    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK walked into your Bury St Edmunds store asking for help to provide a simple pay as you go phone for my elderly mother who had just been hospitalised. Messed around. Let down. Sim still not a working. no response to complaints raised. Went to Tesco mobile instead.

    @stupidythings @VodafoneUK Seems fair. In my last 5 years the same guy would call me once a year to offer me the deal I was already on. Personal service like that is hard to find.

    @VodafoneUK Maybe first you could sort your existing customers? I have spend 5 days speaking with 5 different people. 10h on the phone and you cannot just move my contract on a new address. The worst customer service ever 🤬 every time lies, "issue is solved" Where is my Internet connection?

    @VodafoneUK My internet connection has been lost regularly for 3-4 days. It takes at leas 1 min and at least 19 connection lost a day. I create a ticket on it, and no one arrives. Are you always going to say that we directed a team but close the issue? Vodafone never again!!!
