    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! Iโ€™ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isnโ€™t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the weekโ€™s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.

    Extremely poor service by @VodafoneUK for international travelers. For frequent travelers like myself I often buy data eSIMs for myself and family however I was left stranded when my Ireland eSIM stopped working in Scotland. Customer service points me to read fine print. Jokers

    Had a suspected spam call tried to report it to @VodafoneUK but didn't seem interested, not sure if the number I goggled (191) was spam as well so if you're a Vodafone customer just be on your guard

    Hi @VodafoneUK I have fraudulent payments for Vodafone pending on my account. My bank advised me to speak to you. None of your phone lines or chats allow non customers to get past the robots. Please can you advise how I can speak to someone to cancel the payments.
