Well I never thought I’d say this as I’ve been with them for years, but I can’t wait til the end of my phone contract with @VodafoneUK - it’s unusable, I can’t use internet or make calls. It’s been weeks and weeks and no improvement despite previous complaints.

@VodafoneUK Waited one month for broadband. Payment made. No emails received after precontract now randomly cancelled on tracking. 45mins online chat to confirm cancelled order then operator abruptly left. I wish to leave & terminate business acc. Chat says 191, 191 says chat.

@VodafoneUK hi. I have received an email advising it is time to renew my broadband with you. I have never had to renew - my contract is rolling. How can I be sure if this is a phishing email or not? I do not want my internet to be disconnected.

@VodafoneUK shocking service, no personalisation on the agent chat and only found out "late on" today that an engineer isn't available. Did you not known that BT are strike?! Will review 7/9?? Never heard so much rubbish in my life.

@_lukeadcock @VodafoneUK file a complaint. Full review on all communication will be taken. Ensure you mention everything gone wrong they need to investigate. They will owe you what they promise, refund any money you lost, and offer compensation
