    Hello @VodafoneUK I'm currently using a smashed phone that doesn't work properly because you still haven't sent my new phone to me I am a key worker and need a working phone please help my order still tells me its not been dispatched it has been 10 days and nothing!!!!

    @BTSopenreach you’ve messed up our internet service with Vodafone! We’ve had no internet now for 2 days since your vans have been on site putting in fibre into the holiday bungalows on site!!@VodafoneUK are looking into it and it’s not our router. Neighbours were affected too 😡

    @VodafoneUK So it's looking like peak time congestion throttling, but my service is likely most expensive and least fit for purpose at the moment. Annoyingly my mobile data is limited to 2 down 2 up and is currently faster than my unlimited 5G gigacube. I don't even need much 5mb up would do

    Well there’s a lovely #N1 legal letter on the way to @VodafoneUK Loss of service. No sim no access and the worst customer services both online on the phone and in the stores And all over Three weeks of hell and countless hours of time #LawSuit now being filed #Seeyouincourt
