@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK - it’s been over a year and still the 4g network in my home is way too slow. You had mentioned it would take 3 months for 5G to arrive in the Tw3 area and still nothing!

@VodafoneUK I cant get through to vodafone on any numbers. This is after 2 agents have said they will call me back(bad line) and haven't ... coupled with the fact I've been getting overcharged £25 for almost a year! What's going on?

day 56 and still no working phone purchased new from @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup , no offer of a replacement, no help. They contact me after I tweet with promises then disappear. Worst service ever.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup It’s been 12 days now I haven’t received my SIM replacement card. In this day and age when mobile numbers are important you guys send SIM CARD by Royal Mail 1st class normal post. 😤Every online co. has next day delivery service. Pathetic. #vodafone
