@VodafoneUK can you help please, my Mums pre pay sim has been terminated and my elderly parents have spent 5+ hours on the phone to offshore contact centre who are insistent for a PIN number they don’t know. There must be an easier way they can pass DPA?

@GiornataNera @VodafoneUK It’s been 10 years on my commute. I pretty much know all the points where the signal drops out - Nunhead is the worst though - it’s like a time portal into the early 80s
