    @VodafoneUK how is it you can ruin people’s lives?! My life is on hold due to an incorrect default being applied to my credit file! Now unable to get a mortgage! I’ve tried to contact you to discuss but as I’m ‘no longer a customer’ you will not talk to me. I’m so exasperated!!!

    Dear @VodafoneUK your customer service sucks. Ordered a new phone on 4th December - it was sent to the wrong address. Rearranged delivery - order lost. Just rearranged delivery again - 3 week wait. We've been a customer for over 10 years, very disappointed.

    @VodafoneUK My home broadband has had issues for 6 weeks now, still no closer to resolution. Today one of worst days for drop outs. Please can you sort it out.

    @_Baeanne @VodafoneUK @bt_uk I had the same issue you would either get an appointment next day or in a few days... They were quick with doing mine and getting me another appointment... Reason why they wont do it is because it would take them around an hour to sort their equipment

    @VodafoneUK my sure signal booster version 3 is not working. I have tried switching on and off and plugging cable in different port in router. WiFi is working. 2 yellow light flashing or 1 white light. What is wrong?

    @gigtripper86 @VodafoneUK I must be dealing with the wrong Vodafone. All my offered “treats” I have to pay for and are pretty poor. Only been a Vodafone customer for 30+ years.

    Special mention to Chris on Twitter team & Sandro in Customer Relations. Got nowhere in 2 weeks battling with various people @VodafoneUK. Today they actually took ownership of the issues. Hopefully once deadlock team have looked at can draw this woeful experience to an end.
