    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @JeremyBuxton @VodafoneUK I would have thought it that it comes from the ‘roamed to’ network. Possibly more likely that a local operator that operates in both places has some internal plumbing wrong. Did you roam onto Sure?

    @VodafoneUK Warning to anybody thinking of switching or signing up with Vodafone. Even after complaining again, you have cut off my phone service. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH Vodafone Broadband or phone. They cannot deal with any issues that arise.

    @VodafoneUK another 60 minutes of my precious time spent on the phone with your customer service to cancel my broadband order within the cooling off period . What a waste of time !

    Disgraceful service from @VodafoneUK nearly 2 hours spent on chat to simply cancel my late fathers contract and convert to PAYG for a few months. Seems I’ve been signed up to a bundle that I didn’t agree to and they’ve stopped chatting. Just left me hanging!

    Hey @VodafoneUK how do I send an email to customer service? I have an issue that I don’t fancy trying to explain via a chat window, and your Bot doesn’t understand what the word email means.
