@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

Dont bother with @VodafoneUK these days, I have had issues with them since Monday regarding my account and no idiot working there has been able to sort it out. Then get accused by helpline worker that I was lying. Switching to O2 tomorrow!

@VodafoneUK I can't get to talk to anyone either on the phone or via chat, for over a week now, our Internet has gone from 350mbs to around 5mbs for the last month, been a customer for over twenty years, the service this last month us shocking.
