@VodafoneUK I live in a small village. Vodafone is the only service that works. All of us are having problems which means there is a problem with the mast. Vodafone doesn’t seem to bother to record problems with its service.

@VodafoneUK #BatteryRefresh is the biggest joke. Was advised they would replace my battery after their system identified an issue. Sent it once, they did nothing. Was told to go in store, they sent it away again... STILL NOTHING DONE. Almost 3 weeks without a phone & no help😭😭
