@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK hi! My phone says 4G and signal in and around my house yet I can hardly ever actually make calls or access data. The coverage map is fine, and if I walk 0.2 miles away it’s back to normal. What gives?

@VodafoneUK I’ve had a very convincing email suggesting I call 40444 from my handset or call 08080045203 . My name is on it and it says my bill is overdue which is defo is not! Can someone help?
