    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    @VodafoneUK He started work at 8am, he'll be home around 10.45pm. When would you like him to call? You haven't resolved this matter in the last 22 days despite calls & messages. Your engineers didn't fix it. Your online help hasn't fixed it. How do you propose to fix it today?
