It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

You can text me every week and advertise your stuff but you can't fix your towers in a reasonable time. If you actually take until August 31 that is more than 3 months down @NewhamLondon needs to rise up for their people.
