Feeling the love for @VodafoneUK today, fantastic customer service, just a shame they couldn’t replace my lost #AppleWatch 😭

  • AaronKGumbs Aaron Gumbs (@AaronKGumbs) reported from Banbury, England

Just received a text from @VodafoneUK asking for feedback on my last call, but my last call was from Vodafone asking for feedback about the service provided. I think I'm stuck in a loop!

@VodafoneUK I have had no internet service for a month now...and before that it was dropping all the time! Why am I paying for a service that I am not receiving? This is supposed to be an upgrade, but it's been more bother and frustration!

  • Kirkyboy45 Kirkyboy (@Kirkyboy45) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi, is there any reason you’ve remove the ability to change 2.4 Wi-Fi Channel on your router? I’m on gigafast and I also can’t turn off 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz. This is interfering with my zigbee network

  • ady85x CrAzyCatlAdy85x (@ady85x) reported

@VodafoneUK are there issues with your network today? Both mobile and home broadband? Speed problems on both and can't get through to anyone on the phone

  • rugbyciaran simon cheung (@rugbyciaran) reported

@VodafoneUK I’m being charged 2 broadband for the same address. One of the broadband is not working. Billings put the phone down on me. Charming!

  • __missvalentina Goddess Valentina (@__missvalentina) reported

@VodafoneUK sent me a new SIM card and delivered to a neighbour even though my delivery instructions said not to. Now they won’t send a new sim (I am now paying for two) unless I terminate my contract with a £270 fee, and all they offered was a £5 discount. All due to their fault

  • Kirkyboy45 Kirkyboy (@Kirkyboy45) reported

@VodafoneUK I’m sorry, that’s not helpful at all! Every other router/ISP out there let’s you change these settings. Your tool won’t help with my zigbee devices. The Wi-Fi doctor as you put it just selects channel 13 which I don’t want.

  • JanetteOHagan1 Janette O'Hagan (@JanetteOHagan1) reported

@VodafoneUK An Mev, do me a favour & explain why it takes 30 days & an extra month's bill to cancel a contract, but only 10 mins to apply an upgrade? A cynic might thing that a little odd too, eh?

  • Beararsed zeriwooldridge (@Beararsed) reported

@VodafoneUK your router wifi is so bad, what were you thinking selling this junk? all the signal boosters in the world dont help it cutting out entirely half the time

  • Youhana09 Youhana Hana (@Youhana09) reported

@OpenreachHelp @OpenreachHelp The most amusing part is that engineers keep showing up and leaving without resolving the issue, telling me the same diagnostics and plans for action with no change for the last three months and @VodafoneUK keeps sending!

  • KateAsh90626652 Kate Ashton (@KateAsh90626652) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi, I have done, however the person doing it keeps reopening the request. There's nothing plusnet can do except keep cancelling it at my request but I really don't want to have to keep ringing them every week and getting them to cancel. Plusnet said to speak to you directly.
