@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

@VodafoneUK tried to speak with your complaints team on various occasions, firstly the lines are terrible with a lag on each call and secondly the knowledge of your staff is appalling!

What a nightmare going to Vodafone, moved to them on Monday but since then no phone, no internet & no feedback at all. Their 24/7 help says there is nobody there to help call between 8am & 8pm, how is that 24/7 Looking to cancel & go to a company that can supply! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Since Saturday 13 Aug my mothers wi-fi has been down. She has spoken to approx 6 advisors and all promised to restore it. This has still not happened. Surely she must be able to cancel her account with no penalties as you are taking her money and still not providing a service.
