@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Just switched my phone & broadband to vodafone and have stayed with for less than an afternoon, they could not of got more things wrong if they tried. set-up at 13:38 cancelled my order at 16:45 customer services appalling. Unacceptable service Please train the staff @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK With all due respect to you Maisie I’ve went back and forth with Vodafone for 3 years and your team have been of no help. So now I just plan on telling as many people as possible across several media platforms to avoid the company altogether. Daily. Until my credit file is fixed.
