    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK we are facing too much service suport problem in vodafone m2m numbers and wrist quality service support no time being working for the solution I was also mailed to higher authority but all are sleeping and in other side they are saying they are committed for customer

    Trying to cancel @VodafoneUK account. It's harder than getting it if that's possible. I got a transcript of the conversation to confirm it's cancelled but the transcript replaces the account with xxs so it isn't confirmation! Vodafone's labyrinthine systems are why I hope I left.

    Just discovered the ‘technical’ @VodafoneUK agent has NO CLUE what he’s doing. He has to send an email to the Maintenance Team. Surely after 5 mths of having this issue they could assign a competent person? #badservice

    @VodafoneUK are you having broadband issues?? I'm only getting around 20mbps down and 4mbps up. Normally 3x that. On pro broadband 2 in the ta63 area
