@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK disgusting customer service from start to finish. Returned a phone after 2 days with no damage on, now the phone has been returned to us with a scratch on it! Now charging £90 for a slight scratch that you have caused!

Shockingly bad service from @VodafoneUK they didn’t take a direct debit because of a system error then raised a credit default affecting our credit rating. Staff were “unable to help”. Don’t take a contract out with this shower of shite #cellphone #vodafoneidea #badservice
