Vodafone Issues Reports Near Ettington, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Ettington and nearby locations:

  • Eddiefreeves Cllr. Eddie Reeves (@Eddiefreeves) reported from Banbury, England

@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

  • DaveMilo Dave Miles (@DaveMilo) reported from Ettington, England

@VodafoneUK 38th in the queue , got through to someone after 40 mins. Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

  • AaronKGumbs Aaron Gumbs (@AaronKGumbs) reported from Banbury, England

Just received a text from @VodafoneUK asking for feedback on my last call, but my last call was from Vodafone asking for feedback about the service provided. I think I'm stuck in a loop!

  • SeanMMedia Sean Macreavy (@SeanMMedia) reported from Alcester, England

@VodafoneUK Your network coverage in Alcester is shocking, and has been for months. My alarm went off 5 or 10 minutes late due to zero signal in the town centre 'til then. We were all frazzled by the Farage Death Ray. All our bunting destroyed and everything.

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • H2Oli Oliver 🇺🇦 (@H2Oli) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @Zebraskindiva45 @VodafoneUK I had this same problem. No end of calls and transfers. In the end it was the online chat that solved the problem very quickly.

  • djofjes1 djofjes (@djofjes1) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK much sympathy. Vodaphone were by far the most difficult to satisfy when I had to terminate my late husband's £7 a month account. they demanded all 64 pages of the POA. it went on for weeks. it's made me hate them!

  • Lizziemcc73 Lizzie (Dame Eilís Ní Caisealáin) 🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@Lizziemcc73) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK You need to put it in writing. An online conversation written down with an advisor was the only way I could finally cancel my account. Otherwise you have no proof of conversation and they ignore you. They are vile. I would never go back.

  • Jo_Unwin City Singer (@Jo_Unwin) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I’m afraid sorting out the affairs of a loved one shows the best and the worst. For me, the veterans association were absolutely outstanding. Halifax and HSBC were truly terrible to deal with. I’m sorry you and family had to go through this.

  • openaccessguy Colin R. Turner (@openaccessguy) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I swore I would never use them after my experience in Spain when they were the only operators who charged me €15 for 1 GIG of download. That's not speed, that's total bytes, after which I had to top up again! And **** their coconut-scented shops.

  • JimTones78 Mr Jim Tones (@JimTones78) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had an absolute nightmare with @BritishGasHelp and their call centre staff giving zero shits. Only because I know the ceo personally and could text him did it get resolved. I pity those who haven’t got such solution because these big corps are designed to be utter shits

  • JenSewsandKnits Jen 😷 (@JenSewsandKnits) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK When my uncle died the only company that I had trouble me with was @AOL they actually made me cry. Said I had to have all the account holders security details . Didn’t seem to understand he was dead.

  • RacingFive Kevin Hamilton (@RacingFive) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK are by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They make it extremely difficult to cancel accounts and their 'helpline' is utterly useless. Never again.

  • ClareyClaws Clare Hodgson (@ClareyClaws) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Jesus Christ, my parents are getting to the age where they can't sort out this sort of thing themselves, is this a company-wide policy where you make it as hard as possible for the grieving next of kin to cancel an account?

  • stillpoetry ꜱᴛɪʟʟᴘᴏᴇᴛʀʏ ᴘʜᴏᴛᴏɢʀᴀᴘʜʏ (@stillpoetry) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK If corporations as such can get away with it, they'll certainly try, to hell with customers is their ethos. What's a couple thousand moaning, look at the current government fiasco. They all try to get away with it, until caught, then empty apologies, given by support staff. 🙁😡
