@VodafoneUK I’m trying to get a Cellular Apple Watch working using OneNumber. I’ve been through numerous SIM swaps, re-boots and ten different people in stores and on phone but - 3 weeks on - no progress. How do I get to someone with experience & expertise in tech support? HELP!

  • IainHawkins5 Iain Hawkins (@IainHawkins5) reported

@VodafoneUK I want to cancel the bb order placed 11 Jan but can no longer log into my account!!! Frustrating!!! I want to speak to a human not a bot

@millihill @VodafoneUK I’ve been with O2 forever and never had any problems. My husband was with Vodafone at one point and it was also a nightmare for him

  • LaurenGNC_Butch Lauren Black-Mentioned in the same breath as Bowie (@LaurenGNC_Butch) reported

@millihill @VodafoneUK I've heard Tesco and Three aren't bad. They also give reception in areas that other providers don't in our country.

  • sunchartist Sunil Beri (@sunchartist) reported

Bit of painful experience setting up new numbers with @VodafoneUK 3.5 hours at the shop and only got activation on third day. This despite having two existing contracts for nearly 15 years. Customer service seems non existent

  • nickyneighbs 🦕 Nicky Neighbour (@nickyneighbs) reported

@millihill @VodafoneUK They are the worst, in my experience.

  • millihill Milli Hill (@millihill) reported

Are there any mobile phone providers that aren't completely infuriating?! I am having such trouble with @VodafoneUK, their customer service is mindblowingly bad. Are they all like this?

  • Lauuurraaaax Loz🌸🦆 (nickname used by Anton Du Beke) (@Lauuurraaaax) reported

@VodafoneUK I've just joined your network, topped up. On the sim pack it says about 3x data. When does that become active on my bundle or do I need to text a specific number to claim?

  • altrux45 Altrux45 (@altrux45) reported

@millihill @VodafoneUK BT have actually been fine on the very rare occasions I've had to call them. Of course, they no longer exist as everything mobile is now being shunted back to EE, now that they own it. And of course, never BT for broadband!

  • karlwireless Karl (@karlwireless) reported

@VodafoneUK hey! I’m in the US and need to get a few prepaid eSim cards for travel. Not just data regular esim. Your system won’t let me buy without an EU address. Help??
