@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

900mb issue still not fixed 2 weeks after estimated fix how hard must this fault be? Surely it can't be that big when every other house can connect on street to vodafone? vulnerable disabled household really doesn't seem like priority fault fix @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK why does my 84 year old mum still keep waiting for her Vodafone landline to be fixed. Nearly 3 weeks of waiting and lots of broken promises. Please sort it out. She’s on her own and she needs her phone.

@VodafoneUK There is no point I have spent nearly 5 hours talking to your useless customer services over the last week doesn’t make any difference. Just keep getting lots of platitudes and apologies- and I know how you feel and I’m sorry and it won’t take long etc etc I’m not interested
