@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

Update: finally spoke to Mike the Manager, who is taking this back to @VodafoneUK. Who, apparently, are refusing to believe there’s an issue because the broadband speeds INTO my property are reading as fine @yourSSE

@VodafoneUK @romankemp @ITV Roman, Maybe you could get Vodafone to do their job properly in dealing with my complaint. Various people told me it would be dealt with but no, it hasn’t. Two weeks later… I can’t tell you how many people I’ve spoken to. How they run a business, I’ve no Bloomin’ idea.

@EE Thanks @EE it’s not you! It’s @VodafoneUK that are being an absolute nightmare with zero communication or any idea what their warehouse is doing or where stock is. Apparently customer services cannot speak anyone and no one can escalate it! 🙄

@VodafoneUK Is there network problems in the Cumbernauld area, G68? No signal at all since yesterday but when I head into Glasgow city centre I get full signal.
