    Needless to say, I recommend not having any business with @VodafoneUK - their complaint resolution doesn't work. They repeatedly fail to call you back when promised. They have no understanding of when basic politeness. They're a terrible company. How do they have any customers?

    @VodafoneUK really are the worst service provider going. Trying to get the most minor of issues taken care of has cost me so much time and stress. The customer service is shocking and I cannot stomach another painfully frustrating round of automated phone calls and messaging.

    @aegisdesign @VodafoneUK You'd think the law wouldn't come in to it. @VodafoneUK didn't install the service, I spent hours over many days trying to find a solution, it failed. You'd think "yeah, ok, we let you down badly, all you're asking for is we delete your data, it's the least we can do"

    Please explain when a vodafone staff member incorrectly inputs an imei code that a customer of 20+ yrs is told to wait ANOTHER 10 days for their phone to be unlocked. NOT ACCEPTABLE service. @VodafoneUK please contact me with a solution.
