Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK Gosh Vodafone, you certainly have made a hash of things! 10 days later & my number has still not been ported & this is after I went to your store & an assistant there did it for me because your customer service people are too useless to do it online or over the phone.

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee As there ever been a worse website in history than the Vodafone site. The amount of times I see that screwed up face. Due to issues with the digital service is ridiculous. Could you make the next reward you offer a website that works !!

@VodafoneUK Yes it was between those hours…now spoken to an advisor. Not helpful at all. In order for me to keep my number, I have to go to a different network, and cannot transfer to another Vodafone sim?! Doesn’t make sense. Going to lose a lot of customers…..
