@VodafoneUK And now being told I’ll incur an early exit charge for a contract that I was assured was 30 day rolling ... this was only ever a temporary solution. We wouldn’t have opted for this otherwise as broadband is being installed

Hi @VodafoneUK I have been paying for 5G (an extra £5 a month) for about 18 months. Prior to lockdown I worked in London and travelled to Edinburgh and the Cotswolds. I have never seen my phone move to 5G. Is there something wrong with my phone?
