@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

@VodafoneUK worst network on holiday in France. Just been for dinner and couldn’t even get data in an urban centre (St Raphael), to book an Uber home. 10 year old son couldn’t walk 4 miles. Absolute joke and £15 cost?? #vodafonejoke #donttrustvodafone #familysafety

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Thank you for taking this all the way! Not specific to bereavement - I see change in utility companies I deal with. E.g. referring to internal errors to justify higher payments or no info. Leaving the customer powerless. As if there's no expectation of accountability any more...

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had exactly the same problems with Three. Diff is Three were part of the Ombudsman scheme and they eventually resolved in my favour. Vodafone were not opting to run their own dispute resolution system.

@jemmahood @VodafoneUK Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, states that service providers are required to provide their goods or services with reasonable care and skill, at a reasonable price and within a reasonable time frame where a fixed date had not been previously agreed between the parties.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Disgusting behaviour @vodafone I left Vodafone yrs ago b/c of a c.£100 charge for a 20m call to my dying friend in Ireland Would have cost a fraction on pay as you go, but on contract, the charge was 10x the amount 😳 Treated terribly when I called to discuss - never again!
