Sean Macreavy (@SeanMMedia) reported from Alcester, England@VodafoneUK Your network coverage in Alcester is shocking, and has been for months. My alarm went off 5 or 10 minutes late due to zero signal in the town centre 'til then. We were all frazzled by the Farage Death Ray. All our bunting destroyed and everything.

Dave Miles (@DaveMilo) reported from Ettington, England@VodafoneUK 38th in the queue , got through to someone after 40 mins. Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

Cllr. Eddie Reeves (@Eddiefreeves) reported from Banbury, England@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

Mark W Tebbutt (@mwt2008) reportedVery impressed with the @VodafoneUK 5G speeds I’m getting around the Heath Charnock / Anglezarke area at the Yew Tree Inn. 635 Mbps down and 49.5 Mbps up. That’s the fastest download speed I’ve ever seen on Vodafone 5G using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’m line of sight of the mast but still. Red circle on the photo. That’s genuinely into fibre broadband territory!
