Gray Jones (@GrayJon44548451) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK After my contract ended with Vodafone, they continued to take money out of my account for 8 months. I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.

Mr Heap (@jonathan_heap) reported@VodafoneUK do you respond to customer complaints or just ignore them. Signed up with you 6 months ago and still waiting for my joining reward, non of your team seem to want to help

Joey ap Joey (@FarmerJoeShow) reported@VodafoneUK Omg Vodafone 🇬🇧 you’re so awful at providing a service. Definitely avoid these jokers if you’re in the UK 🇬🇧 for your broadband. Bad bad bad 👎👎👎

Adrian Rogers (@AJRAllModCons) reportedHey @VodafoneUK - can someone contact me? Four years ago you cancelled my contract because you had no signal in my village. I’ve been to borrow money today for the first time in 40 years. I have no credit rating because you say I owe £890 from 4 years ago. I’ve spent 6 hours

Dani🦁 (@worldmeetdani) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the exact same issue. I cancelled a mobile WiFi contract when moving home after uni, the agent on the phone confirmed my contract was cancelled and then when I started checking my credit score I got the shock of a lifetime!

FourSaints (@Parishof4Saints) reportedWe're out of contract (broadband) with @BT. They quoted £167+VAT for two lines into our church site. @VodafoneUK less than half that so we went with them (and v pleased with the service). However, can't fault BT for being VERY (too) persistent in trying to win us back.

Neil Weatherall (@neil_j_w) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We found the credit agencies most help in how to speak to the culprits. E had issues with O2 and they were less useful than 20 mins on with Experian etc

𝕁𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕪 (@garynetchells) reportedWhat is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE
