@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK I have tried to cancel my contract 3 times now. Each time I am told it is. The last time I was told it had been cancelled and I would be issued a repayment for overpayments and this hasn’t happened. I’ve spent 4+ hours on phone to be told it’s sorted when it’s not.

@VodafoneUK 3 and a half hours and still waiting, complete joke ! I have twice been connected through to live chat and twice disconnected ... should I try calling through as a new customer I don’t think they’ll be waiting this long for an answer !

Not sure who wins the #badcustomerservice award today. Close call between @VodafoneUK & @Barclays ... guess Vodafone at least eventually spoke to me & sort of resolved & sort of apologised. Barclays... jury out. Have tried every possible way to speak to you today. Service sucks!

@VodafoneUK how do we raise a complaint? My girlfriend is 30 weeks pregnant and has been in tears because of stress of the Vodafone customer service. Never seen anything like your crap service
