    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK bit disappointed with your #FeelGoodFriday treat this week seeing as you can only use it in store. I am classed as vulnerable so have been advised to not go to the shops etc and so I have to miss out on the deal....a bit unfair methinks

    @VodafoneUK It's OK. Is working now. But won't be renewed. 2nd time in 3 months. No customer service. Automated Cs texts would go along way. And I never got any discount for the last outage 😕 which I believe breaks regulations. Not only that. I signed up for superfast 2. Only = 32.1mbs.

    @VodafoneUK a week on from my WiFi “activation” date and still not a single word of apology. Just passed on to a new person each day. One question and then they disappear again. This is truly shocking service. #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I have a toddler who loves watching his YouTube kids on the way to school. It is second week you have not fixed my mobile data . You are ignoring my dm and customer service is ridiculous. Terrible company

    @VodafoneUK My Wifi has now been out for over 30 hours, spent 6 hours on hold, no response from my DM, nearly all mobile data spent and still no resolution! This is absolutely disgraceful, what are you going to do about it

    @VodafoneUK They are liars my Mobile data has not been sorted yet they take my money. My toddler has not been able to see his kiddy videos for over 2 weeks. They ignore my Dm Nd customer service is ridiculous
