    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    2. I started questioning what the future of mobile is in remote areas because a) it’s always been bad & it doesn’t seem to be much better b) we weren’t anywhere that remote (Outskirts of Inverness or villages in Torridon rather than on hills for once!) Will @VodafoneUK improve?

    @VodafoneUK please fix the signal issue in Hounslow, west London. Had no data and 1 bar of signal for 36 hours. Can't even contact anyone because your support service is garbage.

    @VodafoneUK I don’t get why it shouldn’t be possible - my wife has perfect 5G signal on the same route with BT. If it were a new or temporary thing or out in the sticks it might be understandable but it’s the middle of London and has never been sorted. Vodafone really should address it

    @VodafoneUK internet out- all white lights on router but says can’t connect to dns, that won’t change even if I try configure and not having any luck otherwise- please help as all your other support seems to be part-time.

    @VodafoneUK so im due an upgrade, you wont match an offer on a 3rd parties website which is still with you, but if I take it I cant keep my phone number - outstanding customer service 👏

    @VodafoneUK @AFZOK I was a Bvb10 customer, and seemed to have opted out by accident, when I dial 2345 I’ve roped up but it won’t top up as bvb 10 but it won’t let me select it as a Bvb option because it says I’m still on Bvb, but I’m not and it won’t let me select it, I’ve tried tx’in Bvb10 to 2345

    @VodafoneUK 'unlimited' 4G service absolutely Toilet as per normal. Joke company, avoid at all costs.
