Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

@VodafoneUK does anyone have the same issues that the Vodafone broadband, doesn't keep its connection with a skyQ box. Rung Vodafone several times to be told its not there issue!!! Driving me insane

When your broadband and home phone line has been down all day it would be good to get an acknowledgement that it’s being looked at and an ETA of next steps especially as we have to work remotely! @VodafoneUK

Vodafone is very 3rd class company Since 3 year I m continue register my problem 1 Voice breaking 2 data browsing 3 Call disconnect 4 First always connect cross number 5 call connect after minimum 3 times dial But even they solve single problem @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Yeah I've tried & it won't let me because it's not a legal name change. I get that for Eldritch reasons beyond my understanding you're required to have a legal name on the account. What I'm taking issue with is the fact I'm unable to opt out of having it used when you contact me.

@VodafoneUK I was out of contract. VF tell me I’m getting upgrade to lock in for 24m. The service is the same, but now I can’t go back to out of contract, I can either leave completely or lock in for 24m. they acknowledge that I wasn’t upgraded but was told so. This cant be right

@VodafoneUK So so dissappointed with the service I’ve had today. I’ve been a customer for 18 years & remained loyal. I’ve been passed around today & my issue is not resolved, it’s worse! I’ve been left without cellular data all day - told I’ll be called back MONDAY 😩#imleaving
