@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK We're back on now thanks after an outage of 18 hours. It would be really helpful if there was a site that we could check that is accurate and kept up to date supplying information. This Network status seems good for 3G/4G but what about Broadband?
