Contacting @VodafoneUK is always such a painful experience. Seems like no one communicates with each other over there. On hold for 15 mins listening to the same **** Coldplay song and no doubt I’ll end the call having got nowhere.

@VodafoneUK I’ve gone through the “reboot your router” and “restart your devices”. Didn’t work. Ethan’s “one off” has happened twice now to multiple people. All in MK. Still a one off? Still no issues? I think not. This needs sorting and we all need compensating instead of being fibbed off.

@VodafoneUK Did multiple speed tests from Ookla direct, and from your web site. Varied results: To watford: 65mbs down, 120mbs up Edinburgh: 1.59mbs down, 195mbs up Manchester: 3.09mbs down, 189mbs up. As can be seen upload is fine, but download severely affected (on 500mbs package)

@VodafoneUK if you want a company to cut your old broadband line out and leave you without broadband for 6 weeks now, crippling your company to the point you might us ti close it down. Go to with @VodafoneUK they are great at it. Disgusting service and don’t care at all over 30
