There has to be someone that can take a look at @VodafoneUK customer evasion service and investigate, surely? @WhichUK we've hardly ever had an interaction with Vodafone that made any sense or lead to the outcome we expected or paid for.

@VodafoneUK will 100% never call you back in 24 hours if they say they are going to. This is our 3rd time and if they call back tomorrow or a manager gets in touch as promised it'll literally be the first time they've ever done so.

@Ofcom I'm not sure @VodafoneUK even have a complaints department, they clearly aren't recording ours despite weeks of making them. We just get hold and passed around for hours but never to a manager or complaints department. Have vodafone not breached their contract with us?
