@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

Sorry everyone. Video will not be out today. Because @VodafoneUK did me wrong... again. Please do not ever buy #Vodafone. They mispelled my name last year, and it is still causing me issues. Switched providers now.

For anyone following this, after investigation, Voxi are reporting @NokiaMobile essentially being at fault for not having software that works in the 8.1 with the @VodafoneUK network. They will not update the software.

request to transfer from @VodafoneUK to @VOXI_UK yesterday. 25 hours later I still have no working sim. Vodafone have cut me off & voxi can't activate my service. best they can do is ask me to wait another "2-24 hours" as they've requested the backend team to try again.Diabolical
