Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK Anyone considering getting vodafone internet, dont its shite! Yesterday my speed was 24 download, they said its was 60mb, so 60mbs is what it is, so no problems with the system!

Was going to stay up and watch #NXTTakeoverVengeanceDay But the internet service from @VodafoneUK is total **** so there’s no point in trying to watch it live. Months of trying to get it fixed to no avail. Waiting for contract to run out. DO NOT USE @VodafoneUK IT IS ****.

@VodafoneUK router has been down for over an hour and for the past few months it is constantly going down at least 2-4 times a day minimum. Had someone round to take a look, says they fixed it and 2 weeks later back to being total ****.

I would advise anyone looking to get broadband services to stay away from @VodafoneUK as they are absolutely useless at resolving faults! 3 Open Reach engineers have been out and I’ve been told the issue is with the router, yet they want to send another? Waste of everyone’s time!
