@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK Hi, where can I make a complaint about dog shite service? All my gf has tried to do is move her Broadband from 1 house to another, you have her a date to switch over and all seemed ok. Now on the day it should be LIVE we get told it wont work, blaming @WeAreOpenreach

Warning to any possible @VodafoneUK customers. We are trapped in a circle where we can't cancel an old contract. I stopped paying, so they are taking debt recovery action against us. But they won't cancel the contract after multiple attempts by us.

So after a week without my phone due to Vodafone’s mess up, every options been exhausted.. I now want out this contract so I can go get one with a provider that provides the service I’m paying for @VodafoneUK even been to the store.. none of you can sort it 🤬

@VodafoneUK Yes tho the form actually suggests my phone should already be unlocked. I’ve found a way around that but it’s been over 2 days since I submitted it. Shoddy, shoddy service as ever. This is why I am leaving you!

Normally, I am able to get a scam shut down by reaching out to the telecoms network that the scam is operating through. However, yesterday I found a scam run through @VodafoneUK who are too big to reach an appropriately skilled staff member to investigate and shut it down.

Hey @VodafoneUK I have upgraded my iPhone and again my Apple Watch will no longer use data. I've tried resetting it, removing and readding the data plan. It thinks it has a data plan but I don't get any data. Can you help?
