    @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK Network and 4g seems to be down in my area LD3 0..... is this an ongoing issue as we have had problems for days.

    So much for the stress free switching or however @VodafoneUK put it. Today's is my going live day with them. It's after 3pm...no Internet and after an hour speaking to tech help on the phone. Very poor service.

    What is going on @VodafoneUK ? Ever since you bought @ThreeUK your network has been awful. An Edge signal in the middle of @LoveMeadowhall ?!! Frequent zero throughput, degraded signal strength *everywhere*. It's like going back in time 20 years!

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre No internet for 2 days, due to a pole down. I have repoted the incident but have had no updates on what’s happening. Can anyone look into this if a DM with more details is sent?

    So unhappy with @VodafoneUK Terrible communication and service. Switched to them and two broken routers. My line switch took an extra two days. And they didn't communicate properly regarding a delivery exchange that had a DPD driver badgering my wife at the door

    Diabolical service from @VodafoneUK . Recently upgraded to a new plan that was then cancelled in error through no fault of my own. Had to set up brand new order at higher price then to be told activation date will not be until 28.04 Currently without any broadband. Leaving now

    @VodafoneUK my contact is coming to an end which includes Spotify,if I upgrade to sim only will I still just keep paying for it until I cancel the subscription

    @VodafoneUK Hi, why is it so hard to talk to you. My wife has phoned several times now and she is getting messed around and around. She switched to a new number last year over the phone and closed her last number down while talking to a rep. But she has been getting billed for
