    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

    Anyone else had a complication with their @VodafoneUK mobile & been advised by Vodafone to swap to @LycaMobile for 24 hours? 5 Months later my son is still trying to swap back, the whole procedure has been absolute chaos & taken up days of time. Never go near Lyca!

    @VodafoneUK need to return a phone Apple that had a replacement battery that is not working. I want to phone the store unable to I cannot get back until after my holiday in two weeks time what do I do?

    @TheWildLemons @VodafoneUK I couldn’t even do that, because my phone signal’s so bad here at home - I rely on wifi calling for making calls (quite intermittent), and I couldn’t get online on my phone to check status, or even X. It’s very inconvenient, isn’t it? 🙄 I hope yours is ok now! 🤞

    @VodafoneUK so these are the stats on rail connectivity , no surprise EE was the only network that met Ofcom’s benchmark of 42 per cent of measured rail segments. Three recorded 21 per cent, O2 reached 20 per cent, while Vodafone achieved 17 per cent.

    @VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted Set up an account for my mother for broadband Phone and Mobile and you’re charging her double what I was quoted for the service. Is this what you do take advantage of elderly people?

    @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.
