    @VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

    Just received a text from @VodafoneUK asking for feedback on my last call, but my last call was from Vodafone asking for feedback about the service provided. I think I'm stuck in a loop!

    @VodafoneUK 38th in the queue , got through to someone after 40 mins. Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

    Hate @VodafoneUK They took £ from me, wasn't supposed too. Then, they told me it would be refunded within 3-5 w/days, it wasn't, they insisted my bank is the issue, bank confirm nowt there. Back to Voda, admit they didn't put it through right expect me to wait another 3-5 w/days

    @vodafoneuk, for the 3rd time this week they have cut my phone off yet again for missing payments from last year even tho I have a direct debit in place I urge any of my followers PLEASE do not upgrade your phone or take a out a new contract with Vodafone worst company ever

    @VodafoneUK Engineer no show 3rd time, broadband activation was due Nov 30th 2022! we are in Feb 23 and still no hope....this is the worse service to date!!

    @VodafoneUK - well done for creating customer services that is second to none the worst of all the mobile providers! Tried to transfer a Apple Watch and can’t do that simply. #awful
