    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK can you please help me get a working sim. I lost my sim last weekend and reported it. New sim arrived 2 days ago but not activated despite repeated attempts. I’m at my wits end, beside being uncontactable. Pathetic customer service.

    @VodafoneUK For other Vodafone customers the error looks to be caused by latest Apple update. Go to settings, change your default browser to Safari. Find Safari in 'Settings' then select 'Default browser app' and choose 'Safari'. A temp resolution as Vodafone currently working on the fix. 🧐

    @Liverbird_jj @three @VodafoneUK I've managed to get through to check my allowances, just incase I missed bill date & it tells me they're all in credit, then tried to speak to someone & it keeps cutting me off, trying to get through on someone else's phone, same issue, they're with 3, really strange.
