    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

    Thank god my @VodafoneUK contract is coming to an end. Never had over 2 bars on 4G in 2 years, atrocious signal. Shame as well cause their offers and customer service is always bang on. Just a pity I can’t use my phone without Wi-Fi.

    @VodafoneUK I already have Nisa and you did not respond. This is exactly what I do not like about Vodafone. You always try and make out the complaint is fresh when it is an ongoing situation and I have had to repeat myself every day for the past 4 days now.

    @VodafoneUK Need better customer service at your Braehead store. Completely unhelpful and couldn’t even get in the store to discuss problem. Staff member at door dismissive and unhelpful #dobetter

    @VodafoneUK hi my Account Number: 7059384730. i signed up the contract with £20.7 per month, but i have been charged correctly for the first month and the third month, the rest months i have been overcharged. i rang up in July and was told that you would correct it but never did
