Hey @VodafoneUK how come you are still unable to resolve a Home Broadband account issue caused by yourselves which has been ongoing for 3 months? Today the Broadband line failed and it can’t be fixed because the account issue means the line isnt showing on my account!!!

Arghhhh really important teams meeting at 09:00 and our @VodafoneUK broadband has been down since the early hours. Going round in circles trying to get through to their ‘Xperts’. When you work from@home this is a nightmare!
