@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

Oh well, looks like I’ll be leaving @EE when my contract is up, after 15 years + of loyal service and lots of money spent they have just informed me my bill is going up 14.4%… absolutely shocking. Time to shop around @VodafoneUK @O2 any others??

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup should rebrand as VODACON, since they are experts in conning people. Bought service on Jan 12, was told it will get activated by 1 Feb, was lied and manipulated by CSE, service got activated this morning and now their CSE tells me I will be overcharged

@VodafoneUK Been having issues for three days now, can’t use phone unless connected to wifi. Spoke to someone who said it’s to do with masts, how long will this take as it’s dangerous for anyone to not have phone access.

Just had a call from @VodafoneUK thanking me for being a loyal customer (>20 years baby) and offering me a much cheaper bill. Good times. Transpired the caller didn't know my name, address, or bank details. All of which Vodafone have had for 2 decades. Nice try, 0151 453 06 08.

@VodafoneUK Hit and miss, I tried different browsers and apps. Many are slow to respond and eventually disconnect. I've been travelling and now in a major city (5G connection) so I do not believe it is a regional issue. Cleared cache. Restarted phone. Issues persistent.

After a 20 min wait, just had a long virtual chat with a @VodafoneUK helpline person. He cut the chat! No email record of conversation. No solution. Nothing. Unbelievable!
