  @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

  Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

  I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken

  Lovely technical advice from @VodafoneUK with a local mast ‘under maintenance’ a whole village suffering. And they want me to reset all network connections losing all Bluetooth/wifi passwords. And it’s will only take 3-5mins of my time. It’s a mast issue not device issue.

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  Don’t believe a WORD of what @VodafoneUK say when they offer to ‘help’ whn you are struggling. They don’t! They charge you for late payment and send you straight back to square one.

  @VodafoneUK I need urgent assistance and someone to contact me regarding my account and issue with outbound calling. I have tried all day to sort it and online chat agents just end the chat !!!
