@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Exasperated, but not wanting to be the person who slates a company online just for lols (yes, I know I’m now that person) I dm’d the @VodafoneUK account. The following day someone got in touch. They asked about the problem, I explained everything. THEY TRIED THE SAME THING AGAIN.

@AndreDack @VodafoneUK I've used them for over 2 years with only 2 issues in that time - 1 was a faulty router which they replaced, and the other a phone faulty master socket faceplate replaced for £10 from Amazon (which Vodafone were happy to reimburse me for).

Here’s a little story about @VodafoneUK it involves 6-days of my life and no mobile broadband service. It’s dull and repetitive, so please don’t feel like you need to read it. But I need the cathartic effect of writing it

This is a public service announcement! If you’re thinking of taking out a phone contract or renewing one...go with literally anyone else other than @VodafoneUK. I can’t wait till I can leave the awful customer service and policies.

@VodafoneUK over a decade a customer with three separate contracts. Sent from pillar to post to speak to someone about a single upgrade only to be met with dismissive staff and grossly uncompetitive prices. I will be leaving when my contracts finish. #letdown

@VodafoneUK does your app always say that ‘sync speed’ to the router is as promised? It seems that when internet slows down, it is always between router and device not a problem with you??

Guess what? 48 hours passed. (48 hours of dropped connections, frozen teams calls and me swearing A LOT). I called back... “It’s OK, I can fix this in no time” said the guy on the end of the phone. “This is the last time you’ll ever have to speak to @VodafoneUK “
