@VodafoneUK wondering if you could sort this problem, I had £15 of my money taken when trying to buy a big value bundle when the app decided to crash and the payment went through but I didn’t receive the pack! I’ve been into the vodafone shop twice and nothings been done

So turns out a '24 month' contract with @VodafoneUK is in fact a 25 month contract as they need 30 days notice to cancel and will charge an early exit fee if that's before the last day of the contract. Ridiculous. Much like their unwillingness to lose my custom than match a deal

@VodafoneUK Going through the credit / affordability check. "What is your monthly expenditure?" "What do you mean exactly - e.g. including mortgage?" "Um... I don't know." (Not blaming her, Vodafone's systems are clearly awful and antiquated.)

@SamsungMobile Don't bother. Got 2 if these via @VodafoneUK contract in January. The protective screen has come off of one of them already and Vodafone have said we have to pay for a new one!! Shocking service and clearly underpar product @SamsungMobile
