@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

@VodafoneUK Can you tell me why my wife isn't able to reactivate her YouTube Premium subscription when we upgraded as we made sure we still have an Entertainment Pack.Whenever you send the link it doesn't work. Just takes us back to YouTube without putting Premium on. Sort it out

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK is by far the most hopeless and incompetent U.K. company I’ve ever interacted with. Doing anything is difficult and time consuming. Their website is horrendously slow. Their customer service is unbearable. Where is your £6.5bn in annual revenue going??!

@VodafoneUK I am using UK SIM for 8 weeks in Philippines. Media and Vodafone app do not work properly. I have 72 screenshots showing failures of connection and misunderstanding of agents. Agents are not equipped to deal with uk customer services issues.

@VodafoneUK ridiculous customer service - I have been trying to cancel my monthly plan for months now as I DO NOT LIVE IN THE UK ANYMORE, have been chatting with Tobi, last time I waited on the queue for half an hour and they pulled out… I wish I knew it earlier
