@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@virginmedia hello it gets better someone actually phoned me back “we can’t tell you when the fault will be fixed because we can’t communicate with the engineers on site” WTF? @VodafoneUK can you lend these guys a couple of mobiles and explain to them how they work?

@VodafoneUK Hi Lisamarie, can you pls tell @ViCustomerCare to work for atleast sometime in a day they are least bothered about their complaints every month they deduct my balance and then atfer so many complaints they return it otherwise they just keep it what isthe issue

Hi @VodafoneUK frustrated new customer here. My broadband has gone off. Your cust serv phone number tells me to run a test online, or use your chat both. Both of which require internet via the router. Please send help

NOT going to renew with you. Had @VodafoneUK for 2 years before you and *never* had anything like this. How you get 5* "satisfaction" reviews is beyond me, because you're comfortably the worst ISP I've used.
