@VodafoneUK well I can now honestly say that the service from #Vodafone is just awful... poor service for upgrade, wrong billing for upgrade, just dire... don’t use them.

@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade, keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also, the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

  • containsGas Digital Apocalypse (@containsGas) reported

@VodafoneUK How can I find out if any network changes have been recently made in an area? My 4G is very poor.

  • PoliticsVeteran Veteran Politics UK #EnoughIsEnough (@PoliticsVeteran) reported from Hopton on Sea, England

So after a 3 day outage last week we have another this week....sick of paying for a service and not getting it @VodafoneUK. Unlike other networks you don't even keep your customers informed....sickieningly poor service all round. Almost 3 decades a customer it's time I dumped you

  • plant_jolene Jolene Plant (@plant_jolene) reported

@VodafoneUK Would you say £25 is nominal for this service. I wouldn’t! £25 is extortionate for the service that was provided. In fact excellent customer service would have included it for free. Obviously showing you don’t provide excellent customer service!

  • RichardHilsley Richard Hilsley (@RichardHilsley) reported

@VodafoneUK when you have to decide do I pay the £600 early termination fee or continue with the 💩 customer service, I can live with being £600 out of pocket , over this customer service

  • pompeyhedge ed francis (@pompeyhedge) reported

@elleteez28 @VodafoneUK It's ok now. The last time I upgraded was the first time they checked. I'll run down both my contracts now, along with the awful signal (in a major town, and London) and lies about throttling.

  • plant_jolene Jolene Plant (@plant_jolene) reported

@VodafoneUK As I said you took advantage of my dad because of his age. Shame on you. You know full well that service could have been carried out as a good will. Or explained to him how to do it. Just pure greed from yet another big company. #badcompany #greed #CostOfLivingCrises

  • AlixTraynor2 Alix Traynor (@AlixTraynor2) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK ...what I know now it would have been a very different story. Trying to resolve the issue and get sense from Vodafone was useless they wanted the name of the person who spoke to me in the shop and I had no idea but would recognise him. It went no further as ai had paid the baliff

  • eastcote45 Peter Hocken (@eastcote45) reported

@VeloUK @VodafoneUK I’m thinking just the same. That hideous Tobi crap. Was #47 got to #1 with How can I help you. Then nothing.

  • 20Rothmans James MacLaren (@20Rothmans) reported

@VodafoneUK All in all, it’s the broadband. Although, it’s not so much the service as the administration of the sign up. In short, we were promised a promotional gift (in March/May), which has still not materialised.
