    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK I have had a major issue with yourselves since July 2022. I am being charged for an account I closed in 2003!!!! This was resolved in July and it took over 2 weeks as @VodafoneUK DO NOT LISTEN to their customers. The stress this caused was unimaginable!!! @VodafoneUK took full

    @VodafoneUK 4. Etc, promised I would be compensated, why am i being charged for a service which was cancelled in 2003!!!! @VodafoneUK took full responsibility said this was computer glitch on the fact the system had been updated! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK Hello, my home broadband has been down for 4 hours now. I am still waiting for a call back from a technician. I have not been able to work today and this is highly inconvenient. I work in the health sector and have missed vital customer meetings today for work.
