  @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

  @IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Burnout isn't corporate malaise, it's judgment quietly failing before anyone names it. That's the pattern I build around: AI doesn't replace a founder's judgment, it just speeds up how fast bad judgment becomes visible. A year is plenty of runway for that to catch up to you.

  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

  @VodafoneUK When will you be allowing Three customers to use Vodafone signal then? You’ve already allowed Vodafone customers to use Three. It seems Three customers are not as important as Vodafone customers in your merger
