    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    @VodafoneUK i’m currently walking through the east midlands from ipswich to manchester and i haven’t had any roaming data or calls on my phone for 3 days now, i’ve activated my new sim after my phone was stolen a few weeks ago but i still don’t have access to maps or essential information that would make this journey way more easier, please help

    @IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Burnout isn't corporate malaise, it's judgment quietly failing before anyone names it. That's the pattern I build around: AI doesn't replace a founder's judgment, it just speeds up how fast bad judgment becomes visible. A year is plenty of runway for that to catch up to you.
