@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

. @VodafoneUK you are the worst. Just spent 40 minutes with an agent who made me reset my phone settings before checking my plan, which apparently doesn't include the international roaming that your constant text messages to me say it does. But she couldn't find the messages!

Anybody have issues with @O2 coverage/reception? Been going on for months now. Can't have a phone conversation with my folks who stay 10mins away. My phone doesnt ring then i get a vmail msg 😡 Mobile data coverage is horrendous now too. Time to look at @EE or @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Nope. Already done this song and dance multiple times over the last 12 months. Nothing has worked. Now I just get told there's nothing more you can do. So I'm stuck with nearly a year left and can't even use it. Poor service and poor network. Can't wait to leave. Disappointing.

@VodafoneUK Like I said... I can't leave even if I wanted because I've still got nearly 12 months left, so if I cancel the direct debit it'll affect my credit score. And Vodafone refuses to help me, I've asked numerous times... The next 12 months can't come soon enough.
