Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@vodafoneuk 3. You are logged into a Pay as you go account with Pay monthly items in your basket Please go back to basket and remove the mis-matched items or logout from there and continue as a new customer.

Apparently is you have laryngitis or are Mute due to a disability, @VodafoneUK won't let you cancel your contract with them

@VodafoneUK Paid my bill on the app with a debit card, and on your app it is still not showing as being paid. This has happened before but only with Vodafone. I shouldn’t be paying twice just because your system is awful.

@VodafoneUK - Head over to Settings > Mobile data > Network selection and try connecting to another provider for 5 minutes then connecting back to Vodafone
