    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK Network and 4g seems to be down in my area LD3 0..... is this an ongoing issue as we have had problems for days.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

    @VodafoneUK not happy with the service. I’ve upgraded my sim free contract today and now I don’t a service!!! What a load b......t!!! I can’t even complain cause it’s now past 8pm!!! arrrrrggghhhhh!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK get to cinema to find I can’t redeem my 2 for £7 tickets via the app as it doesn’t work. Due to so called “maintenance” thanks for the forever sequence of customer fails

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Thee worst customer service I’ve ever encountered from a provider - constantly on hold, with no resolutions to proposed deals, which have changed in a matter of hours. Terrible service 😡👎🏼
