    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Instead of making him speak to a blasted bot do the decent thing DM a direct number so he gets to speak with a manager. This is far too serious & upsetting for an automated service. You need to offer compensation & an apology for poor service distress & inconvenience caused ASAP

    @VodafoneUK @speckyninja Why, when responding to people don’t you simply ask them to DM their phone number & a few details, pass them on to “Customer services” and have them call the customer?
