Lee Harris-hamer (@harris_hamer) reported@vodafone 3) all I’ve been told, it will be sorted in 24hrs, however 5 days later, I’m still unable to use my number, or my phone. A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasn’t able to help or give guidance.
-
deeps (@deeps_k) reported@VodafoneUK trying to raise a complaint for some poor customer service received of late. Please provide details on raising a formal complaint
-
Adam James (@atjames88) reported@VodafoneUK why is your internet connectivity so poor in Leeds City centre? I am having to use WiFi to load basic web pages, it's unusable. From looking online it appears I am not on my own and most people on your network are in the same boat.

BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

Cyber Woogy (@CyberWoogy) reported@VodafoneUK price quoted to cancel Vodafone BB £171.58. Have since paid another £39.50 while awaiting transfer to EE. Now Vodafone issues a final bill of £218.65! Clearly, this is incorrect, but I can’t access chat to discuss it

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Justin Arnold (@justin_arnold) reportedAfter 25+ years with @VodafoneUK ,I’ve finally realised customer loyalty means very little. Endless emails about “valuing customers” and the rewards programme, yet after applying for multiple events and offers over the years I’ve received absolutely nothing… NOTHING.
-
AM (@itsmeitsmeandy) reported@VodafoneUK im not even set up yet and already you are threatening to take money this is why i dont like doing direct debit with broadband providers, telling you now take money b4 you are even my provider i will cancel the order and raise a direct debit dispute with my bank

Heather and Patrick (@HeatheandPat) reported@VodafoneUK Absolutely disheartened by my experience today - can’t get to speak to someone who can do something - everything has to be logged onto the system in the hope they will pick it up. 30+ years as a Vodafone customer is likely to be coming to an end.
