@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee My local Costa Coffee shop that I can only get to at the moment has just refused the code. Can't use it there or any future codes you put on the rewards 😡Other costa coffee shops I can't get to, shame you can't give an e-gift voucher to help those who can't use this reward offer

@VodafoneUK didn't give us our @amazon £100 voucher, they sent a faulty hub and took advantage of my elderly farther. The openreach tech just confirmed its a broken hub. But @Vodacom111 try to blame my dad for their incompetence. DISGUSTING, I should go to the ombudsman😡😡SCAM

Three hours on a live chat to @VodafoneUK and got no where, cost of living crisis, everything going up, and they can’t do anything to help a customer, I will defo be going elsewhere when my contract ends #vodafone #CostOfLivingCrisis
