  Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

  @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

  @VodafoneUK @MsLesleySmith Interesting that Vodafone have immediately replied to Lesley, while @EE haven’t bothered at all after quite some time. I guess paying Kevin Bacon to boast about the UK’s largest network doesn’t leave any time to talk to customers

  @VodafoneUK disgusting service😳 My dad locked himself out of his phone. Trying to ring to fix it, told phones are too busy, try the live chat, the live chat tells us to ring. No answer again and again. So I ring the same number and pretend I want an upgrade, straight through💰💰

  @VodafoneUK is quite possibly the worst phone company in the UK and that's probably why their bundles are so good - to entice you. Honestly, bunch of greedy thieves who make illegal moves and steal. And make it impossible to remove your data and accounts. Disgusting.

  @VodafoneUK When will you improve the network at Edinburgh airport? I’m here regularly and the performance is so dire that you can barely use the internet let alone WhatsApp (regardless of time of day). iPhone user with 4/4 signal and 4G. Been like this for many months 😡
