    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK It is already in the hands of Complaints - but I'm amazed that Vodafone seem to have so little clue as to what is causing the system-wide problem - & why you keep so quiet about it in public - surely after @Ofcom 's huge 2016 billing fine you would be on the alert?

    @VodafoneUK and yet ive chatted with 3 dif online agents today and rather than assist they leave the chat and another agent connects reads the problem in the chat and leaves again, excellent service!!!

    @KnightNotRider @VodafoneUK Could not agree more - they have 0 flexibility, have even admitted fault to me and yet left me in real financial difficulty because they are refusing to right their wrongs! worst company in existence and awful customer service

    @EvanEdinger . @VodafoneUK that's your answer, I use it in India 🇮🇳 since it arrived and never complained ever. Hopefully, it's better in UK 🇬🇧.
