    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @MartinSLewis @Ofcom are you aware of a scam, I am being hit with miss call after miss call from unrecognised mobile phone numbers and you can’t call them back. It’s relentless. Last hour over 200 calls. @VodafoneUK can’t get hold of anyone for support

    @MaxAlder16 @VodafoneUK strike again! Returned my phone 2pm yesterday stating nothing wrong with it. Exactly the same problem occurred mid-day today! So without a phone again. Trying to talk to someone is a challenge. Being told can take up to 5 days for any response from repairs. Shambles!

    very disappointed @VodafoneUK. Customer Service not helpful & refused to let me speak to a manager. I’m a long standing Vodafone customer, been made redundant due to Covid and wanted some help to manage my contract,maybe a temp. monthly reduction, instead was given a sales pitch

    Never EVER use @CPWTweets! I asked them to cancel a contract 10 MINUTES after they began to process it because I’d changed my mind and because I didn’t ring back to remind them, I have debt collectors at my door for a contract with @VodafoneUK I have never even used!... (1/2)

    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately the link you have sent me is just a contact page and I have already been through that to no avail. The options available such as ‘change the payment date in that month’ do not help!
