@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

@VodafoneUK I’m trying to sort out my elderly mothers account and need to speak to a human being and the chat bot thing didn’t help at all. I even tried to set a new contract and still couldn’t get through to a human. Please can you help? It’s impossible to speak to a person.

@VodafoneUK My mother is deaf and she cannot speak on the phone. We are also in lockdown therefore I cannot be with her. Please let me know how I can sort out this issue?

@VodafoneUK you are the worst company ever. I cancelled a plan with you and you have not honoured it. Instead you have just sent me an email one week after welcoming me to Vodafone. I have contacted customer service twice and been assured each time that the contract is cancelled

@VodafoneUK great start switching over to you. Business phone line moved bus broadband delayed. Called today to get eta. Told I should plug in v router. Nothing. Went back to old router & won't connect either. No out of hours support

@VodafoneUK Been trying to use my mobile data for a month but there is no way someone can tell when you will resolve the issue in my area without making me reset my phone 5 times, every single time. This new chat system it’s awful too - I’ll be moving my numbers soon.
