    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    @VodafoneUK @JedL2b Not aimed at you Charlotte, but if Vodafone has customers as its priority why has the service, and customer service got so bad. And why has the shareholder dividend gone up 4% after the price rises (for inflation and infrastructure)?

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK anyone getting cityfibre through Vodafone , don’t ! Terrible product , terrible service .. 5 wifi experts , telling different things.. now be told wifi is only guarantee for 10Mb/s .. when fibre is 1 Gig .. worst purchase in the last 5 years

    @VodafoneUK Eventually yes. The first time I filled in your form on 10/5 it failed to register so I didn’t get a reference number. I therefore resubmitted my complaint via your online form on 17/5. I also sent in an email or Chatbot complaint on most of the days leading up to that.

    @VodafoneUK hey Have you had connection issues over the past few days? I've had issues with signal to make calls, Internet being slow/ not loading at all. :-)
