    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @S_Scotty_78 @VodafoneUK It’s bonkers mate. They’re gonna price themselves out the market eventually. If I could leave now I can get good deals for £27-ish a month from O2 or EE. #Vodafone equivalent - £47!! And the lady I was chatting with won’t win any customer service awards either. Disappointing. 🥴

    I’m sick of @VodafoneUK I ordered the new iPhone the week it came out for pre order I STILL haven’t received it. Ring to cancel it and they literally make it impossible, worst type of companies to deal with.

    I upgrade my phone last week with Vodafone. Since the upgrade I have no internet on my phone for five days and after spending hours and hours on the phone to them I’m no further forward. Customer service is atrocious @VodafoneUK
