    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK I need support with my request for a transfer to e-Sim. I have requested Monday morning and I still haven’t got the QR code. I have had no connection for 72hrs now and it’s becoming unacceptable. Could you please look into this ASAP

    @VodafoneUK Again I am experiencing the most dreadful customer service from what I understand to be a reputable company. It would appear it is as difficult to cancel as it is to take out a contract due to their system issues. #disatisfied

    @VodafoneUK I will not be dropping you a private message. This is an ongoing complaint on my account which is STILL not resolved. I receive a call this evening stating my account can be ‘replicated’ by only giving me access to half of my information?! Please investigate and resolve ASAP

    @VodafoneUK I think it might actually be my phone. Since the latest android update I seem to drop signal frequently and have to restart to resolve

    @R_to_the_D @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK has partial IPv6, in that it's used for VoLTE. However, anyone with half a sense would be using a private VPN that provides such over mobile networks. 1:) Bypasses adult/net nanny filters and 2:) faster performance as you're only sending UDP over the network
