Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK hey, I've been ported over to Vodafone yesterday and still have not received my esim. So I've lost access to my phone number and service. Left with no way to log in to my work, can't phone or receive calls or shop online etc.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed, in you been a loyal customer for years. Trying to upgrade, tried online as advised, there was an error asked to call customer care (no care), been on the phone for over an hour and given up! Now off to another provider.

@VodafoneUK long time customer and NHS employee. Just upgradded my plan. In the past the advantage discount was always applied for after purchase. Assumed still the case but just got my code and says it needs to be applied at check out. Anything that can be done?
