    Just received a text from @VodafoneUK asking for feedback on my last call, but my last call was from Vodafone asking for feedback about the service provided. I think I'm stuck in a loop!

    @VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK 38th in the queue , got through to someone after 40 mins. Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

    @VodafoneUK did us *****!? How has the whole network gone down? Nothing - no wifi, no 3G/4G nothing! Like being stranded on an island! Literally it’s like someone went and pressed the off button on the WHOLE of Vodafone!

    More terrible service from @VodafoneUK. A list of responses (excuses) from them in the last 3 days: 🚩 I assure you delivery on Monday (Sun) 🚩 I am escalating for an update (Mon) 🚩 you will get a response *maybe* within 48 hours *dependent* on our stock levels. (Tue)

    @VodafoneUK Would be nice to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max, before I even consider an iPhone 13. Can some one get in touch with an update please, had reply on FB saying they’d sent me a pm. Checked and nothing , not looking like good customer service ! My previous score of 10 is gone down to 0

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I still haven't had any movement on my order, which was said to take 1-3 days. I ordered it last week and chose that phone because it has the shortest delivery time. I've had a text saying that it's with DPD to fulfil but there's no way of getting in touch. Help please!

    @NathanMcKay1985 @VodafoneUK Such a dumb excuse. They knew Black Friday was going to happen, as it does every year. Should have been ready ahead rather than come up with stupid lies.
