@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK Bravo. In brief Vodafone messed up my home broadband, and when I was asked for help they basically stated,they won't do anything to resolve the issue, but frequently monitoring that nothing until the issue resolved!?And that would be the resolution?

@VodafoneUK, I cancled my account & ws informed the final paymnt will b taken from my direct debit. 2 mnths later I gt a letter abt the final payment & I will be reported to credit agencies. I was never contacted by @VodafoneUK about the payment, and i have nvr missed any payment

@ClareJosa @VodafoneUK I wish I could help you (I used to work in telecoms SMIT) but I'd say that they probably haven't got an answer because they're working around the weather. Did you get a fault reference no at least?

@VodafoneUK As I mentioned, I have been to the Vodafone website and the APP and I still don’t know because the info is contradictory & confusing. I have tried sending a DM and waiting in hope of help.

@ClareJosa @VodafoneUK My guess is that it will be fixed after storm Franklin is over. There must be quite a few faults related to the storms. Poor customer/ service management if they can't admit to that.

Day 4 w/o broadband @VodafoneUK . Local area fault confirmed. 35 mins on chat. Woman went AWOL then booted off with zero help. Msgs won’t send to your Twitter DMs. And 191 says tech support is closed, after I spent 15mins getting a/c # on broken app. All I want is a fix ETA.
