    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK farewell, it's been thoroughly miserable dealing with you after 2 weeks of no broadband connection, conflicting advice, call backs that never happened, non existent engineer visits, hours on hold we've had enough and cancelled to another provider. You are the pits.

    @VodafoneUK as I'm end of contract, can I request a pac code to leave then take part in a new customer offer with Vodafone? As the existing upgrade offers are terrible. Also still can't get through to chat. Always an absolute farce with anything Vodafone related 🤦🏻‍

    Hi @VodafoneUK We’ve been trying all day to cancel my sons ipad contract which has now come to an end, live chat keeps putting me through to upgrades when I make it clear I want to cancel or disconnect me. Can’t get through on phones either. How can I cancel please?

    @VodafoneUK trying to cancel my contract is a joke. I was on hold for over an hour this morning but was told I wasn’t able too sort it. And when calling again after 30 minutes being on hold the call ended for no reason. Not exactly giving me reasons to stay with the company

    @CPWTweets @VodafoneUK between you both, you are useless. One thinks it’s the others responsibility and vice versa. Both giving conflicting information, dates and figures. As a high spending customer, you’d expect a better service and clarity. Perhaps I’ll go elsewhere

    @VodafoneUK I've been waiting on the phone for an hour to speak to an adviser because you can't cancel contracts online. This is such a waste of my time. Surely there should be an easier way?!
