    @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK Network and 4g seems to be down in my area LD3 0..... is this an ongoing issue as we have had problems for days.

    @VodafoneUK come on I’ve been having crappy service for 2 months you have maintenance issues everywhere or what it’s like 24/7 it’s not worth staying On this network

    @VodafoneUK are ridiculous I'm an existing phone customer & have taken out a new contract with them & because I didn't give them 30 days notice I have to now pay for two phones for the next month & I still don't know if they will cancel it & move my number accross.

    @VodafoneUK SHITTEST NETWORK EVER. I’m not even even the provider but yet there’s fraud on mine your system have been down for two day? And no one can help me. What’s the point of having customer service when you can’t even do anything

    @VodafoneUK I have done this and it is saying no issues but there clearly is my WhatsApp will not work whatsoever unless connected to wifi, iMessages are sending, fb and insta posts loading but will not send messages?

    @VodafoneUK ive just been hoodwinked by these people. if you dont cancel you apple watch contract after 2 years they carry on charging. They only accept phone cancellations, not shop, not online. After 2 hours on the phone I find out i was overchrged £150. Caveat Emptor

    Wow wow wow. So to sort it out their systems are down for 3 hours. Or pay for a pay per minute number @VodafoneUK another day spent sorting this out

    @EmBombIbiza @VodafoneUK It’s awful, isn’t it? What bothers me is that their customer service used to be so good. They would call you with deals before your contract ran out. Now I’ve to over pay because it wouldn’t let me upgrade to SIM only until my contract ran out.

    People if you’re flying out soon and you’re on @VodafoneUK or @VOXI_UK try and pattern your data roaming before you leave the UK pls pls. These jokeman have charged me like 30 quid already and I’ve been here a day and their customer service robots are doing my nut in

    @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK Maybe this public exposure will actually shame someone higher up your organisation to look into why it is failing. To have the order cancelled, knowing about it (as proved by router not being sent), but not to tell the customer is utterly unforgivable. I was expecting FTTP today!
