@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

Hello @VodafoneUK my @SamsungUK mobile phone won't open quite a few apps I use on a daily basis. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling those apps and re-installing them, and they would just crash again & again. Seems like lots of ppl are having similar issues. Any advice pls?

@guardian Same with @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK . They gave us a new SIM card in the store instead of replacing existing one. Told to throw away the old one. They then charged us still over a year. Confirmed the card never been used and they still don’t refund us!! Thieves!

@VodafoneUK @JulieWilson0205 This seems to be a big problem. Some suggestions is that it's a Google problem. Mine was working fine too last night before I went to bed now most of my apps are crashing on launch. Clearing the cache is not the answer here 👍

@meganm20042011 @VodafoneUK I'm on EE and having the same issues with my Samsung a40. I think it must be a device thing - hopefully a quick update can resolve it!
