Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

What’s point of your ‘Deadlock Team’ @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz? Even less helpful than customer service & achieved absolutely nothing being passed to them as they they won’t help or discuss. Threatening to remove offer paltry compensation if I go to ombudsman. Shockingly poor.

@VodafoneUK Just a query, is there issues with the 4G in Lincolnshire area? Nornally works great but today it keeps not working. Not loading anything. I've restarted my phone and this hasnt helped. Just isn't normal

@robinmckelvie @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz I’ve been with Vodafone for years and had a couple of problems over the years but I got them sorted by keeping a note of the date and times of any phone calls and ask them to go back and listen to the recording of any deals I made with Vodafone the problems were soon fixed

Trying to cancel my contract when it finishes next month with @VodafoneUK . Got 'TOBI' their online assistant... who sends you round in circles.. after 15 minutes eventually typed in -'go boil your robotic head'... now on to a human... :-) wish me luck...

Hi @VodafoneUK - I'm trying to top up my late brother's mobile. The £15 is showing in my bank as PENDING but I'm told the topup failed. Also tried with Paypal but that failed too - can you please help?

@VodafoneUK interesting to see I'm not the only one getting exasperated with the service at @Vodafone. Absolutely shocking. Can't get ANYWHERE with advisers, have wasted hours being passed from pillar to post. Submitted official complaint and still heard nothing. Can any1 help?!
