@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK My broadband provider doesn't even give me reliable broadband to my house! It'll be fine for weeks, then it'll cut out multiple times a day for 5 or 6 days in a row. Unfortunately for me, it's you. Can't wait to leave Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK Nah, I'm good. I've been through the "process" twice with Vodafone support, and they both ended up with Vodafone saying "outages are common for all ISPs" (they're not) and they're "acceptable" (again, they're not). I'll just wait for my contract to expire and leave. Finally.
