    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK The company I would never, ever, have anything to do with. Their behaviour in Newbury was disgraceful (over new HQ). Bullying in the extreme, to council & residents.

    Never believe a word you’re told by the customer service team at @VodafoneUK lies and false promises are the norm it would seem. You could learn a lot from how companies like Apple deal with customers.

    @the_real_player @deekbee @VodafoneUK where abouts are you living? I have family in the feltham area and the vodafone mast has been recked since November, calls cut out, 5g is non existant, it's rubbish!

    @VodafoneUK I’m unable to download your My Vodafone app onto my iPhone. The Apple App Store is saying it’s not available on my region. Have also tried it on my partners iPhone and having the same issue???

    @premnsikka All very well companies OFFERING Essential/Economy/Social tariffs BUT new customers NOT being connected to networks - At least that's my experience with @VodafoneUK partners with @CityFibre subcontracting to Kelly Communications - Applied 24.10.22 STILL no network connection
