@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK That number said it had high call volume and I was directed back to website and contact us button. I am trying to connect with that but it isn’t working. It would feel more honest if you supplied a tab on your website by which the customer could choose to leave

@VodafoneUK I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years with the same number and the same bank details. I am now into my 5th day with over 3 hours on the phone just trying to get my normal upgrade. I’m sorry but this just isn’t good enough #customerservice #incompetent

@emmalporter @VodafoneUK Agreed, will never ever forgive them for the stress they caused me. Probably the worse company I have EVER had to deal with. 😡

@VodafoneUK I have been trying to stay with you for over a week by upgrading my phone via the app to no avail. Everyday customer services say it will be fixed tomorrow yet another goes by and now I start paying for included services because my contract has expired.

Hey @VodafoneUK, really loving your OneNumber service! I'm now getting billed for TWO plans for the SAME device, and the eSIM has NEVER ended up on my TicWatch Pro 3. Literally paying double for nothing.

@Juniper700 @VodafoneUK Oh no! That’s not good! I have been on an online chat to them for over 2.5hrs, and passed to five different people, all different answers but *still* no resolution 😡🥺

@EE I’m a bit sceptical of this. AppleCare as standard from Apple or @VodafoneUK also covers the 2 incidents of accidental damage (Per 12 months) for £79, or £29 for screen damage. Why is EE excess so expensive / why isn’t Apple accidental damage included, or is it not mentioned?

@VodafoneUK Always happy to help? That’s what your advisers Tobin, Michael, Jatin, Aksham, Sofia, Faisal, Ahmed (number 1), Ahmed (number 2) & Pierre all said! None of them have removed the false & defamatory info from my account even though you’re legally obliged to do so!
