Wigs (@BenJWigley) reported@VodafoneUK what a joke your network is! Can't even get Internet
-
MaX (@mrbio1984) reported@VodafoneUK Mobile, and it's ongoing. I was even sent a new SIM because the experts couldn't find anything else to improve the signal. To be honest, I left Three for the exact same reason. So I think this is the only road to go down.
-
martin (@martinwithani) reported@VodafoneUK No I know there is no way. But this is me as a customer expressing my position and seeing if the situation can be reviewed on its own merits and something be done on a gesture of goodwill basis…?
-
Mark Treen (@treeny01) reportedVery disappointed with @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK - customer of 12 years, never missed a payment or exceeded any limits and you’ve left me high and dry abroad without signal due to a roaming credit limit which I’ve never set and neither did you even tell me I was close too
-
Miss Shelly (@Imthecatwhisper) reported@VodafoneUK I won one of these from mumsnet back in october who were hosting the comp. vodafone were meant to be sending the prize and never did! vodafone customer service didn't want to know. Mumsnet have been chasing this prize from vodafone since october 2021!
-
Chris Yardley (@chris_yardley) reported@Dusty_Bloke @VodafoneUK Same! Haven't had signal for the past few days!
-
Wigs (@BenJWigley) reported@VodafoneUK I'm not going around in circle you should know if there's a problem with the network
-
David Eagle (@DavidEagleFD) reported@VodafoneUK your customer service is atrocious. I have had an open complaint for over 9 days now and the handler has decided not to call when they have said they will and closed down the complaint instead. I have (stupidly) been a loyal customer for +20 years and want answers !
-
Maureen McAllister (@McAllisterandCo) reported@VodafoneUK That doesn’t work and now I have no phone signal. I’ve had 4 hours on the phone to you today and it’s still not sorted
-
MaX (@mrbio1984) reported@chris_yardley @VodafoneUK Yep exactly that, can't understand why because my area is apparently "good" for 4G. I believe with most networks that if they can't provide with you with at least 10mb then you have grounds to terminate your contact, as previously had to do with Three.
