34 minute call to @VodafoneUK and my issue is still not sorted and now I need to wait up to 10 days for someone to call me back. Why? YOU had an issue with YOUR website when I took out a new line and you can’t honour it!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

If ever @VodafoneUK try and hustle you for money you’re unsure of, most likely because they’ve missold something to you, just ask them to prove you have a contract. They can’t. Just ignore their constant lying and they can’t do ****.

@VodafoneUK are repairing Nibley, Glos. tower leaving a community without service for ten days so far! Nobody can tell me how long it'll be down!! With the #StormEunice coming I'm praying I don't need to call the emergency services!!! 😟😠😖
