@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

@VodafoneUK Quality of your customer support is appalling. I have only had two problems and neither have been resolved! On the first I gave up. You can keep the money and your false promises. Now my main number is down due to ur incompetence and I need someone to resolve it!

@yawbeez @VodafoneUK Good luck. They have not been able to port my number from one Vodafone contract to another Vodafone contract. I have been without my number for almost a week now. 🙃 So good luck in trying to do this from another network.
