@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

@xeepo @VodafoneUK Oh Vodafone broadband. Is it the traditional broadband via Openreach infrastructure, or the new Vodafone Gigafast? I hear that Vodafone still have dubious customer service, but so do most of the competition. I've had major customer service problems with both Talktalk and Virgin.

@VodafoneUK Outage here in Moffat DH10? dad 78 Only has a mobile phone and it's by chance I am here in Scotland, going home to England tomorrow when will his service be back on? He pays handsomely for it! been out since yesterday, can't do anthing as has no WiFi. Please advise.

@VodafoneUK hi was on the phone for 2 hours yesterday & 40mins today. Household has covid so had to reschedule install as a new broadband customer. Couldn't resolve issue of starting contract on install date. Awful customer service.

@VodafoneUK @Gcl101 @Fentoon James, George is correct, and you’re not listening. I get 4G everywhere with 4 or 5 bars, but it doesn’t work. Never does and has been going on for months. I’m off to EE when my contract ends soon.

@AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK Only thing you are forgetting is that Vodafone do not provide signal. That is a separate charge. Perhaps best to call from a landline.
