    @VodafoneUK Stace, I’m sure my wife’s 93 year old aunt would wish to ‘move forward’. However right now she remains alone in her house, cut off by @VodafoneUK through no fault of her own, awaiting resolution of the issue by Thursday. Disappointing is not the word I would use to describe this.

    @Tariqkhanmad @VodafoneUK Nope some pages get stuck and won’t open up I tried about a month then cancelled at the time they even tried to charge me for cancelling it despite they said 30 days you can cancel. Terrible customer service too!

    @Notorious_Shell @VodafoneUK They delete your card details and re insert. They can’t see the details previously stored. Standard procedure if you called them to make the change I don’t see an issue unless they as your PIN number!!!

    @VodafoneUK Your bots are worse than your broadband. The bill payer is at work. His kids can't do their online homework. Your call handlers will simply reconnect us for a few hours before we lose internet again. Your atrocious network is now costing me money.
