@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

I'm sat in @Pret at Cribbs Causeway listening to the store manager of nearby @VodafoneUK having a loud meeting about the "dead wood" they've got rid of, they're also discussing the performance of someone I know! Nice to get the inside gossip on my network, but get a room!

@VodafoneUK Dreadful telephone service. Having missed calls from employers and phone not even sending through the call. This happened before. I should have reported you to Ofcom as you fail to deliver the service you promise. I want to file a complaint as I am going to Ofcom
