Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

Changed from normal @VodafoneUK Broadband to FTTP Thu 8th. Drilled through gas riser & slightly into the gas pipe inside, damaged brickwork, FTTP didn’t work until Tue 13th, stops again Thu 15th, engineer 8-1 today doesn’t show up, new appt. for 23rd! Customer care at its worst!

When you’re two days into no service with @VodafoneUK and support tell you “you need to wait some time” for my services to resume. Days? Weeks? Really regret moving to them now
