    @VodafoneUK Absolutely outstanding service from Esra today. After receiving terrible service from Darren, I called back to cancel my Vodafone contract and spoke to Esra. She was so helpful & restored my faith in Vodafone. Please train all your staff to treat customers this way!

    @VodafoneUK @WalkerMarcus @GBNEWS Ah that old side step! I hope people still cancel their contracts until Vodafone stop swerving a proper answer! The fact is they appear to have been unaware they were advertising on the channel until some snowflakes told them and they thought they would lose revenue!
