@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

@VodafoneUK the worst customer service in terms of following up on an order. Since Jan, I tried to set up broadband, 3 times cancelled, no fault of my own. I only kept with them as I was promised goodwill against once set up. It was only in Aug it was done & went back on promise.
