    @annkempster My personal favourite: a thing from @VodafoneUK that gave us what felt like mobile-over-internet for a property with no mobile signal. Only useful for people with no mobile signal. Needed a mobile signal to set it up. Sigh.

    @VodafoneUK is there a problem with your broadband service in WA13? My neighbour has lost connection and has tried rebooting her router etc but still can’t get online. There’s not enough mobile signal for her to login to her account.

    @VodafoneUK A reminder, Vodafone will credit search you and set up credit agreements in your name, even when they have no ability to supply the service!!!

    @VodafoneUK Do the agents in your company know what customer service means???? Agent called ATHRAH was not only extremly unhelpfull but also DISCONNECTD my call! I am now going to report to Offcom.
