@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@VodafoneUK so apparently I’ve used all my data according to the vodafone app, however I had no text message warning and I still have a week to go? I do have WiFi (ironically with yourselves) but because it’s so crap I have to use my data for my phone. #helpplease

It took them two weeks to send proof of purchase from one department to another which is why ive been without a phone for that whole time. Doesnt help i have been lied to through the whole process. Cant help but not believe a word they say now.

@VodafoneUK on my 2nd Vodafone Mobile WiFi R219h of the day (returned the 1st), and still doesn't work! What an absolute Mickey mouse network. Trash product, support are useless regurgitating 24 hours. No other mobile broadband do u wait a day to use.
