@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK Tried that- I want to cancel and it’s just telling me to speak to TOBI- won’t let me do that either. Absolutely useless- I’ll be going to store tomorrow to cancel. No doubt that’ll be a shambles too.

@VodafoneUK thinks it’s fully justifiable for my wife to be without signal for 3 mnths but still expect her to pay her full bill without any explanation when the issue will be resolved or compensate loss of use. The service is not fit for purpose. This is why I am an @O2 customer

@VodafoneUK Hi, I tried cancelling my policy due to finding a better deal. I wanted to try to do this the ideal way by calling and thanking you for the service you provided, but your little robot guy referred me to the phones, then your phones referred me to the little fella
