Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

So I'm going to say yes as that is unacceptable in a city of 125,000 residents in central England!

I have made four >1 hour calls before hanging up not have spoken to anyone in your team. It is utter rubbish service. At least talk to me so that I can cancel my contract!

Robert Elston (@robertelston) reported@VodafoneUK To the store as I had to escalate the issue. 5. The store agreed with me that it had come in perfect condition and escalated. 6. Wasn’t allowed a copy of that escalation. 7. Was told today they have no copy of that escalation as if it’s urgent it takes 5 working days!!
