    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    @VodafoneUK just received new phone & there's a cable with it that doesn't plug into anything I own. Surely you should send me a plug or adaptor so can use a usb socket? Already shocked by having to take out 3 year loan agreement which I never have before. New provider next time!

    @trythis_j @VodafoneUK They're refusing to help me unless I plug into the test socket, but I only have the filter that openreach installed after they carried out a repair. It's an absolute joke. And they have "no internal way to reach 2nd line"

    @VodafoneUK Finally got our city fibre operational in May but still can’t complete the installation as no smartphones will sync with the router. Tried everything chat line suggested, still not working & no promised assistance from your technical dept has been received. What now?
