@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

@VodafoneUK Sorry kieron but i have contacted vidafone 3 times about this, the last a week ago when the female customer service rep said she would speak to managers and call me back next day. Didnt happen and i get another bill for my dead mother yesterday

Data speed on @VodafoneUK 4G has been awful for the past year. I've raised a network case and complaint and their response was "we are upgrading the network at the end of July which will improve congestion but can't do anything until then". 51 BRITISH POUNDS A MONTH. #Shambles
