    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @VodafoneUK There isn't much point...seven weeks without reception now. I've just been told you can't give me a date for a fix for the mast. To wait another 7 days and your hopeful to have it fixed..maybe. Zero service...not even emergency calls only. In lockdown. Terrible.

    @VodafoneUK I acc hate this carrier, I’ve been with these lot for about two months now and continuous network issues, staff telling me to “be quick” whilst resetting network settings and telling me to end the chat presumably because they can’t help. Rude and unprofessional.

    It's been 2 hours since the @VodafoneUK helpline started to make me pull my hair out. I am a vodafone home broadband user but wish I wasn't. The service I am paying for is rubbish.

    @VodafoneUK I just can’t get hold of anyone to speak to. The customer help line has cut me off twice after 1/2 hour waits. Annoying that a phone company can’t manage to provide phone help!

    @VodafoneUK Ok @VodafoneUK , this is getting ridiculous now. I cannot get a mobile signal that is usable, for over a month now. Your customer services still insist on trying to call me on that same mobile and I cannot hear a damn word they are saying.

    Lmfao @VodafoneUK's complaints people got back to me, at 3 pm on a Sunday, and wasted ANOTHER hour of my life being absolutely obtuse. Quite happy they've answered my Subject Access Request, I'm going to be writing a blog entry shortly. Jfc, what an awful company.

    @VodafoneUK our internet has been cutting out multiple times a day and has now gone off completely. This isn’t a new issue has been happening for months and still no fix
