@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK Then you have changed your process since last September as I managed my mum's phone for her based on the information I would give the agent. How was the lady I spoke to then able to reset the bundle for me ? It's because I passed security. She never sent any codes. No help.
