@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

Hey @vodafone, something's up with your service. Most websites load fine, but I can't get Twitter or the OS map app to load anything but they work fine on other networks and WiFi. What's going on? @VodafoneUK @vodafoneservice

@VodafoneUK hi I am in the middle of a 2 year unlimited max plan with entertainment which included global roaming plus. This benefit has now disappeared from my plan details in the Vodafone app. Do I still have access to this service?
