@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

Dont waste your time going to @vodafone North Finchley store. Their service is shocking and all they want to do is sell you something; otherwise they aint interested. The manager is useless and disrespectful towards other customers whilst serving other people. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Trafford centre at present are keeping me on hold for another 24hrs this is added to the 3weeks hes been waiting. A complaint has been raised but yet i have to wait another 24hrs. Again he has left the house without feeling safe relying on a friends fone.
