    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    So I refused the 'max' plan or whatever it was to lower the monthly cost and now all of a sudden everything is running slow 🙄 I thought my upgrade was sorted buuut nope. So here's to another painful call to @VodafoneUK tomorrow. Tempted to just leave them. Nightmare.

    @sxa555 @Mobilescouk @VodafoneUK fortunately sim arrived next day, put it in and all back and running - but it really was unnecessary to have this physical interaction - loss of service/user sat & cost/environmental impact

    @VodafoneUK HELP! We’re stuck without broadband for 2 weeks due to your mismanagement of our switch. 2 days of continual attempts to resolve with customer services have achieved nothing other than broken promises and increased levels of frustration. Wishing we’d never switched 😔

    @VodafoneUK after the time I’ve been a customer with Vodafone this upgrade has to be the worst Experience, no one has helped me and they have just gone round in circles. Not impressed will defiantly be looking for a new phone provider!
