@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

@VodafoneUK I’ve had no data services for two days now. Spent 2.5 hrs yesterday on chat help & 30 mins in store & still no service today. Plus the only provider that doesn’t offer WiFi on the tube. Defo time to switch after 18 years 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

@VodafoneUK I have moved house and am without broadband. The engineer was supposed to come today but did not even though I got in touch on Tuesday to double check. I called and got passed around between 5 different agents and after 90 minutes the line went dead. Please help me!!

@Cunninghamster @VodafoneUK I had exactly the same problem with another Vodafone BB offer. When i completed the application incl id & Credit checks via the link it referred me to a phone number. Of course, they could only offer me the same deal at an extra £125. Mmmmm, me thinks fishy.

@VodafoneUK the fact that I can upgrade my SIM only deal but not downgrade it now I no longer need this much data is insane. If I go to cancel the contract I need to pay the rest of contract in a lump sum. Do you milk customers in the short term to lose them in the long term?
