    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

    Hi @VodafoneUK - have had a very interesting 5 years as a customer of your very expensive (and now defunct) One Net service - and Broadband, neither of which worked, which along with poor customer service further compounded the frustrations experienced by my team & I.

    Really terrible experiences with @candykittens @JamieLaing_UK @VodafoneUK purchased a ‘valentine’s treat selection’ plus other items..but as of yet - nothing. Really poor CS - they tell you it’s ‘sent’ but in reality it hasn’t left the building. Might arrive in time for Easter 🙄

    @VodafoneUK Im also sick of waiting patiently . 4 days is more than enough . As I have now said if I’m not connected this afternoon I want the pac codes for both phones . The contract will be invalid as you have not actually connected me to yoyr network

    whenever you complain @VodafoneUK cuntomer care team will send you a link to check service in your area according to that link you are having 5G thats all. Basically im paying everymonth for nothing. can't wait to end this contract. horrible horrible network

    @VodafoneUK have taken to ignoring me now … still no service . I’ve paid for 4 days of absolutely nothing . No service , no connection , can’t contact clients, pay bills, deal with banks . All of it made impossible by vodaphone do NOT move your account to vodaphone
