@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

@VodafoneUK @TfL You forced broadband and home phone package onto an elderly customer with dementia who was only trying to get their mobile number switched to a new sim card having lost their phone! You managed to switch all services over just fine, but FAILED to sort the original issue out!

@VodafoneUK Hi, I have home broadband and will be moving to a new build property in the next few weeks where you are unable to supply any home broadband. Therefore, I will need to cancel. I am in contract. Will Early Termination Fees apply as you cannot provide the service?
