@VodafoneUK well I can now honestly say that the service from #Vodafone is just awful... poor service for upgrade, wrong billing for upgrade, just dire... don’t use them.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup probably one of the most dire customer services ever experienced! Wrong info every time, txt messages with wrong information, automated systems with wrong information, & customer services that seem to read different screens ever time you call.!

@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

What is up with @VodafoneUK ? I’ve just bought a brand new 5G fone with your network but far from 5G I’m struggling to even get a single service bar on 4G! And Yes I have checked the service area map, prior to getting the contract, which shows as “good, indoors and outdoor”!

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK mast at B31 4JS isn't operating too well, was operating fine until 1st March, now 5G speeds very slow, network dropping calls and data frequently, barely loading pages currently, have checked status no problems reported, please investigate

Hey @VodafoneUK the person who owns this number +44 7760 718655 is a customer of yours. He keeps texting me pretending to be O2, asking me to pass on billing details. I’ve tried calling them but funnily they don’t pick up!

@VodafoneUK. Poor Broadband. Contract ended & Acc. closed but still receiving bills. Paid last 1 only as promised refund 4 the difference. Reneged on refund & now another bill, rang again - but not resolved. Can any1 at Vodafone help before I go to Ofcom. # illegal harassment
