    I say constantly that for a phone company @VodafoneUK go out of their way to make it impossible for you to speak to a human being. So, 6 days without a 5G signal on my Huawei Box. That I'm paying for btw. Plus today I had another bill related issue. But can't speak to a human.

    I broke my internet by porting my number into @VodafoneUK to the wrong number (my broadband number not the temp phone) so had no internet or phone for 2 days now. #idiot

    I only want to log in to my @VodafoneUK account once in a while but no matter when it is I try IT NEVER WORKS 🙄😣 I just want to upgrade easily to a sim only deal. But they make it impossible.

    @VodafoneUK’s customer service has definitely gone downhill since they removed the live chat option. A robotic “live chat” is pointless.

    @VodafoneUK you online help is really rude. Got kicked from chat for questioning the deals being offered. I don't want a 24 or 18 month contract. Can't believe how hard you make it to upgrade. #badservice #impossibletoleave

    "Maintenance" on both my @VodafoneUK DSL and mobile network simultaneously. No wifi no possible phone hotspot. Help desk is "trying something" and told me not to call them again until they call me at 6pm on Friday. No functioning internet all week. How is this acceptable?

    Very disappointed with @VodafoneUK customer service. Faulty smart watch after 15 days, 25 mins on the phone, can't sort. Referred to app which says go in store: no time to go in store which is 54 mile round trip. Quick to sign you up but rubbish to sort problems @EE next time.
