Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK Really disappointed in lack of support & customer service. iPad taken out in Nov for Xmas present, not activated until 4days after Christmas, turns itself off and not back on again after 5days. Sent off for repair to receive disgusting lack of help!

@VodafoneUK are an absolute shambles called over 15 times to cancel my account from old property and still trying to bill me and everytime o call they tell me it’s sorted and no payment required and I get a further invoice from them from debt collectors stay well clear

@VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to a so call advisor who is in India and hasn’t a clue why my internet is off, if he did he wouldn’t tell me the fibre is broken and the whole area is out when it’s clearly not!!

@VodafoneUK utterly disappointed with your service or lack thereof!!! I was told a requested service would be completed in 24hrs, more than 48hrs later… it is neither completed nor has anyone contacted me to tell me why! #disappointingvodafone #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK Why does it look like you haven't cancelled my phone contract despite being told you had? I'm in my 30 day notice period and will not be paying further bills so it's in your interest to cancel the account accordingly as requested.
