    @Ally_789 @VodafoneUK I’ve been waiting 3 weeks tomorrow, My order was placed on the 16th November it’s shocking how bad it is. They are blaming it on an issue with the warehouse and Black Friday yet the order was processed before then. Starting to get impatient now.

    @VodafoneUK You told you will help and your chat stopped working and a store in altrincham not working from morning. Great experience, you can check the store in Manchester - WA14 1RF the worst store ever. They told raise complaint if you want!! Hamza u there ?

    @VodafoneUK Have an issue with a new handset for my son. He’s in Uni in Manchester. But the Vodafone Shop in Arndale won’t help as I pay his bill. 6 numbers on the account, three new handset, two others still being paid off and they couldn’t call me? Please advise what’s next?

    @VodafoneUK I have been ignored for 2 weeks now and been in the USA without phone signal after you restricted my account and then didn’t properly lift the restrictions. Absolute disgrace. Can this be fixed with a new sim when I return to the UK?

    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK ordered a new iPhone on the 24/11 for next day delivery and it’s still not been delivered. Online chat are useless and their overseas call centres are poorly trained / can’t understand. Avoid at all costs and choose a different provider.
