    @Goddess0811 @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE That was when they changed 3G to 4G.. I remember it well! Not really issues though. Masts were down to improve.

    @dangrabham @vodafone @VodafoneUK Of course tried all the locations in London. Nothing on any of the open market devices. I think this is really poor it's the only reason I purchased the unlimited 5G sim.

    @VodafoneUK After transfer of ownership finally took place, I seem to have been charged a full month's bill for one day! I also can't check this in the MyVodafone app, as it's not working. Not impressed!

    @wildlime @vodafone @VodafoneUK Yeh I was told Vodafone 5G devices are tested and certified to work on their network so if you get it from elsewhere you might run into those issues ... Hope you get it sorted

    @VodafoneUK Very disappointed about this whole process. Ordered a home broadband service via your website . This apparantly didn't activate correctly. Followed up with webchat with support and had to have 2 further chats. None of which has resolved the issue. Very poor service.

    @VodafoneUK just lost another long-standing customer What a joke!! Overcharged for 8 mths & can’t get a refund Other comps remove cost of handset from bill after 2yr contract ends Not these guys.. THEN I get argued with & spoken over when I call to challenge it #diabolicalservice
