Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK so unhappy with this service now, no mobile Internet working for a while, robotic noises, no signal, only works mostly on WiFi, its more annoying that no1 helps when you contact you customer service.

What is going on at @VodafoneUK ? Possibly the worst business account platform I have ever accessed (or not). More often than not down for maintenance or unable to process our request... I’m a 9/10 when it comes to digital skill... I am utterly perplexed 🤔
