@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone have taken approx 20 hours of my time regarding trying to get my services fixed then cancelled once Vodafone couldn’t fix the broadband. They agreed to not charge a fee to cancel, then hit me with £170 bill and now say they can’t see the notes.

Data on #vodafone in parts of hove is so abysmal. Signal not great In places , in fact whole of 30min walk , and data virtually zero throughput. Seriously considering switching network on next renewal . @VodafoneUK BN4 1WB currently (beach) but applies broadly
