@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK Ray, your network is great, but the lack of UK based, onshore customer service is a real failing, otherwise I would happily pay a bit more to use you & recommend you to clients. Every time I try your customer support I get shunted to an offshore call centre.

@glastobation @VodafoneUK Yeah I’m looking for the catch because it seems stupid it’s not the other way around, I’m in the same boat as you I’m on 02 and my signal last year was none existent, most of my messages didn’t come through till we were on our way home on the Monday

@VodafoneUK You have a premium product, fast data rates & I know some of your backroom staff, they are very good people. Your company is lettingbthem all down with a poor, customer facing customer service / support experience using cheap offshore call centres. Your brand deserves better.

Why am I not surprised that @VodafoneUK have not done what they agreed last week? One 4 hour online chat, 2 cancelled orders an executive level complaint and still they are hopeless! Time for @Ofcom I think.

@VodafoneUK Customer service is appalling. The worst I have ever experienced. Been on hold 2 hours. Then referred to a bot that just repeatedly tells me they are too busy and to try another time.

Hi @VOXI_UK / @VodafoneUK - You were meant to transfer my old number to you on Friday but it is now "unprovisioned". Your WebChat, Twitter and Phone support don't have the concept of there being an issue that isn't in their canned responses and won't put me through to a human
