    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    When you cancel your @VodafoneUK contract and check your final bill and they haven’t cancelled it.. Quality customer service! Few more hours on the phone tomorrow. 👍🏻 Cheers #Vodafone

    59 minutes on the phone to @VodafoneUK - 30 of them on hold. Is my person even still there or have I been abandoned? Do I call it quits and hang up?? They are officially the most appallingly unhelpful company of all time. AVOID AT AL COSTS!!!

    It genuinely feels like the only way to get @VodafoneUK to notice how awful they're being is to spread awareness on social media. So if anyone is having a sh*t time with this company that likes to steal your money, share this. #vodafonearethieves

    @VodafoneUK I submitted the form this morning and I was told that the “security team” would get in touch with me within one hour. It’s been 4 hours and no one on your online chat wants to help me. “I will transfer you to the correct team” is the responses I am getting.

    Been on live chat for hours to RUDE agents and on the phone to the complaints team for two hours one of those hours, literally an hour, where I’ve been put on hold and forgotten about. @VodafoneUK actual shambles of a company

    just had the worst customer service experience at @VodafoneUK i had to wait 30 minutes for someone to pick up, when someone finally picks up i tell her my issue and she doesn’t say anything, i ask her “hello, are you going to reply?” and she says she needs to put me on hold?????
