@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

After a 1 month and a half ... nothing has been sorted .... They haven’t even chased anything up ... @VodafoneUK is most definitely the worst when it comes to service/sorting out problems ... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

@VodafoneUK Excited to see you again?! Went in store and staff were sat on their phones. We have 4 phones with you and have been with you for more than 10 years and yet cannot get any support in store. Utterly Rediculous. Think its time to start looking elsewhere.

@virginmedia I tried to call on the 19th April to cancel 2 of my numbers but your foreign call centre didn't action the request. The sooner I can leave completely the better. Is only going to get worse when you change to the @VodafoneUK network who's got the poorest coverage in the UK.

Appalled by services of these two company’s, been supplied a phone by @MPD_Online which was on @VodafoneUK network! The phone has now locked itself to a network that is Unknown for no apparent reason neither are helping with the issue! The customer service has been shocking

@VodafoneUK I’ve decided to stay out of contract and wait for more providers on the CityFibre network. Feedback on your new broadband packages. Can you make a 200mbps package that doesn’t come with all the unnecessary extras WiFi experts, 4G backup, Norton, and super WiFi.
