    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK Even the shop I went to in my town. Couldn’t resolve the issue. The fact the chat disconnects. Well the advisors should be messaging updates on what they are doing. Instead of nothing at all. And left to us the customer. It’s all to get us the customer to give up!

    @VodafoneUK @EE why do you only offer discounts for NHS staff, and not for other emergency service workers? That’s according to @MartinSLewis latest email. Bit of an insult to other branches of emergency services

    @VodafoneUK The app is definitely broken. It says there are technical difficulties and gives the error code 2404.

    @VodafoneUK It says "due to a technical issue, we are unable to process your top up at this time. Please try again in an hour." It's been saying that since I got up at 5am, both via the app and when I call.

    @VodafoneUK so my son was spiked last night and his phone stolen, I have tried to report his phone stolen this morning to you with no joy due to the complete ignorance & lack of understanding from your customer services, absolutely disgusting service no help whatsoever

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK Drop Vodafone a DM. Goes straight to a robot again? I was on with an advisor for that time. Passed around different departments. With no resolution. Just I am kicking into this. Confirming what has happened and no response. Then chat disconnected
