    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    @VodafoneUK Well that’s incorrect…. I switch to a @ThreeUK sim into my gigacube and it works fine with the PlayStation and isn’t restricted to NAT type 3. It’s a Vodafone network issue, admitted in multiple Vodafone forums. Please correct your information

    Very disappointed with the service from @EE. 89yr old emergency lifeline PAYG phone disconnected without notice. Claim to be UKs No1 network but your customer service is shocking, leaving my dad stranded. @O2 @VodafoneUK

    The f’ing cheek of @VodafoneUK to hike my price plan up by 5.4% to support a rise in running costs and keep up with increased demand, plus an additional 3.9%, when they only made £2.6bn profit. In this current climate, that’s just greedy! 🤬. Can’t wait for the end of contract 🖕🏼

    @VodafoneUK increasing my plan by 8.2% due to RPI and continued investment and yet it’s the only network that doesn’t have Wi-Fi on the tube. What’s the investment exactly? My phone better start to clean my house or this contract will be the last…
