    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    Could someone @VodafoneUK please explain why my phone reception dies 100%, every time you drive under Fathom Cross bridge, just beyond the Forkhill Rd roundabout, on the A1 outside Newry and no signal reconnects for at least 5 miles, by which time @VodafoneIreland kicks in?

    @VodafoneUK huge problems with Vodafone broadband, spoke to four people, referred to the fifth one without asking! No one seems to care about your issues. The customer service is shocking!

    @VodafoneUK I have no words for the way in which Vodafone is dealing with my faulty line and poor internet but it’s ok it’s only the third time I’ve experienced the fault and four failed engineer appts they’ll update me in two days ......#fuming
