@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK is becoming the worst network I pay £70 and I’m central London on 5GH with @iPhone_News and is so slow having a unlimited plan you will expect to perform well. Even though they are know problems with the network customer service keeps Say is coverage and no problems

@VodafoneUK Why are all methods of contacting you not working? I want to cancel my landline/broadband. Your 'web chat' page just shows a spinning icon, the 'My account / contact us' page is 'Loading.. please wait' and the 'my account' page says "There seems to be a problem".

@VodafoneUK 1. Left a year ago because of terrible service! 2. After weeks of issues a manager clears my balance. 3 months later I get countless debt collection letters for £18. I call, I chat, no one can supply a copy of my bill! I try to complain but get told to chat or call!🤬

@VodafoneUK 5 hours on the phone over the weekend trying to transfer a number from one Vodafone account to a new Vodafone account. You have now disconnected my old (business) number and not transferred it to the new account. How can any of my workers or Clients contact me? Help
