@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

I’m so annoyed that after being a customer of @VodafoneUK for 20+ years £50 a month, I’ve been refused an upgrade and contract because of an apparent credit check fail. It’s bullshit and time to leave Vodafone! #imleavingonthenexttrain 😵💫

@VodafoneUK Am full contract user, on iPhone 12mini for 3mths and (w/ one 15 min exception) I have NEVER GOT 5G COVERAGE. Live Ctrl Ldn under 5G mast! Vod shop swapped my SIM, and reset netwk settings, to no help. Think am not correctly provisioned by u. Nbr is 07919398562. Thx.

@VodafoneUK 5 days with no service I’ve only been with you for about 5 weeks followed al the instructions to get it back on, then by some miracle it was back on when I got out of bed. So if you add 2 days @ the start = 7daysno service
