    @VodafoneUK Hi, no internet connection using mobile dongle K5161h since Sat. OK since purchase before that. Tried 2 laptops, different locations but no success. Also, tried the suggested APN solution but again no success. Topped up last Fri so plenty of unused credit. Help...

    And I say "in the process of" as my @SpotifyCares premium sub is through @VodafoneUK and I'm finding it hard to speak to anyone who understands what I'm talking about. At least their useless customer service works in your favour.

    Anyone else annoyed with @VodafoneUK 191 service - impossible to speak to a real person which given they may be in breach of GDPR (accuracy principle) is even more frustrating. One last chance before I just report to ICO

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK Thank you. Will be having a look as it's been over 12 months I've had the same issue and Vodafone cannot fix it

    @VodafoneUK what are you doing to my account? You’re supposed to be reverting my plan, refunding flexi fee, and applying compensation for a complaint. But instead my plan is showing 2GB data (instead of 72) and £100 plan cost instead of £31? 🤨

    The whole @VodafoneUK web experience and app is just awful- you'd think upgrading or re-contracting would just be simple. It's clearly not had any UCD what so ever. So a phone call it will be, as it has been for the last few years and I think a change of provider is on the cards
