    @VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK appalled at the service and despite 3 lengthy calls have no confirmation of upgrade or corrected billing. Just options to pay £500 to cancel a contract that does not exist!

    Day 8 of no Internet @VodafoneUK. Been told no issue on my end and has been raised to tech support 6 times with no progress. Losing £200 a day as cant work and no means of compensation. How is this allowed? @Ofcom #scam #daylightrobbery

    @VodafoneUK Livechat doesn't work it's just a bot. Asks lots of questions then says will send security text, never received a text so it's pointless. So I spent 1.5 hours on phone and you are refusing to help and telling me to call another day..so how many hours does it take to get thru?

    @VodafoneUK Danny, Thank you for the note but this style of electronic communication doesn't work. I find it very hard to actually communicate with VF as your Call Handlers, based on experience, lie, your staff in your ships are apathetic and don't do what they say they will do. (1/2)

    @VodafoneUK Sure, after 20 minutes waiting over the line! what you are doing is making it very complicated for customers to cancel contracts, so on average you probably make it 1 or 2 months longer, increasing revenue and profits by #scamming and #stealing clients, congrats @VodafoneUK
