    Just received a text from @VodafoneUK asking for feedback on my last call, but my last call was from Vodafone asking for feedback about the service provided. I think I'm stuck in a loop!

    @VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

    if you have @VodafoneUK broadband and you break your phone, and pay monthly they refuse to renew the broadband until the balance is cleared. 10 years customers get treated like **** because they can't afford to pay a screen repair off in one go imagine if its a £300 screen.

    @VodafoneUK Slightly worried just how difficult it is to reach out you by phone no. 191. It was doing EVERYTHING to prevent actually talking to someone. When it finally did start ringing the line went dead after 1 minute. Also, the Webchat link you texted doesn't work.

    @VodafoneUK Hilarious! You try to get me to DM you on here and then tell me to call you! As if I’m going to waste another 3 hours of my life like I did on Saturday...Forget it .. I’m going to cancel ALL 4 of my contracts with you.... and report you to @ofcom please raise a complaint

    @VodafoneUK Hi I’ve done this before and nothing has happened because you always say the signal is fine in my area when it’s clearly not. I’m paying nearly £70 a month and I can barely get on the internet

    @VodafoneUK Well, I just spent an hour with the complaint live chat team being told there is nothing they will do or can do. I'd have to be 3 weeks without Internet. So I've had no choice but switch providers. It was easier as all bills were in one.

    @VodafoneUK Morning Vodafone - I have an entertainment sim only plan with YouTube Premium, this morning my YouTube account isn’t showing as Premium anymore. Can you check if this is a problem your end? Thanks
