    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    @VodafoneUK Mobile, and it's ongoing. I was even sent a new SIM because the experts couldn't find anything else to improve the signal. To be honest, I left Three for the exact same reason. So I think this is the only road to go down.

    @VodafoneUK No I know there is no way. But this is me as a customer expressing my position and seeing if the situation can be reviewed on its own merits and something be done on a gesture of goodwill basis…?

    Very disappointed with @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK - customer of 12 years, never missed a payment or exceeded any limits and you’ve left me high and dry abroad without signal due to a roaming credit limit which I’ve never set and neither did you even tell me I was close too

    @VodafoneUK I won one of these from mumsnet back in october who were hosting the comp. vodafone were meant to be sending the prize and never did! vodafone customer service didn't want to know. Mumsnet have been chasing this prize from vodafone since october 2021!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is atrocious. I have had an open complaint for over 9 days now and the handler has decided not to call when they have said they will and closed down the complaint instead. I have (stupidly) been a loyal customer for +20 years and want answers !

    @chris_yardley @VodafoneUK Yep exactly that, can't understand why because my area is apparently "good" for 4G. I believe with most networks that if they can't provide with you with at least 10mb then you have grounds to terminate your contact, as previously had to do with Three.
