@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK Sorry kieron but i have contacted vidafone 3 times about this, the last a week ago when the female customer service rep said she would speak to managers and call me back next day. Didnt happen and i get another bill for my dead mother yesterday

@VodafoneUK Thanks, but (1) I'm not facing issues, @VodafoneUK just disconnected my internet two weeks before the activation date in my new home, and (2) your DM is just giving me a bot that keeps telling me to troubleshoot a router. Nice way to make me waste even more time.

Hi @VodafoneUK I need to cancel my broadband contract with you as you’d told me I could switch to my new address but you’ve activated at my old address and I now have a waiting time of 2 weeks for WiFi which is unacceptable as I work from home. Contact me please.

@VodafoneUK mate you have got to improve your service. Your service down in SE London is terrible. You make enough money to make sure every inch of London is covered. I am standing in slade green and there are hardly any trees or tall buildings. Takes ages to find a server.

@VodafoneUK you guys have me running round in circles, the line is working now, so why do I have to run more tests, you guys need to figure out what is causing these dropouts, I would suggest you try communicating my issue with @OpenreachHelp as I have requested on this & previous occasions
