    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    @VodafoneUK And yet as soon as I attempt to make a roaming call to an Isle of Man landline or mobile number, the call is disconnected. There are no issues with calling UK based landlines. So back to you to explain ....

    @RCFarquhar @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Went to Vodafone Newbury to upgrade today only to find that we are paying for two contracts we don’t use . The shop are unable to cancel (😳) and advised to call 191 and that’s a dead end too! 🙈

    Shocking service by @VodafoneUK and @BTSopenreach to connect my Home Broadband. Last week I waited 5 hours, they turned up late and told me they couldn’t carry out the work. Having rescheduled for today, @BTSopenreach haven’t even bothered to turned up.
