    Dear @VodafoneUK now is NOT the time to increase existing contracts. Compounded by the fact that your raise is 5.4% attributed to CBI or 'running costs' and 3.9% for investment in your network. So nearly 10% per month. Take that from your profits Pathetic

    @virginmedia I've been a customer for 6 years. I'm currently paying £44 (actually £60 - I have a discount) for broadband and a phone line I never use. I get 100mb down and a paltry 10mb up. @VodafoneUK are offering me 105mb down/up for £28. Why would I stay with you?

    @VodafoneUK my partners phone has been cut off, the bill is paid he was waiting for it to go to payg to transfer no and still doesn’t work. Can’t get in touch with anyone to help, TOBI is no good #help #notgoodenough

    @VodafoneUK I switched from sim to esim on my Apple phone at 6pm today. Got QR code , added it. But voice signal is on/off 1 bar to none and mobile data not starting. Don’t know what’s going on. Can you help. Stanwell UK.
