Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

that all evidence of phone calls he made trying to cancel this tablet have been wiped. he’s now being told he needs to pay over £80 to switch to a “£0 a month contract” for a tablet that was supposed to be a gift. it’s never been used because he tried to send it back. @VodafoneUK

my partner was told he’d get a free tablet with his new phone contract in 2018 @VodafoneUK for being a longtime customer. he was phoned out of the blue to be told that he was being offered a free tablet. he’s now been paying for it monthly this entire time and has been told (1/2)
