    @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK since the 30th Oct I've ordered a phone from yourself to not receive it (I have tracking info too)everything else I ordered on the same day has arrived besides the phone, you have breached your own agreement nobody knows what they are doing here poor customer service

    @VodafoneUK @barnardos What's the best way to get to speak to someone with the ability to actually sort a problem at Vodafone? 10 days' worth of online chats and phone calls and not one person has been able to successfully send a returns email for a faulty 'smart' product.

    @O2 6/8 On one occasion I was left hanging on the phone for 8 minutes before been hung up on. All I want is a simple POP for my records as I stated earlier, so if this is what you lot of idiots call customer service then I am glad I changed to @Vodafoneuk last year.

    @VodafoneUK problem out. Apparently my Mum got hold of someone and they put her on hold for 30 minutes and didn’t come back to her, what’s that all about? Can you please fix this issue rather than just sitting there for no reason doing nothing. Like I said in my previous tweet

    @VodafoneUK nearly a month after upgrading and still no phone! Just had to end an insulting call from customer services about my complaint. How can a company be run like that!?

    @VodafoneUK all well and good Vodafone marketing they should look after the customers they already have. They tell you to DM them like they are going to help you then when you do they don’t respond.

    @VodafoneUK do you treat customers like children and not allow websites and we searches to appear. or do you allow adultsto be adults and see and search without you gettign involved within legal means.
