It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

Each individual is nice enough, but the systems they - and presumably you - encounter are awful. I have had to start from scratch each time. Three times this afternoon alone - it’s intolerable.
