    Just received a text from @VodafoneUK asking for feedback on my last call, but my last call was from Vodafone asking for feedback about the service provided. I think I'm stuck in a loop!

    @VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK 38th in the queue , got through to someone after 40 mins. Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

    @kathrynstimpson @VodafoneUK @primevideouk Kathryn I wasn't about 30 lunch breaks as it took them over a year to sort my problem which they were at fault for, did I get anything in return for the 30 hours of phone calls?? Nope not a thing!!

    @VodafoneUK You can activate emergency service but you have to go through a robot before you speak to a human

    @VodafoneUK Yeah well thats no good when you're cold calling me, asking for my security information! Especially when the word Vodafone normally comes up on my screen! Stupid move given the amount of fraud happening, even @nottspolice have warned about fake cold callers. Stupid move Voda 💯

    @VodafoneUK We've been victims of Vodafone for too many years. Every time a problem arises, you confirm that you are an organisation without competence or conscience. We are now preparing a claim to take to court for the benefit of your many other victims.

    @Al_roar @VodafoneUK @vodafone tried stitching me up years back. Monthly bill was over £100, my fault so I changed tariff and used the phone much less. £365 bill came in, no itemised bill. They never gave me itemised bill, won't use them again. I didn't pay it

    I've figured out the @VodafoneUK customer services model and it's not sophisticated: (Deliberately) fail to understand the substance of complaint, misstate consumer law, refuse to either uphold or reject complaint, wait for social media backlash... Pop up and pretend 1/2
