Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK DAY 9 without service!!! Can’t believe the issue you put me on. I couldn’t do any work yesterday!!!!! An adviser told me that would be fixed by yesterday midnight. This is going to be a matter of dispute with CISAS!!!

The worst customer service I have ever come across @VodafoneUK. Blocked my account for no reason, lots of false information and awful customer service and now cannot talk to anybody. I have never come across such awful service.

@VodafoneUK Hello Izzy, I know it’s not your fault personally, but Vodafone’s procedures and processes are ludicrous. I’ve called countless times. The faults team are adamant they need to wait to speak to Cityfibre on Monday. It’s still not working by the way.
