Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

@VodafoneUK No 5G signal at Llandough Hospital CF64 2XX. EE have full 5G bars. Switched to Vodafone as it was the best data and signal in the area. Might have hundreds of staff switching to EE if it stays like this!

@VodafoneUK: over 10 years with Vodafone, bugging me by post with publicity, contacted for an upgrade, after 4 hrs… can’t be approved today, need proof of your address: have a problem taking the money from my account or sending publicity. Is this how you treat loyal customers?
