@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK Thanks, but, it would help if that actually worked. I’ve selected no to almost everything and it changes it back to yes when I click save. Big fail 👎

@pemlife @VodafoneUK So sorry that happened to both you and your Gran. As a company they’re scum. Sadly the majority of the staff are lovely but their hands are tied by process and procedure and lack of management support. They’re the worst company I’ve never had dealings with.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been a business customer & personal. Being a business customer I get passed to them, when I miss their single callback I have to start the whole process again. I can’t always take calls due to my job. I’ve not been able to access my entertainment package in years!

@VodafoneUK Or you could just end the contract on the date it is due to end. The fact you charge customers for giving you too much notice is ridiculous. I would also get charged if I cancel too late. How can there only be 1 exact date someone can give notice to cancel without getting charged

@BookishQuine @VodafoneUK I will never use them again. They sent me a £400 bill for one month (normally £20-30) They refused to send me an itemised bill and insisted 'we can see they are all known numbers' In the end I had to pay so I could move to another company.
