    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK Trying to add international extra to SIM only contract, only to be told the plan doesn't support it, yet in your terms and conditions it specifically states "All Vodafone Pay monthly consumer customers can opt in to Pay monthly Extras"
