@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Ordered a sim card on 19th February with @VodafoneUK. Sim-only, very basic. Two cancelled accounts later, four failed deliveries, and one annoyed business customer later. Where can I send my invoice for two business days' worth of work, which has mainly been spent on the phone?
