    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK tried to cancel moms phone on Saturday. Got a security question wrong. Told to go to a store with id today. Done that. Lady asked my moms security word which she told her. Right it’s reset. She then said don’t know why they didn’t just ask you that on the phone!

    @VodafoneUK Always been slow, had discount applied. Learned to live with it. Last 5 days, has been dropping out completely. Sometimes 4/5 times per hour.
