@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

@VodafoneUK And weeks on, the saga continues. After a further visit from Openreach engineer, spent most of last Thursday on the phone or Twitter Messenger trying to get some semblance of service from you. Finally, told Tech would check the Router and replace if necessary. 1/n
