    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

    Seems bizarre that despite being on the phone for over an hour @VodafoneUK has told me that I’m unable to raise a complaint by phone, despite their policy say I can. Hmm a phone company that you can’t complain by phone ? ?

    @VodafoneUK oh dear.. not only do your chat team lie, you then offer compensation but never apply it to my bill & to top it off want to put me in a new 24 month contract because I’m moving house or charge me £60 cancellation fee, even though you owe me money. #Shenanigans #scam

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
