    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK Appalling customer service. Faulty new phone broken just outside notice. Offered exchange despite this due to long term customer (20 years?). 1 week later completely refused exchange offered to me. Extremely poor

    I bought a *very* basic Nokia @VodafoneUK payg phone from @Argos_Online for my 82 yr old mum. I've been a Vodafone customer for approx. 20yrs. I put £10 credit on it (that's the min. amount you can buy). However, it can make calls/send texts but cannot receive calls/texts.

    Good work @VodafoneUK After no data for SIX DAYS your support appears to have cut off my ability to make calls and texts completely. Customer service? TWO HOURS on chat yesterday still no fix. @MoneyTelegraph

    @VodafoneUK why have you made it so difficult to speak to an advisor? I’m logging a complaint with ofcomm because you are useless and harassing me for money even though you can’t send me a contract and brake down of what I’m paying for.
