Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK my experience of your Internet is awful. I have had numerous tech assistance but still daily, the Internet fails. I am sure it is the router as I can swap between main and guest to get better service, but need assistance to resolve. Can someone help please?

@VodafoneUK hands down the worst mobile network I've ever been with. They do nothing to help especially during this pandemic. Vodafone still went to take you for everything you've got. Atrocious customer service!! I'd advice anyone not to take on a contract!!

@VodafoneUK @joeandseph Been trying to pay a closing Bill now for 3 days. Still haven't been able to as that account has been closed. Was told on chat that I could face a mark on my credit rating (not happy). Was DM'd to sort but now Vodafone have stopped responding to my requests for help. USELESS !!
