    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK I ordered the S21 whilst speaking on the phone, to a Vodafone representative, who never made me aware of this! It takes seconds to make someone aware of any changes. I wasn't informed. I don't appreciate your message. This is something that everyone should be made aware of.

    @VodafoneUK I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY IPAD WOULD BE NICE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE APART FROM A ******* COMPUTER. Funny how you call me when you want my money though.

    So its taken over 30 mins to top up and change my bundle deal with @VodafoneUK one system to top up (phone), one to cancel (app) and one to remove old and apply new. (web chat!) sort this out.

    @VodafoneUK I have already spoken to the dedicated sales team who informed me I had the best offer possible. Took me a couple of mins to find a better deal for a new customer hence my comment.

    @mr_rc_1 @VodafoneUK I definatly think you should move providers. Switch over to 02 there customer service is brilliant. I left @Vodafone for the same reason. If they haven't resolved your issues in a week its clearly telling you something 🙄

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom What are you doing to protect us from nuisance calls? I get a steady stream of UK and international calls that interrupt my day. BT Call Guardian has stopped 100% of nuisance calls for years (they really do), you need to up your game.
