@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

@cthreeo3 I used to have @VodafoneUK as mobile provider… virtually no service on 2, 3, or 4g. Moved to @EE and have exactly the same problem. So will turning off 3G help rural communities? And 5G is a solution looking for a problem…

@VodafoneUK Moved the house last October. Have been billed for both properties since then. Reached your customer care to sort the billing issue. Connection in the new address has been deactivated. Left with no internet for a week now. Was told I need to wait for a month to get back internet

@VodafoneUK Not so reliable at supporting customers with their bills. I was paying £47 a month and my signal was similar in strength to 1886. Had no choice to cancel because I wasn't getting what I was paying for and now you've sold my debt to Lowell! Disgusting phone company
