    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

    So, ten months later, and a heap of evidence provided to @VodafoneUK with regards to their ongoing mast issues over England, they are reluctant to terminate my contract. I've requested a deadlock letter and a complaint to be opened with CISAS, guess what? No response (so far)!

    @VodafoneUK been a customer for 20 years. This week has been HELL dealing with your customer service teams. I rang up to do an upgrade and now I’ve ended up being totally cut off and haven’t been able to get my services back since Sunday. Disgraceful how you treat customers

    Having noticed this I contacted @VodafoneUK uk today via their online chat. I kept getting disconnected. I explained the issue and they offered to credit my account £40 and move my number. Unfortunately this doesn’t cover my bill following incorrect information from @VodafoneUK

    I then was advised by @VodafoneUK that they would merge my accounts and that would be the problem solved. But no they merged my accounts and since I have still been paying for both contracts.

    @VodafoneUK do u have ANYONE available to help resolve an ongoing issue on my account. Store cant (dont want to) help,& over 2 different days ive wasted OVER 3hrs on live chat,to no avail. It seems such a simple thing to fix,but I appear to be surrounded by laziness/incompetence!
