@VodafoneUK This information needs to be made available, in writing, to all of your customers - not just those who use Twitter. And your ‘customer service’ staff in other areas also need up-skilling when faced with situations. I spent 90 mins on chat trying to sort and finally gave up.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone have been on my list of DO NOT USE companies for a long time. I returned a phone within a cancellation period years ago as there was no mobile signal where I live and there were all sorts of problems with them. Their attitude stinks.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So much truly horrible PR for @VodafoneUK both here and as a result of your #GMB appearance. Good job George. I bet they wish they'd treated you a little better now. #PeoplePower

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya My sympathies George, it appears many people have had problems similar to yours but you have managed to highlight the issues concisely. I’d be very interested if you get any response from vodafone hierarchy, good luck.

Just hearing that @VodafoneUK do not want to terminate dead peoples accounts and want to speak to the deceased to cancel. You will need a medium or dig up the deceased #GMB @GMB

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Great piece on tv just now. Well done George, corporate greed and shows exactly what they think of their customers. Customer service must be the number 1 priority the people are beginning to get angry
