    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Nisa. I've spoken in live chat tonight and it seems quite a few errors were made by the chat staff. They said that it should be resolved 48-72 hours but could be up to another 10 days. I will keep you informed of any updates but thank you for your response

    Promised the fault would be rectified in 48 to 72 hours on the 13th July @VodafoneUK @vodafoneuknews and still on the 4th August it is sitting there waiting to be actioned and nobody has done it. Terrible #CustomerService

    @VodafoneUK Hello my engineer has come today and installed everything, problem is he installed it in the very corner of a bedroom. So my coverage downstairs is terrible.Upstairs I get the advertised speeds- my kitchen is a wifi dead zone, I get no internet at all. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK @kvick13 What a pity they had to try a gazillion times before getting adequate service. Why did they find it so difficult initially?

    @VodafoneUK Bit late now - service has been atrocious. The amount of barriers you put up when someone is trying to cancel is unbelievable. Other industries don’t get away with it.

    @VodafoneUK Well you need to sort out your customer service I’ve been lied to I’ve had your mic 🎤 put on mute so it makes you think you dropped call laughed at in the shop in Camberley telling me what do i expect I couldn’t even put my work discount on as I work for British airways

    @VodafoneUK Day 13 with no broadband Internet. You technical support is totally useless. They just keep asking to do the same things. Now 20 hours on the phone/on line. I need an engineer out. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT JOIN VODAFONE!!

    @VodafoneUK I tried that, and it was as useless as the rest of your 'customer care'. I asked for help and the response was: 'If you don't like it, you can cancel your contract.' Wow, thanks. I think I might do that.
