@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK i entered card details. Pressed review order. It took payment WITHOUT me accepting terms & conditions or choosin pay..... I was goin to cancel as i wanted a bundle not a cash top up and this appeared to be a cash one. It also says NO bundle digital services down

@VodafoneUK @Jim37742369 For the past 18 months iv had no coverage at my home address in liverpool Vodafone refusing to do anything about it worst company ever as soon as you phone and say there's an issue they say there's maintenance on the mast so they then say they carnt rectify it till fixed 18 month

After spending an hour trying to cancel one contract with @VodafoneUK and getting a new one with @skytv - both of which have failed miserably, I’m trying to work out which one is the most awful for service. It’s a tough one #wasteoftime #betterthingstodo
