    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Genuinely thought I was going to have to defend my house ****** from bailiffs and police. Thankfully they finally managed to cancel it at the last moment.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK All service companies should have specially trained teams to deal with their deceased and POA clients. Yes, it will not really make them money - but it is a part of customer service - and having it run smoothly will 1. save everyone time 2. mean people are treated with respect

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I went through a similar issue with Vodafone when trying to cancel my own account. I canceled and then they said I hadn't contacted them and tried to get another month's money out of me. The customer service was atrocious. I'll never use them again. Ever.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Phone advisor was incredibly rude! No empathy about the fact my sister was dying and that's why I was using it so much, I had been with them years and never gone over the amount, disgusting customer service!

    @VodafoneUK @speckyninja I have had the same experience with Vodafone. Years ago the worst company no talking and trying to explain to them. They just told me to pay. I paid in full but they kept demanding. Horrible company run by SHARKS!!!!!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It is ridiculous. For maybe last ten years I get emails for someone else’s account. When I have tried to get Vodafone to contact the person on that account to amend their email details they have refused to do so. Like wtf?

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I don't think this sort of thing is specifically a Vodafone problem. My mother (70s technophobe) had a similar issue with TalkTalk. Going to the ombudsman was the only thing that got that sorted and it took months. Not saying they're all alike but the tactics seem fairly common

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK 2) I’ve already explained he is dead? Yes sir. So praying is the only way you may get to speak to him. Oh I SEE sir, sorry again sir, ok we will close the account. Had issues at the time with 2 or 3 companies.
