@VodafoneUK I went to the website first. I’m going to a place with zero coverage and want to terminate my contract.

@sprintexec @VodafoneUK As always instead of calling your customers to help them as you would have his details on your system you just add a copy and paste link … typical

@frankspicer @VodafoneUK Medically vulnerable customer shielding without a properly functioning landline for 10 days. Vodafone keep promising to fix it next day. Customer service is just a firewall for a under resourced service. Kind words no actions.

@VodafoneUK hello. Since I switched to a 5G plan my data connectivity has been dreadful. If I’m travelling it’s constantly slow flicking from 4g/5G and nearly every spot I come to for work it’s painfully slow, also slow at home.

On an hour call (so far) with @VodafoneUK trying to sort out an order that has gone wrong. However, talking to the nicest guy ever who is exceptionally helpful. So good job on the staff, bad job on getting orders wrong.

@VodafoneUK @WeAreOpenreach new low today. Connecting a new customer and send the email you are coming a week late to someone else’s email. Breach in GDPR?? Damaging a business reputation and loss of earnings on top. Not a great start!

@VodafoneUK Even that sends an automated “can’t understand” reply... Who do I make a formal complaint to?

@VodafoneUK Thank you. It is not an issue of mum not being able to access her account, but that the app is not fully accessible with VoiceOver, A widely used screen reader on iphones by blind people. could you flag to your technical team please?
