Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

@VodafoneUK I am a new customer and I am already looking at leaving before my broadband contract starts. Shocking customer service by phone and unusable online services. I remember why I left Vodafone for my mobile contract years ago now

@VodafoneUK Nope. Let you guys know at 10am Sat I’m charging £8 per hour until service back. So I’ll expect that paid when back up. Complaint already filed as this is an avoidable situation caused by individual and systemic failures at @VodafoneUK @VodafoneBizz.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone, it doesn not work from the moment you have announced about free calls. Before I could call Ukraine, and now not. Im unable to reach my family- the call does not go through at all. You mislead customers and your customer service was completely useless!

@VodafoneUK Vodafone seems to have turned its back on UK customers. Automated chat is awful, no online help, waited over an hour on the phone and gave up. All I want is a bloody replacement SIM or I'll just stop the direct debits because you're in breach of my consumer rights

@VodafoneUK Not exactly nice when your partner is looking for a job which you then ring her about only to then hang up without saying a word because she can't fit your hours due to childcare commitments. Should probably work on a better way of ending calls.
