@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK just spent two hours on online chat to ask if I can get the entertainment package added on to my plan. Kept getting passed from person to person and no resolution. Can't understand how hard it is to check what plans are available.

If you want to waste two days trying to solve an issue where @VodafoneUK send your new phone to an address you have not lived at since 2013 after saying it was changed but then try to blame you then yeah i recommend going with them 🙄🙄 #useless

@VodafoneUK I have been on the phone holding for 53 minutes. I have had a false account set up in my credit file. I’ve filled in a fraud form and no one can help me. I am now holding again. I will be contacting @offCom if this doesn’t get resolved. How can this happen?
