@Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Be careful the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Vodafone customer service is appalling and I'm an ex employee of them. Just saying!

Just spend 3hrs trying to sort a simple customer service problem with @VodafoneUK on the phone. 2x cut off, 1x promised call back which didn’t happen, finally informed can’t fix til Monday. That’s an afternoon I’ll never get back.

@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK well I can now honestly say that the service from #Vodafone is just awful... poor service for upgrade, wrong billing for upgrade, just dire... don’t use them.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup probably one of the most dire customer services ever experienced! Wrong info every time, txt messages with wrong information, automated systems with wrong information, & customer services that seem to read different screens ever time you call.!

@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade, keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also, the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

Just received a text from @VodafoneUK asking for feedback on my last call, but my last call was from Vodafone asking for feedback about the service provided. I think I'm stuck in a loop!

@WilliamLuXiaomi Do you test your chargers for safety? Mine blew up and according to @VodafoneUK many customers have had the same issue with over heating chargers. Yet your Customer service refuse to deal with this.

@VodafoneUK That's an embarrassing response from a major brand like @VodafoneUK given that it's reducing features for customers and your competitors don't seem to struggle between investing and providing the same service. Why should I pay the same for a reduced feature set?

@uk_rants @VodafoneUK Fortunately I'm not with vodaphone and now I certainly wouldn't consider them even if they offered a free service.

@VodafoneUK has the most hopelessly convoluted """support""" for Broadband ever. I spend ages on the phone only for the system to go "check online :)." Then you have this stupid live chat bot which sends you to the wrong team.

@straight_batter @VodafoneUK @markjohnsonhome So you’ve cancelled it? Vodafone said they won’t be advertising so show me the proof of cancellation? You don’t buy anything French but you watch GB news whose owners are all majority foreign and Andrew Neil is a French resident. The idiot is strong with you.

@VodafoneUK Why are you running ads on GB News? Fix poor network you won’t do but if it’s to support a channel defending Andrew the *****, that’s where we’ll find you.

@VodafoneUK @markjohnsonhome Dear @VodafoneUK Me my family and friends are long time customers of yours and if you cancel ads on GB news then we will all follow and cancel or contracts with Vodafone. Enough of this.

@VodafoneUK @maroitoje Try keeping the tube internet then? I now have to leave Vodafone because I can’t contact my family in the tube if I get stuck on a train or need help. Thanks
