  @worldmeetdani @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same issue with O2 over an apparent 20 quid bill after I finished my contract but no letters or emails. Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I used the Lifeledger website to do this and it was so simple to do. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.
