  @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

  Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

  @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?

  Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???

  @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

  I truly give up with @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK our phone signal has been degrading for over twelve months it’s been reported just shows the extent of greed within these companies!! This is today’s results WiFi and 4g nothing no signal at all #dontwaistmoney3smarty

  I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken

  Hi @VodafoneUK, you're hosting 07468363133 on your network and this phone number is being used by scammers who are carrying out bank impersonation scams against targets in the UK. Seems to be using WhatsApp to make the calls. I've reported via your website already @NCSC @Ofcom
