Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

Weeks of fighting @VodafoneUK and them telling me there was nothing wrong with our broadband. At last today they admitted there was a fault - but it will take another two weeks to fix.

Once again @VodafoneUK zero signal at ze1 0fl lerwick shetland and numerous areas in shetland too. Constant terrible service you provide. Or don't provide would be more accurate.

@VodafoneUK just had a really painful 3 hour live chat with your team, who simply don’t know how to read notes or understand how the systems work. Eventually managed to answer my own questions, but seriously unimpressed with the customer service skills! Looks like I’ll be moving!

@VodafoneUK still no service in TR20. This has been the case now since 2/2/21. Promises of dates it will be fixed keep passing. Absolutely disgraceful how this is being dealt

@VodafoneUK it won’t let them cancel my contract from 2017 - when they add super fast 2 to the basket it automatically adds a sim card which i don’t need and it would let them take it out of the basket - was passed to a super user? to deal but after two promises of callbacks I have no calls!
