    @VodafoneUK so you give the products you sell a 24 month warranty I have just spent almost 3 hours on the phone to be passed from your 2nd rate insurance administration not once but twice to your customer service team, who did the same, trying to fleece me for £49

    @VodafoneUK Simon, I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years and never ever complained. If I said she’s not getting to speak to anyone she’s not getting to speak to anyone. I was hoping you might have offered some assistance. Disappointed

    @VodafoneUK Sigh...jay did you not read my tweet? My whole complaint is that my DMs are being ignored. You DMd me at 17.56 and i replied to you almost immediately and since then I've heard nothing. So maybe stop replying to my tweets and read the messages i sent via DM!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK I bought a SIM card in October which didn’t arrive in time for me to use so replaced with another from your shop. Despite requesting refund within 14 days (and 6 phone calls later) I’m still waiting for payment - shocking customer service

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK tried that many times. Asks for phone number, which as a new customer she doesn’t have, then refers to online chat, which does the same and then says nobody available!! If you cannot honour the order you should contact the customer. There is clearly no stock.

    @VodafoneUK Hey, my internet service is really choppy again today. Not happy, spent an hour chatting online a week ago and the problem seems to be worse!
