    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service. Been over a week and you can’t fix your mistake on my partner’s account. Everyone says it will be 24hrs and we call back and no change. This started last Tuesday- actually sort this out as it’s unacceptable and causing a lot of stress
