@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

Huge thanks to Charlotte @VodafoneUK support After much struggling with call centre and DMs stepped in and resolved the issue with pre-paid SIM card which had unusual (low) usage patterns which others could not understand. Issue resolved and 88yr old mothers email working again

Why is @VodafoneUK the only company that cannot seem to text this Vodafone customer unless it is to say they want more money? No PAC code arrived by SMS in 24 hours. No code to set up a MyVodafone account to see if I can find it there. Partly why I'm happy I am leaving.

That's my @eBay account closed! That's what I think about their sign in methods! Dogs crap! Going to start closing any account that wants me to receive a text to sign in. @VodafoneUK doesn't have a good signal here so more hassle than its worth!

@AskeBay Too late. I closed the account. Vodafone signal here is terrible and by the time I receive the message it's timed out. It's a stupid system. So I wash my hands of it. @ebay @VodafoneUK

My internet went down totally @VodafoneUK and I call the broadband technical team, get given a message that the office is closed and their opening hours are 8AM to 9PM Monday to Sunday and then the line hangs up. It's 8:14PM. What's going on?

@VodafoneUK terrible call today , phone contract ended November and you are still taking the full amount inc phone purchase called to get refund and been told i cant have one because its my responsibility to phone you .. 6 times waiting 20-40 minutes to get through . Thats fraud
