    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    Thank god my @VodafoneUK contract is coming to an end. Never had over 2 bars on 4G in 2 years, atrocious signal. Shame as well cause their offers and customer service is always bang on. Just a pity I can’t use my phone without Wi-Fi.

    @VodafoneUK What is going on with your mobile internet service?! The service distruption is causing issues with my job and it is unacceptable. Can you advise when you will be apologising for the service disruption, lack of warning and when the service will be back up and running?

    @VodafoneUK @netflix I found out today that I have been paying £13.99 monthly to Netflix and Vodafone for the same Netflix account. Nobody in either call centre can help, or explain why. Each agent just blamed the other. Help.

    @VodafoneUK hi someone gave me a call in regards to some offers for being a loyal customer and they had an offer on a sim only deal the agent said they will call back but missed the call due to being at work. Any chance the agent can give me another call please
