    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK Actually. Vodafone is completely reliable in providing a totally unreliable and frankly useless network coverage. Please travel from Brighton to London Bridge and see how amazingly useless Vodafone is. Truly 10/10 rubbish.

    @louisekwarteng @VodafoneUK It’s been ridiculously slow in and out since last Wednesday for me and even the 4G/5G mobile data has been playing up all week. They’ve got some serious problems with the service but are hesitant to admit anything and just say the services are running fine.

    @VodafoneUK ever since ‘upgrading’ my internet speeds on 4g and 5g have been terrible and twice now I have been told that the speed limit cap on my account has been ‘removed’ as it shouldn’t have been on in the first place and still it’s not improved. Fancy fixing this?

    @Rotmm @VodafoneUK I'm not sure but I remember years ago providers used to slow things down at peak times.

    @VodafoneUK .... order cancelled. Can't help but think that after 6 cancellations someone shouldn't check why, every one I've spoken to has just said I'll reorder this will go through this time.. is there commission on upgrades. That would explain why no ones interested in why!

    @VodafoneUK Yes. Over wired on main pc, wireless on Surface Pro and also at thinkbroadband speed test on mobile WiFi. Have the Vodaphone Broadband app. Ran the Broadband Service Test, no outages detected. Did the same yesterday and Sunday, same result.

    @VodafoneUK If you mean a WiFi booster box... yes. But I've never actually installed it as I've wired the upstairs PC, etc.
