile phone. They've no knowledge of how the mobile operates! So a very very valid concern.
