Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

Working from home due to the snow but @VodafoneUK broadband isn't working. Call helpline, automated system says problem in the area, theyre "working on it". it hung up without option to speak to anyone.Down at 9pm last night ETA fix 6pm. Refund for the 21hrs without service? 🤔

@VodafoneUK Yes phone and app fully updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, Im using an iphone 14 pro max, its not a problem my end, ive tried whilst on 4G and wifi connected, always get error messages, it clearly states your having technical difficulties yet Im the one its costing!

@VodafoneUK why does Vodafone say that there webchat service is 24Hrs but keeps messaging back that the opening times are 8am to 10pm . It’s really annoying !?!
