Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@bt_uk Shocking service #wedontcare - moved 93 year father-in-law from @VodafoneUK / - they disabled copper line (which was not requested - fall alarm system now failing) / account access broken / support is terrible and even they recommend that we should move to @TalkTalk !

@VodafoneUK I need to speak with someone in collections dept to get a wrong righted. You've dinged my credit rating for "non payment" yet MyVodafone shows ALL bills paid. Chat support yesterday over thirty mins. USELESS.

@VodafoneUK When I try that it says that my email address will be my username. When I put in my email address, it says it is in use and to contact you. When I click on contact us, it takes me to the bot that doesn’t understand my issue.
