    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    Presumably @VodafoneUK doesn't support chat messaging through the Google Messages app? Messages have been trying to send in chat mode for ten minutes, so I guess we're stuck with technology from 1996 for a while longer.

    5 months down the line and still no broadband at our 'new' house! @VodafoneUK have been absolutely appalling at advocating for us with Openreach, I have never known such poor customer service

    @VodafoneUK Hi - the problem is about pairing a booster. You have told me previously you cannot help with this and to call in. 3rd time of asking - please can you tell me the current call waiting times. Twice today I have waited over 30 mins to get through then had to hang up

    @VodafoneUK I’d like to thank you for the assistance today and with the lady and gent I dealt with. I realise these people are only reading the script and protecting the company. But on this occasion they did help the customer to resolve an issue. Thanks
