@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@TheyCallHimR @VodafoneUK i work from home a little, and my service has been awful for a while, devices keep dropping off, or won't connect. every morning my sky says no Internet, and I have to go round resetting router and sky Q boxes.hope you get back up soon.

@VodafoneUK Literally the worst supplier. Admitted their BB doesn’t work with Sky. Refuse to honour Pro BB guarantee. In order to get a new supplier, I’ve had to pay a £291 cancellation fee! #vodafail #scam
