@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK they dont offer what i want on line i wanted to speak to a humanbeing who will explain things for me, you used to call people and ask if they want to upgrade, service is going down hill.

@blake967 @VodafoneUK They offered £30 then £40 and I just want the problem resolved but as yet nothing!!!! The social media team said they can’t really help because it’s not there job ultimately and they can’t get anyone to speak to either!

Whilst I like the @VodafoneUK service...I really wish it was easier to speak to a human I'm customer services. 15 minutes selecting options and all roads lead to 'Toby' the automated terminator web robot. 2 weeks along and still not had an issue resolved.
