    @VodafoneUK Network and 4g seems to be down in my area LD3 0..... is this an ongoing issue as we have had problems for days.

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK Wife was a loyal customer for 20 years she asked to join a advertised plan but was told it was for new customers only. Poor form from Vodafone enough to finally make her leave. It seems customer loyalty is no longer rewarded anywhere, always best to shop around.

    @VodafoneUK @carly_9x Had no signal here in South Wales all day. Vodafone Network status online assures me all is OK. But when I phone: ‘We’re really sorry but due to bad weather we’re experiencing a number of problems with our network.’ Which is it? I can only assume status is telling porkies.

    @VodafoneUK Still not resolved. Appalling service. No idea when likely to be installed as nobody bothering contacting me and I get cut off after an hour of holding. Absolute joke!

    @DroumgarrGooner @VodafoneUK The same here, they not answering me, ignorance is the game they playing. Or as I heard also called "silence resolution". Which basically means ignoring you till you give up.

    @VodafoneUK My broadband was due to be installed on Friday and despite assurances I’ve heard nothing regarding when the engineer may come. I’ve tried calling/been on your website and can’t get through and have been cut off after an hour holding. Appalling service

    @ScouseGoth @VodafoneUK Mobile phone companies are just as bad as car insurance, you have to shop around as loyalty means nothing but they know it’s a pain to move so depend on us just not bothering
