    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    @VodafoneUK I seem to be having constant problems accessing 4G within london. I am at Wembley Park and I can’t get on the network. I’ve faced similar issues at Ealing Broadway W5 last weekend and central london. I’ve tired stuff u suggested last time but nothing works.

    @VodafoneUK I'm extremely annoyed and frustrated to be lied to about the cancellation of my order. I was told the product was discontinued and had my order cancelled and yet the product was never removed from your website and now today I find it's back in stock.

    @VodafoneUK Sorted now - apparently there was an engineer at the mast; maybe switched it off while doing some work. Your service checker said our service strength was "good" when it was non-existent, but it's back again now.

    @VodafoneUK being a vodafone customer is apparently like living in a khafka novel or screaming into a void - no one seems to answer but I'm still considered the crazy person . Should I send my bill for excess data usage to your customer service team or...?

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Andy done that three times but the issue is still outstanding. Problem is with your smart app. It refuses to accept payment methods and is noted with app store reviews.

    @VodafoneUK please add more songs to your "hold" selection. Spending 6.5 hours to sort out YOUR mess is bad enough, but listening to the same 2 songs over and over and over and OVER ...
