    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK Just want to say, please don't send me leaflets saying I can have gigafast broadband, have me order it, sign for it, have a surveyor come round then cancel it due to the block of flats needing to be wired. Cancelling my great deal. I may have to wait months.

    @VodafoneUK I’m extremely annoyed with your customer service. My new upgrade plan is not what I agreed to, it does not include entertainment which is what I was sold, I’ve tried resolving this issue 3 times on a live chat & got nowhere. Please can someone help me with this ASAP?

    @VodafoneUK Internet has dropped out and you've told us it won't be working until roughly midnight tomorrow...during a pandemic when we are working from home. Been trying to cancel due to significantly lower than promised band width too and told can knly do via call. Useless.

    @LHemsley1981 @VodafoneUK Ridiculous! Most of my friends are with o2 and never have any problems! I stayed with vodaphone year after year and it’s just hassle every time!

    @MarkLeneve @VodafoneUK It aggravates me that these companies charged SO much for service, banking on the fact that they'd only have to provide so-so coverage. Now that we're all at home and they have to actually deliver the bandwidth we're paying for.

    @VodafoneUK Can someone please help me ... Im losing the will to live, I have been trying to arrange a Sim swap for the password 6 days and something that should have taken maximum 24 hours as resulted in incompetent vodafone staff taking nearly a week.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to close an Apple Watch contract associated with a now disconnected mobile. Getting nowhere with online chat as they seem unable to put me through to disconnections. Any help appreciated.
