In addition, Some of £44 pounds have been deducted from my account , Vodafone is giving false statements and hopes Every single time when I called to customer care. They said the the number will be active in 24 hrs but it isn’t. (3/4) @BBCNews @VodafoneUK @nickjeffery

@VodafoneUK 4 days in a row now I’ve had broadband connection problems. Up from 3 days last week. Last week you told me to get a screw driver and take my box apart. When i was ready to put it back together the call centre had cut me off as they had gone home for the day!
