@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Please don't blame the customer service staff. They are often on minimum wage and pressured to meet unrealistic targets with little training. They are supposed to escalate to managers but many are not even told how to do that as they are thrown in the deep end when starting work.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I used to have a Vodafone account, they are incredibly rude when you are not happy with their service. I got rid of hem and was happy to pay a leaving fee because they are very, very unpleasant people.
