    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK well I can now honestly say that the service from #Vodafone is just awful... poor service for upgrade, wrong billing for upgrade, just dire... don’t use them.

    @VodafoneUK I have an account with you for my sons phone because he was under 18 at outset. He has now taken a deal himself with you via carphone warehouse and we want to transfer his own number to the new sim but when he uses the PAC it says it's not recognised. No one seems able to help.

Think how the public feel listening to you and your lot lie, scheme, steal our money on dodgy PPE contracts. It's way more frustrating than you are feeling with your phone company. Your incompetence is epic!

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK They're an absolute joke of a company. They're pure incompetence 5 years ago when I closed down my account with them led to them defaulting my account and massively affecting my credit rating. Shocking company!
