    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK well I can now honestly say that the service from #Vodafone is just awful... poor service for upgrade, wrong billing for upgrade, just dire... don’t use them.

    @VodafoneUK Yeah it's still not fixed I'm connected to router but says no Internet. Already run diagnostic and the Tobi bot is down again so it's difficult to speak to an agent. Any reports of outages in Manchester area?

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I’ve just reset my router again. This time I have the white light on the front but only 3 green on back. No Wi-Fi light. I’ve also reinstalled the app and it can’t find a Wi-Fi network.

    @VodafoneUK This is not about the fault, in raising an issue about the fact that your Twitter feed was not updated, and you didn't have link to a current fault status so everyone could check periodically. Every company has issues from time to time, but you don't help yourselves or us!

    @stfcphil @VodafoneUK I could give you a very long list of companies with that very same issue. Priority 1 = Profit, Priority 2 = Profit . . . Priority 99 = Customers, Priority 100 = Staff. By using these companies we are showing that we don't care. 2 years ago I finally told @Amazon to **** off

    @VodafoneUK I’ve moved my number over to you guys today and it is active, however I can’t sign up for a my vodafone account and I need to top up. Otherwise I’m leaving the house at 8 months pregnant with no access to calls or texts. Why’s it not working?

    @VodafoneUK Why not communicate these issues better? Unable to email impacted customers so as to save them hours of effort? And how will this outage be accounted for on our monthly bills? You are first and foremost a Comms company = can I suggest you communicate better!!!
