@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Very poor customer service from @vuecinemas I have been trying to change the date of my tickets purchased with a @VodafoneUK vouchers. I can’t manage to speak to anyone through customer services, and had no response from email. I have now had to purchase additional tickets 😡

@VodafoneUK I don’t care about your coverage on one paltry line of a 12 line network. Seriously not happy about this. People spend a lot of their time commuting and depend on having WiFi while underground. What are you going to do about it?
