    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK 3 days on the phone to you trying to replace my stolen phone, but now you tell me I have to wait longer because you sent me a dodgy sim. You need to fix this NOW, otherwise I will leave this awful service, I need my phone to travel as a key worker through London!

    @VodafoneUK shocking lack of technical support. No other option but to be able to be able work properly I have go with another broadband provider whilst still paying for a service and support that I am not receiving from Vodafone!

    @VodafoneUK So my dad took out a sim only contract with Vodafone. Ever since then he can't recieve calls from anybody not on Vodafone. We've spent over 4 weeks trying to get it resolved and still no fix, yet he's being charged! He's elderly and this needs to be sorted ASAP!

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for reply, more than 9 months and no one answer me. I payed for 9 month even I have no SIM card. I am outside uk so it very expensive to call them. I just want to cancel please please.

    @VodafoneUK disgraceful service on live chat about this NUC unlock code. After waiting 9 weeks they say it has timed out and I now need to raise a new one, just utter shite from this company.

    Typical @VodafoneUK customer service, asking me to upgrade to fibre optic with guaranteed speeds of 100 mbps. I mention I was already on fibre but don't receive the 100 mbps promised on the last 2 occasions during upgrades... Response being "Ah you see its fibre that you need"

    @VodafoneUK still have no idea how to sort this out (NUC). Very embarrassing for a company that claims to be the best in the world for service. Back and forth and round in circles with no progress.
