@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK Just switched over from 3 to you and used my PAC code to keep my number. All seemed fine until I realised I can’t send/receive texts or receive phone calls. iMessage/FaceTime work on data & WiFi. I can place calls so I don’t understand. Please help.

@jake09587413 @VodafoneUK It's more that they asymmetrically weight the carrier to favour download speeds as that's what the majority of people want.... And selling 80Mbs down (with 10Mbs up) looks better on adverts than 45Mbs down 45Mbs up (which takes the same bandwidth on the carrier)

@VodafoneUK how the hell do u get through to stores when phones are still switched on to they are in November lockdown!!! Having massive problems on line so want to go into a store to get a phone but can’t get through to see if any of them have a particular phone in stock

@VodafoneUK I signed a service contract at £27.50 for 18 months for a 4G service, now considering you do not provide 4G to my house which is in a large Wiltshire town. I did not agree to the price rise, you only get to do that at the end of my contract....
