Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

Recently upgraded my @Vodafone contract&handset - software failure on the iPhone within wks; w/o a phone for 2wks; replacement device also faulty; hrs of explaining the issue; told no chance of getting a door to door swap; 1 month without a phone??!? Appalling service @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @vodafonecom . Since July 2021 Chelsea SW10 does not have 4g phone signal. I’ve complained weekly to both the internet chat and to a phone agent yet no resolution. Vodafone continue to charge SW10 for no service!
