@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

@VodafoneUK You sell 5G phones and yet only give out 4G contracts. That is absolutely terrible and a complete waste of money and a phone whose capabilities will never be utilised. This is not an upgrade but a degrade. This is very poor from a so called reputable company.

@VodafoneUK how many times do I need to text you ‘Pac’ to receive my pac code. You keep telling me to call you? But when I do, no one is available to answer? I just need the pac code to transfer my old number. Absolutely rubbish service.

@AlasdairCraik @VodafoneUK Went into store & the staff there were amazing, took an hour but eventually got it sorted. Lady said she's been dealing with customers ALL day who've had an upgrade issue!
