    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK Charlotte the signal has been minimal and the charge for the service doesn’t amend. I’ve paid the upgrade for my 3 lines

    @VodafoneUK @SophiaThakur I pay £29 a month for 100gig of data. I’ve not been able to send a messenger text since the beginning of May because of little to no signal being provided in my area, before this time it was fine. According to @VodafoneUK this is acceptable and am unable to terminate my contract.

    @VodafoneUK She wanted to speak to a manager as the previous few times she isn’t getting any help, if any. She wondered how you was running a call centre with nobody higher up the chain than the person she spoke to (blatant lie surely?!)

    @VodafoneUK How come you want to send an engineer out to my Mums property when the internets down. You’ve already done this and they’ve said she has a faulty router! Surely just send a new router? Money you charge her she deserves to having working broadband don’t you think?

    @AhmedShelbaya how do you sleep at night? I’ve been a customer 22 years, paying for 100gig of data, I’ve not even been able to send a messenger text since beginning of May but @VodafoneUK consider it acceptable and am tied, I’ll pay but will be taking hundreds with me.
