  @VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

  @VodafoneUK @neilio_uk So you're now the only major player not to offer this service, but think it's fine, as you cover 7 of the 114 (8%) underground stations with 4g (Might as well switch to a cheaper MVNO if you're going to offer a budget service.

  @VodafoneUK Rang them they keep putting phone down saying they can’t discuss account as with ombudsman but ombudsman won’t discuss with out me having a letter this is simply a paper trail
